3501  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How and why Steem failed ? on: August 26, 2016, 05:34:13 PM
At some point, everyone was talking about it, I've even seen people in the introduction section writing how they quit their full-time jobs, etc... just to stay with Steem and now, It's pretty much gone with ~100m $ market cap while It was almost 300m $
What goes up Must come down!

Let's not discuss big bold statements like "whales and the steel" or "pump and dump".The golden rule of the market : - The faster it becomes famous, the sooner they leave the trend. It hit the crypto community like a social stigma, like pokemonGo to the teenagers. What was the outcome ? As expected,it wasn't anything great than a poor trolled out meme that exists on the internet for couple of weeks.
3502  Economy / Lending / Re: Need a quick 0.02 BTC loan on: August 26, 2016, 05:24:10 PM
It seems like you could be an account farmer.
Seems like it.A Troll,I may add. That shouldn't be a problem if he is owner of the account.Judging by the post quality, definitely not the account one would keep as a collateral.

Could you provide a reason for the loan? If it is trading, please be more specific.
What that has to do with anything ? He can just make up bullshit and push it on to you.Doesn't matter he's trading/gambling/buying drugs ,if he provides a valid collateral and you agree with the terms ,loan should be granted. That's just my opinion.
3503  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Proof of stake coins with strong community on: August 26, 2016, 05:16:54 PM
well kiss my grits;

TALK is the www.bitcointalk.org community coin.  Could that be a POS with a strong community?
When ? How? Where ? The coin would definitely have potential only if supported by the community. As you know the higher level staffs here aren't really supportive of alternative cryptocurrencies, its quite difficult to get support from the community as a whole!
3504  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: BEWARE OF BLOCKCHAIN EMAIL PHISHING! on: August 26, 2016, 05:02:00 PM
i've got this email too, i think i receive in more than 3 times. but after that, i am delete it from my inbox. i wish that email will not arrive again. i dont think that blockchain have this program and i really don't believe with this. so better not to click on the link with that email if you don't want to get phising by them.
-Clicking on the link won't have your account compromised automatically. You will need to login with their page first Tongue
-By default, blockchain.info saves your identifier by default.
-If you're redirected to a page which hasn't saved it,easier to make out it's a phishing page.
-Please mark that mail as spam and report it privately to Blockchain.info.
3505  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: August 26, 2016, 04:46:25 PM
Tottenham will face Liverpool and this will be a game with a high tempo. So, Tottenham will try to pick up all three points. They last celebrated at home 4 years ago. On the other hand, Liverpool will try to earn at least one point. However, they are not convincing team but i predict both team will score on this event.
in this matches i think Tottenham won't let Liverpool gets points so this matches will be so tight and i do agree with you both teams to score is good pick or maybe over 1.5 goals to safe bets because in my prediction there will be happened more than 1 goals in this matches

Tottenham will have a tough time scoring a goal and they have a strong defence so Liverpool equally has slime chances of scoring one.If I was too optimistic about the results I'd definitely go for "Both teams to score" but thinking over it again,Draw is the best possible option!
3506  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Baidu Stops All Bitcoin-Related Advertising on: August 26, 2016, 12:14:41 PM
How much Bitcoin advertising was taking place on there? Considering you can't use Bitcoin for anything in China there's no incentive for anyone to advertise it other than exchanges.
Correct.People these days make a deal out of such petty news.I wonder why would OP call it a bad move in the faith of bitcoin's future. As said, blowing it out of proportions. Btw exchanges are not the only bitcoin businesses out there. You can pretty much advertise a faucet/a ponzi that is.Good the site made the update.I'm happy they won't be telling me where to invest my coins anymore. *Was tired of that crap already.
3507  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Any good trading sites on: August 26, 2016, 12:09:17 PM
I want to know which are the best cryptocurrency trading sites, like yobit.net or similar sites. Yobit.net seems like a good site,
I'll leave this one for others to answer since you'll be getting a lot of them.

but I have never been in trading and I want to know if it is good
-You cannot start trading without knowing what is it.
-You cannot start trading without having sufficient knowledge about bitcoins.
-You don't want to start trading unless you have enough money to back you up.
-Not a market you can go all-in and wait for the prices to prosper.

I want to know which are the best cryptocurrency trading sites, like yobit.net or similar sites. Yobit.net seems like a good site,
Also, do I need to deposit my Bitcoins in those sites, and is it actually safe to do that.
[/quote]
Yes,how else do you think you're going to make money or do general transactions ? As said before,do your R&D before opening account. No its not safe to put your coins in any wallets which are online and especially from the third party services. You never know when "ISIS" will hack them or they would be "temporarily" shut down by the FBI.Everything sounds legit on the internet.
3508  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Texas Holdem Poker?? on: August 26, 2016, 11:59:43 AM
I remember when I was young I used to play on Facebook poker. The company name is Zynga. Here's their website and what I really like about Zynga is that they run on different platforms now. You can play it on your browser using your Facebook account, on Android, on iOS, on Windows phone and on your Windows laptop. There are poker sites out there like Betcoin.ag but I've never tried them before.

1.Glad that you hadn't tried those websites along with Betcoin.ag,if you're mister current matters you'd know how bad their reputation is around the forum.Multiple scam accusations + Unsolved debts.

2.I'm sure that dude wanted to play poker with bitcoins, the reason he is here in the first place.Zinga is the lamest thing you could suggest.

3.@OP Try out the site in my signature, not exactly poker but we have one of the best slots with highest faucet and transparency.Check out http://www.bestbitcoinpoker.org/texas-holdem/ they have some good options but betcoin.ag.Betcoin.ag is scam,do not transfer a single satoshi in their wallets.
3509  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: BTC.com | Bitcoin Wallet | Block Explorer | API | Statistics on: August 26, 2016, 11:49:47 AM
I don't know if this post is getting enough attention here or the wallet is just too bad? The wallet looks like a clone of Blockchain.info? Too many similarities! I Like the feature of showing Pool Distribution and Network Status (that entire div).Quite unique and really helpful! The API seems unavailable right now otherwise I'd be the first one to use it  Tongue Still don't understand how it's the most powerful web wallet? No FAQ section or detailed information about the topic. Not very user friendly interface at the moment.Does it support signing/verifying messages ? Couldn't find that info either..Please update the tabs on your website.
3510  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you prefer multiple deposit addresses or a permanent one on gaming sites? on: August 26, 2016, 11:25:39 AM
Was asked to set up this poll and hear player feedback.

Thoughts?
The answer is fairly simple : Obviously Multiple deposit addresses with a single wallet showing the final balance! How does it matter anyway ? First off all,its not safe to have just one dedicated wallet for a gambling site. You know, the private keys will not be shared with you.Secondly, kind of kills the anonymity when someone knows that this "username" is being assigned with that address so he must be the same person. If  websites are ready to give  different deposit addresses and showing the final balance in their system with history of last deposits on your account, then why not ?
3511  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Suggestions for my cryptocurrency website on: August 26, 2016, 10:11:51 AM
As the website is new,we don't expect much of content in it.Perhaps adding something which would lure more users is recommended.Faucets are completely different market, unless you heavily rely on making money from the faucet adds, don't keep this feature.I'd advise you to implement a transaction/blocks viewer (if that's the right term). After the content is added and of course the design fixed, all you need is an good SEO to get the bacon. Smiley
3512  Other / Off-topic / Re: Bitcoin Changed my life has it changed yours? on: August 26, 2016, 08:02:08 AM
It did changed my life. I had done great investment since knowing bitcoin.
Certainly it did.And that's what is wrong the bitcoin community nowadays. Before understanding the protocol and how it transforms the transaction processes, people are too keen on making money out of it.

Not yet totally change but it has a great help to me specially in financial purposes, it will helps to increase my saving monthly and also before i do not have investment but now i already have bitcoin as my investment.
What I don't understand of your peanut size brain posters is,weren't you guys exposed to banks/money/return policies before the dawn of bitcoin? How does bitcoin increase your monthly savings please explain? I'm sure you don't know jack about bitcoin investments.

In my observation I found out that Bitcoin changed the interest of all members or bitcoin enthusiast in this industry. It hapenned because of the capability that can bitcoin do to us. In terms of buying anything in online transaction and others are savings, investment and billings.
In my observation, you're signature spamming and I shall report you to your campaign manager soon.
3513  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Discuss Online Bitcoin IDEAS - Let's create something on: August 26, 2016, 07:00:04 AM
I am looking to make some sort of payment service, but don't have anything one the mind.
Share what you want to see in Bitcoin world?
This is not the first time I've seen you asking for ideas. What happen about all the ideas suggested in your previous threads ? Did you implement any of them yet? Ideas without implementation is useless.I request you to come up with something creative on your own instead of seeking other's ideas to turn it into a business. In your last thread when people suggested about automated escrow, you came up with a crappy looking site and when you figured out no one's using it,you put it up for auction in the forum. You just want a business really, nothing as impressive to "create something great together".Do you have any projects as open-source of github? The answer is NO.I feel people are wasting time here expecting something actually implemented.
3514  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Baidu Stops All Bitcoin-Related Advertising on: August 26, 2016, 06:04:03 AM
For those who don't know, Baidu is a Chinese search engine and according to Alexa.com, It's considered as the fourth most visited website in the World.
In which ways ? They will be losing out on a lot of ad revenue. If they're fine with that, why should we bother ? Cheesy

Whenever there is good news , bad news follows for some reasons. (Twitch re-adds Bitcoin as payment method and now Baidu stops everything related to it).
How many people even use Baidu?Don't think that will be doing any bad to the bitcoin world except for faucets.Do you think they will stop showing faucets as well? Faucet==Bitcoin adds==Against baidu's new terms and conditions?

Cointelegraph gave two possible reasons since Baidu didn't make any statements.
- Because of Ponzi schemes which they can't control
- Because government asked them to.
Well, they can always check the businesses before advertising them ?Simply putting a ban on all the advertisements which endorse any bitcoin related investment procedures should have been a much simpler solution

Chinese probably have a better knowledge about Bitcoin then most of the Bitcoiners so I don't think they could fall for Ponzi schemes that easy s, In the other hand I don't think government asked them to do that either.
That's a myth!Don't be surprised to know that Chinese are well versed in running biggest ponzi schemes.

So , where Bitcoin is heading... for real ?
Not sure where that is coming from. What any of these has to do with the future of bitcoins? You're blowing it out of proportions!

3515  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Block chain Unable to send payment on: August 20, 2016, 03:08:12 PM
Well guys, I have a problem this for block chain. At first I'm not still upgrading to the new block chain wallet. But while trying to send payment the send button is not working.

So, I speculated that maybe I need to upgrade now.

But upon upgrading it seems that the same problem again. What do you think guys? Block chain has problem? I really need to send the payment now.

Is anyone experiencing the same problem as mine?

And in addition, do you know how to make an alias to the new block chain wallet?

Thanks.
Are you trying to send more coins than in your wallet ? Does it throw the error of transaction fees or insufficient amount to carry the transaction ? You should be given a option adjust amount.Been using blockchain.info for a long time, wait are you sure its blockchain.info?
3516  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: Graphics Cards : Ship To South Africa on: August 20, 2016, 02:57:43 PM
I'll ship anywhere you must pay shipping and I am not responsible for anything during shipping from the US
Are you willing to provide him the tracking number or simple air mail which takes months ? What could go wrong if he is paying for the shipping and you get him the tracking number ? The possibilities of cards getting lost is remote with the tracked shipping.
3517  Economy / Services / Re: Looking for a professional Bitcoin api developer on: August 20, 2016, 02:50:25 PM
Hi Developers
I need a good professional developer for my already existing site, I want to change its plan, I need a developer who is available to start "immediately" and work only on my site as I need it operating as soon as possible.
Any dev, even if he has 10 years of experience would have to look at the code which is time consuming. He can't start coding "instantly " after the requirements are collected.

1. I need to see results everyday,
That is not how freelancers work. What's your budget anyhow ? You haven't posted any $$ budget which would attract developers. Why do you think they'll be interested in your half sensible thread?

2. I need instant results, when I ask for a colour change I want to see it change immediately, I don't want someone who will tell me about tomorrow.
3. Contact me via email cliffpilane@gmail.com
You're probably a terrible manager developer can have. You're hiring a developer and not a fuckin African Slave.
Working with you == Developer's Worst Night mare!
3518  Economy / Reputation / Re: OgNasty: "@Lutpin: Really should kill himself." on: August 20, 2016, 02:40:43 PM
Guess begging it out of his followers isn't enough these dayzzz is it..
While all your posts are off-topic,why don't you make a new thread and brag about your issues there ? Guess what,no one gave a rats ass about your last post and no one will, about this one.Asking a positive feedback from a member at DT level < 3 when they've have been paying the members on time is not considered "begging for reputation".Only if you were audacious enough to post from your main account.[which probably got banned from Crypto-Games signature campaign]
3519  Economy / Services / Re: Need a developer to Modify Open Source Application on: August 20, 2016, 02:31:39 PM

Sell what? Expensive good? And is it legal, plz specify more details sir. TY
That explanation isn't enough ? You have to sell a product that is affiliate marketing. You get $7-$10 on a perfect lead generated or sold the product.Don't ask if the product is illegal because I'm sure he is not selling coco through affiliates.
