Yes you are right hold is the best way to get high profit, if the price of bitcoin goes to down you have to buy bitcoin and hold for long time because in coming after one or two years the price of bitcoin will goes to 4000$ or 4500$ so if the price of bitcoin will 4500$, you sell your bitcoin because your money will goes that time very increased. Indeed because we felt being challenge in a game when we gamble which is not really good especially if we're on a losing streak. Limiting your bets and controlling your emotions will aso help you out somehow losing all our money.
