So I obviously hope I never have to deal with the first of these two issues I have but what if Gaven Andresen dies off and doesn’t pass on the alert/control features that Satoshi bestowed to him, would community have to legit hard fork to even stay in the realm of ‘new development’ not sure how that works as I’m not a dev at all, hence my question. Not sure how the BIP’s are actually approved or implemented and ATM believing is all basically comes down to getting Gavin’s ultimate approvi. Which like I said I worry may at some point ultimately be a issue.
Another thing I’ve wondered since getting into BTC is what happens when all BTC are mined, people hodl, and people die? Is there any contingency in place or being planned to recover stale or dead bitcoins in wallets that are OBVIOUSLY non active addresses? Or will everything that is owned by dead investors or give up investors be doomed to simply be a burn loss?...
Well your second point I think isn't something to be really concerned about. The fewer bitcoin in circulation the higher it's value would be. And I don't think there'd be a lot of people who die hodling and taking their btcs with them to the other side lol. |

I believe in the sayings " the best teacher is through experience". Rich people are the people who don't afraid to take the risk. Bitcoin is a risky investment but if your investment is successtill the return is triple with your capital. So don't afraid to take the risk. Risks are everywhere and this market holds more risk than most markets out there, so one would have to be really foolish to assume there's little risk here and easy money. You have to be ready to lose everything you put into crypto that's why we're always saying all the time to put in only what you can afford to lose. The rewards though are definitely worth it |

I think there are only two ways. Or bitcoin will rise up and give a powerful takeoff, or it just disappears altogether. Definitely and irrevocably. But, most likely, this will not happen.

Popularity fades. When people become too aware of crypto, other alts would gain popularity as well and at that point, a coin's use would determine where it'll be in the crypto heirarchy. of course the big issue of the current decline in bitcoin prices so the altcoin price also follows the same decline, but for us in the next few days we believe that bitcoin prices will rise again better now.

when you get consecutive defeat, it's a good time to stop gambling. it could be lucky not to be with you, or you are not in a good mood while playing. it's better to quit when it's getting a streaks defeat.
Sometimes you can't because it's really hard to stop especially when you are not expecting you'll be in a cold streak. I have been in the situation many times in my life, and it made me regret but until now I still do gambling, it seems like quitting is really hard because there is a fun in gambling although it's very risky. Yeah there's always that urge to continue until you break a losing streak, which most of the time doesn't end too well. Golden State Warriors won on Cavaliers home court in which they are expected to win but I think the performance of Kevin Durant is really fantastic. He got 43 points and he is unstoppable on the court while Stephen Curry only have 11 points while Klay have 10. Also, I am glad that Andrei Igoudala is back. We can now congratulate GSW for another championship, though I think the series will not be done at Game 4. Yeah the series is pretty much decided already and it's quite clear that this finals has been a mismatch. Bron can't seem to make it all the way without 2 or 3 superstars in his team though his performance this year for me guarantees his spot right up there with the best of the best. Hopefully they get even one win at home. I hate seeing teams get swept in the finals The warriors has no pressure in game 4 anymore, and even if they will loss in this game, there is a big chance that they will celebrate at home in game 5. Lebron is good but he need someone like his talent to fight against the warriors, what a boring series so far, I thought cavs would at least fight back and win. Well the cavs ARE fighting back. Games 1 and 3 could've gone either way especially game 1 and we all know it. They just keep on gassing out and being outpowered by the superior talent of the warriors. The prediction for bitcoin to reached half a million dollars in ten years later is very big and its very hard to achieve considering that the market value for now is only $8300 which is very far from its target goal.
Crypto prices frequently skyrocket so there is a very big chance of BTC reaching that 100k-500k mark. Now if that's gonna happen in 10, 20 or 30yrs that's debatable. It is totally nonsense. Who says this bullshit? The price till the end of this year will increase maximum to $12k because almost half year is going to finish and the price is still below $8000. 250 thousands will never be reached in the whole life. Think positively and observe the market value carefully, then decide the future price by yourself. While I agree $250k would never happen, $100k is definitely possible. That would put Bitcoins market cap at around $2 trillion, maybe technically less due to lost coins. That would be 1/4 golds market cap which does seem very possible. Never say never dude. If you told someone back in 2013 that 4 years from then btc would hit 20k, they probably would have the same pessimist reaction as yours, and probably mine as well. But we've seen how quickly things can escalate in this market. 10 years from now is a long time and though I share your beliefs of how unlikely it would be, nothing is certain. |

The market is not positive and since the beginning of may , the price of major cryptocurrency has been fallen and not all that stable. It may take some time for it reach it true price.
it's really important that we all have to stay patient waiting for the market back up again as before, because in this month same month last month the market experienced an unimaginable decline. but with the time is not long certainly the market will be back in the original Well it only seem as an unimaginable decline because we touched almost 20k for our all time high last december. That isn't a normal movement of btc and it's understandable that we're going to have a backlash after that. Look at the charts from a bigger point of view and you'll see that month per month, we're still growing. I just don't know how the last quarter would be though since that ath would be hard to touch again. |

July 2018? No. July 2019? Maybe. Bitcoin failed to break $12k, then it failed to break $10k and I'm afraid next time it will fail to break $9k or something similar. Eventually it will recover, but it will take many months. I will be very happy to see $10k in the end of 2018.
I think it is possible for bitcoin price to be $15k this july. Anyway predictions is predictions everything can happen in the market of unstable price. Yes eventually it can recover but we do not know when so hope this month of june price could soar high. Bitcoin has had significantly more exposure this time round. I think either we will see $15k+ this year, or we will again have a long drawn out bear market. Possibly ending the year at $5000 or less. I hope that is not the case, but only time will tell. Unlikely. I think we have more chance of ending at 15k than back to 5k. Though believing it would be 15k in july is a bit farfetched basing on how the market is moving right now. But who knows. Yes, it can affect the price movement of Bitcoin because it can trigger it to those people who are affected by their emotions. From my point of view, crypto value depends on the speculation because we know that it's decentralized wherein no one control its value. It's a known fact. Even the stock market can be affected by speculations. One negative rumor can spread to panicky holders and then panic selling happens. It will snowball into more people selling, often at a loss. |

In trading a coin in the world of cryptocurrency do not get too panicked at a price that I think is chaotic and unpredictable. Most people choose if the price of Bitcoin and Altcoin falls then they will sell the coins. This is called a sales panic It is a mess when selling coins at a lower price, its better to contemplate your decision than regretting at the end. So while the market is dropped for now, it is good to invest more to gain more profitable in future. Dont panic by selling it in inconvenient state, to avoid the lack of lossing. Though we cant predict on how the future run, it is good to hold in long term on what coins you have . And as long as the market will consistently arise, it is good to sell it and gain godd profits. Yeah and that would also help in avoiding drastic plunges that would make people more anxious. For sure, bitcoins will continue from the $8000 price to 12000 usd any time from now till august. I have faith that bitcoins is going to hit back at the 19000 usd price it was before 2017 came to an end.
I disagree with idea that bitcoin is going to touch its previous all time high before the year ends, I know that some people want to see that price again as soon as possible and I would like to see that too but that doesn't mean that I will let my desires blind me, we're probably not going to see that price until the next year or maybe we will need even more time. Hmmm well you have point in your idea but we all know that bitcoin price are really unpredictable it always a chance to pump up again in the next few month, yes the price are continue to falling down and the chart price indicate a possibility to touch a $6k level but I believe it can recover faster just wait and continue to hold if you believe in bitcoin will shoot to the moon again. Do not worry I will never stop holding my bitcoin I have a very strong faith in bitcoin and I'm not going to stop holding until bitcoin reaches my target price but even if I completely believe in bitcoin and an eventual recovery I do not believe the recovery will happen before the end of this year, for a huge growth like what we saw in the last year we will need a big update to bitcoin. Probably better not toto have a specific figure to expect at a specific time. That's how to save yourself from dusappointment. We've all seen how bitcoin can move very quickly whether it's a pump or a drop and I think we should've learned from the past that it's extremely hard to pinpoint when btc will move higher or will retreat. |
