Illegals out! Enforce the laws ON THE BOOKS!

Just recently they fired Americans that ended up training their replacements at Disney.
Story below:

Pink Slips at Disney. But First, Training Foreign Replacements.
http://www.nytimes.com/2015/06/04/us/last-task-after-layoff-at-disney-train-foreign-replacements.html?_r=0

I wonder why they did that?  They work for less money?  That is why I am becoming more and more against other races.  The ones who want to come to america and be here need to live like Americans.  Others that want to be of their nationality need to go to their nationality.   Everything needs to be equal and there would be no problem.  I once lived in an apartment building where the apartment behind mine had 8 Mexicans from mexico living there.  They were nice people paid what I did in rent but worked for less.  They didnt shop at any of our local shops they had a deivery truck stop once a week with discount food and sent all their extra money back to Mexico.  It was like they were playing our system.  Which if they were hurts the normal working people.  I do not mind other nationalities.  But be far about it.  You want to live here.  Live like we do.  Struggle like we do.  I have lost jobs because of this.  Because they were willing to work for much less.  That is why I hate this.  Live like us if you want to be here.

Hey, we're all people here.

If some people are willing to work at a lower cost than others, then those who are not willing to work for the same amount (+ the resources saved from having the more efficient people above) are now free for other processes in this little circle of life. Global optimization.

"Change is certain. Peace is followed by disturbances; departure of evil men by their return. Such recurrences should not constitute occasions for sadness but realities for awareness, so that one may be happy in the interim."

They work for less because they don't pay any taxes.  They like to be paid in cash, or if you pay in checks, they take them and immediately cash them.

In many cases, "Working for less and not paying taxes" means their net pay is much higher than that of the American citizen who "Works and has taxes taken out of his pay."  Each time socialized services expands, and taxes go up and benefits go up, this gap widens...

Does the employer not benefit as well? Aren't resources more directly distributed to optimal targets by bypassing the politico-economic friction?

There's usually some reward to risk. Anyone can work/risk under-the-table jobs if they wanted to.

No, anyone cannot work/risk under the table jobs.  Not remotely true.  If you are "in the system" it is much more dangerous because everything is trackable back to your identity.

Many of these people operate completely "out of the system" with no verifiable ID.  Does the employer benefit?  This depends.  I am only pointing out that illegals are NOT "working for less," in most cases they are "working for more."

As an example, around where I live the going rate for "illegal Mexican day labor" is at a minimum $15 per hour cash.  Clearly that's equal to about $22 per hour "in the system" with taxes.   But general labor does not get $22 per hour.  Maybe in some unions in other parts of the country, but not here.  I will say similar labor may net $12 per hour here.  $12 to the American, $15 to the illegal.  Now assume that socialism ramps up, and the $22 per hour "in the system" goes up to to $25.  The illegal now jacks his hourly rate to $18 because he can, and he gets it.

As would be expected, the black market transaction is more lucrative.   The worst the socialism, the more attractive is the black market.

Well this sounds like they need to make the punishments for the labor providers harsher. Instead of a fine make it jail time for anyone found to be providing work for illegals.  Screw the fines.  It isnt working by the looks of it.  i propose 1 year per illegal you have employed.  that would stop some employers in their tracks.  Along with like 100k fine per illegal.   A few times of that and word being spread hiring of illegals will halt.  except for the ones who dont care in which case we don't want those employers active anyways.
There should be caps on individual countries for H1B visas And there should be accountability for which company gets them (visa recipients). There are many companies genuinely in need of skilled labour and are suffering because big bulk of them go towards companies like Disney who don't need them.

The only result of this would be Government looking the other way when their preferred people were hiring illegals.  For example, using and gaming the system for political purposes.  But there is a more basic reason it won't work.

What you propose is to legislate "black markets" out of existence.  In the entire history of man, that has never worked.  It has not even worked when the penalty was beheading for those caught.

I am only talking about illegals not black markets.  They will always exist.  For one reason.  They are black.  lol.

They have imposed fines on people but it doesnt seem to work as most people who hire illegals could care less.  Just give a reason to care a little more and they would stop what they are doing.

Why wouldn't it work?  Its a simple process.  The way the laws are today there are loads of law enforcement agencies that would jump on this shit.  They have no issue jumping on other low rated topics.  This would give them something else to do.

It wouldn't stop any black market besides importing illegals for work.  If anything it may turn them into slaves.

And now I do not want to hear anything about slavery.  As even Jesus had slaves.  not that I am religious.  Just think its funny how so many Christians think slavery is bad but yet the one they look to and prey to and talk to had slaves.

The whole point is.  Not to make it harder for people to employ illegals but to make it so people do not want to.  Give them reason not to.  Make sense.

Sure, you could do something like this by eliminated cash, then tracking every penny spent by every citizen and business.  You'd need to issue to all "Legals" a government cash card for their electronic transactions, and you'd need to outlaw bitcoin, and jail people who used any foreign currencies.

All this would create problems because all of the Congressmen and Senators have workers like Phillipino Maids, who are paid in cash.

So they'd never allow it.

Do people really beleive anything the Huffington Post has to say.  They have printed many lies about famous people and have been sued many times because of it.

I find some of their stuff interesting but as a reliable source NO.

Donald Trump loves winning, and he won just about every group in New Hampshire

Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump addresses ecstatic supporters following his win in the New Hampshire primary. (Reuters)

Donald Trump's second-place finish in Iowa disappointed no one in the country more than Donald Trump. But that was Ted Cruz territory through-and-through: Lots of conservatives, lots of evangelicals and Trump got outplayed in a state where that matters.

New Hampshire is very different. It's a state with more independents, fewer conservatives and fewer evangelicals. (In Iowa, nearly two-thirds of Republicans identified that way, compared to a quarter in New Hampshire, according to preliminary exit polling reported by CNN.) So that meant that Trump could do poorly with conservatives and still triumph. And so he did, winning despite ... winning only a third of the "very conservative" vote. Among evangelical voters, Trump and Cruz were basically tied.

This was the scale of Trump's win. Trump won men, women, every age group, every ideology, people who had and people had not gone to college, and every single age bracket. And he won those groups by huge margins. Men, 3-to-1 over the second-place finisher. Women, 2-to-1. Voters under 30, 2-to-1. Nearly 4-in-10 of those who hadn't attended college -- but also a third of those who had.

Godzilla Trump, stomping his way across the state. How dominant was Trump? He tied John Kasich for the most support among people who think undocumented immigrants should receive amnesty. Given Trump's hard-line immigration stances, that's basically like saying that Donald Trump won voters who identify as not wanting to Make America Great Again. But they asked about that, too. Among voters who think that the next generation will be better off than today, the generation that will live through Trump's great America, he won 4 in 10 votes.

Be radical, have principles, be absolute, be that which the bourgeoisie calls an extremist: give yourself without counting or calculating, don't accept what they call ‘the reality of life' and act in such a way that you won't be accepted by that kind of ‘life', never abandon the principle of struggle.

Donald Trump and Bernie Sanders Win in New Hampshire

MANCHESTER, N.H. — Donald J. Trump and Senator Bernie Sanders of Vermont harnessed working-class fury on Tuesday to surge to commanding victories in a New Hampshire primary that drew a huge turnout across the state.

The success by two outsider candidates dealt a remarkable rebuke to the political establishment, and all but guaranteed protracted, bruising races for each party’s presidential nomination.

Mr. Trump, the wealthy businessman whose blunt language and outsider image have electrified many Republicans and horrified others, benefited from an unusually large field of candidates that split the vote among traditional politicians like Gov. John Kasich of Ohio, who finished second, and former Gov. Jeb Bush of Florida.

But Mr. Trump also tapped into a deep well of anxiety among Republicans and independents in New Hampshire, according to exit polling data, and he ran strongest among voters who were worried about illegal immigrants, incipient economic turmoil and the threat of a terrorist attack in the United States.

The GOP establishment seems to be pretty pissed with the Trump win. They were expecting Trump to emerge victorious in New Hampshire, but the margin took them by surprise. Everyone were thinking that Rubio and Bush might be able to score upwards of 20%.... but in the end it was a Trump tsunami. Now the next states are South Carolina and Nevada. The former is extremely important, as it follows the "Winner-take-all" method for electing delegates.

I thought he would win as well just not by that much.  Was interesting to watch the numbers as they rolled in and how he won right off the bat because of the amount of votes even when only 4% were in.  Very interesting.

What happened to Cruz?  Christie doesn't even qualify for the next debate.  He had only single digits.

Trump ended up with 10 Delegates.  The nearest to him was Kasich wit 3.   Trump took it and ran.

glad to see a new politic join and fly in front of everyone.

Hope he wins would love to see what he can do in the office.

I realized two things about Trump after I watched this video.

WOW! TRUMP Calls Out FOX After They Doctor Video
to Make it Look Like He Said “F*ck” at Rally

We're going to have businesses that used to be in New Hampshire, that are now in Mexico, come back to New Hampshire. And, you can tell them to go (blank) themselves.

Trump never used the word f*ck in this speech.

Here is the video: [ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xv6_8gK2T_E ].

The two things I understood about Trump after watching this video are:
1. Trump has some good ideas;
2. He ain't the guy to carry them out.

Donald Trump FULL Speech in Iowa Campaign Rally - July 25, 2015

At least he does not change his views easily.  Listen to him in 1988 talking about foreign policy.

He might say things that offend some people, but so what?

I agree who cares if he offends people.  Things will not get done if that is all people worry about.  Things need to change and with everyone worried about racist and politically correct words it will not happen.  Easily anyways.  People need to stop acting like they are being called names in school and act like men and women.  If a black is called a nigger who cares, if a china man is called a chink who cares, if I am called a cracker, who cares.  People say these words are hurtful.  If they are who cares get over it.  We are adults and petty shit like this shouldn't matter.

The problem is not and will never be that he "dares to say what have to be said".

The problem is the lack of logic and of humanity of his words. Here is the problem, nowhere else.

A resistance to towing the line on political correctness is not "a lack of logic and of humanity."

It is simply refusing to play the game of political correctness.
