Probit is one off top choice of the up and coming project to host for their IEO so I won't get disagree with your choice but I don't really about the other exchanges you mentioned but recently OIKOs has successfully concluded their IEO in hoo, but that is the first time I have heard about, while in bithumb there are some projects didn't really turned out well as expected.

If you are referring to a completely newbie then I would say no, let say atleast with a little knowledge about crypto they are still not safe with top coins due to the fact that they don't have any idea how that market would move. But if they are just going to HODL and follow the bull and bearish pattern they I would say they a little bit safe. They need to learn more in order to survive in this kind of matter.

I prefer using etherscan rather than Ethplorer because it give you an accurate reading of your coins, like what is the current price of a certain coins likewise with what ethplorer does but not as much as what etherscan can give you. But both are useful though they have different kind system reading your eth wallet.

There are lotsof scammers in telegram, once you posted something you will received numbers of messages from different people saying their ate from this project or will offer you services that are to good to be true. I suggest you to look at trusted ICO site services or you can search here in bitcointalk section regarding that matter. Sure there plenty of members from this forum are willing to help.

Well you can barely find such bounty manager like him who really cares not only for him for the bounty hunters as well. Most of the BM's right now don't really care wether the project is good and going to be successful or not as long as their have something they can get running the projects. I hope every BM follows his lead and not only thinking about themselves but their bounty hunters as well cause a project's success is BM and bounty hunters' success as well.

Yeah it was actually posted in 2019 where ICO projects are coming left and right without any purpose in helping or creating innovative projects that would help to create more opportunities and services for the community. But fortunately ICO has died because of themselves and the way they scam people investors who believed that they would be gweting something out of ICO projects.

I don't think what happened in 2017 will happen anytime soon and we can't predict what the market is going to be like in coming days so borrowing money is not advisable especially now that we are still facing some financial crisis due corona virus pandemic. It would take a little time for the business and financial community to ba able to fully get back on track so better look for an alternative solutions rather than taking some risk with any certainty.

You really think so? Anyone? I think only those who have long experienced working as a bounty hunters, moderators, or even became part of an existing projects have an advantage cause they know how the job works unlike with those who qre unexperienced they will be having a hard time in real operation unless they will guided or helped by someone who is experienced with such work.

Volatility makes the cryptocurrency more exciting because it gives more thrill not only for investors and other crypto enthusiast to see that gonna happen in the next run of the market. It opens up a lot of opportunity as well, for other coins to be recognized as they are making a good run in such kind scenario, and for traders to exploit and gain some profits in a volatile market.

Yeah you are right. As long as there are people or investors keeping their in crypto currency and as long as the blockchain technologies keep on evolving they will keep on making scam projects in order to feed on their desire for them to have luxurious life even if comes from stealing someone's hard earned money.

It does not matter which one is on top as long as these top exchanges are capable of bringing their services to what their investors/customers need and they are satisfied with it. And I think Binance has been on CMC's top list eve before CZ aquired CMC and still it remain its good reptation as the number 1 exchange today in cryptomarket.

We can't say anything yet as the project and the team are still showing up and working their ass off. If they really want to still investors money they could have ran when they had already successfully raise enough money to start building the project. They might be some reason why they extended maybe they still wanted some promotional activities to lure more investors or maybe running 2nd set of IEO.

No doubt those you mention are on the top of their games right now. Binance setting at number and Okex at the 2 spot there is nothing you could ask for these two alone. They have great daily trading volume numbers, great securrity and great trading features where you can use at your advantage.
