This is nothing. Bitcoin was never intended to be traded by Chinese banks anyway. Who cares.

Pick up some cheap bitcoin while you can folks. It'll be 1200+ again within a few weeks.

Why do you believe in this coin still?

He doesn't, he was speaking in past tense before the dev of it proved to be a scumbag.
345  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [BSS] BossCoin - Do Not Waste Your Time (Scam Coin)! on: December 08, 2013, 01:24:36 PM
I hear nothing but crickets from the fanboys now...

LOL, thanks for posting that, I figured you would.
346  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [BSS] BossCoin - Do Not Waste Your Time (Scam Coin)! on: December 08, 2013, 12:12:15 PM
You've contradicted your own statement, as this1guy hasn't given us anything to believe him and yet you do and your willing to discredit BSS because of it. You appear to be very blind to facts over fiction and seem to be missing the point of what I'm trying to say.

this1guy has provided no evidence to support his case, just as Bosscoin hasn't.

Jesus if I responded like you have to my customers when we bid for contracts, I wouldn't have any contracts.

I've contradicted nothing. I explained why I felt like I do and you on the other hand endorse Bosscoin wholeheartedly without a lick of supporting evidence from him proving what he says and you're here ridiculing us for sympathizing with this1dude and his claim to have been scammed by him. You are doing the exact same thing for Bosscoin but he's provided MUCH less of a defense than this1dude has done with his case.

You Mr. IT director are not very professional.

Let's just agree to disagree here, no need to continue this argument if you're not even going to address any of the points I've made or the questions I've asked. You're deflecting just as much as Bosscoin is.
347  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [BSS] BossCoin - Do Not Waste Your Time (Scam Coin)! on: December 08, 2013, 11:52:43 AM
I don't go around reading or listening to hearsay without their actually being any evidence and that's all it is is hearsay from someone who appears to be disgruntled over the fact he had a falling out with Bosscoin. As I said previously in one of my statements, If I was going to do what this guy has done I would have provided evidence from the onset and he hasn't.

Until evidence is provided I'm going to defend BSS, I'm not defending Bosscoin just pointing out facts.

The only ones who are making themselves look bad, are those of you who are jumping to the defence of this1guy over hearsay and discrediting BSS at the same time. As it stands we will continue to mine BBS like we do several other ALT's and if it's proven to be truthful then that will be the end of the matter.

You believe who you choose to believe. You chose to believe Bosscoin because he posted with paragraph saying he didn't get any coin. He didn't post any sceenshots or any EVIDENCE this guy was blackmailing him, but you chose to believe that he is.

The hypocrisy is thick tonight.

I said I felt Bosscoin was suspect (as with most of the REPUTABLE people in this thread) because he was avoiding responding to it. Now that he has (at least on his own 5 user site), I find his response lacking and dismissive which is typical of someone who's running from something.
348  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [BSS] BossCoin - Do Not Waste Your Time (Scam Coin)! on: December 08, 2013, 11:40:59 AM
I was waiting for the comment on creditability and yes I do have creditability.

I'm an IT Business Director here in the UK, you can find my company on companies house - http://wck2.companieshouse.gov.uk//wcframe?name=accessCompanyInfo : Company No. 08717594

We are also listed on Facebook - https://www.facebook.com/pages/Wilkinson-Lee/556337121095974?ref=hl

I have nothing to hide about who I am and what I do, hence I don't sign up to sites like this as all I needed was info originally.

You clearly wear Red Tinted glasses and look at the world with one view, bosscoin doesn't have to post on every site that this douche is to prove he's innocent. The sheer fact that Bosscoin has posted on his own site, is enough and discredits this1guy straight out. After all this1guy has claimed Bosscoin has doe a runner and killed BSS and yet it's still up and running, we are still mining BSS and we all see the bullshit coming from this1guy all apart from you!!!

Hey, I'm not saying Bosscoin is guilty 100% pure fact no doubt about it. I said he's done little to prove he's not and that looks suspicious to me.

You on the other hand, some guy that just created an account are acting like you're 100% sure, willing to start a beef with me and start acting childish over it don't do a bit of good for his cause. You're making a mockery out of Bosscoin right now and just making yourself look bad.

The least you could do is acknowledge that it's possible the guy could have scammed him. The fact that you don't is why I don't trust you and think you're either a newly created alt account or an idiot fanboy.

I don't see any proof or really any details from Bosscoin on his site. He typed a dismissive paragraph basically acknowledging that he was the web developer and saying no, I didn't get any LTC... nothing else.
349  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [BSS] BossCoin - Do Not Waste Your Time (Scam Coin)! on: December 08, 2013, 11:23:16 AM
I was just going to say the same thing... the guy said he would take over bosscoin if this dev fails.. if he fucking got scammed by the coin why would he want to take over the development?

I believe what he said was 'help' develop an alt coin, I don't think he's a C programmer, I think he wanted to build and maintain web assets to support a coin.

So have you actually read this thread or just little bits and pieces here and there...
350  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [BSS] BossCoin - Do Not Waste Your Time (Scam Coin)! on: December 08, 2013, 11:21:11 AM
Anyone can be passionate when they try to discourage others, or telling lies. In fact some of the best liers are solicitors and you would believe them in a court of law.

The transaction of LTC wouldn't be enough as proof, but it would be a start.

Your comment about being in law enforcement just made me LOL, someone who doesn't protest against what's being said in my mind is innocent until proven guilty. That's how the law works here in the UK, as for this1dude I would have to say he's guilty of libel seeing as he's trying to prove without evidence.

Innocent until proven guilty is for a judge and a court of law but there's a whole other theory to find out if someone is suspect or lying and I feel like Bosscoin is hiding something based on what's taken place, simple as that.

And you, who are you? You registered here yesterday, PM'd me about Bosscoin right away and you protest for him and just have all of this passion for the guy and his coin... Who are you exactly? Can you show that you have ANY credibility and are not just a Bosscoin alt account trying to stir the drama soup?

Hard to take both of you guys seriously when you're both new guys around here, try to discredit Bitcointalk (the biggest forum around) and me for not taking your 0 credibility statements as valuable stamps of trust.

You can laugh all you want at me but I think I posted some legitimate questions (which still have zero response) and make some good points which you seem to avoid.

I think of Bosscoin wants to gain any traction he'd better clear up things HERE. What he posts in his 6 active user community on his own site, doesn't do much.
351  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [BSS] BossCoin - Do Not Waste Your Time (Scam Coin)! on: December 08, 2013, 11:10:31 AM
I invite you over to http://bosscointalk.org/index.php as it has been posted by bosscoin and he clearly explains it all but that isn't good enough for you is it? You can see many people supporting the coin still so the must not think badly of it.. damn it's not posted on bitcointalk so it must not be credible? LOL you are a joke and probably a shill account

You're calling ME a shill account and YOU'RE the new guy around here? That's hilarious...

I think I responded to you intelligently and asked you some legitimate questions about your arguments which you avoiding even responding to. You pick apart this1dude's statements, saying he posted a 'photoshopped sceenshot' (which is stupid since Bosscoin admits on his own forum that basically his screenshot is legit and he was in fact the guy that set up the website for Bosscoin), now you resort to attacking me because I post back against what you're saying and ask you a few difficult questions that you avoid and I'm a shill account now... lol... come on kid.

I think it's time for you to leave.
352  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [BSS] BossCoin - Do Not Waste Your Time (Scam Coin)! on: December 08, 2013, 10:59:36 AM

even with a LTC transaction for verification how do we prove this guy is telling the truth and that in fact the addresses involved were from these two parties

How would you like him to prove it? You can clearly see his LTC address in his signature. If he posts a transaction that occurred involving that address for 50LTC around that time, I think that's pretty compelling.

How would you like him to prove it?

What evidence has Bosscoin posted to the contrary? As far as I can tell he didn't even bother to post a defense to this until just recently and on his own website... that looks shady to me.

Typically thieves like to run and hide from their crime and to me that looks like exactly what Bosscoin is doing.

I don't know this1dude personally I am 100% just going off of how each party has been responding to this. This1dude seems very passionate about this and I can't see someone going this length over a simple disagreement. It's not like this guy has a history of doing this or something.

ever heard of jealousy? jealousy can make you do some fuck*d up shit and spreading lies to bring someones success down is one of them, even with the address in his signature I can also add any address to my signature anytime any day.. no valid proof at all there!

You clearly just want to believe Bosscoin is a good guy and didn't scam anyone. More power to you and I hope you don't get scammed too. In my humble opinion, Bosscoin did a poor job at defending himself and being someone with a background in law enforcement, that screams guilt to me.

I think saying this is inspired by jealousy is a terrible explination for what is going on here.  There are alt coins released all of the time, this guy would have gone mad with jealous rage of that was the case.

Bottom line to me is that you (registered a month ago) and the other guy (registered yesterday) are the only one's here defending Bosscoin and you're doing it by trying to pick apart what he's posted / said about the guy.

How about everything that Bosscoin has NOT posted or said in his own defense? How do you account for that? If this guy was blackmailing Bosscoin why doesn't HE post something like a chat log, screenshot or any specific details.

Reading his reply simple makes me think that he's avoiding it and the fact that he won't post anything here on it enforces that.

I see no evidence posted on this thread at all, all I see is a screenshot of a complaint and a load of words.

If I was going to make an accusation of such calibre, I would have posted evidence to support my claim. The first piece of evidence would be the LTC transfer data from my wallet to prove that I had made the transaction to BossCoin, I would then post any other evidence I had to support the claim.

I don't see any of that at all, all I see is a guy who is pissed off and making up a load of bullshit.

Provide evidence that would would support your claim, or STFU trying to dis-credit someone because you fell out with them!!!

Interesting how a brand new account posts something like this, jocking BSS so hard.

How about the more interesting fact that he did in fact post some pretty compelling evidence and there's been absolutely zero defense or explanation from the other party... If someone was accusing me publicly of such a thing I'd make some sort of effort to defend myself in person and not on brand new forum accounts.

how is a edited picture solid evidence? hmm let me take a screenshot and so some photoshop edits.. at least the DEV did come out and make a reply.. if he had something to hide those sites would be down and that forum would not be up

I still don't see why Bosscoin wouldn't come here to post any sort of defense at a bare minimum. He posts something on his own brand new forum, how's that getting the word out that he is in fact not scamming people?

Let's see if this1dude posts the LTC transaction for verification. That should prove this one way or another.

On the other hand, this1dude, please post the 50 LTC transaction. At this point I side with you mainly because I've seen zero defense from bosscoin

Why would anyone do that when there's a big thread about how the dev of BSS scammed his web developer for LTC

Alright guys, I almost got the damned client fixed if any of you are having trouble compiling on windows. Also, I will release a windows client here as soon as I have it done. It won't be updated with the changes yet, but it will give you all a chance to get synced up and such.

--GoR--

Hey GoR,

Any news here? Excited about this!
358  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [BSS] BossCoin - Do Not Waste Your Time (Scam Coin)! on: December 07, 2013, 11:49:56 PM
No it would still be against the act. You would go to the police as it would be a matter for them. You wouldn't go round the town saying this person stole my money, here is his address... do your worst. That's called 'incitement' (to commit and crime) and is most certainly against the law. It's a very basic concept to understand. You can't encourage anyone to break the law. Why else would he be posting the address, to get people to send some flowers over?

I didn't see anyone telling anyone else to break the law.

His details are posted for awareness and to prevent other people from dealing with the scumbag. That most certainly is legal and beneficial for the community.
359  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [BSS] BossCoin - Do Not Waste Your Time (Scam Coin)! on: December 07, 2013, 09:18:48 PM
I don't see your point about it being illegal and I will notify admins, thanks for your suggestions.  As far as him disappearing, he was actively responding, up to an hour before my post, suggesting that he transferred the funds.

hmm, ok. Also, it's called the Data Protection Act which is in effect in the UK. I am not sure about the USA but I feel the same rules apply. You are revealing his personal information with intent that a person/persons harm that individual or their property. I'm certainly not a legal expert but this surely would be illegal, and as I said it is morally wrong in my opinion (not that my opinion is be all, end all lol. I just have a right to speak and I feel this would be a very bad move).

Not sure about the UK, but here in the USA we call it, Acting to protect your community and it's highly encouraged.
