The key words here are "LONG TERM" as per _act_'s post There is constant obsession surrounding Bitcoin v FIAT, so many people think if the market moves they are up or down while still holding the same amount of Bitcoin. as per NeuroticFish's post the market doesnt automatically affect the amount of Bitcoin held by anyone at any one time. ...If this dump continues for some more weeks, then it might be problematic for the El Salvador government. Because the opposition party has something to blame them for any kind of debt. And because of the economy, stocks and fiat investors also have something to say against Bitocin. If this happens, then other countries will be really confused about making bitcoin legal tender. To make it legal tender, they might study the case of El Salvador. It's just my speculation. What do you think about my speculation? I really appreciate your opinion.
I would imagine the opposition party can and will use the current down turn to attack Bukele's government, this is normal and would happen anywhere. Bukele will be able to defend their position on Bitcoin, he understands how the markets move.

Čilić was playing well - but if you lose both tie-breaks you will eventually lose the match. Aliassime was better in the key moments and in tennis that is often the difference.
I knew that this is going to be a close match, and I'm predicting a 5 set match. But FAA really played very well in the 3rd set and then close out Čilić in another tie-break. I'm most looking forward to Nadal - Shapovalov, Shapovalov was fantastic against Zverev. I will go as far as to consider him a favorite.
With the way Nadal is playing right now, he will still be the favorite against Shapovalov here. Maybe another 3 sets win for Nadal. Tsitsipas vs Fritz still very close in the 3rd set, no breaks yet. score 3-3, might go for a tie break. This is looking like going all the way to a 5 setter. Its the 4th set now 5-3 to Tsitsipas, if he wins this set its 2 each
Shapovalov v Nadal should be a absolute cracker of a match. Shapovalov played excellently to knock Zverev out. I watched some highlights and it seemed Zverev had no answers to Shapo's game plan. Can he reproduce the goods against Nadal though?

Round 4 and final round of the Heineken Champions Cup was this weekend and all 4 Irish sides are through to the Round of 16 knockout games. These are set for April to make way for the up coming Six Nations but this weekend before the Six Nations round 11 of the United Rugby Championship is being squeezed in, hopefully all games will be played without further cancellations.
I have my bet on for Ireland to beat Wales in the Six Nations @ 1.14.

For the next round I'm doing a few bets both on Mens and Womens sides, Micro bets all the way!
Felix AA to beat Cilic @ 1.70 - Stake 0.02, Payout 0.034 Sinner to beat de Minaur @ 1.40 - Stake 0.02, Payout 0.028
Swiatek to beat Cirstea @ 1.17 - Stake 0.02, Payout 0.0235 Barty to beat Pegula @ 1.15 - Stake 0.05, Payout 0.0575

Congratulations to the OP for the new addition to the family and well done for thinking of the future, I think it's a great plan.
Bitcoin is an accessable and affordable investment to all, you can invest as much or as little as you can afford, there are very few investments which offer this.
There is a degree of trust involved in how the OP is approaching this, by giving his older brother a copy of the wallet keys he is hoping the brother doesnt cash out in a time of need or hopefully he doesnt lose the keys.
The best scenario is to keep the wallet to yourself and gift your nephew yourself when he os 18.

Woke up to some surprising results and more upsets, biggest for me is Zverev.
On the mens side I agree that its really Medvedev and Nadal left to take the title with Tsitsipas as an outsider.
On the womens side, Sabalenka, Halep and Swiatek can hopefully can make a strong challenge to Barty who has just beaten Anisimova but the draw is still very open.
My only bet in this round is on Monfils, who is leading 2 sets to nil against Kecmanovic, who has come through the rounds because of Djokovic's departure.
Next up Carreno Busta v Berrettini, cant call this one.

Brilliant!
Absolutely superb collection. I can imagine the "Blood, Sweat and Tears" of putting this together and a lot of time and effort. They have all paid off with a great amount of satisfaction.
Very well done and thanks for posting, its a joy even to view them here. My favourite from a design point of view would be the "Gears Set"

Its definitely time to bump this thread. Here are images of the two A1 sized posters. These are folded into A4 size and had on the outside a small magazine attached which I have mislaid over the years. The titles of these was BEASTIE BOYS & MEGA ROCK and were unofficial publications at the time. -

Very smart looking indeed, love the idea if an affordable series, how does the affordability transpire over to the physical note?
For denominations, I like the idea of going into the lower mBTC's, it fitting for the affordability feature of the notes IMO.
Will the series be based on a "Nautical" theme?
EDIT ::::
Oh and a .5mBTC would be nice!

Obviously, Osaka has a long way to go to return to the top of world tennis, but I'm glad she's back. As for the other tennis players, for now all the favorites are winning in both men's and women's competition, and it will be very interesting to follow their clashes at the end of the tournament. Medvedev, ZVerev, Nadal ... who is ready for the last step and winning this tournament? I saw all three matches of Osaka in this tournament and i have to say she did play pretty well in my opinion. She won her first two matches in a pretty convincing way and only had a few phases where she didn't play well there. In her match against Anisimova she also did play pretty good in my opinion and it was a pretty close match overall. Both ladies have a very identical playstyle they are trying to hit the ball very early and are both playing very aggressive with a lot of power in their shots. I think Osaka lost that match because Anisimova showed a very good performance and not because Osaka herself played bad or something. Osaka had 2 match points but couldnt make it so she lost marginally not massively. Her post match interview is something to be positive about, she seems to be more at ease with the fact that she cannot win every match and to manage her expectations rather than all of ours.
My betting from last round was Sinner to win, which happened and Rublev to win, which didnt! Cilic is on a bit of a roll so far in the AO, he did well to win in 4 sets. The match stats are similar except for his 24 Aces, yes 24! against Rublev's 17. His 1st serve % was 85 so it seems his game was all about the serve which worked well.

Spot on Timelord, I had to change those settings on the PC and all seems to be the way I want them.
I have just sent some Bitcoin over to my wallet to start a few bets. I see they also have The Challenge Cup games and the Champions League games listed for this coming weekend along with the World Series 7's.I sent some Bitcoin to my existing Sportsbet account to get betting on the AO so I'll use the Nitrogensports for Rugby.
Yeh I've got to admit I quite like how streamline NitrogenSports' Sportsbook page is (I don't venture into the other gamaing sections - too distracting ) There are some drop down parts that you can also fold back up. i.e. Click on Rugby, then you can close/hide the European Challenge Cup so you're just viewing the Japan-Tournaments section for example. Handy for scrolling up and down. Yea I got that, thanks Timelord.
A bit of news which could have a slight consequence on Englands plans for the Six Nations, Owen Farrell got injured yesterday training with Saracens and wont play this weekend. He is a big loss and would be for England too. Scotland will be eyeing his progress in the coming week for sure. I havent made any Rugby bets yet on any competition.

It's hard to say what's in his head, but he certainly didn't make an investment like this without a plan. In addition, his initial investment took place back in 2020, when the price of BTC was just around $20k or less - the average price at which he bought was around $30k if you take into account the entire period from 2020 until today.
Should the price go even further down, and if we really confirm the four-year cycle and the new crypto winter, Saylor may have no choice but to sell part of BTC.
...or DCA, this is really what he has been practicing since 2020. They have always seemed to buy when the markets are down.
It would be a complete U-turn from what he has been preaching if he were to sell. I believe he believes 100% in Bitcoins future so if he is a HODLer he will continue to HODL.

I switched to check out Barty - Giorgi match a bit since I knew that one will be much shorter so I did not see much of second set. Now back to Osaka match, must say I am impressed by Anisimova, she is hitting the ball beautifully. I knew she had good results but this is first time I am actually watching her play. Osaka has a serve advantage and that is it. This will be a very close match.
Disappointed to check back and see her lose even with serve advantage but yes Anisimova (spelled wrong first time) definitely well worth her tie-breaker. Didn't watch as had to tune out but just saw highlights now -- only problem is her service, either really good, or really poor, thankfully for her Osaka didn't return well, and in the end I was wrong about her nerves settled, she still looked like she gave up too many times. Well done on your win, would have followed you if not for some wallet mismanagement =) Epic, still, and I've no skin left in this GS except for good ol' Tsitsi but he'll be playing way too early for me to watch. AFFS cant believe Osaka lost, I had her to win but obviously Anisimova cam through. As per previous comments by you guys, I'm now staying clear of the womens side for a while, first Muguruza and now Osaka out, all top seeds. Hmmm I see also Timelord didn't go for Osaka....

I think every day we stay above $40K, the odds of it falling lower are reduced.
Well, that didn't last long. The clock is on... The death cross is complete... Perhaps we should change the vote to how long will the market stay under $40K? I guess we'll let the 24 hours below $40K play out first before doing anything drastic. Looking at the chart and ignoring fundamentals, it looks pretty clear the market will hit $10K before it hits $100K, if it can manage to break to new highs at all. Hopefully the fundamentals continue to stay positive. Maybe this drop will bring Tesla back to the table for accepting Bitcoin. Maybe Apple will take this opportunity to jump in the game as well. Maybe Saylor will issue some more debt and keep trying to catch this falling knife. Starting to feel like Bitcoin abandoned it's community to focus on institutional acceptance, and now those institutions are starting to tighten their belts. I hope that not swapping BTC for pictures of monkeys to be a part of a positive community doesn't turn out to be a bad decision. $5k drop in within 24 hours is not great, first the $2k pimp to get long traders interested and then a $5k drop to liquidate them, thats how I see it currently. Now the question is for sure how long do we stay below $40k? I would like to think if we started moving towards "$10k" that id wouldnt get that far because of massive buy pressure on the Bitcoin Super Sale and indeed there would be announcements from industry leaders of their move into Bitcoin again

It's a tough one for Tsitsipas, the game scored: 7-6, 6-7 going into the 3rd set. So it will be tough for him to cover that spread, just saying.
I caught most of the third set and thought Tsitsipas was doing well, then you could just see he was rattled and shouting to himself for clumsy errors (serves, returns) I'm sorry I wasn't able to see how it turned out. {..snip..} Yes, in the end Tsitsipas won the match but the handicap was not covered so I lost my bet here. I haven't put any bet yet, but it looks like a Garin vs Monfils will be a good one. I'm watching it right now and both are playing good. Kecmanovic vs Sonego is also playing, just glad that this is on my time zone so I can watch the game live. The Sonego vs Kecmanovic is already on the 4th set. Kecmanovic serve and volley is on point and Sonego has no answer on it. However, Sonego is leading the 4th set 3-1, Kecmanovic serving, I wouldn't be surprised to see it going into a gruelling 5th set. And I'm thinking that Kecmanovic might pull an upset to the 25th seed here. Another very good but close match is Alcaraz vs Berrettini. They are in the 4th set now, Berrettini took the first two. I was going to bet on Alcaraz but to me they are quite even so I couldnt make a call on which one. Similar to the womens side, I find it hard to pick winners, my last pick Muguruza is out, and I have Osaka to win later. @Timelord2067 seems to be happy enough with a lot of bets on the women though.

Murray vs Daniel will also be next, Andy is the favourite per ML, but I will go over 35.5 @1.91 boosted. I think this will be an extended game and will not be easy for Murray to win.
As we might have expected, Murray is struggling and is a set down against an opponent ranked #120 in the world. The problem is not his ability, it's his recovery... a long 5-set win in the last round against a top player was always going to take it out of him, it's the same as we saw last season, a great win against a top player is almost always followed by a real struggle against a much lower ranked player. I feel bad for Murray, but from a betting perspective there is a clear pattern. He is down 0-2 sets already, but leading in the 3rd set, maybe he will rally in the 3rd and at least win a set. But it's going to be very difficult for him it this is going to last for a 5th set. And if ever he will win, he will have to fight the next day and we all know that as we gets old the recovery of our body is slowing down. As for the over bet, well at least Murray needs to win this set so that you will get a win. But if Daniel wins, then the bet is lost. Murray lost that break and it does not look good for him. Wanted to watch a bit of that match but how when there is Medvedev - Kyrgios on at the same time? Some really interesting shots in this one, Kyrgios with his under arm serve and some great volleys, both with some strange but effective shots, good serving and even better returning. And of course Kyrgios complaining about serve clock, public, ref....you know the drill. Great watching for sure. Ah here we go again with Kyrgios and his antics, it doesnt doesnt do him any good, he still lost. He needs to re-focus on his mentality and game, he has great talent but just wrongly applied. Medvedev on the other hand did seriously well to beat the audience again, he really cannot be phased by this, mentally strong. He is someone who has changed his game and mentality and is benefiting from it. I had him to win do thats good but my other one on Muguruza not unfortunately.

^ Good point, valued @ $12,000 that was before inflation started to bite. The Bitcoin market value hasnt been at $12k since October/November 2019.
Anyway it was a good move for sure, the owner could maybe forsee the virus which was largely confined to China becoming a pandemic. In the end and currently Bitcoin as we know has become a hedge against inflation which currently is at a 20 or 30 year high.

Did you guys see the point when Busta made a break today? Never seen something like this, his opponent hit smash with border of the racket and ball got wicked rotation and jumped back into his own half. Busta saw what will happen and run around the net to make the point. Everything by the rules but very rare to see.
No, but I watched it on YT and yea its a very strange one, Pablo did well to read that play and win the point making sure not to touch the net himself. Griekspoor's smash off the racket frame created massive backspin so as it bounced in to make the point it headed back over the net, Carre o Busta had to hit that point to win, it doesnt matter from where. https://youtu.be/KKw0DdCFbM0

^^ Yes Nadal had a good win and seems to have a nice route avoiding big players.
For todays games I'm being cautious and doing 2 bets, Medvedev and Muguruza, conservative and safe enough I hope,
