I see a lot of negative topics created by people about the price of bitcoin and I begin to wonder if this guys are also holders of this crypto or just bunch of FUD news creators or want to create fears in investors heart so that they don't invest in bitcoin anymore. This is the same prediction I made and I think we going to actually see it come to pass.

This is optimistic prediction although not impossibe. It's definetely more likely than to think the price will cross 10000$. Still market is very inpredictible and it's hard to speculate about its behaviour. We see many prediction each day coming from different analysts, so called experts, blogers and plain users but they are actually just guessing. Well anyone's prediction is as good as others' and with the same chances of coming true. I think 5k is  decent target for the next few months and even if we don't hit that point, we're probably over 4k by then. Well, hopefully.

Thank you, I don't like to create threads that will spread FUD, I choose this topic because obviously we are still in the bear market, but this kind of news has somewhat give us hope that we can get out of the worsening market conditions. Right now the price seems to be strong and holding the $4k levels, and if the predictions hold's true then we might now wait for May to see the price goes to $5k again, thus moving farther away from the bears and might be the start of a bull run for all we know.

I also think that price should rise to 5k much before than the May. We are already witnessing the price is breaking 4k at regular intervals now and with one push it can cross 5k easily in couple of days only whenever it will happen.  Will need to just wait fot that moment and overnight the prices could zoom past the 5k mark and help us grow our portfolio.

This is why I believe we are close to the bottom, many of those that could panic sell their coins are already out of the market, the only ones that remain are whales, traders, and long term investors, almost all the weak hands are out of the market so there is no more room for the price to go that much lower because if some whales tried to crash the price it is possible that another group of whales will just buy their coins and the price will not go down at all and remain stable.

I guess $5000 is a realistic goal at this time. We have achieved to break the $4000 barrier and obviously we need more leg up and push the price to $5000. So for now, that target is doable specially if there are enough momentum leading to May. And then once this price is touch, then we can talk what could be the next target or resistance. So need a slow but steady climb, we don't want that sudden burst and then followed by a massive drop. $5000 in the next two months and then by second half of the year maybe we can get to $6000, who knows.

Dumpers are really cause for the bitcoin to dump or down the value. But now I think those dumpers are now pumpers because value of the bitcoin now is more than $4000 . Anytime it will rise more the value and possible for the next week if the movement is good we will see $5000 and in the month of maybe we see the price of the bitcoin range at $5000 upto $10,000 if the rising will not stop.

It is totally possible, I mean 5 thousand dollars is not THAT far away, I know there is always a lot of time between here and there and I know it is always easier to reach something you constantly reach so if we go down to 3 thousand it wouldn't be a shock if we can go back to 4 thousand because we have been here forever but I really trust bitcoin to go to 5 thousand dollars as well.

Half of those people creating  negative news about bitcoin and wishing the price crashes are actually doing so too for personal interest, many of them wishes to hold more that 2 or 3 BTC before the next bull run and since bitcoin is already expensive for them to buy one, they wish they can crash the price of bitcoin so it can give them the chance of making their dreams come through and some of these people actually work for government too that are against the use of cryptocurrency.

In other to discourage people from seeing the light and getting their financial freedom, they like the way they are always third party and taking advantage of people’s income especially the banks. Take for example SEC that dislikes cryptocurrency, do you think they won’t do anything possible to frustrate its usage?

I agree, $5k this may is somehow reachable and realistic comparing to those prediction made by a certain individual of bitcoin reaching more than $20k this third quarter of the year.  BTC price today is nearing $4k mark, and somehow had been over that price for some time.  If FOMO kicks in, this 5k USD prediction is easy unless there is some turn of events that will FUD the market.
