Congratulations Betwrong, you are lucky to work with one of the best campaign managers in the forum.

Sorry Hhampuz, I just want to say something, to those who are complaining that Hhampuz are just accepting participants mainly based on the number of merits earned, consider this as a proof to prove that you are wrong.
3542  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: June 18, 2020, 08:56:05 AM

They are definitely hit financially but not enough to be incapable of paying 3 million dollars for hotel expenses. NBA itself could pay those if they want to with all the sales they get and all the licenses and tv rights and so forth. However do not forget that team owners are not just doing this as a job, they also usually have other jobs they make money as well and 3 million dollars for a person who owns a team that worths over a billion dollars is usually nothing, not even increase of the teams value which would be tenfold each season at least. So at the end of the day they will definitely pay it up easily without a problem, hell having 8 games would cover that 3 million dollars alone with tv rights alone even if no fans and no merchandise sales.

Agreed. Similar to what Dana White of the UFC has told everyone in a press conference, continuing to produce live sports is more expensive than closing down during this pandemic.

If this is true, then why did they resume the UFC?

Maybe it's true that it's expensive but they would not resume if they are not profitable, they have a big expense, so they need to exceed that with their income so they will operate profitably.

Compared to not resuming at all, no expenses or less expenses but people working on UFC does not have income, so they will struggle.
3543  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: "NEW NORMAL" Betting on: June 07, 2020, 09:12:29 AM
We are not comfortable with the new normal betting but I believe we can still adapt the system gradually.
For sure because it will take time before the vaccine is release, that's what the news said, so for us it's easier to adapt with the new normal betting but players might still need more time to adapt.

However, We also have to think about the safety of everyone, and adopting the new system will actually help all of us. It was just a time as well that we need to change our lifestyle, we do gambling or betting alone.

Safety is always the priority, for us, we can be 100% safe if we are just betting at home in front of the screens of the PC or Phone, but let's just hope that the decision to resume the sporting events, it will not aggravate the situation especially in US, we need to hope and be positive with that.

No.
Mercatox and other exchanges said the request came from the project team.
So the company itself sends the messages to the exchanges for delisting, how funny it seems or they consider investors are slaves.

Is there any source regarding that statement?  Because it's very rare that a project would request for delisting, for what reason?

Companies are really showing their behavior after fundraising, we should be very careful with companies like this. We should complain about this company to SEC.

They raised. 38 646 754$, so what happen to that money now? (https://neironix.io/ico-rating/helbiz).....

Did you see any explanation from the team? if not, then consider it a scam project.

https://twitter.com/idexio/status/1253341751621771266

Confirmed, and they are really into exit scam, I believe on that.

Quote
And...

It is explained in detail here.  https://www.hbznews.com/helbiz-delists-from-exchanges

They are going for IPO but but they their investors in ICO lost their money in this project, what are they thinking? do they think investors will trust them?
3545  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: June 02, 2020, 05:11:30 PM

My First round prediction

West - Lakers, Clippers, Rockets, Thunder

East - Bucks, Raptors, Sixers, Heat

In general, I will agree with you. Alternatively, I would think about Denver and Boston. I keep my fingers crossed for Luka and his Dallas, but unfortunately I think LAC is too strong this year. But check this: BOS-76ers, DAL-LAC and DEN-HOU - each of these pairs could be the conference finale. I have a feeling that they will be great play-offs. Finally the season where there is no definite favorite. I can't wait for the start.

The competition has become better since Lebron left for the West, now we are seeing great playoffs as Lebron will not easily dominate anymore, he is in the West there's a lot of good teams compared to the East, and this benefits the East also since without Team Lebron, they will have a good competition.

I am betting that Bucks will not reach the Finals this season.

Another good news for you Yatsan, bitcoin hits $10,000 today and that should significantly result to a bigger profit by next update if bitcoin will just stay at the current price range or if it will rise further, congratulations in advance.
3548  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to be invested in Crypto while staying away from gambling? on: June 02, 2020, 02:01:42 PM
How about investing your bitcoin in a crypto casino.

you can check his journey, GAMBLING SITE INVESTMENT

A member of the forum sharing his journey investing his bitcoin in different gambling sites, and so far, he is doing better as he is both profitable in BTC and USD value.  Just try to check it out, maybe you'll be interested, and I don't think you'll gamble on a site you've invested, that's doesn't look good.
i also following that thread because @yatsan is doing better in his Journey in gambling investments that is running for almost 2 months now.
He is doing better now because bitcoin was bullish, he started investing last April 12 this year, and bitcoin that time closed at USD 6,971.09, while the current price is already over $10,000... that alone would already result a decent profit.

I do not think that you need additional self-control, because in this case you will lose all the fun. You need to find a way to build your coins in a safe way.
Yes, such a path can be slower, but the main thing in it is that the number of coins will increase and there will be more and more, as you want.
It is important to realize that in the event of gambling you risk reducing your volumes, which is unacceptable.
I think Op is a Gambler thats why he wanted to try His journey here in crypto gambling instead in Trading or Holding.

Trying reading back the OP, he is a gambler but he can't control the urge to gamble when he has the coins in his wallet.
He needs to learn how to control that, and that has been his problem.

This is bullshit.Look at this.

https://www.hbzcoin.com/

Delisted hbz from all exchanges. At their own request.Price went down 800%

And they offer a swap according to the current market price. Lips sealed

Time to say goodbye I guess, I'm just lucky I was able to dump most of my tokens before this news,.. I just checked in CMC now, and they are not listed anymore too. No exchange means no value for this token, and no future as well. Another failed project, Cry
They do not want to take the risk, so taking action like this to erase on all exchanges is a sign that they are fleeing even though the swap offer at the current price is unethical for hbz holders.

You are lucky to have thrown away before this news comes before it with this news maybe this project will die for so long,

What was the reason for delisting the coin, it is not a good move to swap the coins for zero value coin and the company should specify the price before swaping otherwise it is completely waste swaping. Defenitely the price of HBZ will decrease when they delist in all exchanges at a time.

No project would decide and tell the exchange to delist their coin, so let's assume that the exchange has delisted the coin since it did not pass the requirement, probably the coin has no or only has a very little volume, or their could be other factors that resulted to the delisting.
3550  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: June 01, 2020, 11:24:55 PM

That became the best because that 73-9 team lead the series by 3-1 against the Cavaliers. Then Cavs make a rally for 3 straight wins.

If only, the game is closed, it would never be the best but only notable because GSW is a 73-9 team.

That's the greatest comeback I have seen.

When Draymond Green was suspended in Game 5 of this particular series, that's the start of the momentum of the Cavaliers.
If Green was their, I think The Warriors had already finished the Cavaliers like they usually did.

All of these perks are tricks so that you can relax and feel at home. But you are not at home, you are in a casino that will gladly wrap you to the skin.
I like to relax more at home where I can control everything. I have no temptation to fill my stomach or drink alcohol, I control everything and therefore increase my chances of success.
I know the risk when going into the casino, however if I really like to have fun, I will just think and convince myself that I gamble to have fun and I willing to lose all my money that I have when going into casino. Let's say I'll  bring $2,000, I would just gamble and enjoy that money, if I win, that's another bonus but I'll make sure that even if I lose, I will always be contented with the entertainment I'm looking for.
3553  Economy / Speculation / Re: Some Interesting pump in BTC on: June 01, 2020, 01:11:17 PM
It's unpredictable because it's manipulated.

There was a recent study done by a group of economists that showed both gold and bitcoin markets were manipulated to drop in March.

With Bitcoin it was pointed out that bitmex had a lot to do with that crash. It's not bitcoin it self that crashed but one exchange did and that caused international panic.

I'm sure that 10 thousand will be broken soon. We are coming back to this telev too often and it weakens the resistance.
I don't think this recession or economic crash is mainly motivated to dump the bitcoin nor gold, it is only for the stock market because total market of stock market is comparatively huge with crypto market and gold didn't lose its value either.Bitcoin was affected due to the stock market crash but started to recover very soon after the pandemic attack.

I would say it has already recovered, we can see that on its performance this year so far.

https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/bitcoin/

If you check and compared the graph of stock market YTD, it's descending but look at our market, it's very impressive because we have recovered from a sudden and significant dump.

3554  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Pundi X - Any store can buy, sell and accept Cryptocurrency on: June 01, 2020, 09:18:30 AM
Many will say with great confidence that the price will never rise beyond 3 sats even when being pumped and dumped. The project is nearing the end stage of its long drawn out death after years of mismanagement by the Pundi X team.

I bought tokens at 24 sats had to sell it off at 20 because the price was dropping like crazy entered again at 3-4 sats and now again at a loss. I really hope that this time I will be able to cover my investment.

Their other project the FX chain is currently on the rise because of the testnet hype. I just hope that hype will eventually come into NPXS because a second loss would be too bad for my portfolio lol.

I have not invested on the FX chain, I just stick to their original coin which is NPXS, I would say it was a bad investment looking at the price right now, but do you think guys this still has a chance to rise again? form over 229 sats to 1 sat already.  Cry
3555  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Your Choice To Stay Longer Online Or Casinos on: May 31, 2020, 01:15:13 PM
I would choose in a physical casino, the longer you play the more you will have more fun as you will see a lot of people and you have a are in a good environment. While playing online, I could go for longer hours and sometimes short, but based on what I noticed, I tend to lose more when I play longer hours, so I would prefer to have a short gambling session.

online casinos brings different excitement compared to physical casinos though we both have purpose, but in the end, it depends on individual's preference.
3556  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: When you do think you can start betting in sportsbook again? on: May 28, 2020, 10:26:09 AM
Im really excited if it does happen and NBA announced that they will resume basketball games this July.
July? So meaning we need to wait one more month to witness the start of NBA again?

Hopefully it really continues, but im seeing increasing numbers of people getting infected so my guess that it would be still be tentative and if it resumes i may not bet in a few games because i need to see which team is still in condition and haven't loss their touches.
The increase of cases cannot be prevented anymore, especially in US where over 1 million of people are already infected, but business has to continue, otherwise USA's economy will just simply die without a fight, the current government would not allow that for sure as Trump himself is also a businessman so definitely he understands this.
3557  Economy / Speculation / Re: Some Interesting pump in BTC on: May 28, 2020, 10:05:33 AM
Cryptocurrency isn't dependent in the traditional market, and It never follows their economic movement. If there's a coincidence with both movements, it could be just an act of manipulation. As you noticed, we are currently experiencing an economic recession causes the GDP to fall in traditional market. But the cryptocurrency and Bitcoin remains in a strong level swinging in a safe region of $8,500 - $9,000 level.

That's true, there's a lot of situation where we see the market does not correlate with what is happening in the economy.
However, we really can't completely say or judge the crypto market since it's very unpredictable, sometimes it follow's the traditional market, sometimes it does the opposite.
3558  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Poll about lottery game on: May 28, 2020, 09:45:51 AM
3 and 33.3%.. that's my answer, if 3 people are playing with a total fo 33%, tat means they have at least 11% chances of winning, and in gambling regardless of what kind, more chance of winning attracts gamblers more.

Actually I am quit confuse about the question because in reality, lottery does only give a very low percentage to gamblers, lower than 1%, that's the chances of winning, and that's the reason why they can even accommodate millions of gamblers with sometimes no one wins in a single draw.
