KELPER project is big undertaking with large hard cap requirement. I think we need more marketing efforts to reach out to community.
Yes, Kepler team is thinking big, it's really a huge project but they said they plan a just as huge PR and marketing campaign. I think what he meant is to advertise at every possible place, otherwise reaching hard cap would be near to impossible, Facebook is already banned the ads on ICO's so Google may be a better option. Yes with google they could better place their ads, i mean its everywhere. I would recommend them to make advertisements on youtube. The crypto community on youtube is very big with a lot of new investors who are looking for good ICOs. Doing overviews of good icos, some blogers may give a good advertisement if the ico will be in their videos. I myself sometimes watch those videos to find out more I was about to say they should advertise on Facebook but then I remembered that it's forbidden now.  YouTube might be the next best site. You are right - I prefer to watch review than to read a lot of documentation. I hope that with time famous bloggers, maybe even Ian Balina will have interested for creation Kepler review. It's your own decision of course but don't blame others if you lose money because you skip to DYOR! |

LetBet is a online gambling platform and i guess everyone can be able to access it in each countries. Perhaps USA and china has the issue for ICO programmes so till the ICO phase, letbet may not work there but it can surely serve peoples in each nation once they are a successfull project ahead. If it's a fully decentralized system how would you prevent anyone in the world from accessing the platform? ICO participation is another story, but using the platform itself once it is up and running will be possible for everybody. in some countries gambling is not allowed and those websites you can not reach with normal internet connection; you may have to use vpn or change your ip. But for ICO as u mentioned no chance if your country is not listed. Yep I was talking about the platform once it is up and running. Won't be possible to keep people from using it then. And that's good because it's the whole point of censorship resistant decentralized distributed platforms. |

No, Galaxy eSolutions will not be an intermediary. We will buy up broken smartphones, restore them on our own, and then sell them directly to our customers. That's why we will work on the P2P model. I think I don't understand it then. How is your model P2P if you are always in the middle as the company that purchases, refurbishes and sells that stuff? What role does blockchain exactly play? |

Now RED pre-sale already rised $26.25M! I think that all MWAT tokens will be sold on pre-sale. Really good project for me, look more better than overhyped Wepower. I tjink that pre-sale will finish soon. This ICO had an amazing run. At the very beginning I wasn't so sure about the idea because I didn't know much about the area they are operating in. But now I can see this go places very soon. |

My only questions are:
1) Why did they bother to refund BCC? They could have just kept their website off and save on domain money and not refund anything
2) Don't scammers just shut down, stop communicating and disappear?
I'm a skeptic, so I still havent decided what they are. I know they are admittedly a pyramid scheme, but pyramids aren't necessary scammers, especially if they are upfront about them being a pyramid. I believe time will tell. If they indeed refund less than 2 month old accounts, that would be a non-scammer move in my book.
Are they actually publicly known in any way? They are responsible for $2 billion just disappearing. Imagine authorities find them. That could end really badly for them so maybe they are trying to limit the harm now as much as possible and demonstrate good intent. I wouldn't want to be in their shoes even with that money. |

Whats Credits ultimate vision/goal to accomplish? How are Credits going to achieve its goal? In the white paper it says that Credits process high tps, but Ripple is also capable of that, what makes Credits unique?
