I still believe that btc will be great again and everyone should too.

Actually Bitcoin is still great despite of having a low value on the current market, just imagine bitcoin is still at the thousand dollar value and it's currently giving us the chance to grab its low cost. 2019 will also be the same like the past year, on the majority of chances it will not have an increase (might be wrong), and most of the $1 value tokens will be gone.

Quote
Exactly! People are only interested about the price and not to its technology, to its concept and to its potential to revolutionize the traditional way of doing daily transactions. Well, I can't blame them because not all of us got the interest in technical aspects.

That's why I can't even be proud of what we already have now, we did have a great president right now but as you can see the economy is still poor, there are still people who couldn't accept the work of technologies or I might say they are still ignorant about this and decline to study again. As long as they can hold money into their hands, as long as they can feed their children, as long as they buy their everyday need, they will be contented on what they are. They wont even budge to increase their life style and status.
3402  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin holders will betray bitcoin one day on: January 06, 2019, 02:36:19 PM
I didn't sell off my holdings when the price was at 21k.
I believe this is a typo, right? For I know the price briefly touched $20k, not $21k. Or did any exchange had it at that price? I might consider getting on that exchange. Please, do leave me the name of such exchange.

There is no such exchange platform will rise bitcoin of there own. It's just a typo. No need to think of it so deeply and it just happened on the year 2017. And actually it's just barely reached the $20,000.

As for the OP, it will only happen if some random coin will be out for a while and have it an increased value larger than ETH. That's the only time to kill bitcoin on it's throne. Some traders as well as the markets will try to push that coin until bitcoin step down for being the number 1 digital currency.
3403  Other / New forum software / New Additional Suggestion :) on: January 06, 2019, 02:28:14 PM
Forum Radio (Live)

Vote For Some DJs Smiley

It may not be look like formal but its kinda lively if we have that, we do not need chats as we are all anonymously participating as members here. I have seen many forums having this and it's not a bother if you were to ask me. For me it's fine, if you have something to ask like on what will be the purpose of having this all I can say is to bring some facts, news, and songs, this may be not all about crypto.

This is just to relax an individual during his stay here, and if he doesn't want to hear any of this he can just mute it anytime he wants or block the radio in his profile settings.

I know there are people here who has the talent to be a DJ or some what kind of host. Smiley

(Just A Suggestion No Need To Be Harsh Cool )
3404  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why Do You Think 2019 Will Be Different? on: January 06, 2019, 01:25:35 PM
lol, nope its wont bring a bull run, its not a bearmarket, its a support loss spiral

[+1]

Yeah, Nothing will be different, and Bitcoin may soon to fall under $3000 or $2000. There would be no such an up rise this year and I strongly feel that. 2018 has given a hint on what will happen in this year and the next coming year. And if I'm wrong then, it will be a good news to all of the traders.

I expect the future.

Hahaha, yes you may expect the future to come but not the future of bitcoin to have a good results.  Tongue

Just let this stay in your mind:

As long as bitcoin has a value then nothing to be worried about, even if its just a $1. It maybe a bad thing but atleast it will not die. We maybe on this astonishing situation but hope will never leave us behind. Cool
3405  Other / Meta / Re: I seem to be finding some reasonable posts. on: January 06, 2019, 10:55:51 AM
I'd love to hear more about these same things,...any clue as to how crypto is being used in any of those places....

I'm from Asia, and to be more precise, I'm from the Philippines. As you already know, the economy here isn't that great. And we also experience what african natives does. The only difference is that we are over crowded here by criminals.

Bitcoins doesn't have much use here, only few people knows bitcoin or even the Digital Currency. And those who knows cryptocurrencies, they only use this for trading to gain more valuable coins and then tradr it into fiat. When it becomes money then it will be used for their everyday needs.

Some people make an investments on other platforms that is said crypto related but they only turn into a scam after they collected millions of Peso. People here are always easy to fool when it comes to money.
3406  Local / Pilipinas / Crypto In The Phillipines Doesn't Have Any Progress on: January 06, 2019, 10:17:02 AM
As I was observing on our community, there hasn't been much change on this economy regards on crypto. Especially when the BTC value continues to fall last December and upto the current time.
There has been a less number right now of participants here in the philippines compared to the previous year of 2017. Some thinks that it wasn't worth their time to stay for long and wait until the rise of CoinKing.

Maybe you think that I'm wrong, because of some news that politicians are creating their coins or even making an investment on this digital money. But have you consider that this person is only another one individual. It really doesnt affect much on our current economy. It really is hard to explain and convince other people to use digital currency especially in this kind of time.

Traders are now losing their money, Holders are sleeping beauties as of now. And together with our economy, it maybe on digital or the reality,... there is no improvement at all.

P.S. No Useless Replies Please Such As Short Phrases.
3407  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: BitcoinTalk Rank on: January 06, 2019, 10:00:01 AM
Im not even surprised why you have not rank yet because you only make post just for bounty 99% of your posts are from bounty section or ann translation threads thats why you dont know the rules how to earn merit and rank up, you must try to participate into meaningful topics and show your ideas.

I thought OP was a bought account, for I was thinking that everybody now knows what the Merit System are for, but the fact that OP is still ignorant about this I guess I was wrong or maybe they didnt care at all in the first place as long as they can get and participate to some bounty openings.

Cheers OP as you have been granted a new knowledge by JC Cool
3408  Other / Meta / Re: I seem to be finding some reasonable posts. on: January 06, 2019, 03:33:19 AM
But to be honest, I do not even know in which forum section such a subject could be discussed.

It could be on the Politics & Society Section, Economics Section or the Off Topic Section.

Well it's a new year and probably alot of users made a nice new year resolution.
Probably?  Well it really might be, but having a good look on the Politics & Society Section will make you a religous nerd or even a democratic passionists. I just hope that there will be a new good topics on that section. Though, I havent visited the Economics Section yet , maybe its more full of redundant topics there.
3409  Economy / Economics / Re: If you had 10000$ on: January 06, 2019, 03:10:04 AM
Maybe I'll just buy a small house and lot here in my country instead of making an investment here on crypto. Or I'd rather spend the half of it to start my own computer rental business.
Having that way will make my money to gain more profit unlike here we should wait until the rise of its value again, it doesnt have any definite value and the chances of losing my money is quite big, this also might be called as gamble as I think
3410  Other / Meta / Re: New BPIP report on Bitcointalk.org posts that are "merited the most times" on: January 05, 2019, 01:05:48 PM
Am also just seeing this (thanks for sharing) and it reflects the reality of majority of ICOs being launched nowadays.
Very little original idea, lots of hype and investors with little understanding but looking to get rich in a matter of days.
There are of course still good ICOs and STOs in the market.

Well, it doesn't concern you enough as I think, you're not even reputable as LoyceV says Smiley And I think there's no need for you to be involve., just spend your time learning and reading Smiley
3411  Other / Meta / Re: I seem to be finding some reasonable posts. on: January 05, 2019, 12:17:30 PM
2019 might be a good start for this forum because of the current fall of BTC value, shitty spammers will not waste their time making post here if they're just getting cents here.

Remove the people whose on the current seats on the political industry and replaced them by people who is much like to help other people and not their own. That way a lively economy will start to rise, then the crypto economy will slowly be introduced to them.

Many years have passed and yet many african natives are still poor and getting starved to death especially on some remote areas. Only politicians can work this out and put an end to this. As well as the bank charges made by in every transactions,.. people are very fond of using credit cards nowadays so I think there's nothing we can do about them even if we make a suggestion here.
3412  Other / Meta / Re: New BPIP report on Bitcointalk.org posts that are "merited the most times" on: January 05, 2019, 11:36:53 AM
Am I missing something here? I have been merited 3 times today from 4.00 am to till now but I am still not included in the list. I have tried refreshing my profile but it doesn't work. Is that a bug or misunderstanding from my side.

It could have worked on you if you have been merited 3 times just on a single post of yours, but as I looked into your history you've been merited 3 times on every single post that you've made.

(Just looking into your profile makes me jealous Sad Congrats in advance soon you'll be joining the league of Avatars )
3413  Other / Serious discussion / Re: Be careful, Google knows more about you than you can imagine! on: January 05, 2019, 11:21:05 AM
Well it sucks. They are stealing our information without even asking us and reality is you can not do anything about it or can you?
Actually there is. Use an anfroid or an IOS then dont even think about connecting to the internet. Never use it as in Never.

Well, if only you can hold back for not connecting Smiley Just use the old style of communication : SMS

Welcome to the centralized corporate world. Everything is legal here once you are one of the fortune 500.

That really sucks even though its the reality. Tongue
3414  Other / Meta / Re: Report to DefaultTrust button on: January 05, 2019, 10:50:36 AM
I'm waiting for a "Greatest Hits" thread that would combine merit stats of some sort, a miraculous fix to everything that afflicts the forum, some whining on the unfairness of the elite, and Happy Easter.

Someone will do it I'm sure.

Wait until DdmrDdmr comes back from the island of peace Smiley where he celebrated his life during holiday season.

LoyceV The AI is too busy at the moment Tongue

3415  Other / Meta / Re: New BPIP report on Bitcointalk.org posts that are "merited the most times" on: January 05, 2019, 10:39:36 AM
Can you add one more column, "merited by"?
It can be useful and it can save time without opening the link of the post to see who merited who.

I think that wouldn't be needed, it was only a summary report of the most Merited Users on their freshly made posts within the day.
There will only be few who will look unto that post to see who Merited them, and I don't find that important to be included on the report (Just My Opinion Tongue)
3416  Other / Meta / Re: New BPIP report on Bitcointalk.org posts that are "merited the most times" on: January 05, 2019, 10:13:19 AM
Oooohhhh!  Grin The site is getting more fancy and lively Smiley
Anyways, getting badges is also an achievement for the users, thanks for creating that (It just happened that I saw those badges only this day, though maybe you created that months ago)

Is this for real? Or it changes everytime the site refreshes?
Edited: I didn't notice that it was a 24hr report Smiley

What an honor to have a badge like that Tongue

What does this mean? I can't get how's the ranking of posts was made...

Very interesting!  I'm not too familiar with CSS but I'll take a look.  Asked ibminer to look at it.  :/

-Africa-Africa-Afirica
I'm still wondering what's wrong with Africa.
You may ask the president of that country if you can't find some time searching it with your friend Google.

Sometimes, I think it's just a political game.

Yes it is. Those politicians keep feeding their own mouths while their countrymen get starved to death.

The leaders might be thinking what will they gain if they help.

Nothing really,.. as they are contented that their country are famous by its rare animals and not by humans. Politicians are really the ones whose at fault not the country ( Well every country has the same problem)

These game developers are scary sometimes. They will study how to stimulate our brain making us forget our worldly problems.

This is what they do to survive. If they're just going to create a game and all of the items are for free they will also and surely starved to death like those african-natives.
3419  Other / Politics & Society / Re: The difference between science and religion on: January 04, 2019, 06:39:24 PM
Quite the contrary. This thread - Scientific proof that God exists? - shows two major, scientific proof areas that prove God absolutely exists.

Doesn't claim that God really exist, hence it questions about the evolution made by Darwin's Ideas.

God, based on the history is only a spiritual thing then it came to earth as a human then once again it is said to be a spirit again. The question is, where is that bones? What does God look like? What power does he holds? If someone can tell and prove that, I'll end up believing you. But if its only like a story there can be no change at facts at all.
3420  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Para sa gusto dumami ang followers sa twitter 100% safe on: January 04, 2019, 06:26:31 PM
Actually most of them are fakes,... even if they have those hashtags on their accounts, if you follow them you'll notice that most of the people that you've followed will never follow you back. I once did that, for me to be able to join social media campaigns. And I noticed that this forum wasn't tolerating spams from those campaigns that's why I didn't even make a second thought of quitting those campaigns, If I were you I'll just stick with the signature campaigns to prevent you from being banned.
The payments on SCs are much acceptable than receiving shares of tokens / stakes from the project.

This might be of help for those whose still willing to do social media campaigns but as I've said most of that accounts doesn't follow you back or they might be but they'll send you an endless number of emails of spams.
