There are give aways from the community that you can participate in, some bounties as well.. Times where you could get free Onions easily are nearly over, there are bounties only for quality articles and videos but there are also contests for memes and giveways yes. Cryptopia is in shambles at the moment. Got 81 onions stuck in a withdrawal stage for 48 hours now. Hope it goes in before friday airdrop as well. Ticket submitted, no reply either. I won't be using cryptopia anymore, next bunch will be either through bisq or kucoin from now on.
Probably why the price of onions have slipped too.
Yet another person reporting difficulty with Cryptopia! I've yet to have any problem with them - mind you I haven't attempted to withdraw any Onions for a couple of weeks now. (Coming to think of it I haven't withdrawn any coin or token from Cryptopia over that period either. Is it only Onion withdrawals that peeps are experiencing delays with?). I received with success the last airdrop, but I notice that I keep receiving the same amount of ONIONs at every airdrop :/
It increased for a while from 30 to 35 to 40 to 45 to 53 and now I keep receiving 53 ONIONs per airdrops... Why that ?
I assume the % of Onions distributed is decreasing over time as the total supply having been distributed is larger, more people joining the airdrop and hold more Onion in their wallets, so it's less Onions per 100 Onions to distribute in airdrops. |

We've heard it so many times.. Now facebook is announcing to do the same with advertising. Yeah, maybe scams (and that is good thing) but with solid projects there are no hiccups. It is not over, it's only a start, yeah China may block TOR for example, but there are anonymous currency projects like DeepOnion that act fast and implement protocols to help users from China using crypto still with success and another layer of anonymity. Recent implementation of OBSF4 and MEEK in DeepOnion is clearly a sign that is not over. It is starting. By the way, look at BTC now, does that not look like consolidation and recovery? Crypto is not dead. It's time for FUD to die once and for all. If you remember well, Chinese government trying to impose capital control to prevent Chinese money from flowing abroad is what triggered the first real bitcoin price boom. This FUD is bullshit, they are not even trying to ban crypto and it's not clear what the Chinese government is planning exactly, in fact they rather support crypto as long as they can control it, it's just medias and markets being hysterical as usual.
