Back to back EPL defeats for Pep Guardiola and City, i know Pep is a tactical genius, but i don't think he got his tactics right this time, it was almost like City were playing for a draw at some point. Arsenal were more daring and i think they deserved the win, i know the match was somewhat 50-50, but i think they controlled the game better and had most of the desire to go on and win the game, which they did.
City have missed Rodri immensely, they have lost the 3 games he missed (vs Newcastle, Wolves and Arsenal), this just goes to show how important the Spaniard is to City. After he lost his head and got sent off against Nottingham Forest, the question was if City would pay for it, which they did. Rodri would be available for their next game against Brighton after the international break, but City are going to have a tough run of big games in the next couple of weeks and we'd have to see how well City react.
After twelve head to head game won, Arsenal and Mikel Arteta finally got a win at home to impress the fans. Onana was not in his day today. Of course, we can say the same for the defensive zone, as it was not on Onana day. For example, in Icardi's goal, the defensive zone was completely asleep.
