3341  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling should be considered as a Sickness!! on: August 05, 2016, 07:48:22 PM
Gambling is not sickness but it is addictive and large number of people who gamble are easy victim to get addicted to it. It is state of mind which works in many weak character persons like sickness. Gambling has its own effects when someone practice it for loner period of time. It is up to person how deeper he takes gambling in his life. Gambling by itself is nothing.

It obviously depends on you if how you let gambling effect your life, if you dont take it too seriously and gamble just for fun you wont feel it like a sickness but if you get addicted and gamble for profits then it would surely become a sickness for you.

I totally agree with this. Which makes me remember the saying I read before, and it goes like this: Life is a tragedy for those who feel and a comedy for those who think. If we treat gambling as for fun or if we do it with a system that does not involve emotions on it, then I don't think so gambling brings sickness these way.
3342  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is their any safe methods to gamble? on: August 05, 2016, 07:43:34 PM
Well. Do gambling. With 1% target per day. And 0.1% per hour for 10 hours a day. 0.1% is not a big task.
Ur money will be 1.3x per month. Pretty much good if u dont want to loose.
I hope u wont be greedy and choose to keep ur target 10% per day. 1% is risky. But 10% is tooo much risk. I.e. Ur risk will be 10x.
Also if u keep ur target 2x then it will be suicide.
Good luck.

is this calculations based on our bankroll? Or is there ideal bankroll to start with? Because we know, smaller balance will make it not worth the time when we apply this 1% target per day.
3343  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: do you like slot games ? on: August 05, 2016, 07:38:00 PM
Nope, For some reason, I have never won in slot games (Online), Never tried the slot games in real life though. I like playing dice more than slot games cause you have a higher chance of winning
i dont like it either, if you play slots in my opinion you just waste your money and nothing else because of the huge house edge, i wouldnt play it if i were you

I totally agree with this. I played slot games and to be honest, I have not experienced any winning at all. But during first bets, it was a lot of fun until I noticed that I lost a lot already. That time I realized and make a vow not to play it again in my lifetime.
3344  Other / Archival / Re: Where you get Bitcoin ? on: August 05, 2016, 07:34:01 PM
Faucet and from Bitcointalk

I think you should concentrate only on bitcointalk to earn good amount of coins as these forum allows to earn bitcoins in various ways, faucets will waste your time giving very low payouts.
Yes totally right if some one is earning a pretty decent amount through signature campaign then faucets pay really less as compared to campaign.I think faucets should be for newbies and when they get good rank here then leave faucets and start signature campaigns.

signature campaign is way better than faucet. I am now a Jr. Member in rank and I got .006 satoshis a week or 0.024 in a month - definitely not bad than faucet.

If I get promoted in my rank, of course the payout will increase. Smiley
3345  Other / Off-topic / Re: If i give you 10 BTC what will you do? on: August 05, 2016, 07:20:26 PM
cold storage the most and maybe invest the rest. also buy some bitcoin books =)
i would just hold most of my bitcoins either, in my opinion in this way i can make a lot of money and be able to use banks as less as possible

holding bitcoin for a long term is treating it as a real investment. This way, we don't care about the price of it - it just doesn't matter to us. When the time is ripe, we will harvest the best profit of our investment Smiley
3346  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or gold? on: August 05, 2016, 07:15:52 PM
Everyone who had deal with gold should make a choise here, i don't even know what to do with gold to make some money, so i am a bitcoin user Grin

Gold will serve you only as an investment and it cannot be used like bitcoin in different areas as bitcoin hold multiple features which can be helpful in many ways.

This makes really sense. Bitcoin is like gold in terms of investment but the former has added features and that is - can also be used as payment for online transactions, gambling, and the like..
3347  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: People hate Bitcoins? on: August 05, 2016, 07:11:04 PM
yes you're right because people don't have idea what is bitcoin, and what bitcoin can do in our life so that they not interest in bitcoin people want them to spoonfeed if they have internet why they don't try to search on how to earn online witholut investing money or spending money i love bitcoin where i get my daily need it helps me to live everyday Smiley earn for free and spend it all <3
Yeah i agree, people will like bitcoin like us if they know about bitcoin. Due to their lack of understanding about bitcoin with it they are not interested in bitcoin. Just like me who know bitcoin from internet, and with bitcoin i can buy my school needs Smiley

You are right a lot of people still dont understand it but I dont call it hate it is more of like innocence in something. Scared of the unknown. When they do have knowledge about it they will see better.

Exactly, people who hates or doesnt know anything about bitcoin would surely start using it when they will come to know about its benefits and uses that are so simple and profitable for people.
i agree with you the lack of knowledge because they hate to bitcoin or other reason is this that some people invest their money in other crypto currency and they want to decrease bitcoin through spreading negative news about bitcoin and they trying to down bitcoin and grow up their currency.

or maybe they tried to spread negative news about bitcoin and once it is down in value, they will buy it and wait for it to rise again and they have big profit. That is how big and not so good investors are manipulating the market in their favor and also some insider trading.
3348  Other / Archival / Re: Do you have paypal account even though you have bitcoin? on: August 05, 2016, 07:07:40 PM
Yes I have a paypal but I don't really use it much. I currently work overseas and as you may or may not know, paypal won't allow any transactions if it's users are in certain countries. So it's basically useless to me right now, where as when using bitcoin I don't have that issue to worry about. Herein one of the prime examples of why bitcoin is great.

Then again there's not many people in this situation but a good example none the less.

This is a good example of the best use of bitcoin. We should look at using paypal or bitcoin depending on our situation and need. Thus, there is no exact answer as to what we should have -either bitcoin or paypal.
3349  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will you quit your day job to go full time on bitcoin? on: August 05, 2016, 06:56:38 PM
I think that it's not time yet, i am not ready to start working at home with bitcoins, for me is much better to talk with people on my daily job insteed of online.

I am working online for 5 years already and I have not encountered any problem as to payment. At the moment, there are online job offers that pays with bitcoin and I believe people are starting to accept and use bitcoin as salary for certain jobs online.
3350  Other / Archival / Re: Do you use bitcoin as currency or investment? on: August 05, 2016, 06:52:51 PM
I use Bitcoin as a currency so I can invest. I don't use Bitcoin as an investment alone, I will trade bitcoins and profit from a price rise as well as any profit made from trading. Although this method is risky I think it is better than simply holding Bitcoin.
yes i am also using bitcoin bitcoin just like other people who are using bitcoin for investment only, the reason is that we have not facilities in our local area to use bitcoin for shopping or for any other purposes, therefore i am using bitcoin for investment only, but i am still hopeful that a time will come when we will be able to use bitcoin for buying every thing using bitcoin,

Yes majority of users are using it as an investment as there are no shops available where we can spend our coins so till that day comes we need to treat it as an investment.

I agree with eddyubachs that until stores in your country accept bitcoin as payment, treating bitcoin as investment is the way to go.. In the country I am living right now, stores are not accepting bitcoin and I use bitcoin for exchange, lending, and gambling only.

3352  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is their any safe methods to gamble? on: July 31, 2016, 11:10:18 AM
The risk is same whether you are gambling or thinking to start gambling as business. There is no guarantee that as house your site will become successful. If you have limited resources and someone at start hit jackpot then too you are going to be in troubles. At start even being house is not safer without talking about playing gamble which is no safer at all.

If you have a bigger amount of money to invest in starting a gambling website or a casino then it is sure that after you hard struggle and spending much more in advertising your business will be successful, but it is not sure that you will definitely earn if you bring a huge amount of money and start to play gambling at there. That is the obvious difference.
That is a profitable business but it is really hard to start a gambling sites, your capital available will not guarantee that you will run a successful gambling sites or casino because you need to consider a lot of things to attract gamblers and to maintain your clients the moment you have succeed attracting them.

you also need to have an awesome team that can help you anytime your online casino site encounters some problems. it must be a trustworthy and loyal team members - you know why, right?
3353  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: MY gambling strategy to limit loss and make btc on: July 31, 2016, 02:57:54 AM
with this strategy, you'll never be able to build up a bankroll to gradually increase the profit you can make. I'd recommend setting a higher goal (like maybe .1 btc) and whenever you hit that goal, you withdraw a portion of your winnings. That way you can still build up your bankroll while making sure you dont lose everything

HE does it like that to protect his smaller bankroll. Its true when you bet higher you can make more but you can also lose everything. Its different for everyone.

With bigger bankroll though, you can build many sessions which give you many chances of hitting your profit goal, be it daily, weekly, or monthly profit goal
3354  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Soccer Betting Strategy on: July 30, 2016, 04:44:00 PM
Soccer depend on any person experience how tricky he is to pick the right option, but luck is also very important factor for betting, some matches got finished with unexpected result so that I think anybody can manage the bankroll than he can make good profit by using experience and knowledge.
for me this game is one of the most common venue for a good gambler as the odds itself can help you decide where to place your bets the more smaller odd the more chances to win so i can't see how the strategy will work with this martigail system won't fit because of low odds to win mate perhaps you can you parlays and pick the one that you are familiar with combination would be better then use the martigail if you really like it.

I am not doing sportsbet yet and it will be my 3rd priority to learn sportsbetting. Currently I am now learning trading and after that, I will also be studying sports betting - keep studying now.

While I am not yet good at sports betting strategy, I will be betting to my favorite team.
3355  Other / Off-topic / Re: Save you Bitcoin for your (grand) child / children? on: July 30, 2016, 04:40:44 PM
Saving Bitcoins for the child/children is a good idea, though I don't have yet a child I can save bitcoin but as long as I'm not in that stage I'm gonna still contiue doing trading to make my bitcoin grow for me to have savings in the future. Because I do believe years from now bitcoin will rise up to 2000$ stable price. Cheesy

I am jealous bravehearth0319. I really want to venture trading soon. I am no studying how to do proper trading of bitcoin. While doing that, I let some of my coins loaned and earn from interest. But I know I will earn more than that if I do trading.
3356  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Didn't know I can loss all without winning anything on: July 30, 2016, 04:38:01 PM
That is how things can go with gambling you think that if you play much you are going to win sometime but that is what is tricking you.
With gambling the chance is greater that you are going to lose so that is what happens most of the time.

Definitely agree to this. And our best way to combat this fact is to create more sessions by dividing your total bankroll into sessions. That way, we will have more chances of being lucky.
3357  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: It's Halving Day! What Can You Say? on: July 30, 2016, 04:36:17 PM
Ha ha ha, it is funny to see that actually "everybody" was expecting this irrelevant behavior in the bitcoin price after the greatly expected halving, when few days ago everybody was planning how to manage his new wealth after that event.

But well, I think it is just a matter of patience. I think it is imminent an amazing future in the rate of bitcoin, though it could take several months or even years.

I know. It was a funny experience of mine minutes prior to halving. I was reading chats in online casino chatrooms and other players are so excited of the price increase because they have bought bitcoins during that day. I told them that there will be no dramatic changes on bitcoins that time. They end up teasing with one another minutes after the halving though.
3358  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Dice game strategy? on: July 30, 2016, 04:26:15 PM
gambling is a big pond of fishes but its not only
depends on the stratgy but also depends on your luck .
if you are lucky you will get a big fish or else nothing.
gambling has plenty of risk involment but when we play
without a strargy then that risk is being multiplyed by 2
or 3

That is true. Many people are saying that there are no strategies to gambling - if you believe this and gamble, then you are doom to really lose fast. However, if you have strategy in place and built many sessions, you have greater chances of being lucky.
3359  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: did you put all your money into bitcoin? on: July 30, 2016, 04:22:56 PM
I put most of my money into bitcoin how about you?

When i started with bitcoin, than i invest only my 10%, but now i have a lot of information about bitcoin, so i can say it easily that i have invested in bitcoin 25%, may be it more, and other 75% i get from my salary. But bitcoin is really helpful for me. May be in future i will invest more. I also want to do trading but i have no trust-able sites so i couldn't do it.
i have invested about 70% of my assets in bitcoin, and i am going to invest  more and more, although my previous investment is in low rate below 400 $ but still i think it is good time invest more because to me the price of bitcoin is still too low and hope that it it will increase so much in next some months.

I could not agree more. I also believe so that the price of bitcoin will go high in the next couple of months. That is the reason why I am holding now my coins.
3360  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Trading vs Gambling on: July 30, 2016, 04:21:24 PM
Just curious since the last discussion I had was about gambling vs trading. I know trading can seem to be a bit of a gamble as well, but I see it a little bit like poker. It's a combination of math and psychology. Maybe not the same ratio though, just generalizing  Tongue
Don't know really about trading except alt coin stuff but that is not really trading except for fun.
So gambling seems more serious because of those two points you made about how you must use your brain to beat the other players. So I would go with that if I were to chose one over the other.

At the moment, I am also heavy on gambling but I am now learning the ways on how to do trading the right way. I am not profiting that big yet in gambling but I am slowly recovering from my big losses. Online casino dice can attest to my losses Smiley
