Generally IEOs project does launch bounties but I have seen Harmony project that will be launched on binance exchange and there was an bounty of harmony in this forum. May be the bounty is closed now.
What I know is that Harmony delayed the IEO at Binance because there were a number of problems, but for the Bounty it was also paused and still had to be allocated tokens. |

We just deployed MVP version 1.0 few days ago now we are working on our IEO ... it needs money to development an apps ... and that's why we are doing IEO so that we can release mvp version 2.0 in near future .... We just started everything few days ago and developed a lot .... if you think we can do everything without fund raise then there is no need for us to raise fund..
