Clients don't verify transactions, Miners include them in a block.

Basically you transaction gets only confirmed 1 Time. After that it counts only the numbers of blocks over the block that confirmed your transaction.

The reason for this is, that the client counts always the longest string of blocks in existence as valid, so which each block more it becomes harder to override your transaction.

This was the easiest way I could explain it.

Nein, ernsthaft jetzt. Das System ist zum Teil schon extrem unfair und gerade Krankenschwester, oder Altenpfleger sind ein gutes Beispiel. Die leisten einen Knochenjob der einen zum Teil innerhalb weniger Jahre verheizt und werden fast schon mit Almosen abgespeist.

Allerdings ist das Sozialsystem immer noch das IMO beste mir bekannte System. Allerdings hat es sehr starkes Vierbesserungspotential.

Als ich ausgezogen, auch in eine WG, bin habe ich auch Platz schaffen müssen und einige Dinge entrempelt. Mittlerweile habe ich eine Wohnung und bereue es bei einigen Dingen wirklich, dass ich sie verkauft habe.

If you haven't forwarded port 8333 and/or 6667 you can establish max 8 connections. Other than that, it depends on you settings (run bitcoin-qt.exe -maxconnections=x ; default 125) other than that there it is oly limited by your internet connection.


It isn't constant. It shifts all the time. Depending on nodes show up and go. My node also has a differnt amount of connections all view minutes.

Due to IPs known for location, they probably only show nodes they where able to establish a direct connection too.

That would mean, that the globe only shows a fraction of actual nodes.

Then just get drunk. The rest usually works out on its own.
