3381  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tennis League All Thread on: October 07, 2021, 01:00:34 AM
That is the thing what i dont like about a women tennis is that the best players keep changing every month.Only Barty is holding currently the first place, but in matter of tournaments we keep seeing new winners and newcomers. No body expect that Raducanu to even come to the third round let alone win the US Open and on next tournament we will probobly have a new tennis player win the tournament or someone that isnt at all in the top 10.
Ash Barty has had a varied game play this year pulling out of one tournament to then go on to win at Wimbledon and has again pulled out just in the last week.

I saw an interview with Barty after Wimbledon on an Australian network and she spoke of coming home in October or November as she would have at that time been on the playing circuit for seven or wight months.  Perhaps she's just tired of traveling in the Covid Era?

That could be the case actually. Barty hasn't played recently and players like Raducanu popped off. We even heard the news that the 2nd ranked player Sabalenka won't be playing the next tournament. Don't know what the case is, because a few years back it was only Serena and Maria Sharapova everywhere. It's also a good sign that new players are stepping up, but also a matter of fact that some players (not many though) get lost over time.

Raducanu only popped off in this tournament. Maybe she got lucky or played the best she will ever do. We will see in the next tournaments that she plays if she can win the next tournament or reach even the final. Well its a good sign that new players are popping up but this is currently all over the place.

I agree, we really need to wait for Raducanu if she really has what it takes to be the new face of women's tennis. As Osaka lost the hype already, and many ladies getting injured, Raducanu and Fernandez suddenly pops up.

We would like to see them going against those top seeded to really gauge their performance and could overtake and goes up in the rankings. Indian Wells will be a good test although there are a lot who has pull out as well.
3382  Economy / Speculation / Re: Can BTC hit 70k$ this Christmas? on: October 07, 2021, 12:29:47 AM
As others have said, $70,000 might be a disappointment for the majority because we are all hype about that much anticipated 6 digits this December. And it's really looks good, I mean currently we have seen a super fast rally in the last 7 days, from as low as $42,000 last month now we have breached so many mental barriers. So next stop for us would be $60,000-$70,000 and it's possible to be hit this month or early November. So there's a lot of room for us to touch base $100,000 at the end of the year.
3383  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Casimero vs Butler ordered by WBO on: October 06, 2021, 02:02:31 PM
@Kemarit. I understand the hype behind Inoue versus Casimero by the Filipino fans. They give support to their countryman. However, what I do not understand is why remain hyping for this after Casimero’s performance versus Rigondeaux? In any case, it will be Butler for Casimero and Reymart for Donaire. Who will be for Inoue?

LOL, it takes two to tango as they say, if Rigo doesn't want to have a toe to toe fight, then what can Casimero do? He chases him in full 12 rounds, so I don't think it was a bad fight for him.

That's why the hype is still there for Casimero to go after Inoue, the one he trash talks after the Nonito Donaire fight fizzled out. As far as I can remember, Inoue's mandatory is Michael Dasmarinas whom he knock out.
3384  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tennis League All Thread on: October 06, 2021, 03:29:52 AM
Even though tennis is one of my favorite sports to bet I got a reminder how unfulfilling it can get today. So I played a ticket with 4 matches. First it started by Zapata forfeiting, then there was rain break and then Andreev forfeited as well. Ok those two came handy since my choices were doing badly. Then Griekspoor also won with forfeit which left my ticket on one live match. At least that one managed to barely scrape onto over so I got little something for my trouble Smiley

Same here bud, I went on a traditional based casino's, lost my capital very quick, damn what a I day. So just looking at the Indian Wells, and thinking, what the heck, bad day? let me try my luck on my favorite sports to at least get back some,

At least recoup some of my early losses on that casinos. Probably stay home and just bet online.  Grin
3385  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Terence Crawford vs Shawn Porter - Nov. 20 on: October 06, 2021, 02:09:15 AM
Terence Crawford will defend is title and he is the best fighter by far whom Shawn Porter will be facing this November, a must watch fight next month.

I think the odds on this fight will be on Terence Crawford with a record of 37-0 (28 KO) compared to Shawn Porter 31-3-1 (17 KO).
Still I expect a good toe-to-toe fight between them because even Crawford have more experience, still Porter have the strength and grit that can withstand Crawford. I bet this match will be a split decision and not via KO.

https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.espn.com/boxing/story/_/id/32207808/sources-terence-crawford-shawn-porter-strike-deal-nov-20-welterweight-title-bout%3fplatform=amp
This can be an anyone win, to be honest that's my take on this fight, their matches are almost close with Crawford having the advantage of being undefeated and could imply that he does know the way to win against any match up but we might see Porter see this as an inspiration to be the first defeat of Crawford.

It's really going to be close, I don't see Crawford having more experience. And on the contrary, Porter should have the advantage, he has fought prime welterweights and won against them. And Crawford? his resume is good, but he hasn't fight anyone close to Porter's style. The guy's workrate and chin is unbelievable. But I agree, whoever wins this fight could be in the judges hand and knock out chance is very slim as both have good and tough chin.
3386  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Casimero vs Butler ordered by WBO on: October 04, 2021, 02:03:41 AM
Exactly, it works both ways for the champion and the challenger. The challenger are going to be happy that he is given the chance to fight the champion in their organisation.

Just look at the Joshua vs Usyk for example, Usyk is the mandatory, so Joshua gave him the fight, so look what happen. We now have a new champion as Usyk upsets Joshua. So it change the landscape of the heavyweights and it makes it more exciting to see a new champion.
exactly! I guess there are people(probably a lot of them here in the forum and outside) who are not exactly familiar with the mandatory fights in boxing. there are reasons why each organization has its own mandatory fight rule.

Yeah, and usually though fighters in a certain organization are given the first crack on their champion, that's why there are rankings inside their organization that might differ in others.

So in this scenario:

Champion: Casimero;

WBO rankings:

1. Paul Butler
2. Joseph Agbeko
3. Nikolai Potapov
4. Rau'shee Warren
5. Jason Moloney

So the first crack will be Paul Butler in this case. So there's nothing suspicious about Casimero vs Butler. Maybe we are just hype on Casimero vs Inoue or Casimero vs Donaire. But being the WBO champion and been ordered to fight the mandatory first.
3387  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tennis League All Thread on: October 04, 2021, 01:12:35 AM
@aoluain - Yeah, it was a big win by Sinner, at least we still see him win another tournament as he is slowly building up his confidence and experience. No doubt that he will win against Monfils in the finals, the kid is definitely improving a lot.

In the San Diego Open, Ruud winner in two sets, he just destroys Norrie, 6-2, 6-0, cover the handicap and even the under if you think that Ruud will win in two sets. Still good to see Norrie played very well in this tournament except the finals, maybe he was too drain in the Rublev match.
3388  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Lopez vs Kambosos - October 5 on: October 04, 2021, 12:41:56 AM
^^ And with that decision by Triller, they've lost a lot of money already. If there's no main card in October 16, then fans for sure are not going to buy tickets because everyone wanted to see Lopez fight again after he won against Loma.

And I don't think that they have the case to ask a boxing body to remove a mandatory fighter on their list. Yeah, it might be a respond to Kambosos, but it doesn't make sense at all.

First, just want to give a link about this news - https://www.worldboxingnews.net/2021/10/03/teofimo-lopez-george-kambosos-pulled/.

Reading this article, you can feel there's so much drama after so many delays and now this fight being cancelled.
Bookies are right not to list this match because this fight has all the uncertainty you can get.
Maybe, it is time to stop anticipating this fight to happen. There's too much politics involved among promoters here.

I think it's not about promoters or managers of Lopez and Kambosos, but Triller itself really fucking up this great fight for us.

They won the bid against Matchroom and Top Rank, and they supposed to deliver the fight. They it was cancelled because of Lopez contacting the Covid-19 virus, that's fine. Then the venue place, from supposedly to Australia to US, good. But then when everything looks settle down they have a venue, although it change as well still OK. But then they want to cancel the dates because they didn't anticipate that they will have the same schedule as Monday Night Football, that's bullshit. Matchroom and Bob Arum's Top Rank are laughing at Triller right now. And we fans are being robbed, as this is an anticipated return fight of Lopez and he is facing a good challenger as well in Kambosos.
3389  Economy / Speculation / Re: The calm before the storm? on: October 03, 2021, 05:07:17 AM
The price move slowly therefore it seems what will happen next is it grow or is it down, this confusion every person's mind who invest in the cryptocurrency market .I think it's time to move your Bitcoin right now, if you've used a non-SegWit wallet, it's better to move them now into the Segwit wallet address which you can set into a lower fee and have full control over your Bitcoin.
It's checked and it was around 5 sats for the minimum fee and now, 1 sats?  This is the first time it is seen the minimum fees into the network is 1sat. It means the Bitcoin network isn't congested, good to see if the transaction .

You spoke too early mate, the price seems to be moving on a uptick, prices now approaching the big resistance level of $48,000 again. I don't understand what you mean moving it, maybe you are referring to some wallets that you don't have control. First lesson is that you have to store your precious Bitcoin in a wallet that you have the private keys like Electrum.

Network though is up, fees has increased obviously because of the current surge, nevertheless it is still cheap, IMHO. So let's see how far this bull run will go, hopefully we can get back above $50,000 or even topple the last high we have last month which is $52,000. It's just the 3rd day of the month and a lot of things can happen.
3390  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Nonito Donaire vs Reymart Gaballo (WBC bantamweight) on: October 03, 2021, 02:46:49 AM
^ We have the same choice, I think or it will be sure that Gaballo here will definitely be an underdog in this match.
I think it should be Donaire that should be the underdog in this match. Despite that he's popular and also well known, Gaballo's record is good with zero losses.
And even Donaire has a lot of fights already, he has 6 losses. This is just my opinion about this match if looking at their professional records, only 4 fights out of 24 fights of Gaballo were not knockout. That's a good percentage for his entire career.

But Donaire has a huge win in his last fight against Ouballi and that alone is enough for crypto bookies to put him as the big favorite in his fight. And obviously he is still the A-side here, regardless if he has 6 losses or not.

Gaballo on the other hand, is not well recognized, even for Filipino boxing fans. And he has a so-so performance against Rodriguez in his last fight, won by a split decision and there are debate that the decision should be the other way around.
3391  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Lopez vs Kambosos - October 5 on: October 03, 2021, 02:10:12 AM

Yes, would love for Matchroom to take over the promotion, and I think both Lopez and Kambosos will have the same money regardless.

However, I'm seeing a lot of trash talk coming from Lopez camp, perhaps he still wants the fight to continue this month, while Kambosos is looking for way out of the contract from Triller. So let's see how things are going to pan out, time is running out.

It should be the other way around Kambosos is the challenger he should be the one to have the desire for the fight to continue, a true challenger will not back out from a championship unless it is an injury, he can have money that he wants if he wins against Lopez and become a champion, hopefully, the fight will push through this October 16 this is one of the most anticipated fights of the year, the promoter is blowing out this great match up.

I only say that Kambosos wanted to get of the contract from Triller, not the fight itself. The split in this fight is 65-35 in favor Lopez. However, with multiple postponements plus he is not compensated with another delay, his team wanted to opt out of the contract to get a good pay. Lopez get some when the fight gets delay, so why not him? I think this is the point of contention of his team. So the option is for Triller to give him money to get this fight going.
3392  Other / Archival / Re: Why do most (if not all) casinos ban users’ accounts if have more than one? on: October 03, 2021, 01:42:25 AM
As far as I can remember, casino's restrict users to just have one account because

1. they've abused those freebies from casinos before (bonus harvesting)
2. they can collude with each other

So online casino's are very strict, just double edge though, IMHO. If those two accounts are losing big money, it's ok for the casino. But the again, if just one wins big, you are going to be flag with suspicious activity and then probably lock both accounts for good without you withdrawing your money.
3393  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Terence Crawford vs Shawn Porter - Nov. 20 on: October 03, 2021, 12:58:54 AM
Over 10.5 rounds is presently only 1.44 from 1.48 in Nitrogensports, however, Terence Crawford’s last 6 fights ended in technical knockout or knockout. Under 10.5 is 2.63. From Porter’s forward attack tactics, can anyone say that Crawford might be given many chances to knockout Porter?

Maybe, but Spence wasn't able to knockout Porter, yeah, a knockdown but he didn't follow up and that is the difference in the scorecard. If not for the knockdown if could have been a different outcome, maybe a split decision to Porter.

One thing I've noticed though is that Crawford is also good when he is moving backward and could deliver some good shots on Porter if Shawn keeps on coming. So this is an amazing fight for boxing fans.
3394  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't miss this opportunity to buy and hold BNB on: October 02, 2021, 07:21:56 AM
$330 was the best price to purchase it and thankfully I did caught that moment. But I only bought 1 BNB and now having thoughts that I could sell at some point then just buy it back if a dump happens again. The only question is, when will the dump happen again? It seems like there is no stopping this pump and the only thing that made the BNB price dip was because of the mandatory KYC issue.
Investors pulled out their investment with the fear of their entity being leaked but the price already recovered and there's no telling when will the next entry point be.

Same here, caught it around that price, I'm probably sell when I got my investment double or triple at least. Not sure if dumps will happen in the last quarter, as usually this is a good month for crypto. Nevertheless, profit taking is not that bad as well. We just need to be smart where to put our money and we are lucky that we still get it while on the $300'ish, wait and hold and sell at the right time mate.
3395  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Canelo Alvarez vs Caleb Plant on: October 02, 2021, 06:34:08 AM

That fight in the press will surely add more spice to the in-ring fight. I think that the security should have been a bit more proactive in separating them earlier.  Caleb received some heavy blows on his face and I hope that he wouldn't be badly injured after that incident. This will only fuel Caleb to be more furious and angry at Canelo in the ring. The pre-match drama has been completed, waiting for the in-ring one.

The fight that we are going to see between Canelo vs. Plant will probably going to be the real fight between the two fighters leaving the aspect of sportsmanship behind because of the conflict that have risen during their face off on press conference. The drama seem to be the highlight of the upcoming fight that gives a more exciting fight to watch for to every bettors and boxing fans. But for me as a bettor I would willing to take a chance to bet in favor on Canelo which I think this man deserves to have a odd favor.

Yes, but after the fight, these two warriors are going to probably hug and show sportsmanship. Unless Canelo really take it personally that he won't allow Caleb to make amends on him.

So it will be good while it last, so we will see if Caleb can bring his talk inside the ring and Canelo more prepared and focus, get the belt unify the division. Thus this fight is going to be very intense and explosive in the first early rounds. Until Canelo connects his famous left hook.
3396  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Lopez vs Kambosos - October 5 on: October 02, 2021, 02:29:03 AM

No, it cannot be postponed again, the fight was first announced last January this year, so we waited many months to finally see this fight. If one of them gets infected with covid-19, I think the council has to penalize them because it's already big negligence of not protecting the money invested in this fight.

One thing is for sure - this fight will not be happening next week. I also don't think there is enough time to do it on the 16th. They only have two weeks remaining and tickets aren't even on sale. We will probably see Matchroom take over as promoter and hopefully nothing else goes wrong.

3397  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tennis League All Thread on: October 02, 2021, 01:25:29 AM
I didnt bet on the Ivashka v Monfils match, too close for me to call. I lost on De Minaur
when he lost to Giron.

Todays quarter finals matches with bets I have are Millman, Monfils and Sinner.

Sinners match I think could be a tough match against Duckworth who has had a
decent run in a few tournaments this year.

It looks like all seeded players will come through the next round.

Millman vs Giron - This might go to a extended 3rd set. Or I wouldn't be surprised if Giron again pull a big upset here.

And all the match could really extend to 3rd set, too close for some matches including Sinner vs Duckworth. Monfils is not sure as well, Mager is also a tough player and will give Monfils a hard time and earn every point to go to semis.

Giron won over Millman in two sets. You are right, he had pulled a big upset and will be facing Monfils next. Sinner prevailed, a tough two sets win, the first set was a tie break, and in the second set, he needed a break. So him and Krajinovic  in the second semifinals.

I'm predicting a Sinner vs Monfils in the finals.
3398  Economy / Speculation / Re: October Bitcoin bull month. on: October 01, 2021, 11:59:45 PM
The month Of October started on a good grand for Bitcoin as its price raised significantly in the late hour of the 1st of October a move many analysts have predicted to be the full return of the Bitcoin bull market.

Why not though? Bull run is here again, if history repeats itself and if S2F holds true for this year, then this would be the final leg up leading to at least $100,000++ at the end of the year.

The last three months should be bullish, $50,000 is up there again, maybe next week we will see the price jumping on that range and then at least $60,000 at the end of the month. Hopefully this is the scenario that will happen, so let's see how it pan out. Just surprising though to see a huge pump in the last 24 hours.
3399  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin on a recovery mode on: October 01, 2021, 04:36:49 AM
There has been strong resistance in the recovery process of Bitcoin as recently Bitcoin tried severally to break the 45k price and that has not been possible after several attempts. I will rather wait to see what this month of October will be for Bitcoin.

That's why is it called resistance, but no worries, sooner or later it will be broken. Last month the biggest barrier is $48,000, several attempts have been made, (x3 if I'm not mistaken), before we suddenly punch it and stay on that price and then goes to $52,000, new higher highs after the last all time high of $64,000

So still possible to break into that $45,000 resistance and then hopefully we can go to $50,000 this month. September, which is one of the worst month for Bitcoin is already over, let's look forward for October to be a good recovery month.
3400  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [BOXING] Jonas Sultan vs Carlos Caraballo - October 30, 2021 on: October 01, 2021, 04:00:02 AM
Carlos Caraballo is undefeated and is definitely going to be a threat to Jonas Sultan. Both fighters have shown impressive performance in their last matches. Caraballo has a good rhythm I like. However, Sultan should not be overlooked or underestimated his got a lot to prove in this match.
He will not underestimate, in fact, he will train more as his opponent is not an easy one. Based on Garaballo's record, he beat all his opponents via KO.

He is 14-0 with 14 KO (https://boxrec.com/en/proboxer/773544)
Might be a little number of fights only, but that 14 KO is very impressive as only a few boxers have done that.

It might be very impressive on papers, but all he has beaten is not well recognized, or least have a bad records already. So if he steps up against Sultan is a big challenge for him to continue his winning streak. And Sultan hasn't lost on a knock out, all his defeat is by decision. So Caraballo needs to knock out this guy to continue his hype around his weight class. Otherwise if he losses, I would say that he is over rated and over hype. So if there is someone that needs not to underestimate, it is Caraballo because the pressure is on him.
