341  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Overcoming Systematic Racism with Bitcoin on: June 24, 2020, 06:11:50 PM
The only way to get out of oppression is to educate your children not to elect presidents like Donald Trump. Bitcoin has no role to play here! Bitcoin doesn't see you as a black or white or Asian or as an Tibetan. It's indeed the most less racist payment system available today but it doesn't have the power to clean out hatred from people's mind. It's not a magic wand either!

Bitcoin can certainly decreases your dependability from institutional authorities but can't educate you to be peaceful. It's your upbringing and education that makes you a better person.

When I say educated, I do not mean graduate or long list of degrees beside your name. It's your maturity and humanity coupled together.

Hope this makes sense!

Couldn't agree more with your arguments about Bitcoin not being a 'thing' that differentiates in any sort of way. The fact is that BTC is for everybody that's up for this technological challenge and wants to know more about what the future stocks and finance might be. BTC and crypto in general is for anybody either super rich, comfortable or poor - you just need some guts and a little spare cash!

Racism with respect to color, race, religion continent or whatever has no role in this new society built by cryptocurrency, so lets not involve/relate racism to literally anything we can think of.
342  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The Future of Crytopcurrency on: June 23, 2020, 10:53:55 PM
With DeFi we have decentralized finance on the blockchain and people can determine their finance themselves. Blockchain is the new revolution enhancing data storage, finance, security and ease of transactions. Blockchain has decentralized the globe DAO, dApps and all is built on the blockchain as well as games.

DeFi and the use of blockchain technology to power finance is for sure a technical advancement that I believe holds the power to transform business by making them more efficient and more secure, while at the same time giving the people the choice and responsibility of their money and assets. Decentralisation is the next big thing and crypto is definitely paving the way to a better less monopolised future Smiley
343  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 325 million new potential users on: June 23, 2020, 07:42:58 PM
If this would really happen then we would see a massive price increase due to the potential new investors.
But we couldn't be so sure about it unless it is already happening and this could be what we need to see another ATH.

That's right, if paypal is starting to support and integrate Bitcoin then this will certainly be a positive wave for the crypto industry. In fact, this alone will make other institutions alike reconsider their position of blockchain and crypto in general which in turn will lead not only to greater adaptability but also faster technology improvements. And that's worth looking forward to!
344  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: HOW TO BECOME SUCCESSFUL AT CRYPTO TRADING on: June 23, 2020, 03:05:30 PM
What exactly is your question?

Indeed, in fact, you have already answered it. Some cryptocurrencies are at the top of the pyramid, the rest are at its foot or in the pit of oblivion.
Those who made the right bets are now celebrating a victory, the rest are indignant about injustice.

I agree with you, there doesn't seem to be a question. In fact this seems like a statement intended to have others state what they think makes a successful trader.

Which some on here have already spread their wisdom such as FOMO, and most important of all do the right research as technical analysis and charts reading isn't all but you gotta watch the news, market sways, predict investors thinking as well as keep an open eye to the emerging projects. These factors and others determine whether you make a profit or a loss! And that's what trading is!
345  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: A trading chart does not play out to 100% on: June 22, 2020, 10:51:48 PM
TA and charts reading is not by any means THE most important factor. So that's definitely not representing 70% of the trading prediction method, it is however a good indicator but for good use it must be used in conjunction with other factors which isn't read in charts I'm afraid.

These include but not limited to news, projects, especially if these are direct competitors in both finance and/or crypto industry.
346  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The One Biggest Lesson you've learnt from Bitcoins Investment on: June 22, 2020, 07:12:55 PM
I suppose one of my biggest lesson in investment is to always research and learn on what kind of asset your planning to invest on and never trust any platforms that offers you passive income if you buy their services. Like in the phrase "if it's to good to be true then it's probably not true."

I most certainly agree with you on this since I can very much relate.

One other lesson I learnt is not too be too jumpy when assessing market changes, one can be tempted to quickly act, especially in a downtrend but often that happens too soon and sometimes if you wait you're fine. The big lesson therefore is to wait and wait, even if the trend is down it still is better to wait as the market will pick up momentum. I cannot emphasise enough how important it is to play the 'waiting game' - crucial, really!
347  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Newbie should trade or not? Please give me idea. on: June 22, 2020, 04:03:12 PM
Yes, newcomers can trade of course but before that you simply need to acquire knowledge and study trade then you'll make a profit by trading If you've got no idea about the trade it's better to not trade the danger is going to be less. But it might be better to take a position than trade just in case of investment the quantity of risk is a smaller amount and it's necessary to postpone it for a particular period of your time it's easier to form a profit if the worth goes up.

Subbir trading is open for everyone, but many don't do any research before they get into trading. They think it's easy and
that anyone can do it, but soon as they faces with some loses they understand why they needed some proper education before
they risk their money with trading, that is unknown for them.
Some people should focus on learning and watching others before they decide to try it, and when they try it they should risk
only what they can afford to lose.

I agree, trading is a profession free for anyone to join. On this basis if there were not new people joining there would be no future of trading.

However, as much as trading is encouraged new traders should me made aware that this can easily lose them money. Though, in many ways this can be minimised hence I didn't say avoided because even after being a trader for so long you can't guarantee no loss. For these different ways there are several topics already in this section of the forum.
348  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What you don't know about Technical Analysis on: June 21, 2020, 07:13:01 PM
I can understand what you are saying, but I will never be a fan of technical analysis. With graphs and lines you can prove anything. But you will have people who are pro TA and people who are against.
I haven't met anyone, who can make accurate analysis and predictions based on technical analysis.

I understand that technical analysis can be life-saying so to speak but I think this is not absolute. Technical analysis can only help up to a point and it would depend on who's doing the analysis as different people might read trends/charts differently.

Since this is a technical strategy which is probabilistic I personally rather use my knowledge in conjunction with the amount I'm prepared to lose, I never rely on analysis alone - I think this is a danger many traders fall into, while numbers can't like, numbers can be misinterpreted and its even worse when market volatility plays such a huge role.
349  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Binance deserves the first Position on CMC on: June 21, 2020, 04:38:11 PM
There's a reason Binance is ranked first on CMC. I do not think it has much to do with the fact that Binance bought coinmarket cap, I think the reasons are clear.

Many people on here would be able to back this up since this exchange platform is leading in terms of both popularity mainly owed to it having the highest liquidity and trade volume as well as customer trust due to their support.

In other words, Binance being at the top is currently a fair ranking, however this isn't guaranteed for the long-term and we the users of this exchange and others need to me aware of that.
350  Economy / Speculation / Re: Buying the dips: do you have a specific criteria? on: June 21, 2020, 03:13:53 PM
People with an investor hat on always assesses when the right time for buying is, and as far as predicting when exactly in the dip the buying should occur no body knows for sure.
For me personally,  it depends on how much disposable income I have that I'm prepared to lose and when the candle is below 5% of the previous week. That's when I start thinking about buying in. I feel safe-ER like this because I can always add a stop loss which at times prevented me from losing out, though one word of caution is that this feature isn't 100% impregnable, you could still incur losses.
351  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: CORONAVIRUS IMPACT ON SPORTS GAMBLING on: June 21, 2020, 01:28:08 PM
A funny incident occurred in the football championship of my country: one of the teams was quarantined because infected players were found. The match was not canceled, and as a result, one team played with full professional staff and 17-year-old boys played in the second team.
The result of the match is 10-1  Grin For football, this is a monstrous score.

Wow, 10-1 is a big winning for that teams hahaha Grin
~

Yes, this is a big win. That team set 3 new records in the championship of my country. Formally, everything is correct, but everyone understands the injustice of this event. It's funny that years will pass and few will remember the reason for this event, but the set records will remain (unless someone else updates them of course)  Undecided

The win is so substantial that it  makes you wonder why they thought it was a good idea to still go ahead with the match? It was clear the team was at a disadvantage. In light of this, assuming that the mangers (or whoever was in charge of this) still pressed on despite the downside, would only make it unfair to the winning team to have the score removed from the records, even though I can understand why this may not seem representative of the team's abilities.
352  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The 10 Best Crypto Exchanges - Which one do you use the most? on: June 21, 2020, 12:10:42 PM
Hitbtc is scam. I used it before and had bad experience withdrawing my money so its not a good exchange why it is included in the list?

I only trust two exchanges binance and kucoin.

These two exchanges were reputable and trusted, been using it for years now.

Isn't it interesting how the article started with Binance at the top almost to lure in readers  Huh
What's fascinating to me is that other than the top exchange which is Binance all the other ones are not even worth being mentioned as exchanges people would trust and use. This is why I don't find much value in this article nor in this post altogether. And this is a view many of us share.
353  Economy / Gambling / Re: FORTUNEJACK.COM |Deposit 777 play with 1777 mBTC |Live Casino, Slots, Betting on: June 20, 2020, 11:13:22 PM
The sports are back but not really doing anything major, too many games that ended with 0-0 in the previous week and not just premier league (which happened in there too) but in all leagues. I have a feeling that in the past 2 weeks all the games that has been played so far had way too many 0-0 results compared to before the break. I do not have this data but if anyone has that data could you check on average how many times 0-0 games happened in the 5 big leagues of Europe and how many times it has happened since the leagues started back up? There must be some difference for sure. I get that players were staying at home and even if they are working out it is not like the real game so there will obviously be some lack of condition but I wasn't expecting this much failure to convert possessions.

I can only speculate here but my guess for most of the games ending in a draw and with no goals might be due to the training for sure but I believe also the coaching which because of the pandemic I assume was limited. Having the right mind before and during the game is important in order to ensure you're on the ball when it comes to game time, but I doubt their heart is in it without the cheers of the crowd most of the time.
354  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: When the US stock market goes down Bitcoin goes down on: June 20, 2020, 10:05:44 PM
Despite being called an uncorrelated asset, Bitcoin is frequently correlated with traditional markets when there is a significant price movements and change in sentiment, such as during a pump or crash.

Between these periods, Bitcoin can largely be considered uncorrelated, since it tends to move in a way that cant be predicted from the equities, bonds or commodity markets.
355  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: THE ORDER OF ALT PUMPS?? on: June 20, 2020, 07:49:47 PM
As far as I have seen, it's true that Bitcoin usually moves first, but I don't necessarily think it starts moving down the coin list based on market capitalization.

The main thing is the number of people waiting in the midst to buy the coin in question. The larger the coin, the bigger the amount of people waiting (usually), hence the more money that might potentially enter the market.

Small cap coins usually have few interested people, so unless there's a whale they probably wont change too fast.
356  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: [H] Paypal [W] Btc 80%-85% rate on: June 20, 2020, 03:12:13 PM
So you're looking to buy Bitcoin for 15-20% lower than market value using the least secure payment method known to man?

Does that seem likely to you, given the fact that insecure payment methods are usually only accepted at a premium?
357  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Taxes on Bitcoins: Unreasonable or essential? on: June 20, 2020, 03:10:08 PM
Most countries don't currently recognize Bitcoin for tax purposes, simply because a lot of people also lose money on cryptocurrencies which would therefore mean that they should be able to claim a tax rebate. Overall, more people lose money nowadays than gain money, therefore the government would actually be in a net loss as far as tax goes. The only way around it would be to only tax profits and offer no relief on losses, but that wouldn't be in line with other asset types.
358  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The success of IEO is Exchange on: June 19, 2020, 08:07:10 PM
The success of ICO lies in the hand of huge partnership support, huge investors and trust but since scammers canes around ICO trust was ruined but now what we have left is IEO, and I will keep repeating myself over and over for new projects that the success of an IEO is top exchanges, no matter how good your use case is, if you choose p2pb2b or vindax over Okex or binance just have it at the back of your mind that failure awaits you with 80% chance over 100%

Well, fair enough I get your point 'IEOs nowadays are better and more preferred over the traditional ICOs'.

What I'd like to add to this for the sake of clarity is that IEOs eliminate the complex issue of the project team dealing with the token shares to investors. The great thing about IEOs is that this huge responsibility is transferred smoothly to the exchange that is in partnership with the project/team.

On top of this, given that exchanges have already invested considerably in 'hack-proof' systems means one less worry since exchanges can use their in house developed infrastructure to deal with issues regarding hackings and token distribution. So in a nutshell, IEOs are the future of capital raising with the help of the investors over the commonly known ICOs  Wink
359  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: 7 Things have to do to become a Good Crypto Trader on: June 19, 2020, 01:17:36 PM
The first thing you need to be a good trader is patience, if you don't have enough patience then you will never be a good crypto trader. You have to be patient as well as far-sighted, you have to try to be aware of every event in the world. While trading you need to have good idea about trading indicators, most of the time I use two indicators in trading "Moving Average Convergence Divergence" & "Relative Strength Index", there are many more trading indicators. A good trader should have enough idea about these indicators.

Yh, I couldn't agree more with what @Swordsoffreedom  regarding trading and patience. It is vital to be patient and I think that's a virtue applicable to all investments. However, I'd argue that there's no point in being patient if you haven't chosen the right crypto coin so having knowledge and assimilating market changes is the mot important aspect of a successful trade/r.
360  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🎲 BTCDice.org🎲 Awesome Bitcoin Dice-Site Collections on: June 19, 2020, 10:48:21 AM
Welcome to this community and I am able to understand the purpose of your "collection" but you need to hire a designer to make your site showhow appealing; now it looks like a school project (along with every header, H2 from your template is still visible, you must have deleted that while editing Roll Eyes and in above open-post you must remove "conduct us" and that is not a relevant category to mention here).

You must need to remember that you are trying to make people sign up using your affiliate link who are risking 100 to 1000 dollars more frequently; they may get convinced only when you offer something up to their expectation. Do you have any plan to offer refback from your affiliate stream?

While its true that the UI could do with some improvement, I find the dice list somewhat representative and not too far off - well done!

What might improve users visit to the website is one/two lines explaining why you chose the ranking you did. This might help others in choosing their casino (via your affiliate link) but it's also acting as a good feedback for you to see if you was missing or under-representing your ranking choice parameters.
