Quote
Prior to the 2008 economic crisis and the US real estate market crash. It was unthinkable that such a financial crisis could occur on american soil. Everyone was taken by surprise and few were prepared.

It's funny how most economic and financial disasters are done by the governments and the central banks, but after a financial/economic disaster strikes, all the government officials and central bankers start shouting "more regulations, more government control!"
The 2008 crisis was created by the financial deregulation and the "easy money" monetary policies of the Federal Reserve.
Anyway, back to the subject. Ripple isn't a cryptocurrency. Ripple is a company. It has a CEO. This is hilarious. His opinions about crypto are no different than the opinion of a fiat banker.
The crypto industry needs better regulations, not more regulations. The scam shitcoins and scam crypto companies have to be wiped out of the crypto world. Unfortunately, we can't do this by ourselves. The governments have to step up, but I'm not optimistic about the crypto world having better regulations anytime soon.

It pretty disturbing to really see people discomforting themselves bout those creepy bastards, and who the hell is hebfor people to gain trust with what he has to say? All they do is all in the name for them self-centered desires.
The effects of centralized exchnages failing really isn't from crypto is it not?!

I really do think they understand this stuff's bout crypto currency really well and they know what losses they're to get when mass adoption comes and everyone sides with decentralization. They are not ready for that so indirectly doing all they could to put that to a stop.
I believe the Feds, the media and greedy CEO'S are all ok these together. Haven't banks taught em valuable lessons already? Maybe they need to go through that thrice or for the fifth time.

sevilla is favourite for the cup, beating the best team in the cup and getting to the far, means that they are favourite, juventus is another contender.  both team can meet in the finals. they have been outstanding in the league. but i wish Sevilla wins

That's correct no doubts, they are big favorites when it comes to Europa League Competition. How they knocked Manchester United off was dramatically shocking.
I just hope they put same energy they put into the Manchester United game against same Juventus. I can't recall the last time Allegri got to a final. Okay... I completely remember now, it's against Barcelona in the UEFA Champions League Football Finals as they also lost to Barcelona. This might really change and Sevilla might still not win the game
3523  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: April 27, 2023, 06:01:58 PM
Lol. Non of those top team defeat is good, all are bad and a big disappointment before the fans.  If I'm to speak on any of the teams between Real Madrid and Barcelonan, I would say Barcelona is more disappointing at their performance cuz they lose to a more weaker team than real Madrid.  Before the clash between Mardid and Girona, Girona were already winning and was in a good shape. They won 3 out of 5 matches while Vallecano won just one. But in all, the two teams will still remain unpperturbed seeing that they are not affected by the lose.

At this stage losses are something we should expect, but not from Barcelona, they should be doing all they can to wrap up with the league and not snooze just like Arsenal, who's chances of winning the Premier League now is very very slim.
Real Madrid was worst, like a goddamn player scored four good goals against them?! Wow, that's really amazing you know. The last time I can remember a player did that was Robert Lewandoski when Real Madrid faced of Borrussia Dortmund with Jurgen Klopp as head coach then.

Truthfully, I'm no FCB fan, but I really do want them to win the La Liga this season, they have a lot of debts to pay, so at least, finds from the trophy could aid them to an extent.

Yesterday chelsea lost again at home and it was against brentford, i think they should give lampard some time because when he arrived he found a broken team and yesterday performance was really good despite the loss, chelsea team dominated the game i think they only need a good striker and some strategy changes and they will be back on track.
Definitely they will give lampard sometimes but the next few matches Chelsea will be playing, it won't really be easy for them, Chelsea will be playing against Manchester City, Arsenal, Newcastle, Manchester united, Brentford, Bournemouth and Nottingham Forest. I don't think Chelsea can confidently win any of those matches, Chelsea might end up losing most of those matches, don't be suprise if Chelsea loses all the remaining seven matches remaining. I think Chelsea should get a more experienced coach and also work on their players.

They've already lost to Brentford last night by two goals to nothing, don't get me wrong but, Frank Lampard bis not the problem with Chelsea, yes he is tactically down and poor but at least someone better would have at least be brought back on board to guide the club into European games next season.

Frank Lampard has already lost five straight games he's been in charge of, he could barely win games with Everton and Todd Boehly expects him to win for Chelsea? Bullshit!

I won't say they'll be contesting for relegation but then, they're not going to play any major European competition next season, what's more even funny is seeing how they make jest of Arsenal falling down the top of the league when they have nothing to fight for, shameless, and embarrassing Chelsea fans.

In my opinion, in the Italian Milan - Inter Milan derby, the team that will emerge victorious is Milan
he has much more experience and has a slightly more cohesive team, just look at how they beat Napoli
they have to find the motivation, yes, but in my opinion the final is an excellent motivation

In head to head Milan against Inter, in reality, no one really dominates the victory, because Milan and Inter sometimes have ups and downs so they have phases when one of them is better. But yes, this season if we look at their position in the Serie A standings, at least Milan are still in a better position than Inter but yes, their position still does not guarantee anything for a Champions League result.

Because after all, Milan, whose position is below Napoli, but Milan was unbeaten by Napoli so that Milan advanced to the semifinals at this moment. Therefore, indeed, at least Milan has a better chance if they play against a team that also comes from Serie A. So, playing against Inter in the semifinals will give Milan a better chance of qualifying for the Champions League final this season.

Whenever it comes to the Champions League Football Competition, you'll have to look at AC Milan before talks of Inter Milan, AC Milan are big European side's, I don't think they'll joke with this one. Paolo Maldini has big experience when it comes to such, he'll help them pass this phase, but what I don't deem possible is one of the Italian sides present winning the Champions League.

I underated them against Napoli, maybe because all I wanted was one sided, to see Victor Oshime play the Champions League Final this year and that couldn't happen. I was biased and Milan fought them way to this stage.

Yes, that's true, the rumors about Kante's move to Barcelona will not come true. Because the midfielder has reportedly agreed to press a new contract with Chelsea. I thought, how could Todd be able to let go of this important player with the condition of the club that was in a slump? Todd must retain good players to restore Chelsea's performance.

I think this is the best way to describe the current Chelsea situation, a test run of failed managers. Now the latest news going round says Pochettino might be the right one to change the situation, lets see if that will be the case or just be another name adding to the list of failed Chelsea managers.
Chelsea are hunting for several names who will become potential coaches for next season, they are Nagelsmann, Luis Enrique, and Pochettino. Now it is reported that Chelsea have set aside the two names above including Nagelsmann and Luis Enrique, and now only Pochettino is left. I don't know why Chelsea prefers Pochettino to be their new coach candidate. Talks between Pochettino and Chelsea management are ongoing. I think Todd should be more patient to find a candidate for a coach who is really right to change the condition of his club.

Todd Boehly is the main issue with Chelsea, he's just the owner of the club and not good at this shit, he should oversee the club and how it goes, both wrong or right, this are some ways CEOs and some billionaires fail, you can't do everything.
Pochetino Mauricio is not a worthy transfer, it would still end in pains and lamentations.

Ngolo Kante came back from Injury and wasn't looking like a player that was Injured for months, he shouldn't be allowed to leave. Ziyech and some other floppy players should ne let go during the transfer.
3527  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: April 26, 2023, 08:33:31 PM
Madrid have lost two of their last five matches. If Barcelona win their next match, they will move 14 points clear of Real Madrid. And closing this point gap is impossible for Real Madrid. Ancelotti has no interest in this season's La Liga title. He realizes he cannot break Barcelona's dominance in La Liga this season. And so Real Madrid aims to perform well in Copa del Rey and Champions League. Let's see if the team can win the Copa del Rey and Champions League titles.
It can be said that Real Madrid has no more hope in La Liga, and if you want to have a chance to win, you have to win against Girona, but unfortunately, they lost badly. Barcelona will be the candidate for La Liga champions this season. In the Copa del Rey, when Real Madrid make a mistake, it will make them lose again. At least they have to work well together to win in this match.
Ancelotti can be so unpredictable and full of tactics. I am seeing assuming  Madrid already know they can't compete any longer for the laliga title and they also know they have a gotten themselves a spot in the champions league for next season, there major focus now is qualifying for the Champions League finals as they have a very strong team to deal with. We might see more of Madrid's inconsistency until they have secured themselves that final spot in the champions league before their performance might boast up again.

Ancellotti has been so inconsistent with the league but has been a better and competitive side when it comes to the champions league, but I really don't think and see madrid going pass city this season.
Barcelona despite the losses will still win the league they're currently losing still but they stand a better chance of winning the league than Real Madrid.

Diego Simeone, came from behind to beat Mallorca, the final score was three goals to one. Once again, Diego Simeone has shut the mouths of his critics and I was literally one of em.
3528  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Europa League 2022/23 Season on: April 26, 2023, 08:10:04 PM
Roma has just lose from Atalanta at their domestic league but the opposite result which we got for Leverkusen that they were successfully to continue their positive trend by win against strong team Leipzig in Bundesliga and Roma should be careful to Leverkusen because since playoff matches while playing away this team always be performing well and the latest is Leverkusen has been humiliated Saint-Gilloise with big scores

I think Roma mentally is quite different because while playing at this competition Roma always be make epic comeback and the latest is when they able to beat Feyenoord and this match actually is hard to predicted because the strength from both teams is not so different and maybe Leverkusen will attempts to gets draw result in the first leg so for betting options i might to consider to picked draw as my bets

At the Stadio Olimpico Roma should definitely try to win as the away match will be very difficult as Bayer Leverkusen are in good form and they play attacking football. Mourinho will of course stick to his defensive tactics, but in a home match, a win is a must.

Mourinho's experience in Euro cups could play an important role in this matchup, Roma might have a slight advantage in this, but EL has always been difficult to predict, let's see the first match, then something will become clear.

While Rome seems to be better for now, we know that anything can happen in tournaments. Sevilla was a team that almost didn't get a chance in the Manchester United matchup. Playing brilliantly in qualifying, they wiped Manchester United off the field and passed the qualifying. The same can be said for these qualifiers. The definitive favorite team is no more.

Just to save Jose Mourinhos season, he'll want to win and qualify for the UEFA Champions League Competition. Juventus already qualified for the Champions League football next season, they are currently top three in the Seria A division.
And as for Sevilla, don't ever right them off whenever they're in the Europa League Competition, they'll want to do everything to win, I still hope they don't get relegated.

Manchester United messed up big time, the substitution from.the coach was not what I expected during the first game against Sevilla at Old Trafford. Erik Ten Hag fucked up really, he's substitute didn't go well really.

Madrid is a killer for EPL clubs.
Even if Real Madrid are playing poorly in the La Liga, they can still win Manchester City that are playing very well and were able to remove Bayern Munich. Just as the game between Manchester City and Arsenal is considered the finals in the premier league, this game between Real Madrid and Manchester City will majorly determine who wins the Champions league. Both teams have quality in their team and have advantage whenever they play at home, it will be a very interesting game, Benzema on one end, Halland on the other. De Bruyne at one end, Modric at the other. Grealish at one end, Vini Jr at the other.

For this season Real Madrid really have seemed solid against the Premier League clubs like Liverpool and Chelsea in the play offs. However there is a reason behind their being this much dominant as well. Because Liverpool and Chelsea are both having a terrible season now. Chelsea are in an even worse condition in the Premier League for example. We should take this fact into account as well.

However Manchester City are the complete opposite of these two clubs this season. They are like unstoppable recently at the same time. Like I said before Haaland is the biggest change in the club for this season and his impact on the club is so big that he is going to be remembered as a very special player in the club history.

Who's Erling Haaland without KDB? Bernado Silva, Okay Gundogan, Jack Grealish, This are players who work so hard for the young lad, yes he remains a very special player but he'll never get to achieve those large number of goals without these mentioned player's.

And as for Real Madrid, Ancellotti and his magic works very well in the champions league, the Italian is so brilliant when it comes to that aspect. But I won't expect much against Manchester City, This time around the difference is Erling Haaland, and I'm seeing that lad score three to.four goals alone against them. They better sit up, I wasn't happy with the way they played last night.

It's high time that Chelsea must avoid engaging further in trial and error at this time. Premier League is a highly competitive arena, and having a veteran like Pochettino on club would be of great advantage. It's important that Boehly doesn't intervene at every stage of the process, particularly when it comes to player signings. Ideally, a coach should be able to choose players who fit their style of play. Let's hope that Chelsea owner Boehly will refrain from interfering too much with the club's affairs once a new manager takes the jobs.

Chelsea wants to hire Pochettino and you think it's a good idea?
Pochettino is still like a trial-and-error signing. He has a very poor record in all the clubs he has managed. He coached Tottenham and all he could achieve was the top 4. His biggest achievement at Tottenham was getting to the champions league final.
Okay, let's assume it's because Spurs don't have enough good players, he was at PSG and he was very awful there. His PSG team played really bad football. His style made the players all look average, Messi included.
Chelsea should better look for a good manager. They should forget about this premier league experience that they are looking for.

Todd Boehly and Chelsea are busy test running failed managers, complete bullshit, they'll lament and suffer for another season. The Premier League experience he had is bullshit, and how many trophies did he get to win?
He's no top manager, Chelsea should rather stick with Graham Potter than Pochetino.. The job was too big for GP ( Graham Potter ) but then Pochetino is of no good use. Chelsea would be like Manchester United after the retirement of Sir Alex Ferguson if they fail to land the right manager for the job.

We're all giving our thoughts on this though, I keep on pondering who the hell is Todd Boehlys personal adviser, he's got no brains really.

Nottingham Forest vs Brighton & Hove Albion will be a tight match today, the winner of this match is unpredictable. The two teams are strong enough to face each other. But Brighton & Hove Albion has the winning hand but that is not also sure bet.
For Chelsea vs Brentford match. I will advice bettors on this game to bet on Brentford and not on Chelsea. Chelsea will disappoint bettors in this game.
For West Ham United vs Liverpool match. Liverpool will win the game with straight score.
For Manchester City vs Arsenal. Whenever I see pairs like this, I used to remember the 7 goals. We just hope that things should work out for them this time because Premier League does favour this team.

For the game between Nothingham Forest and  Brighton Albion Hovers, I'll choose a fulltime draw result.   Forest so far are struggling for points as they would be possible relegated of they don't survive back all the way up. Brighton must be having tired leg's after the game against Manchester United in the Fa cup game. They'll want to win but sharing one point would be a better one for them tonight.

Chelsea are not playing so bad still, the game's currently going well and Chelsea pressing really good, it's another game that I feel would also end as a draw game... Manchester City against Arsenal is that game of the night, as a Manchester United fan, I'm supporting Arsenal to win or draw tonight.
3532  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: April 24, 2023, 12:50:19 PM
Damn , there i am the whole weekend not at home and then the miracle and surprise are happend that Dortmund get on the first place.
At least most of my bets was right and the one for the  Bayern Munich game i can live with that it was wrong.
I just have seen the reviews of the games and Bayern Munich was really bad in the second halftime.
With Müller and Kimmich taken out of the field on the game that says it all .
The Dortmund match beautiful to watch with scored goals even i am a little Frankfurt fan.
Werder Bremen looks like got enough points now to can keep playing next season in the first German League.

Bayern Munich new Coach Thomas Tuchel still haven't found the right players to win games, honestly, his first three game with Bayern Munich has been a disaster. Four games it goes next weekend and I'll say he's already worst than Nagelsmann has been in the bundesliga. Everyone so much excited for Dortmund, can they hold up? They're not a side I trust, I'd just watch to see how the end goes down.

And why's nobody taking bout the most informed Bundesliga side for me ( Bayern Leverkusen ) haven't they been phenomenal ever since the signature of former Liverpool, Real Madrid and Bayern Munich Player Xabi Alonso. The consistency both in the league and Europa League is what I love.  I hope they don't sell all of them best player's next season, they really should qualify from for the top four position.
3533  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: April 24, 2023, 04:28:10 AM
PSG has the best position, and they are lucky because they have Lionel Messi as one of their big strengths. Therefore,  when there are problems, usually Lionel Messi will be included because maybe there are also many who don't like Lionel Messi's game and try to make his enthusiasm at PSG collapse by receiving a lot of pressure like that.
Of course, the PSG fans think Messi isn't giving enough/his best for the club like he does when he is on International duty with Argentina, or when he played for Barcelona, and imo i think the fans are well within their rights to think that way. When they signed Messi there was quite a lot of optimism around the club, the fans thought he was the final piece of the puzzle that could finally deliver the CL for them, but two consecutive seasons now and they've been eliminated in the RO16 stage.

Having said that, i don't think it was a good idea for the fans to boo Messi a couple of weeks ago anyway, that's not the best way to show their frustration, thus i think the Argentine world champion is going to leave PSG this summer, he does not feel loved over there and so it is better for both parties if he goes. Anyway PSG's problem isn't with a single player, it is with the entire team.

Paris Saint Germans are much like the player's of Tottenham Hotspur when it comes to the average midfielder's and average defending player's. How can they be expectant of a bunch when both Lionel Messi and Neymar Jr are the players doing most of the creative duties for Psg. It's a joint effort, besides the midfielder's are to link the defenders and attackers but we hardly see that especially in big champions league nights.

It's obvious he'll leave because if he had wanted to stay further, that contract would have been signed a very long time, Lionel Messi hardly signs contract extension at the start of a new season.
3534  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2022/23 Season on: April 23, 2023, 10:15:37 PM
To be honest, I lean more towards Pep Guardiola's style. I saw Pep, full of tactics. Manchester City game, not too focused on individual skills. however, on a team play system and that's why they are so rock solid. plus, it has a scoring monster. As for Madrid, to be honest I have no doubts about Don Carlo's team. because, this team always proves that they can get out under pressure. plus. Madrid's luck factor is very high. and if, Benzema and vini Jr. are On Fire, these two players are almost difficult to stop. well, in essence I see that both teams have their respective advantages. about the results, we'll discuss it later before the match starts.
If you talk about experience and mentality, then you have to put Real Madrid ahead. But if you talk about technical strategy, then I think Pep Guardiola is also an expert. Pep and Ancelotti have won the Champions League title in their coaching history. Guardiola did it during his tenure as coach of Barcelona, but Ancelotti has proven it with two different clubs (Real Madrid and Milan).

The highlight of the semi-final match will not only be about squad depth, star players or team performance, but the success of the coach will also be highlighted to find out who is most likely to qualify for the final. While I really hope that Benzema and Vinicius won't miss those two semi final match, that means I don't expect them to be injured ahead of the match.

Pep Guardiola is not just the expect alone but a genius and also a perfectionist and he never settles for less. That said it still mind boggling he struggles against Real Madrid. They have a strong fave whenever it comes to the Champions League you have to think they're always two to three steps ahead.

Another game to see who moves on to the final, they can only win the Champions League final this year when they finally kick out Real Madrid, I still have doubts on who wins between Inter Milan and Ac Milan.

Harry Maguire's absence in the squad to face Brighton today will surely appear like a good news to most Manchester United fans globally and I think the team will consolidate on his absence to win the match.
But let us also not forget that Brighton has been outstanding this season and might cause a scare today at Wembley. Football faithfuls would want to witness a Manchester derby at the finals of this season's FA cup competition but that will only happen if United can eliminate Brighton today

Truthfully, I have hoped and prayed for days like this, this is the second finals this season, it would be a bloody Manchester derby at the wembly stadium.
Harry Maguire shouldn't be a footballer, he should rather be at home playing gold with his buddies and not causing PTSD for Manchester United fans.

Brighton really also deserves to win, but Manchester United will always remain Manchester United, I was impressed they've come this far as we all hope for a better and stronger squad next season.

Saturday's transfer gossip:
Will Manchester City finally get a football player from Croatia? In the last 12-13 years, no club without a Croatian footballer managed to win the Champions League. Did Pep realize that he cannot win the Champions League without a Croatian footballer?  Grin
Real Madrid's Croatia midfielder Luka Modric, 37, has received a contract offer from a Saudi Arabian club that would double his wages next season. I believe that Modric still wants to finish his football career in Real.

Source: https://www.bbc.com/sport/65351555

Would signing Victor Oshime win them the Champions League?! I really doubt, and I'll take this news as fully speculated news... Mm..Mmm and for Chelsea, making Pochetino the top choice wouldn't give them shit, they are yet to face the real trauma.

Bobby ( Firmino ) joining Barcelona? That would be lovely, he would thrive in that squad, he'll partner Robert Lewandoski when it come to the league and Champions League next season, I love the squad Xavi Hernandez is shaping.
Kovacic to Chelsea to Bayern Munich? I don't really know, but not Manchester City, Chelsea are not even ready to loose him to City, could Bayern Munich. Luka Modric will have contract extension with Real Madrid soon.

Congratulations to Manchester United, it was not an easy match against Brighton a very stubborn team who are fearless and not going to back down even against the big team.

It was pretty much a dull game with both team acting very cautiously but in the end Manchester United won by penalty shootout now setting up a Manchester derby, I have strong feelings that city would win this one.

Thursday during the Europa League game was horribly bad, today they stepped the fuck up, so much of Bruno Fernandez as he was seen everywhere of the game. Congratulations to them on reaching the finals. It was great to see them boys giving them all today.

Erik Ten Hag indeed deserves so much credit, he's already taking Manchester United to another finals this season, on Thursday they face Tottenham Hotspur, I still do hope they win. Aaron Wan Bissaka was my stand out player, but further more, Manchester United needs a complete fullback who can attack and defend still. ( God I've missed Antonio Valencia )
3538  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Europa League 2022/23 Season on: April 21, 2023, 12:35:40 PM
Games in the Europa over the course of yesterday was some of the most interesting in recent times. This time, Ten Hag got his cards just wrong. Been kicked out of the Europa at this time when they could be said to be having a good game, the team was fit, we had Casemiro there although, the presence of H. Maguire has always been some appearance of sentiment but, Manchester United just couldn't hold the defence line against the enthusiastic pressure of Sevilla. In the first leg, they reluctantly gave away there 2 goals lead advantage and then come to the second leg with heads down and beaten by 3 goals to nothing. That felt awful coming from them.

I think Erik Ten Hag hasn't learnt lessons already from past loses Manchester United had with Harry Maguire, and also, Harry Maguire and David De Gea has not been good pals, why use both of em together?!
The coach is to be blamed, especially how he substituted poorly and wrongly during the game at Old Trafford, he should have at least brought in Fred and let, Bruno fucking Fernandez continue since he was not going to be involved in last night's fixture.

We've had few inflencial players at Manchester United, one is Bruno Fernandez, Two is Casemiro, three is Lisandro Martinez. They're are hardcore members of the squad. Nothing creates or works without them. Erik Ten Hag has a lot of job to do if he keeps on trusting and relying on Harry Maguire.

David De should also be dropped, he had a good view of the pitch, noticed Harry Maguire would be marked with higher pressure, why pass the ball to him at such angle. Yesterday day night, I felt humiliated and embarrassed.

Messi's future is uncertain, but he has no shortage of good proposals as Al Hilal, from Saudi Arabia, offered 400 million euros a year for the Argentine player. In fact, it is a grandiose appeal to try to seduce the Argentine player who is at the end of his contract with PSG. If I'm not mistaken, this offer is practically double the salary of Cristiano Ronaldo at Al Nassr, or am I wrong?

But, I don't think Messi is going to decide yet, I think his preference is to stay in Europe and certainly other proposals will come, and even if they are smaller, maybe they will be more advantageous for Lionel Messi.
PSG itself wants to keep the Argentine player, but the financial crisis makes it impossible to pay Messi what he deserves.
Messi future is uncertain, he's still mute on the moves to make, we don't know if the PSG can still keep hold on Messi and also we don't know If the bluagrana can win him back. I'm waiting for his speech on his future, Leo Messi is not after the hugh contract offered to him if he makes a move to Saudi Arabia league. He's just famous for what he does best on the pitch, he's demigod in Argentina and also a key player in PSG. Barcá keen on getting him back will probably depend on their order from Laliga.

Moving back to Barcelona would be such a big mistake, it's time to move on, I mean, Lionel Messi should turn his back on em and move on, if Ronaldo had done same he wouldn't have had such a poor world cup, especially with how he was treated by Manchester United.
It's enough lesson for Lionel Messi to learn from now.

The fans of Paris Saint Germany are already making things crystal clear and so obvious they don't want the service of Lionel Messi, they've booed him during a game and that was such a dumpshit stuff to do especially to a player who gives his all for the squad. The exit from the champions league should be on the coach, hes not fit for such a big club.

Manchester city will of course always be under Arsenal and can shift Arsenal at the top of the standings at any time, so Arsenal if they want to claim to be EPL champions this season they must continue to be on the winning track in the remaining matches this season, but the bad news is that Arsenal will meet Manchester city this weekend. Going forward, obviously it will make things worse if Arsenal suffer another defeat or drop points in a few games.  Wink
I believe that Arsenal will win today, Southampton is at the relegation zone and the least there, the least on the EPL table, so likely that Arsenal will not disappoint their fans today.

I checked and I have seen that Arsenal next match is at Etihad Stadium with Manchester City, it is not going to be easy at all. Likely that Manchester City might win the match, it is one of the match that would determine the club that would win the league this season. I can not underestimate Arsenal though, but that match is what Arsenal fans should be worried about.

Arsenal has not won in the last two matches. They drew 2-2 against West Ham and Liverpool. However, Arsenal dominated in both matches. They did a great performance. Arsenal team could not win this match despite performing well. And I would say the reason why Arsenal dropped points in these two games is because of their weak defense. They lost points due to poor defense.

Southampton is not a strong team. Arsenal will win against Southampton if Arsenal performs a bit cautiously and doesn't make any big mistakes in the match. But Arsenal will have to play carefully and keep the defense tight. If the defense is strong, Arsenal will win.

Also, drawing slowly kills the drive of the squad, like the reverse fixture saw Southampton still holding gunners down as they shared the points between themselves.
Arsenal in the last five games and fixtures have been bad at defending, has anyone else noticed they've conceded in every single game they've played in the last five games?

If they're to win against Southampton tonight, then they'll have to all they can to win, besides they have played a game ahead of other premier league sides, next week would be tough and dreams would be cut short if they don't win tonight and next week.
