一方で、有意義な議論や情報交換を促すという意図があるような気もします。
今までは書き込むだけのアクティビティを稼げばランクアップしていたのですから、あまり意味の無い投稿でもランクが上がっていく。
極端な話、適当な雑談板で関係ない話題で盛り上がっているうちにランクが上がってた。何てこともあったのでしょう。
そう言った事態を防ぐための制度なのかな、と好意的に見て解釈してみる。
