He is only stating facts, you are free to assume airdrops impact cryptocurrencies prices negatively. Myself I believe airdrops are a great way to expand the number of users/holders and consequently increase value of the project. Investments come with risks but we are prepared for any financial outcome while being determined to complete the project.

We already have many votes, it's not easy to get so many people to vote but we should ask friends and family and do everything possible to win these kinds of votes. Being listed on many exchanges is very important for DeepOnion future  

It will if we keep up with the good work and if we continue recruting developers it could even land in the top 50.

I think a range of $25-$50$ within a $1 trillion crypto marketcap is a realistic expectation for 2018 but money do not always comes so easily, I believe there is still a lot of real value to build before Onion price stabilizes in this range. Bitcoin will never reach $500000, money can be printed out of thin air yes but not in such massive proportions.

That said, everything is looking great for DeepOnion and maybe at some point I will realize my predictions were overly conservative  

I think there are many promising privacy coins out there like Nav and Sumo but as my forum signature suggests I support DeepOnion which is natively integrated into the TOR network and uses the obfs4 protocol. The DeepOnion project objective is to integrate as many privacy layers as needed to be a truly censorship-resistant cryptocurrency, including Zero Knowledge (like Zerocash, Zerocoin protocols) and a transaction trace obfuscation system. In my opinion it's undervalued considering the current working product and even more undervalued considering coming features like VoteCentral voting system and smart contracts.  

It is a good overview of what DeepOnion is currently about. I am sure we will develop an even more interesting and innovative vision during 2018 and deliver it collectively  


Governments can easily kill almost all crypto liquidity by banning fiat/crypto convertibility but they can't totally kill it I agree. It's not even in their interest to do so...

Marketing is pretty amateurish sometimes but if you think about it...it's very great, it's giving everyone a chance to contribute and earn a little something. Now the devs aren't amateurs and the mobile wallet coming very soon (it's almost ready) will allow to stake coins on smartphone 24/7, it's much better in terms of energy efficiency than mining in my opinion (whether on mobile or large mining farms).

The project is very succesful so far and we all know it will continue to provide a solid vision for crypto-currencies in 2018.  

Monero has currently the leading technology and best developpers, DeepOnion has the best roadmap and largest community (on top of very active and skilled devs). These are the two I would bet on but there is probably enough room for more

I find it even more pleasant to see that the story published on The Verge is mentioning that "50 Cent would like the coin DeepOnion because it used to be valued at fifty cents. " and surprised to see this story got rewritten in dozen of different languages accross the globe, every single one of them mentioning DeepOnion

Maybe at some point but I find it much more interesting to spend my time on deeponion.org/community. The UI looks much better, people are nice and supportive, less spam and shilling  

DeepOnion / KCS is going strong and most of my portfolio is Onion/KCS, so... I ain't even blinking an eye, I know this fucking market is going to worth trillions and trillions before something real happens and we start to see major corrections.

DeepOnion is not the cheapest in term of price/unit but it has proven to provide the best edge against corrections of the market because of its fervent community and very bullish outlook.

I think it is one of the best coin to hold in 2018 as it really provide an effective alternative to Bitcoin and integrate the latest technologies into a crypto-currency.

Maybe Pure which is going to get listed on Cryptopia in few days.

It's just a shot in the dark, if I knew for sure, I would be investing rather than talking on a forum 

DeepOnion has also a good potential to go 2X this month.

Bitcoin will continue to be the gold standard of the crypto world in 2018. But I believe it will become more and more stable just like gold (some will be disappointed to see poor returns)

So the next Bitcoin, I don't know, could be Litecoin (seems likely), could be DeepOnion (faster than Litecoin, anonymous, low total suply). Ethereum/Neo are probably going to be huge but not the main crypto-currency for exchanges.

DeepOnion scam went to DeepOnion spam to DeepOnion star in the social medias in a very short period of time  . That's truly an achievement to celebrate and I hope more people on this forum will realize all the potential with PoW/PoS (mining/staking) and the weekly airdrop which has less strict rules now.

Kucoin and KCS are super cool. Currently the dividends are roughtly a daily 0.05$/100 KCS which is fine if you are bullish on the cryptos listed and actually it doubled since I bought them.

I got on the exchange because they listed DeepOnion, I assume they will continue to add promising cryptos with large communities in order to attract more customers.

I am pretty satisfied with KCS, Kucoin and their business model 

I couldn't tell you what would be a good entry price though !

I think Spectre and Phore are good choice. Myself I am heavy in DeepOnion which is an hybrid PoW/PoS (you get 10% return from staking) natively integrated into TOR network anonymous crypto with interesting features including smart contracts. DeepOnion has seen a very large increase in trading volume and a nice increase in price since it has been listed on Kucoin last week, it should continue to go higher when it is listed on the Next exchange platform.

I think it worth the risk to go all in if you have only 500$ to invest, you'd better have a lot of confidence in the project though.

If you invest in DeepOnion or BTX, you will get 5% dividends from airdrop which is a nice incentive to keep price rising and gain more assets in the process. DeepOnion trade volumes have grown very fast since it is listed on Kucoin and I can say liquidity is not a concern any more for small investors.
