We have heard all the news about countries deciding to make bitcoin as legal, the latest being Russia and Ukraine as they both are also in some political problem.
After El Salvador, many expected already (including me) that it would make a domino effect towards other countries. Obviously with this new statement that has been made on bitcoin status in those countries, it could be regulated by the government.
It already is. When they accepted it as a legal tender then they will regulate it. Its only a matter of time. What is your expectation of bitcoin ?
Bitcoin will be more popular globally, Bitcoin will be accepted and regulated by more countries in the future. Bitcoin might be accepted by more establishments in the upcoming years. Nothing more. I don't want to expect too much as there is no surprise to it. Just expect the unexpected whether it would be negative or positive .

Welcoming foreign teams is a sign that PBA is slowly dying.
You have a point, they are looking for a partnership to expand their league or their business because they understand that it will never work if they will stick with the current setup that the SMC and Pangilinan are the major investors. With the partnership, the league will become more competitive but at the same time it will also limit the talents to participate, maybe some of them will have room in the MPBL. I don't know what's gonna happen with this partnership, but it seems like PBA already knows where they are going and they need this kind of partnership. I don't want to conclude though, I will just watch what would happen and still enjoy the PBA season, especially the Alaska which is playing their last season. PBA is already at the brink of extinction, we can't really deny that and that is exactly why they are now open to accept some foreign investments to form a team in the PBA now. Maybe if they succeed on this plans, PBA will continue but I think this won't go for long and it won't be the same league that we used to see. They know that the popularity of the league is slowly declining already because of lack of competitiveness that they also are the reasons why it happened. Either way, there is no other choice but to accept teams and offers outside PH just to make the league survive. Overall, what we've seen many years ago where you can see Filipino People watching on live and very happy are long gone already. The time where people prefer to watch live than watching on their home. Those times where fans are cheering for their own teams since every team is competitive. The times where audiences are very happy watching their favorite team playing. Those will be memories anymore and I don't expect for it to happen at all. It saddened me a bit on how the league is going right now but.. it is what it is.
On other news, it looks like the stint of Orlando Johnson in the PBA will be over as he will be replace by Shabazz Muhammad who is the first choice of Meralco as their import but didn't continue because of family emergency and now he will be playing in San Miguel Beermen. You can read the article made by spin.ph here: https://www.spin.ph/basketball/pba/shabazz-muhammad-replacing-orlando-johnson-as-smb-import-a793-20220221?ref=home_featured_bigI'm an avid fan of SMB but I just don't know why did they replace Johnson where he is playing well already and almost got a triple-double in their last game against Ginebra.

What a wonderful All-Star game this year, they managed to overcome the boring Dunk contest yesterday and turned this one into an unforgettable moment. Steph has thrown threes in his usual range where the other players cannot stop him and finally, Team Lebron won the game, All-Star MVP is Stephen Curry. even though Team Durant has been leading the game throughout the quarters, Team Lebron managed to come back and beat them in the last minutes of the 4th Quarter. Stephen Curry hitting threes consecutively is like watching a video game and with how he shot that threes, there is no doubt that he will get the MVP. 16/27 3pt FG which is the current record and scored 50 points, only 3 points away to break Anthony Davis' record of 52. Still that 16 threes is insane. One of the best all-star that I've watched. Full of highlights, dunks and threes . For sure audiences didn't got bored watching this all-star game. Quite unfortunate on the other hand though that CP3 injured his thumb and base on the post I saw a while ago, he will be out for at least 6-8 weeks and the regular season will be ending in 7 weeks. The Suns are in the top though but with him out for possible the rest of the regular season, can they sustain their spot coming into the playoffs. Get well soon Point God.

More teams = more competitive. More teams will give more opportunity to other players who are talented. They have a chance to showcase their talents in the league since there are more teams already. Foreign teams might be a sign but I think its more of a good thing at least for some. One thing more is that the league needs this because they already see that the league is dying because of what they are doing. I would love to see more teams playing though.
PBA is moving up to another level, and with that, MPBL will replace them to be pure Filipino talents playing against each other. NBA style, so it's also exciting to watch, people will appreciate it more once it's televised to the popular stations, I hope that will happen soon and we will have our thread here to discuss MPBL. We speculate too much, wait until that partnership will materialize, for now, enjoy the PBA setup as we are in a very exciting season now. By the way, Magnolia is still undefeated, which team do you think will give them their first L? And why? I think that partnership is the last resort of the PBA but as long as they can sustain and gain profit with how it is running right now then it will continue. This season is more exciting and more competitive because of the imports but it will be different if its an All-Filipino Cup. I think MPBL is on its way to be televised soon and delayed because of election. One thing more is that its good to watch another league aside from PBA. Magnolia is still undefeated and which team will give their first loss to them?? BLACKWATER will be the one who will give their first loss to them that's for sure and I might even bet for them if BlackWater and Magnolia will match-up . Kidding aside, I think the Meralco Bolts can give their first loss to them. They defeated all the strong teams already like TNT, GSM, and even NLEX.

Visited the website and its like it has been made by a newbie. With regards to investing into new projects, no one is preventing any investors into investing into new projects but there is always risk to anything related to investing and the risk here is very high since it is just a starting project and we don't know what it can be in the future.
Now I don't know if this post by the OP is just another way of advertising the project he wants to invest with but just by seeing the use case of the project, I can say that it is not worth it to invest into that project.

~ Of course this is a big loss for the crypto market today.
Looks like the Russia-Ukraine conflicts really is affecting the market not only the crypto market but also the stock market as well. Well, corrections like this is normal already and we've seen worse than this. Now Bitcoin is at the $40,000 price level already. The question right now is will it hold that price or it will go below that price once again because it is acting as the support right now. I just hope that investors especially those newbies aren't worried with the corrections that are happening.

Welcoming foreign teams might be a sign that the PBA is dying but lets just focus on the positive side on it I think. More teams = more players that can play in the league. Yes it might be limited but that would be better compare to how PBA is right now where its only SMC and MVP that are battling when it comes to Finals which makes the league very boring already to watch. More teams = more competitive. More teams will give more opportunity to other players who are talented. They have a chance to showcase their talents in the league since there are more teams already. My favorite team Blackwater will be the next team that will leave lol. They are even almost out back then when their owner tries to sell the franchise because of that violation they committed during the pandemic where they do practice even it's not allowed yet.
I hope they should not leave. I like to see their journey making records day-by-day. They should continue that record that no team can do.
Looks like your favorite team lost again to the NLEX by 20 points . Now they matched the longest losing streak in NBA as well which is 26 and another lose and they will surpass it. I would like to see them surpassing that streak. 5 players from NLEX are in double figures. On the other hand the import of Blackwater, Glover scored 39 points and played 42 minutes but unfortunately he didn't got the help that he needs from the team but overall this import really is a good player and if he only is on a better team that team might be on the top 4 or at least at the top 8. Well, what do we expect from a team who wants to sell their franchise last 2020 already :|. Still I want to see them continuing their streak .

^^ Previously, they have Drummond to relived Embiid and play as center and he was really effective. And now that he is gone, for sure they are going to play small just like the rest of the other teams in the NBA.
So it's a good win for them, although I have the Bucks on this one to win and cover the spread, it was really a close and very intense game and that is good enough for me even though I lost my bet.
That was a good bounce back by the Sixers, they lose to the Celtics in a big margin and now they beat the Bucks at home, I already smell a possible ECF between the two teams and I can see the Sixers have a great chance to beat the defending champion. After losing by 48 points to the Celtics, they bounced back and defeat the Bucks at their home. If today is the end of the regular season, these 2 teams will meet on the Semi-Finals if they win both. Now with regards to who will win between the both of them, I think I will go with the Bucks with this. With their current roster, I don't think that they can defeat the Bucks. Nobody can stop Giannis except for Embiid and for me, their small ball isn't that effective like how the Warriors are doing their small ball team. No disrespect with the Sixers though and they are a good team but they trade too many players just to get Harden who is injured as of this moment (hamstring) so right now we don't know when he will play. Its just my opinion though . The ball is round and anything can happen.

Spectacular performances by both of the teams in the Bucks vs 76ers game! I was feeling pretty sure about that Bucks would win this game even if it ends by a very close score. There was still a highly competitive game and I was right about a close score. But the winner was 76ers by 123-120. We watched a great rivalry between Giannis and Embiid. And the winner was obviously Embiid. While Giannis got 32 points, 11 rebounds and 9 assists, Embiid got 42 points, 14 rebounds and 5 assists. Embiid had a huge role in this win certainly. Embiid is always, always playing on an MVP level that is why he is the top pick right now on winning the MVP this season and if he continues to play like this and no injuries (hope not) then he might win it TBH. Its just good to see 2 bigs having their rivalry but in the end Philly got the victory and still they got it without Harden. Just few hours ago, I watched a short video featuring Embiid making the infamous Harden step-back. If he can master this I don't think that anybody can stop him in scoring. There is a possession too that he used the Nowitzki famous move one legged fade away. The only problem that I'm seeing with Philly is their inside defense when Embiid is on the bench. If he is in the bench they are playing small ball and well its good that even though they are sometimes in a smaller line up, they are good offensively. They don't have any 2nd big aside from him. Do you think that this will be the problem for Philly as the regular season and playoffs goes on?

1. You need to sincerely and without bias, study the project whitepaper. A scam project will always use ambiguous words and big grammars to confuse their readers. They would use words like "Blockchain, DeFi, Technology, Node, Proof of Work (PoW), Proof of Stake (PoS) etc. With this they make their readers especially those new to the space to assume that they are well informed about the ecosystem thereby buying their trust with ease. A good project would outline the core use cases of their token clearly stated on their whitepaper.
Studying the whitepaper is always a top priority when it comes to investing into new projects. On the other hand though, I've seen numerous projects with very good whitepaper and it looks interesting but ending up as a scam so...whitepaper can also be a basis but just be vigilant still. 2. You should check whether the identity of the team members are known. Most scam projects do not reveal their identities so that they won't be easily traced. Most of them use false or fake names and social links to further buy the trust of their investors.
This might be the case back in the days where ICO's are still popular but right now, there are some projects who are successful at least but the team members are still anonymous. After all, developers being anonymous are still a red flag for me because anytime they can run away with the investor's money without any trace whatsoever. 3. Their telegram group and channel are usually very full but with few real members and more of bots. This makes users who does not know the difference to assume that the project has attracted many persons.
Telegram? Its full of scams and bots like you said and I don't like the platform as well. Overall, what you all said was true but in the end you will not know which projects are scam and which are not. There is a famous quote saying that a project can't be called a scam until it turns out to be one. As long as there are developments, communications from the dev etc. it will still not be a scam even though everybody is saying that it is.

Good if that will happen, according to the news, this will be the last season of Alaska but they still have time, so if one would really buy it, it will save the PBA's reputation also. We have discussed here about the future of PBA before that other leagues are also popular these days, they cannot take this lightly, its a serious sign of their direction in the future if they will not improve. No matter what happened we can't denie the fact that only SMC and MVP teams are dominating the game. I hope that PBA will change in regards with the company that having a multiple teams. They are monopolizing all strong player that's why low budget team don't have any strong player in there roster. Entering the PBA right now for a small company don't have a chance to win since there's no balance on the league. I'm tired watching same team or same players that is fighting for the championship. The championship is more boring if the 2 team fighting for championship is owned by same company like SMB vs Ginebra or TNT vs Meralco. I know that feeling when you always see MVP or SMC teams fighting in the Finals. I feel bored watching the same teams in the Finals but.... that is how PBA is right now. Competition is gone and TBH, its kinda predictable which teams will enter the Finals or at least in the Semis by seeing the roster of each team. One thing more is that, most of the good players are either in MVP or SMC which gives lower chance to these independent teams to be more competitive and enter the playoffs or at least the Finals. I don't have any idea into which companies are interested in buying the Franchise of Alaska but I think SM will be one (just don't know if they are still interested since they showed interest in joining the league years ago). I hope that the Board will make something that will make the league more competitive. Maybe publicizing the salary of each player would be the first step and the free agency right now is favoring SMC and MVP because they are capable paying these talented players even at high price.

I have been investing in Bitcoin as well as other coins for a long time. Some of these coins have disappointed me. After reviewing investments so far, I have found that investing in Bitcoin is the smartest thing. Although the price of Bitcoin has dropped a lot, this coin does not disappoint me because I have full confidence in this coin.
Just by doing dollar cost averaging in Bitcoin will give you profit in the long term because you can see in its chart that it is only going upwards. Though there are times that it is in a correction phase, it always come back and surpass its previous ATH and I believe that this will happen in the future as well. I think and believe that the price of this currency will not decrease for a long time, it will one day exceed its maximum value. Which happened towards the end of 2021.
Like what happened after WHO declared pandemic in the world. After its drastic downward movement, Bitcoin went up and up and up until it reaches the $69,000 price mark a few months ago before going down by almost 50%. History has been shown that whenever Bitcoin goes up, it always exceeds its previous ATH so yes it will in the future but I don't think that it will be this year IMO but maybe next year.

If you will see the daily chart of Bitcoin, you will see that Bitcoin tried to go above the $43,000-$44,000 twice but it didn't happen. There is a rule in TA that the more it reaches the resistance, the higher chance that it will go above it and vice versa (correct me though I'm not sure with the words but at least you got the meaning ). Well, it seems that Bitcoin will be on a sideways for a few weeks at around $40,000-$45,000 or maybe $50,000 if it reaches. Now that Bitcoin surpassed the $40,000 price, it is acting as the support right now and the resistance is the $50,000 price. I believe that Bitcoin will be on a sideways movement until it decides which direction it will go so maybe just be ready .

What a huge comeback by the Brooklyn Nets, down 28 points against the Knicks, they outscored them in the last 2 quarters, specially in the 4th, 38-19 to win the game against their rivals.
The Lakers vs Utah Jazz had just started with the Lakers taking an early lead 8-0. Jazz has to call a timeout.
They had a really good comeback. There are too many missing players in the Brooklyn Nets at the moment, yet they had a very good win. LaMarcus Aldridge and Cameron Thomas contributed by scoring a lot of points. In the Knicks, Julius Randle scored over 30 points on his own, but it wasn't enough for the win The Knicks just choked that's all . In their game against Portland, they have a double digit lead coming into the 4th quarter and they choked. Now they got a 28 point lead against the Nets and they choked again. The Nets won but lets talk about the Knicks who choked twice in their last 2 games and lost 3 straight. What do you think is the problem with the team? Is it Randle? or Coach Thib himself? The management? Because after a successful run last year, they are 12th right now in the Eastern Conference with 25-34.

The owner tried to sell their franchise but no one is interested at that moment so.. yeah they just continued until now. Tomorrow, they will try to continue their losing streak against NLEX and if they lose on that game then they will be tied on the most number of losses in NBA. Kinda funny but I'm just curious on what the management and the players are feeling right now.
With regards to Alaska and its franchise, it seems that three companies are interested to buy its franchise as per Comm. Marcial said in this article. https://www.gmanetwork.com/news/sports/basketball/822213/3-companies-express-desire-to-buy-alaska-franchise-reveals-marcial/story/Three companies have already expressed desire to buy the Alaska franchise after the latter made a shocking announcement on Wednesday that it is leaving the PBA after 35 years. There really are some companies who wants to join the PBA but its just quite unfortunate that the PBA doesn't want to expand and add other teams aside from its current teams.

If you are following Stephen A. (like me), you will know that he is an absolute fan of the Knicks and he always praises the Knicks especially last playoffs against the Hawks. Just a few minutes after the game, he just made a rant on public about how he feels on what happened on his team. You can watch it here and laugh as well: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=37KkJBSVBuw&t=27sNo Kyrie, no Durant and no Simmons and you will blow out a 28 point lead? I think I might agree with what Stephen A. said that the team is a trash .

After this incident what's next? independent team is slowly departing on the league and this is a huge loss for the league knowing that Alaska franchise is huge in PBA for sure other teams will think about quitting to since its undeniable that there's an in balance things happening in the league and this is a huge wake up call on PBA authorities since if they keep doing what they do these days maybe the only team will be left on that league is the MVP and SMB group. I also read the story, if no one will buy the franchise then I'm afraid some of the players will not be able to find a home. Calvin, Manuel and some Alaska Aces players who already left the team are lucky to still find a home to play with, maybe when they are trading their main players, that's already a sign that they will soon sign off. This is not good for PBA, it simply tells that the league is not profitable anymore. As of now, no one is interested to buy the franchise but I'm hoping that somebody will buy it. What's next for PBA? I don't know because the departure of Alaska from the league might create a domino effect to those independent teams. This is what can happen if the league is in a duopoly or being dominated by 2 companies (in this case its MVP and SMB) and if the Board will not do anything about it then its only a matter of time for other independent teams to leave the league as well. I've watched a video hours ago regarding the possible reason of Alaska leaving the league. One reason that said there is the pandemic which is quite understandable because they are paying their players even though there are no games and on the other hand, they can't advertise their product. Another reason is the salary of players not being publicized. Because of this, other teams can pay their players higher than the max salary (hidden of course). Include also the free agency where players can just get the players they want. Overall, I still hope that the Board will still do something for this. The competition of the league disappeared already that is why we don't see many audiences watching live unless its Ginebra game. The departure of Alaska will create a domino effect negatively unless they will do something.

On coinmarketcap.com, the price of bitcoin has dropped below 35K USD, which is an excellent opportunity to start an investment in bitcoin. Waiting for this time, but I just need more money. I'm hoping to earn more money the next day so that I may take advantage of the falling bitcoin market price.
Before thinking of investing into crypto, I think it would be better if you will think of a source of income (at least 2) that will give you some buying power to buy some crypto coins. We are all hoping to earn money everyday just to have something to use to buy assets or to buy our daily needs. Overall, if you are working right now then at least save a percentage of it and invest it into Bitcoin first. It will be harder for you to invest though if you are still studying unless you are a working student and you have some spare cash to use then better. Buying few weeks ago would be better than buying now but in the long term, I think it can still give you profit since we've seen Bitcoin went down almost 50% from its ATH of near $69,000.

~ Nonetheless, experts may seem to predict the current situation and that bitcoin will likely experience a steep drop in the upcoming months. But is it really possible for bitcoin to achieve $50k by march? Given that the market is currently declining. What are your thoughts on this?
These so called experts failed their predictions many times before predicting a correct one like the one that you said and anybody can do it as well. After all, predicting what will happen to the market can be done by everyone. $50,000 by March?? With what is happening on the market right now, it seems that it can reach that price. I'm very bearish within the past few weeks but since Bitcoin remained above $40,000 for quite some time already I think its time for me to change how I see the market and it seems that the bear market only lasted for a few weeks as well. $50,000 might be reached by March but if that reaches, there is a high chance that it will go below that price immediately creating a false breakout.
