Let's see what we can gleaned from the ONLY exchange offering TEK, eh?

https://www.cryptopia.co.nz/Exchange?market=TEK_BTC#

That's strange! One dude is trying to sell 753.74129391 TEK for 1 BTC each equating to ~$812,631 at the current bitcoin exchange rate against TEK's current market cap of ... wait for it ... ~$122,000.

No wonder Leroy Fodor included TEK in his StakeMiners' portfolio.

I just stopped by the Cryptsy site yesterday, and saw there was a lawsuit against Vernon and CO. Currently living in Norway, can I still get my money back by filling out the claim?

Didn't get an Email either.. so not sure what to do.

EDIT:

Trying to fill out the claim, how can I remember the purchase date.. I had it transfered from a blockchain account I lost a few months ago. All i Have is a withdrawal confirmation mail from Cryptsy.

Anyone who can help me out?

Did you fill in the Claim Form? They do acknowledge it as received.

Did you fill in the Claim Form? They do acknowledge it as received.

The form says to phone them if you fill it out electronically to receive a permission, but they never respond. I tried emailing them too, no response.

I will if I am not gonna get any response from them soon, but I would rather have a valid claim submitted before the deadline as I lost quite a bit of money. It's just a bit retarded that they want a physical signature for an electronic submission, like, what's the point of the electronic submission in the first place?

Sorry I've been away for a while, had some serious business to take care of. Also let's remember that I have the largest claim against Cryptsy which means I have the most reason to get this solved. I have some new developments I'm working on that should bring us closer to our goal.
