and the one country who prepared for the drought and climate changes can survive.

My friend, survival will not be national.   No country (save for small rich ones that started building 20 years ago) will be able to protect all citizens from an unbreathable atmosphere.  Small groups may survive for decades but eventually, atrophy wins and there is nothing left to fuel your life support needs.  Sad

3543  Other / Off-topic / When will humanity see mass starvation? on: October 08, 2019, 12:52:55 AM
Many farmers in the US are now planting solar panels because the soil will no longer support crops.  Eventually, climate change will cause massive crop failures, which will lead to mass starvation.  Even in the richer countries, a loaf of bread/jug of water will be worth more than a gold coin.  Crypto will fail as the utilities collapse.

When do you think this will happen?  What percent of humanity will survive?
3544  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: innovative idea on: October 06, 2019, 11:51:49 PM
hit me in telegram I will give more details I didn't want to share it here as I don't have team yet and the project have no competitors yet.

The problem I have with these requests is that historically, the idea is not innovative.  Some new gambling game, a new exchange, etc.  You think a popular service would work better with a small tweak so you want to take them on directly.  :/

If you are going to telegram the info to anyone who asks, why not simply post it publicly?

My best advice would be to start work on it yourself, then announce it .  You'll get team members if they like what they see so far.
3545  Other / Meta / Re: My messages is stuck on [1] on: October 05, 2019, 06:21:19 AM
I'm sorry for stupidity but what you mean by stuck on [1]?

Anyway, you can try other browsers like Samsung Internet, Vivaldi, brave, kiwi. It might be time to switch your browser  Tongue
When there is a new message (PM), it will show "My Messages [1]"

I read it to believe he had multiple pages of PMs and could only access the first.  :/
3546  Other / Meta / Re: Can we have one small change on Recent Merits page? on: October 03, 2019, 12:28:20 AM
I would like to scrape https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=merit;stats=recent to make real-time merit api and notifications, but this page lacks one crucial piece of data - the name and link to the profile of a user who received merit. Right now the only way to get this is to follow the link to the post that was merited and do additional scraping, but it just creates unnecessary load and is messy to implement.

I sent this in a PM to Theymos when merit was released, but no reply.  I don't think he wants to make it too easy to scrape the data.

Meanwhile...

Thank you, for tagging. But I think your reference goes to his thread, and thread already deleted by moderator.

Fixed.

Personal Information laws are changing. You cannot live in the past anymore .

"unless they explicitly stated the info would be kept private" is now "unless they explicitly stated the info would be shared"

Basically, any entity selling any kind of PII (personal identifiable information) should be tagged as untrustworthy.

Even he was not scammed people, but he was treating our privacy. Please help to flagged this user if possible.

Tagged.  a flag would be overkill since he'll prob abandon the account.

I am about to give my CCNA exam next Saturday and have studied hard for 4-5 months for it, more specific for exam ICND2 3.0 200-105. I have downloaded video courses, paid for them, downloaded different labs scenarios and finished them. What is the final touch in these 10 remaining days that I can do in order to be sure I will pass it ?

Make sure you understand the 7 layer ISO model well.  If you just learn the acronym, you will run out of time.

I meant OSI.   Smiley

3551  Other / Off-topic / Re: Ghosts. True or false. on: September 29, 2019, 02:49:15 AM
In my opinion, this is true. Some people can see it. But I can't prove it because I can't see them.

If another person claims to see something you cannot, one of you is mentally ill.   Our eyes all use the same physics.
3552  Economy / Reputation / Re: OGNasty is a liar. on: September 29, 2019, 02:06:37 AM
Encouraging other people to damage private property isn't violent behavior, it's nutless behavior.  Are you able to say Vod acted inappropriately, or can you only deflect his behavior at me?

Geez, what do you say I did now?  I suppose you have the same level of proof you have for your other lies?

Is this helping your rep, OG?

Ready for MENA Ambassador if legit

OP has not been online for a week.  Obvious scam.
3554  Economy / Reputation / Re: Flag - "CryptoSparks" on: September 28, 2019, 02:09:34 AM
I treated you with respect

That was a mistake, and in the jungle it only takes one.   Techy is still using posts I made six years ago against me.  :/

Adios

A successful pattern we should all follow!  Smiley

3555  Economy / Reputation / Re: Vod is a liar. on: September 28, 2019, 02:07:09 AM
You and OG have a long documented history of crying trust abuse.

We both have a long documented history of calling out YOUR trust system abuse

True.  You have called me a trust abuser many times.  Any time you disagree with my trust.

You also have a long daily history of calling other profiles trust abusers!

But, I don't care.  Smiley

3556  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Announcing BPIP - The Bitcointalk Public Information Project! on: September 28, 2019, 01:32:12 AM
.. And, why the need for a domain? Smiley

Prep work for insertion into a corporate environment, I guess.  Re-learning skills (last network cert was in 2003).

Any issues shown in the Event Viewer/logs?

Again, relearning skills lol.  There is an error repeating about every minutes since the domain insertion.  Thx for the suggestion!

If you don't care why are you trying to stop people calling you out for your long documented pattern of lies and abuse?

You and OG have a long documented history of crying trust abuse.  If you have specific examples of lies or abuse, point them out and I will address them.   Bumping a drum and chanting "liar" is boring to everyone.

I care what interested crypto newbies think about me, because I see a future in crypto.  I don't care what you or OG think.

I hope that answers your question.  Smiley
(Actually, I don't care lol)
3558  Economy / Reputation / Re: Vod is a liar. on: September 28, 2019, 12:47:09 AM
For some one who doesn't care you sure do spend an awful lot of time and energy stalking and harassing anyone who dares criticize your behavior.

Not really... just trying to stop the constant "vod is a liar" kiddy drum.  If OG would just write "I have not been collecting or paying taxes on my bitcoin business, but I will start now." I wouldn't have to ever take him off ignore.

What bothers me most isn't that he is denying he sold anything tax free - it's that he is still doing it while he is in all this trouble - just to save his vanity here and win his imaginary war with me.  Unfortunately for bitcoin, anyone who is buying or selling with him probably also be contacted when they try to cash out.   And he also doesn't care that is hurting these newbies...

3559  Economy / Reputation / Re: Put A Neutral Trust if you have LENT someone on: September 28, 2019, 12:04:27 AM
Yes, I've always been puzzled why those at the top seem to hand out green trust with minute trades.

That is how you stay at the top.   People are much more likely to trust you if you trust them first - right Techy?  With the ballooning DT1, trust abusers like Techy and OG will trust everyone they can.

Those who earn trust for non-trivial reasons will have a difference between those they trust and those that trust them.  Why does an escow have to positive trust both his users, when he never had to trust either party?

:/

It's the same way with merit.  Do you think OG keeps a spreadsheet of those he has merited, so he can be at the top of that list too?
3560  Economy / Reputation / Re: Vod is a liar. on: September 27, 2019, 11:51:31 PM
Techy, when I consider how you and OG have manipulated the trust system, I realize I don't care what you two idiots think.   Smiley
