3361  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: what trading has made me on: March 24, 2019, 07:51:09 AM
Well, this is exactly the function of trading bot to interpret the market data on your behalf and decide the right time to place a buy or sell market and ease you of these stress but you still have to be watching the bot too closely and be sure the one you are using is still active because I have seen a situation whereby people complain about a particular both expiring without notifying until probably they see it has stopped working when they needed it the most.

I doubt if there is any free bot out there that will be free for users and be as effective as the paid ones, but human trading is still the best option provided you can learn to study indicators carefully.
3362  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Invest any time? on: March 24, 2019, 07:07:41 AM
I don't think it is failed because you can invest in altcoin which has a low price so you can get much amount and then hold it for a long time. The low price coins you should buy is the coins that have the potential to increase in a long time, and I am sure you can find those coin. But if you decide to invest in bitcoin for $10, then you don't make a big profit unless bitcoin price can increase more than $100,000 in the future. But I guess bitcoin price can get high in a long time.
It is very big misconception for those who think that we have to use the price of a coin to judge its achievement or usefulness, are we really expecting a coin price to keep growing till it become uncountable, they should please make me understand, so the coin should keep growing from $10 to 100 to 1000, to 1 million, to billion and then to trillion for one. What price will they ever be comfortable with ?

For God sake, the coin was created for payment and not only investment, the ratio between buy and sell is what will determine the price of the coin, do we expect people to just keep buying and holding the coin without even making use of it for payment.

Let us take for example the fiat currency, the value of USD to our currency must have been stable for a very long time without it changing, does that mean that people have stopped using it?
3363  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: tell us about your latest gambling experiences on: March 23, 2019, 05:57:21 PM
My latest gambling experiences was a lose some money Grin
But I don't regret to used that money because I know that is my risk if I lose. I don't think that I can win in the gambling games because I don't have a good history in the past related to gambling.
Maybe I will get a good experience in gambling, and I hope I can win some money from gambling Grin
I think I like your statement "I don’t regret". It shows a lot about your gambling personality.

I will however like to encourage you not to give up or assume you can never win. You can. You probably have to learn more about the game. If your interest in sports then does more of sportbetting’s and gets more skills.

Keep trying and always commit the amount you can easily afford to lose. I can assure you that the day you will win; you might win a huge sum that would look like you just recovered all that you have spent in the periods you’ve been playing. I wish you luck bro you keep trying Wink.
3364  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling Strategy on: March 23, 2019, 04:50:29 PM
Not only a limit in the amount you gamble but also a limit of tries.

One can always refill his bankroll everytime it runs out but if we fail to analyze our chances, that will only lead us to more loses.
We will know if gambling is for us if we will monitor our performance and if we are not profitable with the period of time we spend, we should decide to quit.
Setting a limit and working on the amount of tries for me is not as easy as it sounds. I remember there was a period I told myself I would work with my bankroll and once it’s down that means the end of the game that day. But, I end up always having this urge to refill or and I find it very difficult to quit especially after I might have made so much loses.

There is always this temptation to try again and I want to always go back to recover my loses, most times I don’t feel it is right to quit until I win. I don’t know if this is part of the game, if it is normal with everyone or do I need any kind of help to correct this? Please note that there are times this habit has helped me because there are days I can actually recover all and even more but most times I lose even more.
3365  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 NBA Season on: March 23, 2019, 03:48:14 PM
LEBRON ELEMINATED! It is the first time since 2006, its incredibly poetic it came from DLO they kicked out of the team.

What they do not understand is that Lonzo was never a great player, he played in a system and he was a system player, without that system built around him he is just fish out of water and they should have kept DLO instead of asking for Lonzo, hell Lonzo even has trade value, if they kept Dlo and still drafted Lonzo they could have traded him for something decent instead. Lebron must be feeling relieved, I mean going to finals god knows how many times in a row (last I remember Celtics on 2010 finals, after that was full on Lebron) must had some toll on his body and on his mind.

He is at an age where he can't just bully his team to finals or even playoffs, he needs help ASAP or he will be retiring earlier than we think. He also needs plenty of shooters around him.
3366  Economy / Speculation / Re: Do You Believe Bitcoin Will Rise Again? on: March 23, 2019, 03:18:22 PM
We know that the price of bitcoin will go up someday, but we don't know when it will happen, so what we do now is just a doubt to buy, if all users believe prices will rise soon, pump will happen in the near future. but in reality many investors still afraid to buy so, so prices don't go up yet..
This is where smart investors plays their games well, for now, I am 100% sure that no amount of sell off will make BTC fall in price to $3000 again, so the doubt now should be between $3500 and $4000 which is not too much gap to start waiting to invest.

Any smart investor could take part of the investment now to buy at this price while waiting to see if there will be more fall in price to also buy at that fall price, but now that it is even certain that bitcoin has bottom, given to the fact that a lot of analysis has been used for this to come to this conclusion, this will be the best time for any investor to buy bitcoin before it starts experiencing bull run and while they are even waiting and afraid to enter the market, if they had all invested now, definitely we would have seen a massive growth in the price of bitcoin.
3367  Economy / Speculation / Re: 'Bitcoin will run up to $5,000 by May' on: March 23, 2019, 02:38:35 PM
This are the kind of topics I love to see even if it might not happen. I see a lot of negative topics created by people about the price of bitcoin and I begin to wonder if this guys are also holders of this crypto or just bunch of FUD news creators or want to create fears in investors heart so that they don't invest in bitcoin anymore. This is the same prediction I made and I think we going to actually see it come to pass.
Half of those people creating  negative news about bitcoin and wishing the price crashes are actually doing so too for personal interest, many of them wishes to hold more that 2 or 3 BTC before the next bull run and since bitcoin is already expensive for them to buy one, they wish they can crash the price of bitcoin so it can give them the chance of making their dreams come through and some of these people actually work for government too that are against the use of cryptocurrency.

In other to discourage people from seeing the light and getting their financial freedom, they like the way they are always third party and taking advantage of people’s income especially the banks. Take for example SEC that dislikes cryptocurrency, do you think they won’t do anything possible to frustrate its usage?
3368  Economy / Speculation / Re: Predicting Bitcoin Price on: March 23, 2019, 11:06:46 AM
The price movement from the chats indicates that the pair is almost completing an inverse head and shoulder formation. Its neckline appears as a near-term falling price pattern capping the firm upside recent movements. The most recent jump in the BTC / USD pair confirms what the bulls are attempting to break.
You are right about it but the breakout has been seriously facing a lot of resistance and Bitcoin is looking to reclaim the $4000 price though might quickly go low a bit before rebounding back to $4000, we can see this from the sharp sell that made it drastically drop to $4013 from almost nearing $4090 on the 21st of march.

But, I really hope that by next week, buyers will really stay in control so the marketcap can be forced in bull trend. We really need lots of positive news and big companies adopting the use of Bitcoin for project development to really stay on $4000 and also boost the control of buyers over the market to sellers.
3369  Economy / Economics / Re: Latest Bitcoin market trend - Looks like the Bitcoin Whales are losing momentum on: March 22, 2019, 07:20:20 PM
I agree with you, I see already that whales are gradually losing the battle, and this is what I have been clamoring for in a long term, we need to war against these whales that are making the market highly volatile and the way is if we all don’t allow them to make us panic sell, once we don’t give in to this in the meantime, we will get more users coming in to the cryptocurrency space to also make use of it and with time, everything will become  balanced and there won’t be enough room for whales to manipulate again.

From here bitcoin will keep growing gradually till reaches its fairer price which would be based on mining cost and other impacting factors.
3370  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can I spend the daily expense by playing gambling? on: March 22, 2019, 06:14:31 PM
You can't rely on gambling for your daily expenditure, as you are not going to win every time. It is most likely that you would loss more than you win. It's not a dependable source of income.
Like normally suggested to newbies in cryptocurrency dealing and trading, same goes here for gamblers that you cannot rely on the income from gambling for your daily needs or house hold expenditure. This has huge uncertainty in it and if you give it a try, you would come to know how panicking it is. Better make a solid source of income and you can then play with peace in casino.
3371  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Casino gambler reveals 'secret no-lose betting pattern' :o on: March 22, 2019, 04:52:48 PM
Interesting system, If it worked though all casinos would change their system of how the roulette table works.
At the same time, it might also be a trap set. I don’t think there is any strategy that can ever be given freely when it comes to casino, casino is a game where you walk in with so much money and come out with little money because of its difficulty in playing, so I would wonder why a strategy would be given online if it were to work without demanding for anything in return.

Casino is strictly a game of luck although there are things I know that some players can do to boost their chances of winning in a casino game but I don’t think it is a strategy like this.
3372  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tried Stake.com on: March 22, 2019, 10:09:00 AM
Trusted places as today usually ask for a KYC for a decent amount of betting, it can sucks but is how it works now.

Maybe that is a trusted place for you. But for me I wouldn't trust a place that wants my information. I like my anonymity.
I wouldn’t even understand why a gambling site would require KYC for registration when it is not something that can be use as money laundering. Except maybe the KYC is for the purpose of identifying the gambler in the event of winning big money and deciding to withdraw.

Though, I learnt that sometimes they do ask for KYC so as to be sure that the player is up to the expected age permitted to play but if it is a gambling done through a decentralized system, I don’t really think that it should matter much to the gambling site since the crypto technology is all about anonymity.
3373  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why we shouldnt panic sell on: March 21, 2019, 11:16:51 AM
Panic selling is cause by lack of control, being weak emotionally, that could cause a panic selling anytime and I do believe
that most successful traders and crypto investors are those who are let their mind works than their emotion.
Being smart is being able to control your emotion properly.
Most of the points you have mentioned can also be classed as human error because they chose to give in to all those emotional weakness by not working on them first before entering into trading, trading itself is not a difficult thing because if it was, virtually every one on it will fail but the approach to it by the trader is the issue which usually as a result of human error like the ones the OP mentioned and the ones you mentioned.

Sometimes panic sell could help us to avoid further lose but at the other time it could give us regret too. Truly, luck is also play a big role in crypto trading.
Is this specifically applicable only for crypto trading or for all other markets too ? Because, this is the first time I do hear that panic selling is good. After the long bear market, I do see many people are regretting not selling around November 2017 itself. But, at that time people may not be in panic but definitely in greed.
3374  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: You better invest in Bitcoin now not later and here's why (bullish signs) on: March 21, 2019, 09:19:40 AM
I am also a crypto lover, since I entered the gate of the crypto currency community, a lots of interesting and exciting things have been showed me by the crypto currencies most especially the Bitcoin. It’s been a year since the Bitcoin price last went to the moon. And to be honest, at first, when I have nothing here, nothing but a single thought that Bitcoin is a crypto currency, I tried to learn more and more. I already been one of those people that easily been attached to predictions. The thought of the Bitcoin price to get bull run again and again of course will always remain here in the community. Who doesn’t it, everybody here I am sure that wanted that to happen even at this moment.  But all of here remains as just bullish thoughts and signs which hoping to happen.
Predictions are good but we just need to be careful not to affect us emotionally, predictions can sometimes raise ones hope and you end up getting disappointed, the best way to predict is also to be realistic with your decision, just like everyone keeps speculating that BTC will hit $50,000 this December some even said it will hit as high as $150,000 this year, all is just speculation upon speculation.

I don’t let it get to my emotion and stop me from thinking straight or doing my own analysis too, as a lover and believer of Bitcoin, I want the best for it but reality must set it, that is why I worked on my mindset that bitcoin bullish trend  will be between $6k and $9k by this year ending, if it then goes above that, fine, it still doesn’t affect me.
3375  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Have you ever managed to recover your losses? on: March 20, 2019, 07:57:37 PM
I think anyone who would have that big loss the OP mentioned had it because they did not obey the pre-set loss limit, that person was probably greedy or in need of quick wealth and such habit is not healthy for any gambler and it is much advisable to quit. I don’t try to recover loses when I play gamble; I do it as a form of entertainment. There are times I win and times I lose. I just move on.
3376  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Compilation of Top Bitcoin Casinos for 2019 (US Friendly Crypto Gambling) on: March 19, 2019, 04:42:53 PM
From what era do you come from? Safedice listed to be top 3 dice game while the owner of the site is inactive for so long time while there are many people complaining about their funds. Dont you notice about it? Or you just make a random list based on what you heard?
I am also very surprised to see safedice on the list. Maybe there are criteria the OP used in his judgment and I expect it should be stated out for clarity. I think having safedice on that your list makes it inappropriate and it screws up the posters credibility for others. Safedice still owes  me till date; they do not even have provision for transaction history.

Well, I do not know the constrains used in compiling the list as am very much pleased with others but I would like to say that safedice shouldn’t be on the list. Even the site has not been responsive for a while.
3377  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO will be replaced by IEO on: March 19, 2019, 10:28:38 AM
Binance has raised fund for two projects and they have offered their 3rd project which sell will be at March 19 or 21 of instant. It's Celer Network. Their previous two projects were successful and I hope this one will also be a successful one.
However, it seems Bittrex is also following the same and there is an IEO on their platform too. Can IEO replace the ICO?

I have made this thread self moderated to avoid the stupid comments which I have been observed on my previous topic.

I have not been able to confirm this, but with the IEO investors are more confident with new projects. this will definitely have an impact on cryptocurrency. when seen by Bittorent at binance yesterday, I realized that many people were interested in this if the project was in a large exchange. for now I think the IEO is a good way to minimize the risk of Scam projects. The exchange will definitely be very careful to cooperate with new projects, they will definitely carry out very strict verification. and this will benefit investors.
It is a good thing they came up with this idea, at least we will be able to start seeing substantial growth in crypto currencies because intending investors that has been on hold in investing in Cryptocurrency because of the ICO situation will start pumping in money again which might make us see a bull trend in BTC and ETH since majority of the coins will require BTC or ETH coins as means of exchange.

This is really a welcome development and I do hope that smart scammers will not infiltrate it again but before then, let me take advantage of this opportunity too. STO and IEO may bring back confident into crypto space among investors which will definitely lead to win-win situation for all of them.
3378  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are the requirements to have a successful ICO launch for project? on: March 19, 2019, 08:09:35 AM
I want to know what a project needs to have a successful ICO launch, my team and I are in the process of launching one for an invoice discounting platform we have been working on for the past few months. Any feedback from the community is very valuable to us.
Let me list some of the requirements here that are presently key to any investor :
1. Ensure that the project you are working on is viable and high in demand.
2. Be transparent in your project
3. Give details of your team members in your white paper for proper verification.
4. Since you are going through ICO, ensure that your bounty hunters are well attended to on time as regard stakes so you don’t end up getting hunters that will quickly give up on the project, in this competitive market with the alarming rates of scam.

You need to be smart and wise in your decision.
3379  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The ICOs must be followed by us on: March 18, 2019, 08:51:17 PM
Finding a good ICO is difficult at this moment. And I will rather buy XAUp coins which is gold back and offered by the team behind populous. Atleast I am sure I won't loose my investment
I don’t know much about Xaup coin, might take a peep at it.

I have personally reduced my participation in ICOs for now until the good ones I have invested in makes me profit, also because of the bad things going on now in ICOs even though we have lots of good projects but they are finding it all hard now to reach their hardcap, I believe with Binance Launchpad and the new system of IEO, we will be able to engage again in an ICO with good prospects, I see more investment in new projects next year than this year.
3380  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Demo trading Platforms... Do you know any? List them here. on: March 18, 2019, 03:42:20 PM
The best trading platform I can guarantee for a newbie for now is bitmex, their platform has a friendly user interface and the trading fee is quite very low though not as low as Binance exchange, I recommended bitmex so that you can already familiarize yourself with their trading platform and in case you later become a professional trader that is matured enough to margin trade, their platform is also available for margin trading too.

You can give them a try and if you don’t like what you see, you can give Binance a chance.
