3361  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you get mad when the price of your cryptos go higher after you have sold on: February 24, 2021, 12:14:23 PM
I have been investing in cryptos for some years now and i always have to fight a battle with myself whenever i sell some of my cryptos or close my positions in a trade and the price continues to go higher.
It happens with everyone of us and its natural. It is similar to having regrets of not taking education more seriously as a student, because we know how useful it was but that is why hindsight is such a wonderful thing.

We all sell and buy coins which we could have hold for little longer and earned much more, my recent such experience was with BNB as they got pumped but I had sold all my BNB I held since quite sometime like months ago.

Do you also encounter this? And how do you deal with it?
I just let the frustration and emotions go through me because it gives me strength to hold in times when everyone is panicking. Just forget about it if possible and move on with other trades. The best way to deal is let it sink into your mind but don't let it affect your current trades.
3362  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Some DeFi Gems To Watchout For in 2021 on: February 24, 2021, 11:36:58 AM
Some tokens that exist made a lot of money gets a lot of copycat coins/tokens like them and you should be staying away from them since they are very dangerous. For example YFI became something amazing and a lot of people made a lot of money from it, but the reality is that that was it and I do not think that making exactly the same thing over and over again would mean anything in the end, it will definitely make you lose money if you invest into a coin that copied another coin. Which is why when you are picking defi always go for something that is brand new.

One exception is that if something exists in one chain and doesn't exist in another, copying it to another chain could still be valid. Aside from that, always go for original ideas that doesn't exist anywhere else, you could make a decent amount of money from those kinds of original tokens.
3363  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you take team's cohesion into account when betting? on: February 24, 2021, 10:40:08 AM
Motivation and what's on stake for a team to win the game is not just important but one of the most crucial things to analyze and this doesn't work in just soccer or team sports but also individual player based sports like tennis. You can see Djokovic vs Nadal matches will always have a higher level of intensity as compared to Djokovic playing some ranked 100 guy that's because his reputation and rivalry is at stake against top players.

For team sports, always see if the teams participating in the match have some reason to push their limits or they are just playing for consolation prizes. In fact I have several times made profit when I know a team needs to win by at least 2 goals to qualify and that tells me the match will have more goals than usual as the team will attack all the time which doesn't just help them score more but the opposition also gets a few easy chances to counter attack against an all-offensive lineup.
3364  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is Dogecoin overpriced? on: February 24, 2021, 09:37:35 AM
We should to consider tech compound of coin to real conclusions. I think not only you are surprised. The coin looks realy much overboughted without of coin tech part. The people still injectives in the Dogge.
It is quite obvious that dogecoin is only being trending and bought so much because Tesla's CEO Elon Mush, who is apparently the richest man now, has started to talk good about dogecoin and himself also buying dogecoins which creates an illusion for people that dogecoin is going to the moon. People are riding the hype train which might get derailed very soon once the support from Musk is taken back or discontinued. I am really excited to see how people react when they lose money because of Musk's fake pumping.

I am calling it fake pumping because he hasn't given any reason why dogecoin is the future as he said in a tweet and created a poll. Blindly supporting a coin and that too by the richest man, means there is more to it then we think.

The rise in the price of the coin in the near future is only the result of the interest shown by Elon Musk, at least that is my personal opinion.
I didn't knew that even the owner sold all the coins, which clearly shows that none had the trust in dogecoin apart from Mr Musk who seem to have some kind of affection with the coin.
3365  Economy / Economics / Re: Great reset is done on: February 24, 2021, 08:35:32 AM
I can't say it's gome completely just like how you're putting it but it certainly has massively subsided compared to last year. We can't really accurately tell what's going to happen in the future but it's showing a better trend. That being said, we're as hopeful as you OP are that this will be the last few times we've had to fear for COVID and diseases, and on to a better year and decade we go.
I might be wrong but I feel like the corona virus was more hyped by some countries and more than required pre-cautions were being taken. With my outmost respect to people who suffered, I feel like the governments played around the virus and got a good reason to print more money which is not causing the real troubles.

Massive amount of funds were collected in the name of corona virus relief funds and most of it was used illegally. Governments got a good cover to hide their holes behind, in the name of corona and play the victim game.

A good guide worth reading about the kind of scams going on, in the name of corona virus are well mentioned here: https://safety.google/securitytips-covid19/
3366  Economy / Economics / Re: Yearly >Trendy< Crypto Markets, Is Crypto becoming like Tech Fashion? on: February 24, 2021, 06:43:35 AM
i thought im going to see a btc on here because i notice that btc has its own trend or pattern like for example every  november the price are always rising  or in every other year there is a same price scheme btc are following and why treat them as a tech fashion and why not a fashion (clothing ), hairstyle , etc.  theres so many things do also have thier own trend . if gadgets was an example .old gadgets can go in a trend again . they can remake it and make it more portable , add features , etc . so as the crypto stuffs on here , they can do the same modification to gain attention
That is quite wrong, in 2018 the price dropped all the way to 6.5k dollar prices and in November it has fallen to 3k prices as well, all because of the war between BCH and BSV and because Craig sold a bunch of bitcoins he owned from being an early investor, he did it to gain a lot of hash power to take control of BCH which he failed anyway.

Long story short the price of bitcoin doesn't "always" go up ever November, if it was that simple everyone in the world would buy bitcoin on October and sell on December and do this 10 years in a row and you are the richest person in the world, why do we not do it? Because it is not guaranteed, sure there were more Novembers that was profitable than Novembers that wasn't profitable but "most likely" doesn't equal to always.

I personally think the long term is always profitable, as long as you hold it, eventually it will go over the price you bought it from, maybe in a minute maybe in a decade but it will happen.
3367  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which Stablecoin is the most Trustworthy? on: February 24, 2021, 04:52:10 AM
Coming back here is Dai the most trustworthy as people saying its decentralized Huh
Yes, it is decentralized which makes it really unique and trust issues are solved mostly but I never used it don't know why but tether looks like the better option for me.

The couple of years ago media and members of forum talked about overboughted of USDT market. This could be a true, but USDT is till alive to this moment. This may be a sign of stability.
Tether is so famous because like bitcoin is so famous despite better ones out there because they are 1st ones in the market of their own type. Bitcoin was the first crypto and similarly tether was the 1st stable coin which is why they are so popular and almost every trader uses them.

With time, tether will lose its value though because unlike bitcoin, tether is centralized and a lot of risk is there in case some day tether dumps all the coins and runs away.
3368  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I think POLKADOT is still really undervalued on: February 23, 2021, 08:21:23 PM
I agree with you and strongly believe that polkadot along with a lot of other crypto prohects are still very much undervalued right now
If you think about it, cryptocurrencies have achieved so much by being mainly just a means of value exchange and development of other blockchains
By the time the mainstream usage of decentralized finance happens, the prices of most of these tokens will surge to incredible heights.
Polkadot has a great team behind it so i think it has the potential to do great things
I think if only the money being invested in dead coins comes out and is invested into these prudent upcoming projects like DOT then we can really see the price of DOT rocketing to the moon. I also seriously wish Elon Musk had the brain to support a more potential project like DOT or any other good one instead of burning money with doge coins. Yes he is a billionaire and I am not even a millionaire so he must have better decision making but I don't see any logic here seriously.

I like how much the community supports PokaDot and understands how it is better than some dead coins like Doge coin but the big man who can change things doesn't quite understand. Do you guys think Musk is playing some games with the market right now? I certainly think so.
3369  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: February 23, 2021, 07:15:44 PM
Now that Bayern lost and even had a tie before that, Leipzig is now just 2 points within reach and that shows you the power of money in football. RB just decided to dominate football and they are going from nation to nation getting cups and wins, which is both scary and awesome to show as well.

I do not know how they are planning on keeping this success with the money not going into buying players and so forth, they have grown to the size they can technically without RB just straight up putting insane amounts in it, which probably won't happen due to fair play rules, but they are really showing the world the power of money honestly. Next stop is Italy? Spain? maybe even premier league? Who knows. Leipzig winning the league here would mean a lot, it would be an amazing moment for them but it would be an amazing moment for the whole world as well.
3370  Economy / Gambling / Re: Tru.Bet - A Peer to Peer Sportsbet Exchange on: February 23, 2021, 06:23:00 PM
Avoid haters and these scam messages by newbie means nothing because if there was even tiny bit of truth, there would be a proper thread with some proof. Avoiding answering him because it wastes your time only. But one thing you need to work on is getting more users and bets because last when I checked there were like 27 bets made in the past 24 hours which is really low. I hope that will improve since you are really new to the community and being a betting exchange peer-to-peer it is quite unique.

One thing you can do to fasten up things, if its within your budget, is that you can send very small free bets like 100 satoshi free bet for everyone who joins the platform. I haven't tested the platform myself but a free bet or small bonus on joining to test the platform always helps. I am not sure if a faucet is there in place already, the suggestion I gave is it there isn't one.
3371  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2021 NBA Season on: February 23, 2021, 05:42:24 PM
Honestly Lebron is not the type of guy that will be mad about a play, Green missed a very important last second shot last year in the finals yet he was still not mad about it and defended the guy as well, he never blames anyone for trying and failing, he only gets angry if you do not even try, this dude was the teammate of JR Smith so you can be certain that he wouldn't be mad at Kuzma.

However this whole week proved to the world that unless AD plays, Lakers is basically a very mediocre team at best, sure they would probably beat Wizards 8 out of 10 times and this was a fluke even without AD, but I have to say Lakers are nowhere near finals level without AD, but obviously all teams are horrible without their superstar yet AD is very injury prone. If AD misses the playoffs with an injury, Lakers are not becoming champions 100% guaranteed, not even Lebron can save them.
3372  Economy / Gambling / Re: Primedice.com | Creators of Dicing 🎲 | 60+ Billion Bets | 113+ BTC Jackpot! on: February 23, 2021, 01:37:32 PM
i'm player of Primdice more than 5 years and I really satisfied using of this, Im happy that this gambling sites are reached 80 billion bets and it is one of the highest numbers of bets in the crypto online gambling. Also this gambling sites are helping for the dogecoin to rise the value.
They help make the name for DOGE and similar coins that have been a part of the legacy cryptocurrency group but to rise in value - I doubt that.

When a coupon loaded with DOGE comes into offering people are going to go for the free money and eventually lose it on the casino. They are then going to go with buying DOGE and spending more DOGE on the casino - you might argue that I am contradicting my opinion about raising the value of DOGE by this but it is less significant that what celebs like Musk have already done. Gamblers being impulsive will spent bought coins immediately and therefore the casino will profit.
Actually the coupon can be claimed in any coin you wish as the email also mentioned and doge coin was just their suggestion because of the recent pump like you said forced and supported by Elon musk. I haven't reached the highest levels yet so I got reloads and the value is decent but not crazy and I am just trying to hit some big multiplier with them.

For some reason I only love playing dice at PrimeDice even though I bet for sports at stake but when I really feel like rolling dice and doing a session then I just deposit into Primedice because the betting is faster, I have felt and there is just a home feeling maybe because I have been on Primedice since their v2 I think.
3373  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔶 YOLOdice.com 🔶 suspending on 1st March 2021 :-( on: February 23, 2021, 12:14:04 PM
Obviously this is going to be a sad affair to see yolodice go, but maybe that is the best for the team, it has been getting to a point where it was harder to control something this huge, we are talking about tens of millions of dollars in their responsibility and honestly I wouldn't want that neither. Do not think about just how much was there in the investment, do not think how much people gambled neither, think about how much money was in the wallets of yolodice total, all of it combined, that would be a huge amount and would literally cause people to lose sleep over security of it.

One bad hack and it would all be gone in a second. I think Ethan and the team made a great decision to postpone something like this, it really does ease their minds, and I am sure when the time comes and they are fully gone, it will definitely be a much more relaxed future for them as well. PS: Ethan if you come back with an idea, try to not take this much responsibility because it is really too stressful Cheesy.
3374  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Potential of an altcoin on: February 23, 2021, 10:44:36 AM
Comparing it to another coin that is similar wouldn’t do no good. Take for example ; we all know that Ethereum was created for smart contracts and there are so many other altcoins out there that were also created for the same purpose and they were even created to be better than ETH in so many areas, but still ETH continues to grow while most of these coins are just falling everyday, ETH doesn’t determine where they are heading to, ETH can be increasing and they are all decreasing.

So, you can’t use a similar coin to compare, because one can be better or have a stronger community than the others. And since you have gotten another profit, maybe it’s best you sell some part of the money.
3375  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: February 22, 2021, 07:28:42 PM
Honestly it is obvious that leverkusen should have won that game, not because they played better, in fact when you look at the game itself augsburg played a lot better and they deserved a win by their play, however before the game, we know leverkusen and we know augsburg and if you asked anyone in the game pick one of them they would 90%+ say that leverkusen would win.

However for some reason there is a situation in bundesliga where unexpected results happen weekly, it is a common thing. In my nation there is even a saying "do not bet on german league" as a funny meme because it is really impossible to know what is going to happen in bundesliga, it is so common for underdogs to get a point against high favorites that in no other league of the world you see underdogs get this much points from favorites, sure in other leagues underdogs may end up winning too, but it is far far far less frequently.
3376  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🎲BetFury.io|⚡️Free BTC|⚡️$3mln Divs paid|⚡️$200K Jackpots|⚡️$1mln Cashback on: February 22, 2021, 06:43:20 PM
I think that the more they are advancing everyone wants to achieve improvements in the platform, it is what they always look for, they cannot silence people for wanting more. The market in general is growing, the price of bitcoin is in an upward trend, this makes players strive to have more facilities such as withdrawing and depositing funds, it may be that the ETH fee is what is causing this trouble in many, perhaps that's why they want an internal exchange. The success of the platform has been great and it can continue to grow, the options should not be left behind, and although an internal exchange is not planned for now, people will always ask for what they want the most, the world of games is like that and more in casinos that always have immense competition.
So far Betfury is delivering, they may not give us what members are requesting but if you look at the overall feature of Betfury, you can say that it's worth playing here, Betfury until now has no complaint about withdrawal, deposit, or any other issues, I'm more comfortable now and I hope they continue doing this and if there's still available funds, they should continue doing marketing.
Yeah, they actually have instant withdrawals because I remember depositing and playing with TRX and when I withdrew they sent the withdrawal by some smart contract or something I believe which was instant. I actually withdrew to another site and had to manually ask them to credit deposit as they didn't detect the transaction because it was executed by smart contract.

Love the design and already a lot of improvements are being made so i don't think they need to do much of marketing. Instead, it would be worth sending some kind of bonus monthly to keep the players attached to their platform like some other casinos does from time to time.
3377  Economy / Gambling / Re: Duelbits.com | Instant BTC & ETH withdraws | Live games & Slots!| on: February 22, 2021, 06:09:33 PM
We're back online! Now with a new VIP system! Go and check it out and leave your feedback, thank you! https://duelbits.com/lounge
Actually loved it and it was all that was missing so far I felt. I got the email about the VIP program and I checked it immediately and I was curious how the new VIP system looks like.

Although I haven't wagered and leveled up yet but I really liked the system with the instant, weekly and monthly bits. Lets see who actually reaches the Ace level first and I wonder if there are players who already accomplished a lot of levels.

One thing I would suggest adding is information like how much wager is needed for each level because trust me as someone who often chases VIP levels, it feels great to have that information.
3378  Economy / Economics / Re: Risk-takers always ahead financially on: February 22, 2021, 05:16:22 PM
It is not really something you should be aspiring to be unless you have the money for it. I have seen people who have tens of thousands even hundreds of thousands of dollars go into risky things with only few thousand dollars and make a ton of money, and so the poorer people who do not have that kind of money go all-in for few thousand dollars and lose money, because they think they could do the same thing but fail to do so in the end, and they only have one shot at it as well.

It is not smart to be risk taker if your risk is greater than everyone else, going all-in to something is never advised and diversification is very important. I would say do not spend under 100 bucks or more than 1% of your money into something very risky, which means you should have at least 20k+ and invest 200 bucks in that case, otherwise if you lack that funds, stay on the safe side.
3379  Economy / Gambling / Re: Roobet.com | Crypto’s Fastest Growing Casino 🦘 on: February 22, 2021, 09:53:06 AM
Recently had created an account and did not find somehow the chat option. Like don’t we have the community chat where all users just participate in the chat? Also, if it’s not their then where does the rainbot takes place because have seen that happening in the chat only in other sites. I might be missing something here so require the assistance.
At the bottom right is the chat option and usually on most casinos its on right hand side so not sure where you looked for it Undecided and already Hampuz gave the screenshot for the chat button. One thing I can say about the chat, since we are talking about chat, is that roobet has one of the best and non-toxic community of players.

If only sports betting was available at roobet, I might have never used any other casino after their launch but because sports betting ain't available just yet, I do play on other casinos at times.

With 1154 games and I am sure always increasing, roobet is the ideal choice for casino and if owners are reading please consider adding sportsbook too.
3380  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin crash is inevitable on: February 22, 2021, 07:40:57 AM
It is not "inevitable", that is not something we should be informing people with all the time. I have seen "crash incoming" things since price was 20k, it hasn't come and it may never come. I am not saying there will never be a crash neither, I can't know that but I (and you and anyone else) can't know if there is a guaranteed crash coming neither, it is not going to be guaranteed. So that means is that crash may or may not happen, that is the true situation, that "inevitable" makes people scared to go into bitcoin and buy more crypto with their fiat and when they are scared to buy more crypto that makes crypto not go up and the price of course crashes when people do not go into crypto, so by saying it will crash, you make it crash.

However if these huge companies keep pumping up money into bitcoin, there may not be a crash for a long long time, maybe ever, small corrections at 20-30% drop levels but that's about it.
