In the world of cryptocurrency there are dozens of exchanges, but two of them are responsible for most of the altcoin daily trading volume. Bittrex and Poloniex are two of the top trading platforms in the market, let's check out their similarities and differences .
Both exchanges are highly valued and, of course, there exist inevitably complaints for both.
One of the most positive things is that they can exchange dozens of altcoins, not only the typical BTCs and ETHs, but also many emerging cryptos such as Litecoin, Ripple, Dash and GOLEM.
When it comes to Bittrex, you can trade using BTC, ETH and USDT.
-Poloniex has a slight advantage here as it allows transactions via XMR.
** About the support, both exchanges prove quite reliable.
In Poloniex, there is an easily accessible Q & A section and a contact page where you can quickly send a message when a problem occurs.
As to Bittrex, besides email support, Q & A section, they have a larger social networks including a Slack and Facebook page.
Both exchanges enable communication via Twitter.
** Bugs and hacks
Both of these platforms are almost equal in terms of bugs and hacks.
As to hacking, it is sometimes difficult for users to distinguish between fake and authenticated news, so there is no way to dig deeper and comment more. But one thing is for sure, most altcoin exchanges have been hacked in one way or another, and that is why you are recommended to move altcoins to your external wallet the sooner the better.
** Transaction fee
Poloniex offers competitive fees, which accounts for 0.15% for traders and 0.25% for buyers in case the trading volume is below 600 BTC. The bigger the trading volume is, the lower the fee is.
Bittrex's fee mechanisms are simpler: 0.25% commission for all. However, it is generally more expensive.

It's clear that these are two of the best places when it comes to trading a wide range of altcoins. After many surveys and evaluations, it seems easier to trade on Bittrex.

I leave Bittrex about a six month ago because fees and delay problem, I can't say about poloniex because never try it. Bittrex now have difficult rules about KYC and poloniex with their delay. My opinion is relative but maybe try another platform is good option. Try Binance, Livecoin or Hitntc, just try it and you'll know what is the best for you. |

We have seen ETH going up and down so many time. Now do you think ETH is officially dead, why do you think so?
I don't think like that and most of us will disagree with you. Up and down is reality and not because have low price on long time period we can say " dead ", it's stupid. At this moment you should take opportunity with buy back and hold it until reach your take profit area, just simple like that. If you say " dead " just leave eth and let's other person take this chance. |

I think sell is the right option but maybe you will not agree with me. Suggest to sell because market has slow move and down trend is still running. Sell your eth and replace it into another coins or currency for asset. For me sell all crypto asset ( include eth ) is realistic option in this situation, start your journey after June is better. |

The other day I was asked this question on Quora and responded saying that a way to identify potential ICO scams is looking at several things. Here are some of them (would like to know your thoughts if that's alright): The first one was looking for companies that are making a sudden pivot into the blockchain space. This, to me, are companies that failed and now are trying to make a quick buck—specially companies in the USA with previous VC funding. The second is looking at the previous experience that the team has. I'm noticing a lot of projects where no one on the team has real experience ni the blockchain space. The third one, and this one is very important, is those projects that don't put 100% of the team's tokens into escrow for at least two years. This is obviously a sign that they are trying to get rich quick. Any thoughts on this?
First, they don't up date any news/ information in many platform, such as social media, web and telegram chat. Second, too many complain about their send - received token/ coin product. Last one, their announcement look's not professional. Not working link, not enough road map information, etc. I only do that and I'm glad it safe me form scam ICO project. |

The title of this thread is bit provocative, but the fact is that most people have a bad experience with airdrops. According to several airdrop hunters I spoke to, the majority ICOs don't pay out at all.
What's your experience with airdrops? Did you get scammed most of the times?
I'm not join airdrop because they pay me in very little value and sometimes there's no exchange to switch the coins. We all know airdrop task is very simple but I don't like the payment, wasting my time. Just leave airdrop and find another way to make real money. |

I thought this was never a fun experience when it comes to day trading. Despite the risk, I still find it a lot of fun. First, I try to be a "whale" to manipulate others to dump price by selling all of it. I was selling FAITH to BTC at 45 satoshi and successfully sold half of it.
I bought 277 and 754 FAITH at 45 and 47 satoshi, respectively, hoping that I could have an extra. Then, I decided to sell them all at 50 satoshi. As a result, I have successfully sold more than half of it at that price and I have a few more left before its sold out.
I'm doing this for fun, you know. At the same time, I got profits. However, there's no such thing as perfect day trading strategy. Perhaps, I'm just lucky.
The basics of buy low sell high at a right time. Win or lose, it was fun!
As long you can make profit and enjoy the journey, it will be great. Some people can't do that because they still can't find the best strategy for them, specially for day trading. Let's hope people read this post and get some value information that can they use for day trading activity. |

HOW MUCH IT CAN LOSE ETH IN APRIL ?
From last month until now, I already enter market with 3 Eth and will hold it until the price comes up again. My back up fund already used and I don't have any money to make open position again. I'll bring my faith to keep hold it and loss will be mine if the price fall more deeper than now. Depend my technical method using long term period, eth will comes up with slow move and patience are needed. Just stay calm and good luck to all. |

Before investing in any projects, do you research their team information and read the whitepaper carefully? Or will you get a basic knowledge of the financial condition of the company？
I do that as the first step to know and understand their concept project, from there I can predict their product value using fundamental method. After that I'll keep follow how they work and if the team doesn't built a good communication with members, I'll leave it. Until now, I use this simple method and sometimes safe my asset. |

When there is a dip i personally buy bitcoin and ethereum about 80% bitcoin and 20% ethereum. I will never take my chances on other coins because these two coins are usually the one who bounce back right away.
Your strategy is not bad at all after all you are buying the two most trustable coins we have in the market bitcoin and ethereum, however I cannot stop to think that you are leaving a lot of money in the market for someone else to grab, after all those two coins cannot grow as rapidly as many of those coins with a lower market cap so it could be a good idea to invest in some icos and other altcoins so you can obtain better profits in the future. Right now, buying of any of the crypto coin will be very much beneficial and that it will help you in having a better chance of making more money as well and that you will be able to make greater money too. You just need to go for buying of the right coin and I don’t think so that there can be any other better coin than that of bitcoin or ETH but you only need to choose one coins amongst both. I agree with this opinion, just choose the right coin to invest/ trade depend your experience and never follow others opinion, decides by your self and face the risk. This time is the right moment to buy coin and I suggest you find the coin from coinmarketcap list top ten ( after bitcoin and ethereum ) and use your technical method to read coin price moving in long term period. Calculate with your stop loss use your asset wisely. |

Big news? this is nightmare for us, not for centra holder but also crypto trader. Actually, we don't know who behind ICO project, we just doing some analyze depend our knowledge and experience to decides which one is the worth project to follow. From now, we should more careful to replace our money and try more harder to collect more information about ICO project before too late. |

I understand the market is restoring following the last weeks deep. Is it time for trading now or the deep will continue and the growth is short?
I believe the deep ( down trend ) still continue and we should wait until May to start Open Position ( OP ) in any activity. Most people will say this is the right time to enter market but we can see the market has small volume and most trader/ investor keep hold their asset, it will make market have slow moving price. At this moment, wait and see is the right move. |

Hey guys, just curious, a lot of people have said that they are having issues when it comes to protecting their privacy when trading crypto because the places to buy crypto requiere them to submit sensitive information that can go as far as one's personal address. Do you guys have this same issue? And, what other issues do you guys have when trading?
I don't have issue about submit sensitive information to support my activity, except my wallet private key and password in all item ( email, social media account, etc ). Until now my crypto activity still running with out problem about sensitive information and I hope it will safe forever. I don't have any issue about my activity ( trading/ invest ) because before enter the market, I already learn about the risk and prepare for the worst. Just follow the rules and you'll be fine. |

There is an ico from the Krypital team: Merculet. The project of this team was quite successful before: Cybermiles, Arcblock. Do you think this is a good ico? Should continue to join ico in the moment?
If the team has good track record history, join is good but you should also see another factor that the market is not good for exchange/ trade/ invest right now. Even you'll get good coin but next move to exchange/ trade/ invest will become problems, such lost value, stuck or even scam. I can say please, see again the situation for your own good investment. |

Ripple is a shitcoin as they say, I've heard alot of negative comments about Ripple, they say ripple is a scam coin because it's centralized and majority of the holders are from banks. What do you think? Should I trust Ripple?
Ripple is good choice for invest but not for trading, you should try it. I believe you know Ripple history chart/ news, now you only need to analyze price action Ripple price on long term period. From there you can choose to invest or not, know history is half and predict the future is the rest. Do that and happy invest. |
