341  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Utility Token on: April 19, 2020, 04:56:13 AM
How many utility token/coin you know have real acceptance in their said/promised network? Please share some of them.
Not so many have the use cases or purposely utility of their token as promised. But as far as I can remember pundiX tokens have been used globally on their XPOS machine of their affiliated partners and firms. Apart from being utility the only I know who really uses this are the exchanges as they make discount on their tokens for using the exchange in trading such as Binance, Kucoin, bitmax and many exchanges.

With regards to new project. I think cartesi has a good grip of usijg their ctsi for their current dApp to fuel their tower defense game but this is still on beta phase. Like also the use case of mb8coin, I think one of the altcoin that really works like other utility tokens.
342  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ERC20 Wallet Address on: April 19, 2020, 04:30:02 AM
Hi,
Sorry I am new to the Crypto world.
Trying to find out more details on the ERC20 Wallet Address and how Do I get one.
Is the ERC20 Wallet Address the same as the Etherium wallet address which I can get on coinbase.com?

Thanks

Hello, ethereum address is different from the addresses of erc20 tokens, they have their own wallet address but they are under the ethereum network. Coinbase is a multi wallet exchange, yes you can use it also to get some erc20 address but only those supported by their custody. Much bette look into more online wallets that support erc20 tokens such as mew, eidoo, mycrypto, trust wallet, atomic wallet and many more. I believe mostly these wallets are supporting erc20 and even higher specs of it.
343  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum going upwards brace yourself, and simply hodl now. on: April 19, 2020, 04:10:28 AM
Ethereum rose 8% for today I think OP it can reach $200 within few days from now. There are lots of demand on every exchange and Im not sure whats the cause of such rise.

I know ethereum migration will be delay for a while or if nor by 2020 probably the following years. It seems decentralized finance working out for ethereum dApps. Has anybody feeling bullish about ethereum? I think they can still rise even with corona virus still out there.
344  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto Holders, Beware the Covid-19 Scammers on: April 18, 2020, 04:59:32 AM
There's no denying that this is a wild time that we are currently living in, and during wild times like these people tend to get desperate. Unfortunately desperate people combined with panic create the perfect conditions for scammers. The FBI has officially warned traders that there will be a rise in “cryptocurrency-related fraud schemes”.

Given that case. FBI should have a method on how to bust these scammers. Using covid19 as a tool is not funny anymore. I dont know why these people think of it as their way of scamming. Dont they have conscience in their doing? If this continue cryptocurrency will be flagged as as worst industry for investment related.

Do you have idea OP if those people have accumulated funds from the victim? FBI should be able to identify and sort out for this.
345  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The next monster on: April 18, 2020, 04:39:30 AM
This is a little bit true. But the thing that project still an altcoin. I know this project is listed on many exchanges and one of criteria of a good coin however everyone knows that some of the coin can be delisted once their ability to provide liquidity is gone. Many projects have been like this also. Example is pundiX, before it is one of the highest volume but now? Not so sure about that. It has the same position like NULS unless they can retain their market and continue improve their platform.

I recently got information for a binance, binance burn BNB coin with a high amount, maybe what will become a dark horse is BNB with burn will raise the price of BNB in the market
I also this news, but their recent announcent is not enough to call it a dark horse. But they are the best market coin for now and that is for sure. Maybe they can be more competent in the future.
346  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Good capital managemt is important on: April 18, 2020, 03:57:10 AM
1. Learn how to trade
2. Learn and strategize how to manage your capital
3. Make research on choosing good exchange that will favour your trading.
4. Learn to take profit at intervals
These are just normal suggestion. If you dont want to lose on trading, learn to be more careful, confidence is good but always take extra caution. Dealing with crypto trading is different than normal stocks trading. Here, you can experience a highly volatile market where you can see even a 100% loss. As long as you can handle consequence like that, you can manage to stay for a while.

Not all traders have profit, believe me there are more losses than gains in here. Study shows that 90% loss in crypto trading and only those 10% knows how to deal with it fairly.
347  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Massive Bitcoin Sextortion Scam Emails Sent to U.S Users - DON'T PAY on: April 18, 2020, 03:20:25 AM
Im not surw whether people can fall to this lame scam attempt. Cryptocurrency becomes a ground for scamming and stealing money by phishing, style like this, that most of us here will probably ignored. However, how about those who seeks profit or gains? Im sure who will be victimized by this are those whom are doing sex videos on their phone.

This is dangerous, since some might fall or scared to leak those if they have. But how this scammers will possibly know if you have one? So technically its nonsense, its a send to all scam get away email.

Just avoid it. Then if you have one, dont be fooled how can they get it right?

Sextortion is really a disgusting way of blackmailing.
348  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: How is the Binance Family Doing? on: April 18, 2020, 03:10:32 AM
All of you are convinced that all projects that succeed in implementing IEO on Binance are undoubtedly profitable; there is nothing wrong with that. Still, if this thinking continues, then I am sure there will be a monopoly.
This will surely continue. Yes the IEO on Binance is pretty impressive as we noticed it. But after some weeks the price of their token decrease it price or yet lower the value on their current ieo token sale price. Its just prove that people really dont support the project at all but just participating for profit gains. This is proven since we can noticed the stabilitt of these tokens listed aboved.

Is there any project from their list that retain so far the price or yet at least stable closer to their price? I dont think so. People are just after the ROI and Binance will always doing things like this.
349  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Boogle Coin, Are they Google? Lets Discuss. on: April 17, 2020, 06:18:28 AM
I am not sure what the intention of OP is but this seem like an indirect advert to me. Google would have made an announcement about this and this would have been trending on internet. And why would Google even choose such a dry name.
Probably he is informing us about the project Boogle. It will never be affiliated on Google, cause if Google wants to create a token why would they name it like this. I prefer to stick with ticker GOO for Google but they never intended to create one. I see their interest on blockchain but since bitcoin was introduced they never really spotted building or even plan yet. Maybe for now, but who knows if Google has some sort also of plan to launch. We can never say right?
350  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which projects do you hold? Which ones do you believe in? on: April 17, 2020, 05:59:04 AM
Have a few other DEX projects on my radar as well, since I believe DEX's will be used more and more (the trends shows that at least), so might not be a bad play.
Im not sure if dex is very useful. I prefer projects that works on dApps. Technicall application on certain things that I have interest. For example, loan and exchange dApps which currently holds massive users so far. If you will check on dApps which one have more usage its the exchanges. Still people prioritize projects that relates on trading too.

I like your list but preferably bitcoin is the most potential for holding. No one can beat this king for a while unless other projects step up big time.
351  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: A COVID-19 Blockchan app without compromise on: April 17, 2020, 04:32:16 AM
Why everything must relate to blockchain? The purpose of this can be done even by database and not even needed crypto for that matter.

It seems people are just really wanted to create more business venture and they just putting up the issue on covid19 to make a proposed project where in the end there is a hidden agenda of profiting to people that will like the idea.

We can already seen some tracking site for each province, region, city and country. Even whole statistic can be noted on WHO website and many related news update. No need for private sector to involve with this. Government can do these things and not needed solicitation from firms who has agenda.
352  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Does Libra still pose a threat to Bitcoin? on: April 17, 2020, 03:26:15 AM
Libra never posed a threat to bitcoin. Even the leading person for the Calibra project, David Marcus clearly stated that on his tweets to clear the confusion. Libra was supposed to be a global currency for the facebook platform oriented around advertising. Bitcoin on the other hand does not compete with Libra on that.

This is right. In fact, bitcoin is a decentralized system,  while Libra is totally made for centralized governance and focuses on facebook and their affiliated and group of companies under their umbrella.

Its been a while hearing news again on Libra, this project will never be a competition to bitcoin, not even considered a competitor to altcoin top most project ethereum.

353  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The right mindset needed for all traders on: April 17, 2020, 03:02:30 AM
Traders need to understand that everyone's psychology is different, how trader A trades might not suit you, so it's better to discover what your style is and stick to it only making improvements where and when necessary.
But we can make it a general style or method. There is a time that Ive enrolled on a trading coaching not much rate, but he teaches us how to be specific and be like him. He is  really good on trading and lots of experience, I like the thought of being him someday, but I am keeping what I learn from him. I even follow what he suggest so later on, If Ive seen a pattern like that then I know what to do cause thats what he thought us whether we are wrong or right at least we have the same principle of knowing the right move for every chart pattern.

Of course, exclude trading attitude such as confidence and patience.
354  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Coinmarketcap or Coingecko? on: April 17, 2020, 02:52:24 AM
Depends on how you rate them. For me, I never care for the rating but I am using both when checking some coins or tokens of my interest. But for the sake of comparison, I would go for coinmarketcap becauae I like the features and the UI of its design. I have the mobile app and it seems perfect for tracker of your coins and tokens. When regards to volume, I dont mind cause I am using different referencs for that one more accurate and only using during I am doing trading.
355  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: First Glance of China's Digital Currency on: April 16, 2020, 02:37:59 PM
So there's no upgrade at all? Anyway digital currency doesnt necessary to be cryptocurrency. But I wonder why they wanted to replace their traditional fiat into like this? Or maybe they really know that digital will be the future and they already started to implement it. If China will use this soon, do you think there are other countries will follow their path creating digital fiat? In current situation this will be useful but this one will be restricted to middle class, and not for poor people since you need to have gadget to store or use this digital fiats.
356  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Google has removed 49 cryptocurrency wallet browser extensions! Good move? on: April 16, 2020, 02:14:00 PM
Thanks to Google for such a good job. Finally they have removed such malicious links. Some dishonest persons are hampering the original investors in the cryptocurrency market. I hope Google will continue such job in such a way that no original cryptocurrency wallet is deleted.
They should have done this long time ago. They only did it when too many got victimized of phishing sites from these extensions. Wallets are vulnerable and promptly highly attracted by these wise mens. But only few will fall for this if they just taking caution on clicking or checking first the security especially if its about wallet.

OP, this is good that you informed us here. Are you silently promoting your exchange?
357  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Any one know what will be the future of wazirx coin. on: April 16, 2020, 01:52:04 PM
wazirx is already registered in binance so no need to worry about the future of this coin, although I have a bad experience of some coins from india but for this one seems more potential
The good side of this project is under the umbrella of Binance. What if this project isnt partly owned by Binance? Im thinking they will not prosper that much. Many exchanges especially a new one typicall failes in the process of surviving. Important part of surviving a market platform is liquidity, but as I observed I think WazirX will stay for a while and having back up by one of the reputable exchange is a big thing here.
358  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Top 10 Best Cryptocurrency Wallets on: April 16, 2020, 01:37:49 PM
The best wallet we can rely so far without compromising the security are hard wallets. This isnt free but it can guaranteed you the safety of any token and coin that you will keep. Investment is important so its only safe and better to use what is worth for our money right? Ledger nano is the one recommended and famous so far. If I were you I will stay away from coinomi that wallet is dangerous. I am once lost my funds there and I will curse that day for losing it.
359  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Trying to keep life savings more secured on: April 16, 2020, 01:10:21 PM
Thats why I will never going to use again this app. I dont know if theres a bug on their system or simply there is something that youve mentioned OP. There's possibly a good reason why their app has a lot of negative feedback. I did even give bad review on Playstore for the things that happened to me.

Imagine you have a coin stored then suddenly gone? Ive asked their support but they say that they will follow up my case until they didnt respond at all. Too bad many have been victimized by them.
360  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 26 days to the halving left, what are you expecting? on: April 15, 2020, 03:33:07 PM
To be honest I am expecting a pump probably everyone but I dont want to get my hopes high as the market is very volatile and we cant always foreseen a good outcome. This particulat event of halving that occured in the past marked certain changes and those changes is a good reference to stay positive. Yes there is global pandemic crisis that happening now and with expectation of some pump could be ambushed by more negative impact of this tragedy everywhere.

However, crisis or not, I believe investors are ready to ride with the surge that will come. But until it happens, we should just watch the charts movement and analyze whether we are going to a more bear or finally escaping it.
