DeFi's are also the thing a few years ago. Many people created their own DeFi project and scammed investors.
Now aside from Meta-thingy, NFT's are also the hype as of this moment but now decreasing. We've also seen different projects that ended up as a scam.

My point? Whether it is related to metaverse or related to NFT or whatever that is hype, there will be investors who will get scammed anyway. We are always educating people to do research and do this and do that but still there are some who are falling into scammers. Most of them are doing common ways to scam people but there are some who are falling into it. Being knowledgeable before investing will help you not get scammed so learn first.

I can relate with this as I know many people around my place who doesn't know or no idea regarding investment.
I want to teach them since I'm already involved in investments but I don't see any initiative with them or I don't see that they are interested either. I think that they are just happy with what they are doing. Just work hard 8 hours a day or even most just to have some money to be used in their daily lives. Work hard and repeat with no investments at all.

Look at the rich people right now. They worked at first to have some money but aside from that, they learned how to invest in different ways. Now those rich people are invested into business and that is also an investment. I mean working without any investment at all will not make your life better that is why I'm working but at the same time investing a portion of the salary I get into different investments.

I've watched the news on Youtube regarding this incident and just by seeing the yield that investors can get in one month, I already know that it will not last long especially now that we are at the pandemic or for whatever reason. I see it not sustainable for too long.

25% per month? Most of the popular assets right now can't even give a double digit yield or if they can, they can't do it for a long time. On the other hand though, I don't want to conclude to this because maybe they will make a settlement regarding this and will give back the investment to its investors but I doubt that it will happen. Either way, this issue might affect him but not so much. Remember Thompson's issue? Jalalon's issue? Belga's Issue? Right now nobody is talking to it already and it will be the same here.

Jokic is literally carrying his team and with how he is playing, I'm thinking that he deserves the MVP more than Embiid.
Embiid has a higher PPG but in terms of efficiency and other stats such as Rebounds and FG %, Jokic has better numbers than him. I think the MVP race this season will be between Jokic and Embiid.

A near triple double again for him. I also hope that he will win this year's MVP so he can get a back-to-back MVP's which I think he deserves right?

And with the restrictions regarding vaccinations likely to be over, I think Kyrie will have the opportunities to play games more often than now where he can only play on road games which I find very inefficient knowing that he is one of the star players of the team.

I can't remember the last time Kyrie scored at least 50 in a single game until now and I know that he is capable of doing that. Another thing that I saw is Drummond's numbers this game. It seems like the smack of Plumlee in his face made him score and rebound way more than the usual although we know that he is capable of getting those though especially in the rebounds. He is a double-double scoring machine back when he is in Detroit. Still waiting on how Simmons fit for the team. Will he be a good fit for the team. Will he be a good addition to the team. Either way, I just hope that this is the start for the Nets team.

The Blackwater Bossing ended their 29 game losing streak as they won against the top team right now Magnolia 101-100.
I've already said it in my previous post that Blackwater will give a lose to Magnolia. Not precise though as I thought the Bossing will give them the first loss but they lost to the NorthPort but at least they give them a loss.

I remember my 2 friends just last week who bought Bitcoin at its peak. They shared it to me and told the mistake that they've done. Now they are a lose since thy bought at the peak. I just suggested to buy Bitcoin when the price is near or below $40,000 at least the risk is lesser and the reward is higher. Bitcoin will rise again and reach new ATH. Its only a matter of time when it will happen.

Just right now, Bitcoin is at the $42,000 price because of the leaked statement coming from Biden with regards to crypto but I doubt that it will sustain it because this might be a false breakout and we will go below $40,000 again in the next few days.

I'm invested into some NFT tokens and metaverse tokens but I have no plans of holding them in the long term but maybe in short to mid term.

The NFT hype is over already (I think) and we are now seeing those NFT games that survived the onslaught. On the other hand we've seen some NFT games as well that turned out to be a scam because they rug-pulled. In the end, I don't think that taking our advice seriously will help you. It would be better if you will do your own research as always because its your own money.

Either way, it seems like its Kyrie's night as he scored 50 against the Hornets on the road. The only difference I think is that there are more projects right now that are either scam or aren't paying the bounty hunters etc.

Bounty Campaigns in 2018 aren't the same as now as the amount of money a hunter can get in a campaign is lower than what it is a few years ago. I still remember me joining in one translation campaign and I got tokens that had a value. Held the tokens for a moment hoping that it will rise but it didn't. I exchanged that tokens that I got and bought a new smartphone because of it.

Well, that is what most of the time happens when a gambler can't control himself and become addicted to gambling.
I've seen people online that got addicted in gambling to the point that they will borrow money to their colleagues and will sell most of what they have just to have money to use to either recover their losses or to just gamble itself because they are addicted already. Ending? They will be depressed and I don't know if there are some who are committing suicide because of it but I hope they aren't thinking of it.

I think there are laws in every country regarding gambling but with gambling right now mostly online already because of the pandemic, I doubt that the government can make law improvements especially with the age limit that is allowed to gamble. I'm more of a conservative investor than an aggressive one that is why I prefer investing in the top coins as they have the lowest risk but at the same time they give a low reward. Well like most are saying here, learn first and know the risks that you might face whenever you invest your money. Learn what can happen and absorb it so that you will not feel anything when the worst thing happens. Be emotionless when you are investing and like I said, stay on the top coins .

After winning 6 straight games, the Bulls have lost 5 straight. It seems like the absence of most of their star players like Ball, Vucevic and Caruso is being felt. With their losing streak, they are now at the 4th spot and 4.5 games behind the top spot.

With the Sixers, they are 5-0 when Harden is playing with them and he is averaging 12.4 assists in his last games which is very insane. His gameplay really shifted from a prolific scorer when he is in Houston to a shooter and passer when he is in Brooklyn and he carried it now that he is in Sixers. I just hope that he will not get injured during the playoffs because it will be a huge loss if he will not play at that moment especially now that many are betting for them to win the championship.

I will call myself hypocrite if I will pick Cardano with this even though I'm holding it and staking as of this moment. Cardano is a good project. The only problem that many seeing is that their updates are very slow but they are doing it slowly but surely and they don't want to put an update that might lead to the downfall of the project that is why they are doing is slowly.

TBH, its hard to pick 2 of the coins that you want to sell because all of them are very good long term coins especially that all of them can give you passive income thru staking. I will not pick any of them because they really are a good source of passive income so I would suggest adding some capital from you and just use that to buy other tokens .

I still remember the time where just a single negative news that will be posted in the internet will make the market go down double digit percentage but at the same time, a positive news will make the market go up as well.
The point is, we are learning. We know what to do when FUDS or negative news are on the internet. We are maturing. We know how to stay calm if there is a storm (FUDS). Though there are some investors who are still panicking, most of us just remain patient and calm and let the market do its thing.

I don't know but it might have an effect towards what is happening now because when Russia declared war, market went down and days after it went up. Maybe if there are some good news then it might help the market to recover or.... maybe we will just see the market recover out of nowhere. We've seen it happened many times already that market is going up without any reason whatsoever.

The sanctions that other countries have been put to Russia really is severe that will affect the country in the long run especially the people out there that is why they are protesting to stop the war as well because they are the ones who are suffering the most in the current war that is happening. They can adopt it but I don't think that all of them will accept it as not all of the people out there can access it but even though they will try to adopt it, their economy will still suffer and will suffer even more in the future as sanctions are being given to Russia.

Aside from OKC, I think the Rockets is also tanking this season as well to get better draft picks in the upcoming draft.
Another thing too is that, there is nothing to expect from them because just by looking their roster and you will already know if they will be a championship contender or not. Like I said, they are tanking this season so that they can get better draft picks.

With regards to their current line up, I think they are developing Green and KPJ for years and maybe they might let Wood stay because he is an efficient big that can shoot outside as well. If they fail to develop these 2 players then they really need an all star to led the team but as of this moment, they are developing these 2 because these will be their all-star players . I didn't see any developers here nor a project and no run away with investor's funds. Investors and donators donated the money because they want to help and calling it as a rug pull is very irrelevant and out of the topic. Lets just think that all of the money that they got has been given thru initiative and not because they want to invest in a project whatsoever. There is no project here but just a donation and those who want to donate will just donate.
