3461  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: CoinDesk says - Crypto Winter Is Here and We Only Have Ourselves to Blame on: December 04, 2018, 01:48:43 PM
He isn't wrong on his point, everyone seems to be too obsessed on the price in USD that we tend to forget on enhancing the fundamentals and have focused more on value. As such, we have this wild fluctuations in price leading to profits and losses, and the big guys have seen this as a weakness and have exploited the said weakness up to its core, causing the market to be highly unstable. If we want to move forward, we need to create more platforms, services etc. that's bitcoin-centric (or somewhat focuses more on bitcoin) in order to relieve the notion that most are after USD ultimately, and to have a wider use-case for bitcoin and crypto, not only for speculation.
Agree, he is right because we only prioritize btc's value in usd, on another hand don't care on this coin. But also as you say we have to create more bitcoin based services and platforms to have a wider user-case for bitcoin, how will bitcoin handle it? For example I mean transactions, when price was 10K and higher, you know how hard it was to get confirmation and how much fees we had to pay. I think bitcoin isn't a coin which can be used massively.
3462  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: We Try to Make a Bitcoin Replay, Join Us! on: December 04, 2018, 12:10:48 PM
Would really wish the day when bitcoin was firstly created and I was the one too among some people who knew about it. But OP, what do you think, can this happen today when people know crypto world well? I think they aren't looking for analogues of bitcoin but something new that will be different from btc, ethereum and etc. I can only imagine not same but similar situation on new coin with unique possibilities.
3463  Economy / Gambling / Re: ★MyDiceBot★ - v6.0.0 | 18.12.03 | Windows/Mac/Linux | official site updated on: December 04, 2018, 11:40:08 AM
OP don't get it wrong but almost in one month you released v6 version of your bot. I think it would be better if you released a little bit complete version from the begining. On another hand you know people like UI of your bot, it's really nice.
Well, I would prefer a little bit long wait and stable version over weekly releases, you know your job... Wish you success.
3464  Economy / Exchanges / Re: what are the things to consider when looking for a good exchange? on: December 04, 2018, 11:05:57 AM
OP everyone has it's own customers, that's the reason why they exist and have impact on bitcoin's price. To be fair it doesn't matter how others choose exchangers, btw common that everyone has to consider is safety, good support and fast transactions. Other factors have to satisfy you and exchanger's functions have to suit your requirements.
3465  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Why its still worth mining ETH ( or other coins) for me on: December 04, 2018, 10:34:02 AM
You can mine more profitable coin, exchange it on ethereum and hold this way, you will get absolutely more ethereum compared to eth mining.

People always say this. It may well be true, but make sure you account for initial pool fees, transfer from more profitable shitcoinX wallet to exchange fees, exchange commission and withdraw fees.

You'll need to research your new coin and algo, find the best wallet option (balancing risk of webwallets vs downloading an entire blockchain to your desktop), and then spend hours on several exchanges working out which pairs offer the optimum volume and yield.

Also you'll potentially need to tweak the bios mods you've done for the new algo, as well as experiment with driver/miner/bios combos to find the most stable setup.

In short, once you've done the maths you'll find only a few pennies a week difference, and that's only before every other **** does the same thing and shitcoinX difficulty rockets.
I know what difficulties it has to move from one coin mining on another coin mining when you have modified everything on that one coin but I would say again that it worths when mining of another coin is for example 20% more profitable. Of course you have to consider pool, withdraw and exchange fees but finally they aren't that much. Well, to sum up move must be profitable.
OP wish you success in anyway. Do you plan to hold ethereum now? Since you mine currently more eth?
3466  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: My luck is very bad for crypto trading 😞 on: December 03, 2018, 09:31:50 PM
that's because it depends on hope for luck, not on the information that is obtained. well, trading is a bit like gambling. if you do it without information, or without other preparations, of course it will be very difficult for us.
Well, can you tell me which information can help you in gambling? Or what games do you mean here? Btw I would say nothing can help you in roulette, only luck but when you start playing it, from this step it's unlucky choise.
If you say your luck is bad, then take a friend who will do opposite with much more money, after all you both may say you are still unlucky. Btw do you know how you profit while trading? It happens because other looses.
3467  Economy / Economics / Re: Block Chain eliminates regulators on: December 03, 2018, 06:37:49 PM
I always wonder what might be the reason of centralised authorities not accepting the power of Decentralization and then found the reason,if so decentralization becomes the only means for the transactions then most of the regulators and authorities might be jobless and so they are putting maximum to let down this technology by creating a hype that all the crypto currencies are scam and you can making nothing out of them investing,so we Crypto enthusiasts need to put our maximum efforts to empower decentralization .
Well, blockchain technologies are well accepted for governments, it's integrating in a lot of services, both from governments (for example land registry) and from commercial/non commercial organizations. Walmart is integrating BC technologies and etc, read articles on cointelegraph.
And government don't like crypto because they can't control it, this is not so hard to understand.
3468  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: On what kind of gambling you got maximum reward from betting? on: December 03, 2018, 05:54:45 PM
We have lot of games in gambling and each have different kind of probability of winning and their rewards also depends upon the probability level so on which game you got your maximum reward in signle bet?

for me I found horse racing is where the big money to be made , especially if you have access to fiat sites that have something called BOG and have a lot of friends to create accounts for you in case you get limited
if you are good or at least following good guys then easily you can get over 10% ROI  , I find it really hard to even get a close ROI to that with other sports or other types of gambling

but if there is no BOG it becomes a little bit more hard to reach that ROI
It's old post but the reason why I quote this is that I can repeat the same. Have heared from many people that betting on horse racing is great too, I don't say you'll profit, just have heared same thing what this user posted.
Personally for me betting on soccer was most profitable, when you watch almost every match of some leagues like la league, premier league and etc, makes prediction a lot easier. On another hand betting on basketball was somehow good too, I want to mention live betting on simple teams.
3469  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Transaction not exist in blockchain.info but in btc.com on: November 29, 2018, 09:49:33 PM
I don't know whats wrong but you should just wait it, it can be fee is too low, you can try use free transaction accelerator from antpool or viabtc or just wait it, if the transaction failed then the balance should be back to sender address.
You can try to-rebroadcast it if your wallet support it, but looks like no.

Thanks for the help, I try to use online pushtx tools by enter raw transaction hex, but it seems no use ..
That's not a bug of blockchain.info, rarely but sometimes happens that. Btw personally I use blocktrail, like their UI and functions.
If you want to accelerate transaction and I highly believe you used these kind of service https://www.blockchain.com/btc/pushtx I want to say that they can't help you the way you think. For quick results, there are only two accelerator which I know where you have to submit your transaction's id, they are: Viabtc's accelerator and pushtx.btc.com
3470  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: What to mine on gtx 1070 rig? on: November 29, 2018, 10:41:17 AM
You are welcome, glad someone see with gtx 1070 instead of rx 480/580, great choise mate. Just visit website whattomine.com and choose your card, type how much do you pay in energy and etc you know...
Currently HavenProtocol(XHV) is the most profitable coin you can mine, second one is nicehash. Currently I would choose nicehash, collect profit in btc and hold it, well, that's my choise because I think btc will rise in following days.
3471  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Ideal cryptocurrency exchange - how it should look like? on: November 29, 2018, 09:56:15 AM
Hello! There are hundreds, if not thousands of cryptocurrencies exchanges.
However, I still can t find a crypto exchange, which fits to all my needs.
What do you need from cryptocurrencies exchange? Can you post it here?

I will post my thoughts below. Our investment fund wants to develop our own cryptocurrencies exchange.

User above me mentioned correctly, people aren't asking much. Personally for me speed and security is N1, it's a shame when exchanger claims they got hacked or etc. Another thing would be live support like amazon has and in amazon I mean how amazingly they work in support. If it won't be live, at least questions has to be answered and not ignored. Oh, also they mustn't stuck my transactions for a long time because of it's high value.
I don't know how serious people are around you but if you want to be better than other top exchangers it will be very hard, be ready for it. Wish luck... Would love to read what you lack from exchangers if they aren't similar of mine.
3472  Economy / Speculation / Re: Todays reality..BTC price $3,600 on: November 28, 2018, 11:15:33 PM
Today's reality is tomorrow's shadow. Everything will go well and I think we will quickly return to 6000$ price range, it wouldn't fall below 2000 because it would really be a fatal, I think the fact that bitcoin ended up positively today means a lot, it's still very early to say anything but as I situation always goins in a very positive way, this coin is really amazing.
3473  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Best Thing To Do When Cryptocurrencies Price Dumps! on: November 28, 2018, 10:22:02 PM
Depends on when happens this dump and if there is an any reason of it. Fot example when any major exchanger got hacked or stopped withdrawals and you see price fall, in this situation it recovers very quickly, I prefer to not do anything. But when fall happens suddenly and it's dramatic, I would sell bitcoins immediately, would wait for more fall and then buy again with the hope of rise, finally I have more coins possibly with more value in future.
3474  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Make money with martingale applied to dice game ? on: November 28, 2018, 06:34:33 PM
Hello, I know martingale  is useless for long term for dice game  but   if you have a big bank and can support  1 serie of 20 loose, you will always win no ,?
The world record  for the roulette is one serie of  26 red , it will never happen again, the odd are just very low
So if we   do martingale  with a bank that can support  20-25 loose, we will definitly make money
Yes OP, you'll definitely make money and casino will go bankrupt, somehow that doesn't happen despite the fact that a lot of people had that idea if not even better, you aren't the only one in this universe who came with that "excelent" idea. If you want profit from casino, then you are in a very wrong way. Only casino owners can profit. If you want to gamble, then just do it for fun, not for profit.
3475  Economy / Marketplace / Re: University assignment on: November 28, 2018, 04:31:28 PM
I think you mean services like Xapo and Spectrocoin offers us. You have to creatw virtual situation yeah? If you had to choose subject and don't know anything around it, that's bad but on another hand crypto related theme can have a good impact on others because it will be different and good. It's not so easy to write everything hair but you need finances, contracts with some banks, license to run crypto business, security, marketing strategy and a lot of etc. Btw nothing special, also keep in mind that bitcoins are stored in wallets which is different situation from cash.
3476  Economy / Speculation / Re: What do you do when price falls? on: November 28, 2018, 03:30:52 PM
As you see, bitcoin's price felt from 6500 to 3700. From the very first day, there was panic and fall was very intense. In situations like this one, how do you act? Do you sell bitcoins, wait a little for more fall and then buy more with same cash? Or so you fully support bitcoin and hold it?
I ask this because want to know what community here does in such situations, do you do good for bitcoin or worsen situation?

Honestly, it's way not an easy thing for me to acquired coins by purchasing it right directly from my fiat so all my hold coins will be remain idle for quiet some time. The current trend doesn't mean I have to changed my view about bitcoin. Just continue. And besides, I still have others alts to play wherein much needed a more attention.

Since already on - % , already faced the risks, already watched how drastically it decrease, there is no sense for me to exit now. If should, then I should do that from earlier. Hold till the end. That's how will I gambled it.

This is worth to put a shot.
No, this isn't what I mean. You know when price falls, people start panic and increase/speed up this fall, when you see price falls, you have opportunities: Sell bitcoin immediately, wait a little bit to let it fall much and then buy. This way you own more bitcoins but is this right if we support bitcoin? This way, you speed up process and join panic people but benefit at the same time while bitcoin falls and gets "damaged" if we can call it so.
3477  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I'm loosing. What to do? on: November 28, 2018, 02:15:18 PM
Just tell me who isn't loosing currently? You can't stop price fall, nor rise. One way is to sell bitcoin, then wait when it still falls, then buy, then sell again in low price, then buy. When you think situation is going well, stop this action and hold them. This way you can't profit if you bought in worse time but you can multiply your bitcoin. wait for price rise and see some profit.
3478  Economy / Gambling / Re: ▂▃▅▆█ BITSLER █▆▅▃▂3rd YEAR ANNIVERSARY 🎁$5000 WEEKLY FREEROLL W/ BITSLER COIN🎁 on: November 28, 2018, 12:02:13 PM
Happy Birthday to Bitsler, you guys are amazing, it was worth that you didn't stop during bad days and continue to be here.
I was always saying to add play coins instead of faucet, glad it happened but couldn't expect if it would be so amazing, I mean promotions you offer. Everything seems amazing, just bring new games, that's what I and possibly a lot of players want too.
3479  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Are Mining Still Profit? on: November 28, 2018, 11:18:26 AM
The nonsense of mining at a loss !!

If you mine at a loss a coin you think it could rise, you should BUY that coin instead of mine it.
Its that simple.

Mining profit still depends on your energy price.

3500 usd/btc is break even for most gpus paying 0.1 usd/kwh
Yeah but if your loss is very small, you have a big house and have made a heat system with miners while keeping their noisy low, then it worths to mine because in winter you'll save some money.
Well, yeah buy coins, currently is great situation for this.
Mining is profitable if you mine altcoins...
Bitcoin mining isn't profitable but big miners still stand on their feet, people who can't handle current situation, quit from market as you see, we have to avoid this because it makes big miners like bitmain and bitfury stronger.
3480  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: This why you shouldn't be worried on: November 28, 2018, 10:03:05 AM
I think the 94% drop in the price in 2011 could have been the death blow for a lot of people, but the hard-core believers in the technology back then, pushed back harder and they got huge rewards in 2017. <just 6 years later>  Cool

The thing about Bitcoin is this, it is as resilient as a badger and it is as tough as nails. As OP has pointed out in this image, Bitcoin has been on the ropes, several times before, but like Rocky it always bounce back with a vengeance.  Wink

I just hope we do not have to wait another 6 years.  Tongue
If we have six years to wait for at least 20K price, then I can't say bitcoin is alive. I highly believe we will see this price in 2019, there are a lot of reasons why we nees high price as for now. For me it's like a gold rule: Bitcoin will surpass it's record price while it exists. Oh, those believers are who were saying price would reach 10k, 20K and were absolutely right.
