3341  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why do Christians hate Atheists? on: February 18, 2016, 06:40:16 PM
If it helps to confuse you even more...

I consider myself a Gnostic Antitheist...

I know that God does not exist, as well as anything non-mathematical can be known... The lack of evidence for God speaks even louder than the counterexamples do... If I were to put a number on it, I would say at least 99.9% certain... Given that reasonable doubt, according the the judge while I was a jury member, is in the range of 90-95%, my certainty goes well beyond a reasonable doubt

That's the Gnostic part...

The Antitheist mostly means (to me), that I believe religion is detrimental to society, and that we would be better off if had religion never been invented... As such, I actively fight against religious oppression of any form

Good definition, even if you make things even more complicated.
We could just call you someone who hates and despise religion ^^

I feel like being Agnostic is the only possibility for a reasonable man as it is without any doubt impossible to prove God doesn't exist and no proof of his existence can be found either. It means it's logical to keep your feet on the "we don't know and we can't know" line. But I perfectly understand the Antitheist part. People spit on Islam violence right now, but they forgot that the Dark Age of Christianity made the science progress go back to the 200's for nearly a millennia...

Hey here is a good video about Bible and prejudices Grin

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zEnWw_lH4tQ&feature=youtu.be

Example:16. God demands you kill your wife and children for worshiping other gods.
In Deuteronomy 13:6-10, God commands that you must kill your wife, children, brother, and friend if they worship other gods.

This is good too Top 20 Evil Bible Stories

Example:
It always amazes me how many times this  God orders the killing of innocent people even after the Ten Commandments said Thou shall not kill. For example,  God kills 70,000 innocent people because David ordered a census of the people (1 Chronicles 21)

And this This website is designed to spread the vicious truth about the Bible

Ah, always happy to see some truth about Christianity emerges from time to time, keep up the good work Wink

Europe, you reap what you sow...

Well I agree but probably not for the same reason that all of you.
We reap what we sow by colonizing and conquering half of the world. We pay for the violence of capitalism and economic growth. You're all talking about migration and what it's doing to our country... What about the consequences of our international politics?

I just hope Europe will burn. As every time, when a civilization grows too much and forget nothing is due and try to takes advantage of other countries, in the end it get destroyed and another civilisation emerges.

3345  Economy / Economics / Re: US Debt Has Exploded on: February 18, 2016, 06:22:10 PM

People have right on their money. Still due to the economic system followed over the past people have money and certain value assigned for money. So certain changes need to be done in economic system.

People think they have right on their money.
Whereas in reality they have right on nothing as they don't own money. Banks own money and people have bank credit that's all. If a bank closes you lose all your money.

Not in my country, friend!  Our deposits are insured.  I get my money back if bank closes.  100% coverage up to 100k.

Well I don't know where you are, Iceland maybe? Switzerland?

We want an armored truck, not a safe on castor wheels pulled by a horse.

We are building a tank with hardened steal, exploding anti- tank missile panels, advanced engine and suspension components for maneuverability, and a more efficient engine to carry a larger capacity and more ammo...

You simply want to double the weight of the tank and throw a bigger cc diesel engine in her that guzzles more fuel.

Lol! If that's btc right now I'm not sure I'm so confident any more  Cheesy
3347  Other / Politics & Society / Re: What's your opinion of gun control? on: February 18, 2016, 06:19:17 PM
I'm not for gun freedom mainly because I consider the whole population and the average citizen as far too stupid to have the right to own a gun.
In my opinion our world is currently deeply in shit and only a Marxist and Socialist revolution can do something in the hope to save it. But people became too dumb, they're blinded by capitalism and flawed history so they don't see how capitalism is responsible for pretty much everything currently happening.

But fact is here: In France after the Revolution freedom of having a weapon was a fundamental right. And it has been so until WWII and the authoritative Vichy government. In fact only fascist made gun ownership illegal. The people should have the right to arm themselves that's for sure, but the people currently don't deserve it. We lost our ideals, our guts, our will to build a better future.
We don't deserve anything but the shitty world we're building.

Ok here is my review after getting a vouch copy.

Let's be honest... It's nothing spectacular.
First thing first: no multi faucets farming or any shit like this. The goal is not to make you work at 0.5$ the hour. Good for this.

But the method itself has nothing of a revolution.
Is it worth the 5$? Well I'd say it's not a robbery. If you want to earn a few bucks that might be a good method. But Op doesn't give anything useful but the idea and an adress so don't expect anything amazing.

You're not going to earn thousands of dollars. But maybe a few bucks for really small work. Your choice.
3349  Other / Politics & Society / Re: War is a crime on: February 12, 2016, 01:59:54 PM
War is sometimes necessary for restoring rights of those who are enslaved!
Don't forget history, freedom was restored only through blood and tears.
Most of time US war machine making war for profit this is something else..

What you say is wrong.
You're not making the difference between fighting oppression or slavery of the people, which is called a revolution and not a war, and the fight between two countries.

At least he does not change his views easily.  Listen to him in 1988 talking about foreign policy.

He might say things that offend some people, but so what?

I agree who cares if he offends people.  Things will not get done if that is all people worry about.  Things need to change and with everyone worried about racist and politically correct words it will not happen.  Easily anyways.  People need to stop acting like they are being called names in school and act like men and women.  If a black is called a nigger who cares, if a china man is called a chink who cares, if I am called a cracker, who cares.  People say these words are hurtful.  If they are who cares get over it.  We are adults and petty shit like this shouldn't matter.

The problem is not and will never be that he "dares to say what have to be said".

The problem is the lack of logic and of humanity of his words. Here is the problem, nowhere else.

Ahahah xD

You know it's good irony but it's not false at all.

Problem with dematerialisation is that everything became more... Abstract.

Because the Ethereum foundation has humongous expenses it has to pay each month, and it only has ~$750k in non-ETH assets left to pay them with. After that all it has left is ~1.65 million ETH to pay those expenses with, and if it can now fund itself that could mean dumping those ETH for Bitcoins, then dumping the Bitcoins for fiat.

Quote

The foundation currently has ~1.65 million ETH, plus ~$750k in non-ETH assets. 1650000 * 6.1 + 750000 = $10,815,000. Based on our current ~$200k/month burn rate, that will last us ~54 months ~= 4.5 years. That said, we are planning some substantial expansions which will increase our expenses but also get casper and other fun stuff out the door much faster, and we are also starting to get interest for corporate sponsorships coming in, which could secure us a more sustainable funding path in the long term.

And hence the snake beat itself.

The assets will come back to us. As long as Eth can't be exchanged directly for USD, it's not possible for it to take btc over.

No wonder why hasn't any hero member applied here for vouches yet.Do you mind a senior member to give you a proper vouch for your service ?I don't mind reviewing the service if it doesn't involve any faucet leeching or referral links spam as mentioned above.

I did but he was not fast enough to send me a copy while I was online Grin

I'm sure a Sr Member will do though. Not going to run after him to review his guide.
3354  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why do Atheists hate Religion ? on: February 11, 2016, 07:18:55 PM
Nicely stated. Very good! Now see if you replace The Big Bang Theory (which is also a great show btw) with God and see how the pieces fall exactly the same way.

Scientific laws that, when combined, are proof for the existence of God:
1. Cause and effect;
2. Complex universe;
3. Universal entropy.

Smiley

3. Universal entropy. - we evolved from simpler lifeforms.  Complex systems can form from less complex systems, or they can form from more complex into less complex.  3rd down.
Dude, with this one I nearly cried on my keyboard!
It's impossible to make him understand! Though it's so easy to see that life forms evolve into things more complex! And so are also stars or planets. Not only life.

It's impossible to make him understand that entropy is linked to order and energy, not to complexity. That those two notions are NOT correlated.  Angry

I'm okay to vouch a copy and make a review here for you.

Only if you swear your method is not multi faucet farming ^^

3357  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Iraqi immigrant rapes 10yr old in Vienna, due to "accumulation of sexual energy" on: February 08, 2016, 09:56:00 AM
Problem being that you're wrong here.
It wouldn't make anyone think twice. Rape is not something thought and planned most of the time. Which means they don't THINK.

Well, castration is a good definitive solution though. Or death penalty/lifetime jail.
I don't think rape should be forgiven, ever.

Anyone else see the irony in a gun ban advocate calling for the death penalty for rapists? If only the victim had a gun to begin with, they wouldn't be raped and the rapist would still be alive and learn that it is not worth it after confronting an armed would-be victim. Of course this makes too much sense.

Better to let the rape happen and just execute people after, because after all guns are scary! I saw Scarface I know all about guns!

Anyone else is seeing the difference between saying that death or castration is a good definitive solution and advocating for legal creation of that solution?
And I don't see the link between gun freedom and death penalty, it has like NOTHING in common in fact, beside the fact that USA are fund of both.

Oh yeah it would have totally helped the 10 years old boy to have a gun with him!!! For sure it would have been really helpful!!! You clearly convinced me with such an argument Roll Eyes

3360  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why do Christians hate Atheists? on: February 07, 2016, 11:42:03 PM
According to Holly Bible Christians can not hate anyone..No they can look them like people whom they should help to find way to God and light

Depends on which part of the Bible.
Leviticus is part of the Bible and it's all a question of killing murdering burning alive and shit like that.
I'd say it's rather hainous part of the book xD

What does violence have to do with hate? God ordered the work to be done, and the Israelites simply carried it out. Just because the Israelites worked hard at it doesn't mean they had any hate. Many people work hard at work and enjoy it.

Smiley

LoooooooooooooooooooL!

It's not because you replaced the words "killing massive amount of people, torturing and burning alive some people for no logical reason" by the word "work" that it's not both sadism and horrible hate.

Come on. God was doing those nations a favor by having the Israelites kill them. Here's what I mean.

The people of those nations did not believe in God. They were never going to believe in God and be saved from the punishment for their sins.

So, when an Israelite killed a young heathen guy, the heathen was saved from all the sins that he was going to commit. If he died at 20-y-o rather than 50-y-o, that's 30 years of sinning that he would never have to pay for in Hell.

God is giving you opportunity to turn to Him for forgiveness so that you can be saved. But you are so obstinately against Him, that He is probably simply going to allow you to live to a ripe old age, because you wanted more sins to pay for in Hell for all eternity.

Smiley

So god is a fucking crazy dictator asking everyone to kneel down before him.
And there is a difference in your quantity of sin? I thought that as long as you died without believing in God/Jesus/whatever Chtulu you were to burn in Hell for eternity!

But there is actually a system of rate? Like one year of sin = 15 years in hell?

God built things so that you can receive glory and goodness for kneeling down before Him. How does this work?

God is the best there is. He is great and wonderful beyond understanding. When you recognize this and praise Him, you get to partake of some of the Goodness and Glory that He is. If you don't do it, you actually detract from the glory that He voluntarily gave you out of love for you.

A human soul is designed to last forever. Destruction of it will take forever. This means that whatever level of punishment a person receives in Hell, will last forever.

Smiley

You're disagreeing with yourself here.

You said: "So, when an Israelite killed a young heathen guy, the heathen was saved from all the sins that he was going to commit. If he died at 20-y-o rather than 50-y-o, that's 30 years of sinning that he would never have to pay for in Hell."

Then: "A human soul is designed to last forever. Destruction of it will take forever. This means that whatever level of punishment a person receives in Hell, will last forever."

So what's the point of saving them 30 years of sin if it's the same duration of punishment in hell?
