Dogecoin v2 haha! No seriously every coin brings new features so all dépends on hype.

I am trying to get some hype back on EMUCOIN https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=494855.new#new

It is not easy to say the least, you can vote for your fav coin here : https://coinano.com/vote

3323  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: MtGox announce finding of 200,000 lost BTC! on: March 24, 2014, 06:23:57 PM
I didn't think this story could get more crazy, but here we go. What company misplaces and forgets about $100 million is beyond my comprehension.

If you manage your company very badly and you are dealing with hundreds of millions you can misplace $100 million but it feels a bit odd

There is a lot that we don't know and there has probably be some people trying to s.cam successfully or not

Incompetence is often (or usually?) the best explanation for things. But in this case it just doesn't seem that plausible. How likely is it for a team of guys that created one of the first and most popular bitcoin exchanges, and were also early adopters of bitcoin themselves, to be incompetent enough to just "lose" 800,000 BTC and  then "find" a wallet with 200k?

It is very unlikely but it is already very bad management and incompetence to allow that much money to be sc.ammed away by those who were not part of the alleged sc.am

On the other hand finance and dealing with large sums of money, thousands of bank accounts, hundreds of thousands of customers is not something you can become good at in 2years if you don't hire competent experienced professionals
3324  Economy / Services / Re: Business for sale! on: March 24, 2014, 06:14:48 PM
It is a nice and successful casino you are selling, having more infos would be nice, maybe you only want to give them to serious potential buyers?

Can you tell us why you are selling?
3325  Economy / Services / Re: Active participants for a new Signature-Ad campaign wanted! on: March 24, 2014, 06:10:14 PM
The business you are advertising is for sale

 Huh

That does make sense : he wants to build traffic and exposure to get a good selling price

ED is currently still young so highly risky. If the Max win were to be increased to over 2 BTC, I would personally deposit any where between 10/20 BTC because ROI would be phenomenal  ! Hope more people would invest into ED Cheesy

It is getting there, max bet used to be 0.6 a week ago

Invest 15BTC so the max bet is 0.9 then play 5BTC Smiley

If he invest and then play and won his investments gets smaller :p

If he invest 15BTC he will only have around 13% of the winnings so 13% of the losses

So if he deposits 5BTC and wins let's say 10BTC; he will only lose 1.3BTC of his 15BTC invested for a total win of 8.7BTC Wink

LOL Great Fool  Grin
is user #15 one of Gox account? seems fishy

#user180 just sell with a few buy?
http://bitcoin.stamen.com/images/180-large.png

#180 is a miner or an early adopter

He could also be a company that get paid in BTC or accept BTC and then sell them

Hehe have to play big other I can't win back my losses from yesterday Tongue Wish me more luck, going to play it slightly safer

I am watching it is very entertaining

You are definitely the biggest player on everydice : 5 biggest profits and 4 out of 5 biggest bet amounts
3330  Economy / Speculation / Re: Value of Bitcoin will go down on: March 24, 2014, 05:15:41 PM
price go up and down is natural
i think for a long term, btc prices will go up.  Cool

If there is more intergration then yes.
If it halts, or gets less, then the value will go down.

If paypal/ebay decides to use BTC, the price will skyrocket.

agree! hope more integration in near future
it will be epic if ebay decide to accept BTC Grin
paypal will cry and soon will die Roll Eyes

i think major problem is media. Media always targetting BTC and hit it with negative publicity  Huh

Ebay owns Paypal so it wouldn't want to destroy it...On the other hand, Paypal could accept BTC if there was no legal risk

Amazon could accept it as well

I think the good news for Bitcoin will come from the bad news for fiat currencies

There has been some real bad news that the media was rightfully reporting, they may not be reporting good news as much though

I have been reading such statements for few months now ... meanwhile, some people really became really reach ... therefore, go crying somewhere else ... I will take the chance ...

I heard that when price jumped to 260$ and then dropped... no it will never go high as that... then suddenly it was 1200$?!?

Trolls will be trolls, just don't feed them.

And it was the same in previous crashes as well

I went up to 2200 with the 100 free chips :

551458138   boumalo   15:52   0.00001100   2.00000   <49.50   41.2   +0.00001100
551458083   boumalo   15:52   0.00000100   2.00000   <49.50   12.97   +0.00000100
551458019   boumalo   15:52   0.00000100   10.00000   <9.90   8.24   +0.00000900

Did someone go far enough to withdraw from the free 100satoshis?

There is a 0.0001 fee to withdraw so withdrawing with less than 0.0002 doesn't make sense

50,000 satoshi is the minimum withdrawal

50k min so 40k received after the 10k withdrawal fee

It is not easy to withdraw from the 100 free satoshis we get every minute!
3332  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: March 24, 2014, 05:11:05 PM
The lesson is never put money on an exchange more and longer than really needed

It is good advice for long term investors and people who buy/sell bitcoins for commerce purposes.

As others have observed, however, speculative traders need instant access to their coins with no prior warning; and they seem to be responsible for almost all the trade volume on any exchange, and most of its total account balance.  The exchange, on the other hand, needs to ensure that its clients will honor their sell offers immediately.

A prudent bitcoin trader will divide his business on a few exchanges and cash out some of his winnings not to risk everything but it is convenient to have all its cash on one exchange instead of paying fees all over the place and not having enough cash to buy when needed

So admin is keeping an eye on this thread ..!
So anyone here keeping a track of numbers already guessed .?
anyway my guess for the day

243

No admin is not keeping an eye on this thread, his last post was 3 weeks ago and it was his second post on bitcointalk

Look at last page comments, we may even have guessed most numbers between 1-1000

You do realize OP quoted your last post, don't you?
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=495667.msg5459751#msg5459751

I have no idea if the giveaway is legit or not, but OP is clearly still here.

No missed it

It is so ridiculous that some people keep coming back regularly, check my profile, but never take a look at the post #2.

No admin is not keeping an eye on this thread, his last post was 3 weeks ago and it was his second post on bitcointalk

This post was made 3 weeks ago, and I can already predict all your future replies Smiley

I check this thread once a day, and will update here if anyone win.
I will then announce the number, the winner, and the message, so that you could check the sha256.

All posts up to #1160 have been checked, and no one win yet.
Good luck!  Grin

Last Edit: Mar 24, at 04:40 PM (UTC)

It is cool that it is still going on, I will try 429 today 18wcWBCKsGEcKwW5K9VUt4aZ2SPMGFPt8a

I guess you created a new account to make this give away for some reason but you have an other account on bitcointalk..

Oui tu as raison

3337  Economy / Economics / Re: Would you spend BTC daily in brick and mortar stores? on: March 24, 2014, 04:46:02 PM
No, because it offers me no benefit over the existing combination of cash, debit card and credit card.

It offers you lower fees and it could work anywhere in the world with the same currency BTC

A currency that doesn't lose its value over time and a currency that is not manipulated
3338  Economy / Gambling / Re: XBTcontracts.org - Speculate to accumilate. on: March 24, 2014, 04:44:16 PM
OK i have implemented a referral system.

http://xbtcontracts.org/referrals.php
(you must be logged in to view!) I will be finalizing the copy for this on the website over the next day or two, but the referral system is tested and working and any referrals you get going forward from this point will be counted.

That could bring some depositors, is that my ref link http://xbtcontracts.org/r/index.php?ref=boumalo ?

Can you tell us more about what advertising you want to do to find new players and if you decided on doing a sig campaign or not : 0.01/week for 50posts minimum would get you a lot of attention in this forum so it would get you a lot of deposits

Can't wait to finish contract 5 to get my withdraw and start advertising the website, I hope you understand that I can't do it before I am sure it pays bc I don't want to advertise a s.c$$
It is very ealry, if you do it right a lot of people can make a lot of money

does this look like a perfect double, nay tripple-bottom to anyone else?

It needs more time if you ask me.

and more volume.

this is just some guy dumping his coins down to 550.

maybe big asic farms? sam from knc, or valery and ghash? Cheesy

I also saw a thread here on btt where bitmain was selling his 12k coins earned from s1.

so it doesnt matter really.

It could be an early adopter, a company, a miner or a whale that bought up in 2013 but hopefully it is not someone with inside infos that the price will go down more bc of bad news

I want to accumulate some coins before the bull market resumes, the price has been going down for 2 months now
