3381  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What is your opinion on Crypto.com's Earn and Binance's Savings? on: July 21, 2020, 03:31:24 PM
Crypto.com team was very during there early stage after ICO. But they already proved they worth now by finishing what they started. They are successful on issuing a functional crypto visa card and they have trading volume on most of exchange. There staking plan is impressive too because they offer some freebies while your token was stake.

I'm a holder of there card and I have MCO token staked and I'm currently enjoying premium Netflix and Spotify. I don't want to imposed that staking there was safe. All I want to say was is taking MCO has a lot of benefits compared to other token.
It's somehow reasonable that Crypto.com offers "Free" Netflix and Spotify to their token holders but it's true that we can't be sure if it is safe at all. But the chance that they would run away with your money is a bit low I think Since they work so hard to be in that state.

I never tried binance savings but their platform is surely trusted by many people and don't hesitate to put their money on it so it seems to be fine.

Just remember if you plan to keep your assets into these both platforms always remember that you should be ready in the worst-case scenario. There's always a risk.
3382  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Binance exchange - blocks money withdrawal! on: July 21, 2020, 12:52:51 PM
We know Binance is a reputed cryptocurrency exchange. They are spreading all over the world and they are working with some regulation company. So, I think you could verify your identity without any worries.
Absolutely not true. Binance farm out their KYC to a bunch of third parties. One of these third parties was hacked last year and thousands of Binance customers' information, ID cards, passports, selfie, etc. were stolen. Other "reputable" exchanges have been caught selling customers' data to third parties. You have no idea how good their security is, which employees are accessing your data, who they are sharing your data with, how good their security is, and so on. Completing KYC is always a risk.

I didn't know this until today, It's my first time hearing about this info that binance is using third parties and one of it is hacked last year. Sometimes the inside job is the one causing the major problem about security in companies. Binance is one of the few sites that I have submitted KYC, I somehow lost the trust I have today about Binance security. I should be more cautious about my information that I have submitted.
3383  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: BetBit Casino Gone? on: July 21, 2020, 12:22:39 PM
Big possibilities that they are no longer interested to continue as the business is not getting any visits, it's the main life
of the casinos having gamblers to play and taking those traffics, without it there facilitations would be more difficult to
the point that the site / business will go and stop operating. With the funds that OP left, .3 btc is not small it's really stressing
whenever you'll remember that you lose this huge amount just because you forget to withdraw it believing that the casino
will not stop operating without any advise.
It is mostly the case. If they plan to come back their gambling site it will be hard for them to regain the trust they got before so most probably it has a higher chance that this gambling site turned into scam.

Upon searching betbit in the internet, The only latest links about scam accusation on betbit is this thread. This somehow shows that there aren't many people playing/active using the gambling site because there aren't gamblers showed after the gambling site is down for a week.
3384  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Coins.ph Official Thread on: July 21, 2020, 11:00:28 AM
Yun nga bro eh. Hindi na din 1:1 ang bilihan ng game credits sa coins.ph even gcash malaki na din ang patong nila. The only 1:1 na nakita ko is Paymaya pero hindi ito bitcoin payment but it can be an alternative since pwede mo naman paikutin ang coins.ph funds mo to paymaya. Medyo hassle lang talaga pero 1:1 naman. Sakto pa naman na may event ngayon sa dota 2 kaya naging indemand ang steam wallet.

You can check it here kung papano: https://www.paymaya.com/stories/how-to-buy-php1-1-steam-credit
3385  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Battle of ONG trading competition on: July 21, 2020, 09:50:17 AM
If newbie trader ka pwede mo makuha yung promotion A nila which is mag first P2P trade ka kaso unahan lang kasi yun at as of now hindi ko alam if naubos na ba yung slot for promotion A. If you have experience on trading especially P2P trade, Why not try yung promotion B and C nila, Both has 3 places each kaya if sasali ako sa competition nila siguro mag fofocus ako sa isang Promotion than pag sabayin parehas. It will depend syempre sa performance mo and kung gano mo kalakas dadalhin yung game.

3387  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will the twitter scam crash the price on: July 17, 2020, 09:52:53 AM
Yeah I started this thread as I thought the amount of funds going into the address would keep rising as it doubled in about an hour but I think that was just the people testing with it. They also gave a limit of 30 minutes on a few of the tweets and there mightve been a learning curve or other reasons people wouldn't make it in 30 minutes (excluding knowing it was already a scam)..
The 30 minute time limit that hackers gave to their victim can possibly be the way to make their victim rush on sending bitcoin to the address but one part of the reality happened is most possible victims has no idea and tried researching how to buy bitcoin but didn't continue because of the complications or their minds changed halfway on the process. I think the twitter scam controversy issue won't affect the bitcoin price too much since there aren't much collected.
3388  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: CYBER BET IS REALLY [SCAMMING ME]! on: July 17, 2020, 08:26:39 AM
Two bad behaviour from cyber.bet here:
- Changed the terms about the bonus when players take and play with the bonus.
- Freezing player's account for that long period of time after KYC is done with several methods.
And what now? Cyberbet bitcointalk account is not online since July 7th which was the same day when they sent the email informing OP that they freeze OP's gambling account. Is it a coincidence? Will cyber.bet come back online and say something about this accusation against them?
I think they do something inappropriate just to avoid paying someone from the bonus promotion they do. The KYC is just fine, Of course if you don't like KYC why would you play on a casino that requires KYC. But the real issue here is the manipulation of rules and freezing the account for so long after the requirement submission went right.

I think cyber bet doesn't have a plan to cooperate and stay in this forum.

3390  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: what about folkdelta? on: July 16, 2020, 09:09:48 PM
ForkDelta is about to close thier services if no one donating 1000 DAI per month on their funding address, look at their top page of exchange that said they are need about 1000 SAI per month to keep that decentralized exchange operating, on this year i dont think that people still using forkdelta to exchange their token because forkdelta/etherdelta hype is gone since to many scam project that trade their shit on that exchange and  new project are moved to new concept called IEO
Sooner or later forkDelta will collapse and their service will no more be available, The trend of using a decentralized exchange is now gone after a few years of existing. IEO trend is one of the reasons why people doesn't use a decentralized exchange, People today are finding reputable exchanges rather than decentralized exchange.
3391  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: BOUNTY HUNTERS: Don't sweat it. take it easy. you are lucky if you get PAID. on: July 16, 2020, 08:25:58 PM
We already have a lot of campaign and bounties  that will pay you popular crypto like btc, eth, trx and usdt  so why you need to advertise shit tokens ? you just need to always look on the bounties Altcoins section and make sure that you are faster than the other members to join .because there is also a limit with such campaign so you need to be the earliest  to join so you will have the spot.

Bro have you seen the slot in those campaigns in most cases and the number of hunters we have! If all hunters only sit around waiting for a slot in the btc paying campaign then it will take a long time they will not have any promotion and no payment,
Between it is very convenient for those who selected in this campaign to say stuffs like this, if it was the other way around you won't be saying this things, some bounties appears decent until they turn horrible.
Being selected on the slot of BTC paid campaign is not easy, You can't just apply and wait for you to get accepted. Having a good status in the forum can give you more odds of being on a BTC paid campaign, Maintaining a good post, Being helpful, and gathering some merits greatly boost your chance to be accepted.

Being smart on joining bounty is needed nowadays since the majority of projects are hardly giving a good value with their tokens.
3392  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Twitter Hackers Seek Bitcoin Donations By Hacking Accounts of Famous Personalit on: July 16, 2020, 03:47:00 PM
It seems hard to believe but how did all the high profile account been hacked all at the same time?
I hope that tweeter would soon give out a statement about this event and hope that there wouldn't be a virus or malware on the link that has been posted.
There are so many people who would fall to it since they are all trusted profiles just like what I stated before I hope that there wouldn't be so much casualties on this event.
I think this is all planed by the hacker releasing the same statement  which is "asking people to send them bitcoin using the hacked accounts" at the same, Using the same method many times in illegal things is proven not effective that's why posting it at the same time will be more effective.

Twitter also released their statement regarding this issue

3393  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Is ICObench dead? on: July 16, 2020, 03:27:41 PM
Hey guys, quick update.

Today the site is back up at ICObench.com. No mention of the outage! The content is old (last blog post date Feb)
and no new ICOs or IEOs listed.

Maybe just a weak interest or Covid difficulties? Is anyone paying these people?

Anyway thanks for the replies!

Go make some crypto and save the world!

Cheers!
It's possibly that it has weak interest now since there are too many fake reviews there that guiding their followers/viewers to dire ICO's. Btw this is better, Their reviews are too much obvious that it is paid after years. Shit ICO's are spreading on their site and losing them can make investor research more about the projects and not to rely on such review sites.
3394  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: BetBit Casino Gone? on: July 16, 2020, 02:31:16 PM
Tried browsing it and the same goes for me it displays "Site cannot be reach". Usually when a gambling site do this its either gone or something went wrong with its server. That's why it's pretty much recommended to look for good feedbacks and review about a casino or sport bet site and has been around for quite sometime like 777coin or Bitvest.

Yes, because if the owner are concern to their players, giving some heads up about what's happening will help every gamblers to know that everything is still okay, but in this case there's none, OP still have funds that he haven't been withdrawn, the team should provide updates from the Ann thread or perhaps give some enlightenment if they are still in business, otherwise, the team already scamming their players and no plan to comeback online anymore.

This should be a pretty bad move for a gambling site, This can be a sign that a gambling site run from their gamblers. 3 days are pretty long for website down given that this is a gambling site they shouldn't be like this on their gamblers. It's true that they should given a heads up on what is happening to their gambling site but it is the opposite, They are gone without trace.
3395  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: World`s First Functional Bitcoin Watch on: July 16, 2020, 02:17:14 PM
If practical wise, This won't be efficient at all, knowing that there is not much merchant who is accepting bitcoin as their payment.

Having this means you are flexing something expensive. Supercarblondie reviews such expensive things, No wonder if this watch costs thousands of dollars or buy judging the structure of watch it is packed with diamonds which can be possible valued in millions.

3396  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: ICObench PLATFORM WARNING on: July 15, 2020, 06:56:36 PM
I remembered the year 2016 when they are still loud in the market and there are active followers but seeing them falling after the year 2017 gives a bad impression to all ICO reviews site out there since they didn't provide useful and helpful data anymore, Manipulated data and Paid review makes their visitors lose their trust.

It's just better to make a self-research to projects than to rely in these kinds of websites, the shilling is too much that the data showed is so obvious fake if you make a little research.
3397  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Potential Valorant Esports betting sites on: July 15, 2020, 04:57:11 PM
I can see lot of YouTube streamers are playing valorant game in the recent days which means this game also have some fan base so definitely in future we can see lot of tournaments related to this game which eventually makes more gambling site includes this game into their betting options.

This game has a lot of potential to boom and most of those FPS streamers in Facebook, Youtube, and even in Twitch tried playing it. They are enjoying the game due to due similarities between CS:GO and I knew that it will become one of the best games in the future. I already watched some mini tournaments or local tournaments and those plays are awesome. I want to see those professional players compete with each other in this new game Valorant. RIOT never failed us to release a new game where we can compete with other people within different countries. I played in SEA server and the thrill is there. Hoping that International tournaments regarding this game should be put into place in ESPORTS. If that happens, bettings will also become popular if this game is used in a betting sites.
I have the same thoughts about Valorant since it's somehow a combination of CS:GO and Overwatch which people are so addicted to. Some pro players from CS:GO switched to valorant like Freakazodia who has a bright future in playing CS:GO just switched in valorant. Having a situation like that, You can predict that the future of Valorant is clear and tournaments will slowly come up. Also Betting site will also make a fortune with it. Giving betting sites sometime, Valorant players could have the chance to bet to their favorite teams.
3398  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What do you guys use to record your trades? on: July 15, 2020, 02:41:38 PM
Eventually a simple word file could be enough. You just need to downwrite the info that is necessary to see patterns and learn about what you need to adjust. Screenshots can help as well, but again, no need to make thigns complicated, a simple folder with all that screenshots in enough, just donīt forget to make notes to the pics so you know what you did there when looking at it somewhen later
Yes, a simple word file is probably enough to document your trades, Most traders use spreadsheets to record their trades because as we see it is more likely organized than using a simple notepad to input the details. I don't document my trading activities but I think it is easier to use spreadsheets and it is more organized than having a word file with screenshots that is sorted into folders. This will vary depending on the user on which he is more comfortable using.
3399  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Crypto cards for USDT/Tether on: July 15, 2020, 01:21:49 PM
ty all guys, honestly I wasn't aware of these risks. In any case i'm not exposed too much but I just use small amounts for everyday expenses and atm withdrawals.

Any reasons why you don't sell your BTC for your local currency instead though? You're probably going to save more on fees too, compared to using things such as crypto.com's debit card. The only understandable use-case I can see for Tether is for day-trading in exchanges.
Right! Better to just convert it to local currency to save fees from using it every time. Well, it differs from the place you stay, Not everyone has an easy time converting bitcoin into local currency.

These are some of the reasons why I kept myself from using stable coins since I am also not a fan of Stable coins.

Having bitcoin and converting it to fiat is wiser and efficient for me.
3400  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What does the police do if they seize bitcoin from criminals? on: July 15, 2020, 12:24:00 PM
I am very sure the police will convert the Bitcoin into fiat if they succeed in taking it from the criminals. Almost all countries have cyber crime,
whose job is to solve crimes in the digital world. So there's no way the police don't know how to exchange Bitcoin, so use Bitcoin for illegal
activities does not make our assets secure. Therefore use Bitcoin for legal things, so the police will not take it.

It will absolutely not make your asset secure by doing illegal activities, Cybercrime groups are experts in tracking illegal activities but if you are an experienced illegal dealer you can make a move to lost them. About the assets, They sure keep it as bitcoin in the wallet just like this article I just read.

https://news.bitcoin.com/tax-agents-confiscate-bitcoin/

It just keeps me thinking about how did they get the seed and the paraphrase for the confiscated wallet.
