Wow, this scheme is "earning" 1% per year and lost 90% in two years, while BTC value roughly quadrupled in that time frame. It's a shame that nobody told Leroy back in 2015 that his "business" idea is utterly stupid. Does he still do random withdrawals for "marketing"? Definitely needs that now.

Leroy Fodor is trying to pen advertising copy sans random withdrawals in his office located in the tallest building in Davao City, but the damn noise from them 35 miners in front, and the 35 miners behind his desk keeps distracting him, along with musing about still installing solar panels atop the highrise.

What's funny with the above is that everything after the word "withdrawals" is 100% true unless, that is, Leroy lied, for the fodder of the humor stemmed from his own words depicted somewhere within this thread, but now buried thanks to Leroy and his Investards penning posts defending Leroy and his venerable StakeMiners.

To be Leroy Fodor honest, I don't know what's funnier - cigarette-butt-eating aliens or salted bamboo worms with soy.

Leroy's reply of My marketing efforts will dominate your face! in 5 ..... 4 .... 3 ...

ref. this - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=150803.msg9751677#msg9751677 - then this - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=150803.msg9751721#msg9751721

I wonder if Brad Burns is on Crypto-city.

- Values: Altcoins 10 BTC / Invested BTC 121 = Diff -0.8992%, -0.03.

Coin Wallet Update
Altcoins OKCash and Hyper have advised us they are withdrawing their coin specific deposits. As they were the only deposits in their respective wallets once their coins have been returned the wallets will be closed.
This withdrawal will reduce the value of our altcoin holdings by approxmately 5 Bitcoins, and as these were the strongest staking wallets our weekly earnings will decline. Currently our best performing altcoins are PIVX (formerly DNET) and RateCoin. We now have 4 active staking wallets: Netcoin, Ratecoin, Hyperstake, and Tekcoin.

"Our best performing altcoins are PIVX, which we don't stake, and our very own RateCoin, which StakeMiners has ONLY 4.89% of the total supply, and our Investards can't figure out how they lost 89.92% of their initial investment. Them silly Investards also don't realize that they'll be dead before we start sending back their initial investments as promised by us even if they put in their withdraw requests at the first of the year because we keep changing the grammatically incorrect ToS without notify them."

Let's see what we can gleaned from the ONLY exchange offering TEK, eh?

https://www.cryptopia.co.nz/Exchange?market=TEK_BTC#

That's strange! One dude is trying to sell 753.74129391 TEK for 1 BTC each equating to ~$812,631 at the current bitcoin exchange rate against TEK's current market cap of ... wait for it ... ~$122,000.

No wonder Leroy Fodor included TEK in his StakeMiners' portfolio.

Uhh your predition is wrong I see that bitcoin price is goin uo but no so fast it is really slow but I wish that your prediction is correct but we can only hope that later will grow so fast but I  think that speed of growing will just decrease.

Genius! Investforprofit just figured out that I'm Tim Draper, the dude quoted in the OP declaring that the bitcoin exchange rate will reach $10,000 by the end of the year, this thread merely performing the math.

“I predicted a $10000 price on Bitcoin in three years about three years ago. Might take another year.”

($10,000 - $1,000)/# days in year = ~$25.

Did anyone here actually put any money into this scam?

So far 3.30887963 BTC as seen here: https://blockchain.info/address/3MCLbWNrFbC3iCYrmN3VhUoVkYqRLwVobn

I just received an automated PM depicting that a post I penned TWO FUCKIN WEEKS ago on this thread was deleted. If the post was so bad, then why wasn't it deleted soon after it was posted, at least reported by the venerable Thunder Bolt, FireBird or Vicktor, all three, by the way, haven't logged in for days? Well, FWIW, at least one of my latest posts of fantasying about Miss Budchai/Sudchai being a contortionist eating her own pussy with salted-bamboo-worms-with-soy breath remains intact. I love the WEW!

I was looking at old photos just yesterday and found one where I, with five others, were carrying his coffin. I'm wearing the watch.
Photo where carrying a coffin... that is creepy. I though that only good memories are meant to be captured with photos. Who what memories of the funeral to be captured and saved, that is really weird  Huh

After carrying the coffin into the viewing room, we lingered till all the guests finally left. We then locked the doors, opened the coffin, and ate the body. What was really weird is that grandma mysteriously died a week later, thus us getting our desert earlier than expected. What's in your coffin?

I would like to make 2 offers for anyone to choose one from to help us. I am an American living in the Philippines, My wife and our children had a terrible situation that has held us here and we are looking for funding to move back to America before her Visa runs out early next year.

We would like to try either or here

I would be willing to pay 8% interest a month on a 10 BTC Loan to be paid in 12 months or less and hold a piece of property we own in the Philippines valued at 35,000 USD as collateral.

Or A person interested in owning some commercial land with a 2 story building that needs remodeled can purchase the property for 25 bitcoins.

The use of funds for a person interested in loaning, I want to buy some more mining equipment, enough to pay the loan as fast as possible so we can then save the funds to get back to america. You tell me the coin you want repaid and that is the hardware I will farther invest in. I will ask for 30 days after the disbursement so I can order the mining equipment and get it set up and running before I can begin making payments. It takes sometimes 15 to 20 days to get equipment delivered.

If you are interested in either offer please IM me or if my email is available on my profile you can email me directly, and we can set up a way to talk about your terms of payment or the land if you are interested in purchase. We can do it thru facebook chat if you like so you can get to see my profile and investigate me a little better (put a face to the username in a way)

Thank you for your help.

Almost three years later and I'll give you three guesses as to whose visa ran out and what couple has yet to make it to Merica. I'll give you a hint: It may or may not involve Chantha Owen Lueung's partner, Leroy Fodor, of StakeMiners and RateCoin, currently both in the shitter. HAHAHA & Chuckles

President Leroy Fodor of the Philippines? Major Chantha Owen Lueung? Pope LukeJr? Okay, so the last one's possible, not definitely not the others.
3493  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: New Faucet Idea on: February 20, 2017, 12:20:34 AM
Not a bad idea. Great opportunity for advertising revenue.

Main issue is that the algos have to be compatible with ad network's policies (impressions/IP, etc), if this would be based on ad net ads and not self served ads.

Re compatibility, the site owner would simply be on the same page as the advertisers in making sure all is kosher.

Back to what's envisioned, on the page where the game's being played, below the fold would be the complete list of advertisers (all linkable), thus earning yet more bang for their buck.

Getting the advertisers is no problem. Merely reach out to all the advertisers already participating on all the other faucet sites.

Another brainfart: On the third or forth move of the computer opponent, a 3 or 4 second pause occurs with a message across the game being played reading: Advertiser X is thinking about its next move (Acme Altcoinica is thinking about its next move). Again, more bang for the buck.

3495  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: New Faucet Idea on: February 19, 2017, 11:49:45 PM
I already saw snake game, 2048's game paying satoshis, why not a tic-tac-toe game too?

It can be nice, at least to give faucet users some extra fun, instead of complete captchas only. A daily limit would be very important for the faucet sustainability on long term.

I just didn't understand why to use brands instead of X's and O's.

If using just X's and O's, the playing would only have the ability to see one ad paid for by an advertiser, an ad easily blocked out by the player, for he's only there for one thing, disregarding the rest, thus never ingraining a single brand. But if instead linkable advertiser's logos were used, the player has no choose but to ingrain the brands of TWO advertisers, his and the computer-generated opponent. The brands stare him in the face up to the very end of each game, ten games per round, a complete round must be played prior to the player being credited his faucet reward.

To boot, ALL nine cells of the tic-tac-toe games are also links to the two advertisers' sites to augment the other two links to the same sites somewhere else on the page. In essence, a player sees one ad exactly six times and the other ad exactly five times. That's more bang per buck for the advertiser in achieving exactly what they're currently receiving on most all other faucet sites. If you were an advertiser, which faucet would you be more inclined to advertise on if all else were equal?

And I don't remember any birthday of my grandfather nor the birthday of my grandmother. The grandfather died after the war and I have not seen him, and my grandmother remember. She loved me very much. I still have my first wrist watch which she gave me for my birthday

Reminds me of the time (no pun intended) when my grandfather on my dad's side was in the hospital during his final days. I was there with my grandmother and she took the watch off his wrist and gave it to me. I could tell that he was probably pissed but way too weak to express his discontent. At the time, I was just happy to have a nice Timex. Hey, I just thought of something. I was looking at old photos just yesterday and found one where I, with five others, were carrying his coffin. I'm wearing the watch.
3497  Other / Off-topic / Re: Is science a religion? on: February 19, 2017, 09:30:23 PM
While many in main stream science claim to be atheist and believe in the Big Bang and the eventual Deep Freeze due to entropy. Is it not curious to consider that the very underpinnings of this belief is based on mathematics, was it too created in the big bang? if so how was it constructed? one digit at a time?

I think not it has always been there and will always remain its an eternal masterpiece that permeates every conceivable facet or reality yet in its self it is purely abstract. Without it nothing would exist, but it in itself it is nonexistent and existent at the same time. It is the language of the living universe. Its permutations are infinite, yet it did not grow, it has always been complete and eternal.

How big is your consciousness and what shape does it have?

The relationship between religion and science has been a subject of study since classical antiquity, addressed by philosophers, theologians, scientists, and others. Perspectives from different geographical regions, cultures and historical epochs are diverse, with some characterizing the relationship as one of conflict, others describing it as one of harmony, and others proposing little interaction.

Science acknowledges reason, empiricism, and evidence, while religions include revelation, faith and sacredness whilst also acknowledging philosophical and metaphysical explanations with regard to the study of the universe. Both science and religion are complex social and cultural endeavors that vary across cultures and have changed over time.[1] Most scientific and technical innovations prior to the scientific revolution were achieved by societies organized by religious traditions. Elements of the scientific method were pioneered by ancient pagan, Islamic, and Christian scholars. Roger Bacon, who is often credited with formalizing the scientific method, was a Franciscan friar.[2] Hinduism has historically embraced reason and empiricism, holding that science brings legitimate, but incomplete knowledge of the world. Confucian thought has held different views of science over time. Most Buddhists today view science as complementary to their beliefs.

Events in Europe such as the Galileo affair, associated with the scientific revolution and the Age of Enlightenment, led scholars such as John William Draper to postulate a conflict thesis, holding that religion and science have been in conflict methodologically, factually and politically throughout history. This thesis is held by some contemporary scientists such as Richard Dawkins, Steven Weinberg and Carl Sagan, and some creationists. While the conflict thesis remains popular for the public, it has lost favor among most contemporary historians of science.[3][4][5][6][7][8]

Many scientists, philosophers, and theologians throughout history, such as Francisco Ayala, Kenneth R. Miller and Francis Collins, have seen compatibility or independence between religion and science. Biologist Stephen Jay Gould, other scientists, and some contemporary theologians hold that religion and science are non-overlapping magisteria, addressing fundamentally separate forms of knowledge and aspects of life. Some theologians or historians of science, including John Lennox, Thomas Berry, Brian Swimme and Ken Wilber propose an interconnection between science and religion, while others such as Ian Barbour believe there are even parallels.

Public acceptance of scientific facts may be influenced by religion; many in the United States reject the idea of evolution by natural selection, especially regarding human beings. Nevertheless, the American National Academy of Sciences has written that "the evidence for evolution can be fully compatible with religious faith", a view officially endorsed by many religious denominations globally Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

Hey All,

I offered to provide escrow services for job2017 for this campaign. We talked a bit via PM. It actually looked like he was going to agree to this, but I haven't heard back from him since. We discussed terms but never agreed to the deal.

Just wanted to let you all know.

If this guy does want to add escrow I'm still happy to offer the service.

but we prefer more trustful member than you. maybe you are trutful but we dont know

Haha, unfortunately for you it's not your choice. It's up the to campaign manager...and this particular campaign manager has disappeared, friend.

He really ran away, he was so firm in his words that I think OP believes in the very lies that counts.

Good question, how did you end up here?

Seriously, I don't remember, but at least I got to brag about my once math prowess. To be Leroy Fodor honest, I sometimes need to tax my memory to perform word problems pertaining to real life, e.g.: If your broken down van is X feet from the river, and the river is rising Y feet per hour, what are the chances that you won't get any Z's at night? For those who think we are scammers:
We understand that this forum is a place that is used by a lot of people. Some have turned out to be scammers. Everyone has a right to know in what they are investing their hard earned money. Some people here, have made it their mission to call out the scammers and we completely support you. However, that being said,we DO NOT intend to scam anyone. ... John William Wonderly, would have been 113 years old today, born February 17, 1904.

What about your grandfather?

If your grandfather is still alive, you are very lucky. My grandfather died before I was born.
It's also nice to have lived up to the age of 113. So he took care of himself.

How is your health at age 113?

He's not alive, hence penning "would have been 113 years old today."
