I am trying to mine ubiq by itself. I made a .bat file that only has the ubiq pool in it. However, when I start the windows batch file, it starts mining Pascal as well.. How do I turn it off? here's what I'm using: EthDcrMiner64.exe -allcoins 1 -epool stratum+tcp://us.ubiqpool.io:8008 -ewal 0x2823E0D2B721B0f92F3A6955C24a184E349821AE -epsw x -eworker Rig1
at first page "-mode Select mining mode: "-mode 0" (default) means dual Ethereum + Decred/Siacoin/Lbry mining mode. "-mode 1" means Ethereum-only mining mode. You can set this mode for every card individually, for example, "-mode 1-02" will set mode "1" for first and third GPUs (#0 and #2). For systems with more than 10 GPUs: use letters to specify indexes more than 9, for example, "a" means index 10, "b" means index 11, etc." ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif)

Price wise is reasonable
and power consumption for 12 GPU + cpu system at 1600w is also a plus
however, risk is high, not sure how they treat warranties
I was just overthinking the way bitmain handles horrible warranty claims

Passed all 6 of them. Congrats bud! Anyway, let's just forgive everyone who says ROI but means CR. Ok?
Im into it, as long I understand what you're talking about, were done.. ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif)

Is this still going on? ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif) I'm surprised for the bump ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif) its more than a year, time flies so fast

being modded doesn't mean will achieved a low power mining
there are settings to be done
if you want high hash, consequences are high power consumptions, esp on dual mining
do undervolting, if you want a power saving over high hash

Thanks.
An old rule that is followed " If aint Broke, Don't fix it" cheers!

Probably NOT the answer you are looking for, but have you tried a different miner until someone can help you resolve? I've used phoenixminer in the past, but they've been giving me issues so I'm back on claymore. btw, I am already using v11.9, i completely disabled Windows defender through the registry and disabled the entire windows firewall. Claymore still does not initialize at all, just closes after a few seconds...
did you add exemptions on your Defender for Claymore app? yes, I did! Any ihrer ideas? the rig is not running for 2 days now try to download new Claymore miner package and save it to a different directory exempt that directory and .exe file with your defender ensure that no other AV's installed copy your config from you previous CM fire up miner

Check the whattomine.com if what altcoin is more profitable to mine with your rigs since your electricity is free you can earn without paying electricity]. Try to mine etherium with your card use claymore. try follow this guide https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2126975.0Thanks for your advice. I have no experince about mine eth. How about minimum payout, so how long we will get first payout from pool? Why almost all coin use xmr tittle for miner? Minimum payout will depend on the pool. I think ethermine.org probably has the lowest payout of .01eth threshold its 0.05 ether minimum payout threshold for ethermine.org see this screencap https://imgur.com/4b7JyTG

no not actually, its just that AMD is more advantageous to XMR which has been forked lately, and now envaded by ASICs.

Yeah I managed to get it through overclocking. I can get 30 but the temperatures are slightly about 70. Is this temperature ok to just leave?
Thanks again
My reference card RX480 are 80 deg Fan speed over 80% they ran fine over 2 years but for the nitros, they run far cooler about 60 deg

Is overclocking the only thing left to try?
Yep, this will be required If you haven't done it thru modding you may do Overclocking in Msi After Burner or Overdriven tool, or in your claymore .bat

One of my RX580 is not submitting any share since a while ago. It's working all fine before this and one day I found that after whole day running it submit no share at all. Put into different rig also same. It's still hashing at 30.9 and claymore still fetches new job but this RX580 is just not submitting any share. What could be the problems?
Sometimes mining pools reports hashing on delays What pools are you using? how long did your miner runs? check also if you are looking a correct wallet/username/miner ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) yes sir, nanopool. been trying numerous time with no luck. it suddenly stop working. i even copy the batch file from the one working to it still the same. it says incorrect share and ask me do not oc it too much even after I've revert back to the ori rom with no oc at all. Edit : I let it run overnight 8 hours. no share from nanopool, on claymore submitted share is 0 basically, thats explains it your miner doesn't submit any shares, so you wont see any also with pools can you post your .bat config here did you OC settings on msi AB or overdriven tool?

Hello everyone,
I have a question about mining using a USB WiFi adapter. Does mining eventually kill the WiFi adaptor? I have been running a GPU mining rig for about 6 months now, and in that time I have had to switch USB adapters twice, and now its looking like a third time. Basically, the adaptor starts being unable to stay connected to the network, and the hardware will randomly disconnect and I will have to reboot the computer to get it to properly recognize again. Has anyone else had similar issues? Thanks for any help!
Most at time it all depends on the capacity and capabilities of your system to have full control of your mining. Go for upgrade of your ram because the complexity at which you are working is more the required programs, in such manner you fixed some issues that going on though I m not into mining but I m a computer and system analysts. I can give you more details on how project most the issues coming and how to overcome it. Lol, how on earth upgrading RAM would be an issue with failing USB adapter? @OP, try to plug the usb to other slots, there were times that the on board USB might be faulty and just what others suggested, its truly recommended to use an ethernet connections on mining gears
