2381  Economy / Gambling / Re: KYC casino or no-KYC casino, but with no bonuses/no cashback? on: June 24, 2022, 08:07:35 PM
If you were given a choice, would you play regularly in a cryptocurrency casino WITH KYC, and with added benefits like first deposit/welcome bonuses and cashbacks?

Or would you like to play regularly in a casino, WITHOUT KYC, BUT also without the welcome bonuses, cashbacks and other extra rewards?
Well this depends on what kind of bonuses, cashbacks and other extra reward that I could get from those casino. One thing is some of the casino I'm currently playing is asking for KYC so what's the difference with choosing the casino that do give extra rewards. But if where absolutely one casino that I can play and don't have any experience on other casinos, I would probably settle and not risk my identity on casino that doesn't ask for KYC. I can regularly play without thinking for the risk of my identity.

2382  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin FUD is for losers. BE A WINNER. Stay Cool- Be Positive =D on: June 24, 2022, 07:11:01 PM
Mt. gox?

Still trying to get my money back from mtgox.  Many others are as well.  If there were a reason to be pessimistic about the Bitcoin price, it would be that coming event.  When mtgox victims are eventually given the 200,000+ BTC sitting around waiting for them, I suspect it will lead to a massive selloff of BTC on the market.  This will likely be a short term event, but anyone even considering being overly bullish with leverage right now should be warned that they will likely be liquidated in the coming months.
I hope you recover your btc from recovered funds from mtgox hack. It a good news for mtgox victims if the distribution happens but I'm sure there will be a lot of panic whenever victims started selling. For those who are new to space or have no idea about the distribution, It would be a disaster for them for sure!

It's nice that I've got an update from you OgNasty, Surely I'll get myself in touch with the mtgox happening and make myself ready for the massive selloff to buy some more BTC  Wink
2383  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bitcoin Casinos Vs Ethereum Casinos on: June 24, 2022, 06:42:45 PM
After reading this article, I thought about starting to use an Ethereum Casinos. What do you think about this?
https://cryptogeek.info/en/blog/btc-eth-casinos
P.S. There is no casino advertising in the article.
I think the article mostly covers about blockchain gambling and aside from the transaction time and transaction fee both of them have the same experience in my own perspective. Both bitcoin and ethereum now is widely available in the market and the transaction fees of both is not far away from each other depending on the casino. Actually most casinos have a fix transaction fees for both and I personally wouldn't mind the small difference. What would matter to me the most is the houseedge of the casino and the games that the casino have.
2384  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Best time to buy or wait a little bit ? on: June 24, 2022, 05:31:48 PM
Im buying now good amount , seems bottom reached , BUT i will keep 50% in cash in case bitcoin goes down further .

Im planning to buy btc price around: 19500$ at the time of writting .

Its DONE !

keep 50% of my money in cash in case it goes more down and get good average to put orders like this :

25% @ 15,000$

25% at 11,000$

will have a good average price

I been buying BTC before like this and it's effective in my case. Having buying target where you can buy is a good thing to do especially not everyone or the majority can buy at the lowest dip so having target is the efficient thing to do. You won't have any regrets if somehow you bought bitcoin on a single price and dip more. I suggest you expand your  %, I can do as much as 10% of my budget per buying. Always remember to target buying at supports and buy more at stronger support. By the way, This is also the technique/habit I used in selling crypto.
2385  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Paano mahanap ang best cryptocurrency? on: June 23, 2022, 06:36:52 PM
Lahat ng crypto down kasama na bitcoin diyan -75% na nga down ng btc from ATH e so hindi stable actually its very volatile just like any other crypto ganyan naman talaga kapag bear market expect the worst pero after naman niyan uptrend na naman yan cycle lang talaga ang nagyayari so dapat expected na natin to na talagang magdown lahat including btc.

I've missed the chance last bull run pero I'll make it happen next bull run. Let's hope na ang mapili natin coin this bear season is very worth it during bullish na ang market.
2386  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Would you bet on transgender only events? on: June 23, 2022, 05:18:30 PM
I think not  Roll Eyes Transgender events are a bit new and it would be hard for betters to get player information since we can expect that players are new to the eyes of the people. That way the better confidence are a bit low. I'm sure that the hype within that kind of events is high especially on their own community but we can expect it to go down after some weeks and people might lose interest since people are more interested in more skilled or famous athletes that are playing the same game.
2387  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: You don't need to hodl a particular coin all your life on: June 23, 2022, 04:51:26 PM
This has happened to me more lot of times and I have learnt from it. Some people think hodling means you won't take profit. It dosent work only that way and for this who want to increase their hodling then they need to trade the hodl buy selling when price goes high and wait patiently to rebuy when prices goes lower.
I've also been on it on a lot of time. I've earned massive amount of profit by being a diamond hand and also took a deep loss because of it. The thing I learned from that experience is to sell unworthy assets and keep the coins that showed it's potential to the market. Bitcoin is one of the coins that you need to focus your eye to. I've been holding some bitcoin for few years now and guess what! even if we are on the bear market, I'm still 3-4x profit on bitcoin from my buying price. This is why we should pay attention on coins we should hold and play some cryptocurrency that has some potential in trading.
2388  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Enter the market with a loss mindset~what you can afford to lose on: June 22, 2022, 04:20:19 PM
Buying the dip ain't that bad because from $68,000 per Bitcoin, grabbing it for its price now is a steal from me, then hodl if you don't know how to make profits in this kind of market. I agree that you only have to invest the extra amount of money you have in order not to get homeless while waiting for the next bull run. Don't put all the eggs in one basket, like the saying said.
Yeah it's true, Price now is significantly lower than the price during all time high but we can still wait for more for the price to go down. I'm buying bitcoins now on small portions and different price levels, This way I won't regret that I miss the chance of buying bitcoin at a lower price. Buying bitcoin and going broke is just a wrong way to buy bitcoin. Leaving you no money left to support your life could result in selling bitcoin forcefully. I've been there and I change my way of buying bitcoin or other coins.
2389  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Which exchange has less hassles in terms of multiple verifications? on: June 22, 2022, 03:44:33 PM
Hi,

I was wondering which of the exchanges has less hassle once you have KYC and not very strict policies?
What do you suggest?

Thanks
I've used Kucoin and Binance. In my experience, They are both 1 time KYC only with not so strict policies. I've never experienced any hassle on both centralized exchange in terms of KYC. I've heard some cases that binance is asking for re-KYC on their P2P trade if there's a problem that occur on the transaction, For example you transacted with a potential scammer, There's a chance that binance will ask for a re-KYC for investigation and to settle things.

Though both exchange is good, Remember that I've been using both for a long time and I still haven't ask for another KYC. Just be careful.
2390  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why is it so hard to win at gambling? on: June 22, 2022, 03:15:33 PM
I think that casino gambling places are made to be able to make gamblers interested and try to gamble even though the winning percentage at casino gambling is probably only 0.1% but they keep trying in the hope of getting a very large number of wins, they developers will not stay silent will definitely make users put money with very large amounts of new can get profits little by little

You're right, that is the first thing that gain their sight attraction, despite we have different categories of gamblers but achieving a desired aim in gambling is their respective purpose, I've seen some gamblers that finds pleasure in repeated playing even while loosing all because they find the satisfaction there in playing, here both luck and proficiency are applicable, one tries his best and then the luck therein work for it all, its not about how much we gamble with bit how much effort gathered together in playing it to worth a winning.
Some gamblers treats gambling as an entertainment and despite they are losing, They still enjoy the game and trying to win experience the adrenaline rush they are experiencing when they are aiming for a comeback. It's like they are playing casino for pleasure and finding the satisfaction they want. These kind of gamblers really enjoys the game and cares about winning the game.
2391  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Every "Bitcoin is Dead Headline" is a Buying Opportunity on: June 22, 2022, 01:25:42 PM
"Bitcoin is Dead" A common headline used by writers for years whenever there's a significant drop in bitcoin prices. CZ seems turning the FUD headline into a buying opportunity for others but I think it's not a signal for buying. There are chances that prices could dip more so it's easy to say that headlines like these are just early.  If you're old enough in this space, Headlines like these doesn't matter.
2392  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Wasabi Wallet V2.0 Pinoy Discussion on: June 22, 2022, 08:50:39 AM

As far as I know, yes mining lang ang way para makakuha ng "non-fingerprint" BTC because of proof of work mechanism niya.
Also if ever na "ban" ang binance sa PH due to some instances.

Just like what they did in US, as far as I know nakipag partnership sila sa ibang company or gumawa ng US based company which is Binance US para makapag operate in United States. Binance don't want to miss big market kaya gagawa talaga sila ng paraan. I think PH binance users is big enough for Binance to make their way to comply and I'm sure may plan B naman sila.
2394  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do real traders care about bear & bull market? on: June 21, 2022, 07:13:47 PM
I came across a trader today who mentioned that he hasn't stopped trading even in this period where almost everyone, trader and hodler is trying playing it safe. In our little conversation, one of the statement he used that has stuck to memory and has kept me wondering if I was making the right decision this period playing it safe and not trading was "Real traders don't care about bear or bull market, during times like this is when real traders survive", he also highlighted that a good day trading strategy can still make you profit this season.

-Do you consider this trader correct?

-Is anyone here still trading actively? if yes, what has your strategy been?
In reality, Traders always make fortune during bullish market and making their survival on a bearish market. This is the reason why I think traders care about the market situation. Traders could still profit even we are in a bear market. Remember that traders always follow market trends, This way traders can enrich their winning chance on their trades. There are many trading techniques that can make traders win on a bear season like this. I still like doing scalping, It still makes me profitable even on this kind of market season we have.
2395  Economy / Gambling / Re: risk of kyc on crypto casinos ? on: June 21, 2022, 06:36:10 PM
I played on some casino that is advertised as decentralized and luckily till now I haven't got a KYC request from them. I've seen some "decentralized" casino that is asking for KYC after a player win a large amount of money from them, I think a casino who is advertise as decentralized only ask KYC when there's a system flagged a certain player.
It's hard to find a true decentralized casino with 0 chance of asking KYC but this list posted can help and also make sure to and follow their TOS you agreed before you play so you can dodge that KYC request.

One reason for Nitrobetting and Betcoin being ranked so high is that they don't do KYC unless you use a VPN.

KYC requirements comparatively
0 = never
5 = mandatory

2396  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How long do you think the market will take to recover? on: June 21, 2022, 05:51:23 PM
If we take a look year back, crypto will get its bullish moment when it's close to Bitcoin halving time. There's a lot of influence from external that makes the cryptocurrency market is on bearish condition like UST case, The Fed, and many more. Just keep patience until the next bullish market when it comes you or us will smile big  Grin.
I do agree that there is a pattern in the past, and that usually happens when we are getting closer to the halving. There isn't really a logical reason for that, halving doesn't matter that much, miners do not make nearly enough to actually matter and crash the market at all, they are making tiny amount compared to how much bitcoin has moved up.

But the reality is that, people still use that as a milestone and react to it like it is the biggest thing ever. I hope that people will soon realize that it is not going to be that simple, and it would be quite good for everyone to increase the price before that, but if not then we could wait until 2024 and still go up a lot.
I agree, I expect that the recovering phase will be near halving and the next bull market will be around 2024-2025. Usually, Halving comes first before bull market arrives. Before halving takes place, I usually buy and stock bitcoins and some altcoins in my portfolio before halving comes. This is one of my preparations before bull market arrives.

If ever bitcoin didn't recover after 2025, I'll still keep my bitcoins and still wait for the market cycle to occur.
2397  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoins Crossed 20k USD!! Don’t lose hope now. on: June 21, 2022, 05:14:42 PM
So Bitcoins have started recovering as we can see from the charts.
Yesterday Bitcoins were at 17k USD and now currently it has crossed 20k USD. It’s now at around 20,800 USD and it’s still increasing.
It’s not yet late to buy the Bitcoins, those have panicked and sold their Bitcoins, now it’s time again to buy it.
Don’t know whether it’s the end of the bear market or not, but still the price have given us the Bitcoin traders a great hope.
Hope soon Bitcoin recovers it’s price, and we all will end up with great profits.
What are your thoughts on this?
When Bitcoin broke $20k and stood at $17k  I became very confused about this Bitcoin. It's not just me who has invested in Bitcoin and all cryptocurrency users have been horrified. We can see that Bitcoin has crossed the $20k level and Bitcoin has risen above $20k again. We all hope that Bitcoin will move to its previous position. Then people will get a lot of confidence back.People have lost a lot in this position. If the market does not move to the previous position, people will lose a lot of confidence.
If this is your first bear market, You should be ready for another worst round of drop. Bear markets in crypto are brutal and I myself have experienced it the hard way last bear market. I'm expecting more in the following months, There will be a trap occurrence in the charts that will make people confident but eventually crush it.

I like bitcoin and I do hope people recover some of there losses but I also believe in market cycle. I do think that if we are in a bear market, We should not think that the price will increase dramatically just like we experienced on the recent bull market where every coin is skyrocketing.
2398  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to avoid crippling losses when trading? on: June 21, 2022, 04:31:00 PM
When someone wants to be a trader and exist here for long term then its important to know their limits which is based on their financial level, financial goal and time availability for all these stuffs. Better avoid doing the day trading or even looking at the price chart for too long because it will create panic situation which can even leads to wrong decision. Better to use the stop loss all the time so it can save from the sudden dumps which happens on the market.
Stop loss is indeed important in trading but not in the case this time, we'd rather use the volatility of the market to buy and sell, and make a profit from it, not losses. Experienced traders might not seem to have a problem in bear season, it was those starters or beginners as I know the current situation is too risky. That is why I don't push people (beginners) to do trading but instead spend this time familiarizing the market behavior and making ready for the upcoming days when this is over.
Using volatility to recover losses is a way that traders do, Beginners also do this but I'm sure most of them fails because of market traps that wants unexperienced traders to be liquidated. It would be wise for new traders especially those who just entered crypto on bull market to study and familiarize the market cycle first. I do have a friend that earned big time on trading during the bull market but now he is on loss about 50- 60% of his portfolio. I told him not to be over confident in the market just because he gained so much profit during the bull run. Stop loss is a great way to prevent continued losses but over confident trader don't use it. Crypto market is just so unforgiving especially on those inexperienced once.
