3581  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2018 NBA Season on: May 10, 2018, 03:31:52 PM
As for the West side, GSW looks pretty good specially with Curry healthy and shooting is back in form. With KD always consistent and Klay doing his thing, plus Green with good defense and AI contributing nicely as well. So I will also go for GSW and eliminate the Rockets and face the Cavs once again.

Yesterday, I watched the Golden State Warriors' game against the New Orleans Pelicans. What you pointed out is correct. Kevin Durant has showed a lot of consistency during this season. Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson may be getting most of the points, but I believe that KD is having the most impact in the matches for GSW.

It's a team play. If the team wont work then they wont win.
That happened in game 4. Look at how incosistent everyone is if nothing is working on the team.

Philly and Ceptics though, have shown a great game. A lot of future can be seen for both sides of young players. If the players will stay then they can grow their chemistry and see to it that they will give a great game next season.

Congratulations to the Celtics. Their back again. They need a good game plan defending Lebron.
Lebron is the number 1 opponent here coming from Celtics, if only Hayward and kyrie can play then we will see a new line up that will give a new type of game that might give lebron a good fight, it will add a good challenge for cavs and provably some extra lift for the Celtics, this match up was my prediction before this season after I've heard the trade of kyrie and Hayward just not an good news when this two promising superstars got an injury and won't be able to help their teams coming this east finals, but even lebron have an edge we cant just forget how Boston played and how they reach this finals slot.

Well the celtics have been playing above par this playoff without kyrie and gordon with their young guns playing like seasoned vets. Though they could really use kyrie's experience now since they'll basically be playing against a team that hasn't been beaten in the east for a couple of years now. I'm excited to see though how the celtics will match against an obviously peaking lebron and cavs team
3582  Economy / Economics / Re: China ends term limits, Xi Jinping to rule China for life? on: May 10, 2018, 01:52:10 PM
In different countries, the attitude to bitcoin is completely different from the side of the government, so the time limits are being implemented in the United States, while in China they are abolished at all.

Well obviously xi isn't much fond of crypto considering china's stand over cryptocurrencies. The xi government also are having quite some issues with other countries including the us concerning territorial issues. I don't know how that would play out but it's likely that china's stand about crypto would be the least of our concern if their rift with other countried escalate
3583  Economy / Economics / Re: Any ideas of what we lack in crypto world? on: May 10, 2018, 01:47:51 PM
The world has been praying for advancement in technology and that is what Blockchain technology has come to do and give us a decentralized financial and economical system. We are going to have in future a system that will simplified things for humanity.  P2p financial system and transactions alone do bring people confident into our society.

Well basically crypto education needs to step up for us to frow more. Many people only see bitcoin as something to make quick profit on which of course is not the case. Information about blockchain and what it can do for the future should be spread more to counter all these negative talks about crypto being a scam or a bubble
3584  Economy / Economics / Re: Panic selling can contribute to bitcoin price going down? on: May 10, 2018, 01:44:58 PM
I need some opinion if panic selling can contribute of rapidly drop of the bitcoin price. If it is right how can we convince to the bitcoiners to not doing panic selling.

When the supplies increases the price of goods decreases and when the demand increases the price automatically increases. The same is with the Bitcoin where the panic selling is resulting into the price fall and to control the falling price people must be aware of it and should not do such panic selling but it's quiet impossible to make them understand.

It's expected if a lot of new blood comes in to the market. Even if you tell them about the volatility of what they're about to get into, experiencing your money drop first hand would make anyone not accustomed to btc panic. And with a lot of then doing the same thing, definitely the value of a coin will dump
3585  Economy / Economics / Re: Is small business ready to sell for cryptocurrency? on: May 10, 2018, 01:42:50 PM
What do you think, how many people are ready to sell their goods or services on crypto? Let's say that we have service which help quick and easy to build online store and sell for cryptocurrency. What kind of reasons can motivate people to start a crypto business?
There's some store that accept bitcoin as a payment and some country to are selling goods and accept bitcoin as a payment so I think crypto ready for that. And I think we need to consider some things what will be happen because crypto is volatile sometimes.

Well why not? Volatility works two ways anyway. I wouldn't mind if i have a store. The goods you've sold for btc or eth may be worth a lot more in a few weeks or a few months. Though of course you have to be ready for the downside of volatility as well but for me it' s worth it
3586  Economy / Economics / Re: Portfolio on: May 10, 2018, 01:40:42 PM
How many cryptos should Ihave in my portfolio? Are there one recommended diversification ( like having 3 or 4 coins) ?

Most newbie writes about getting Bitcon and Ethereum. But, I think it is too late. Instead of waiting them you can create a portfolio. So it is dangerous to go all in 1 coin and instead of going all in 1 coin you can diversify your coin between alternative ones and action will reduce risks significantly.

Well what's wrong with having btc and eth? It's not too late for these and among all othrr coins, these two would likely be the top coins to place your money on in 2 to 3 years. Many experienced hodlers have bulk eth and btc in their portfolios aloh with other alts for diversification
3587  Economy / Economics / Re: Would you rather see steady growth in Bitcoin or strong upward spikes instead? on: May 10, 2018, 01:37:51 PM
I actually like and prefer steady grow and progressive development than spike pricing. If cryptocurrencies is going to be adopted worldwide then it price must be stable and we must build confidence in it.  I have been trading cryptocurrencies since early last year and one thing that I have find out is that people and business are not adopting it as money which I think because of the spikes there are afraid.

Yup that's right. It's a little less volatility for bitcoin and it's healthier. The quick spike in price attracted a lot of people into bitcoin of course but it also gives people false promise of quick profit. With a more steady movement, those who plan to invest would need to make studies about what they're going to deal with
3588  Economy / Economics / Re: Digital Money = Cashless Society on: May 10, 2018, 01:32:47 PM
online shopping is already running in different countries, there is the possibility of all digital payments,
sometimes paper money will be replaced with digital money.

Well its happening already for several years starting from digital money like in the case if credit cards and the like. With the discovery of blockchain technology ,transaction becomes decetralized  and transaparent. Cryptocurrency helps a lot the in virtual currency to a new level.

Yeah that's right we're slowly getting there now. The companies and establishements that accept bitcoin, ether and other crypto coins are growing along with person to person transactions so we may be seeing a glimpse of how the future would be
3589  Other / Off-topic / Re: Some things to consider before starting a business on: May 10, 2018, 01:30:45 PM
if you are doing a job you do not know You should accept that you are taking the priority risk then the work and the history and the sales policy The lower the prices of our business should be so high that you are always in a job you do not know is inevitable
That’s why there is a saying that goes on to say that when your hobby is a business you can make it a success because you are always happy doing something that you really love.
Interest and happiness is the most important thing for starting a business, when we like something we really involve in it, and we put all our effort for it to make it succeed,  if you want to be an investor then invest on right time don’t sell it at panic and wait, I want to save my bitcoin, I want to invest as much as possible at low price and will hold it till the end for sure, then again will buy at low and hold for high.

Exactly. If you have much interest in what you're doing then everything will comr smoothly and naturally. Don't force it. If you can, deal in a business that you're fond of. It's going to be a lot easier. Don't think about the profit first since that will eventually come if your business grows
3590  Economy / Economics / Re: Banks offering only 1.3% interest rates for Savings Account on: May 10, 2018, 01:28:24 PM
It's ridiculous that the interest rate they give you is 1.3%, and the interest rate they charge to others may be 8% or even 10%. For years, the obvious fact is that you have to put money in the bank to devalue every day, because the interest rate you get can't resist the rate of inflation at all.

Since the times I started to deal with the cryptocurrency, I forgot about the banks and the credits. Crypto gives me enough not to do it. I love trading business.

Well its impossible to think of your savings as an investment. It would take forever for your capital to at least even have a decent profit. Banks are safe for your savings but it's stagnant. That's why many people prefer to make investments and do businesses instead
3591  Economy / Economics / Re: Can it be possible for the whole wide world use a single currency? on: May 10, 2018, 01:26:11 PM
I'm sure bitcoin must be able to dominate the world. all countries will use bitcoin as a legitimate transaction tool. but despite that. the world still will not be separated from paper money. because paper money can be made as a symbol or a sign of the country.

One of Bitcoin's main principles is that there are no borders it has to respect or abide by. It's one protocol that has no equal, and one that at the same time can't be stopped. It's pointless to focus on what paper money will be like by that time, we should only care about what matters for us, and that's slowly taking distance from dealing with fiat. Let countries have their paper money, we have Bitcoin, that's more than enough. In current times it requires only our smartphone to transact with others or buy our daily needs in stores. I could perfectly use Bitcoin as sole currency if it enjoyed more adoption and stability. Fiat is a mixture of state and corporation money, while Bitcoin is people's (everyone's) money.
very good input. with the bitcoin going to be one of the transactions, bitcoins and fiat currencies can go together without intercourse, they will have their mutual manifest. when fiat money can not reach inter-country transactions at low cost, we can take advantage of a bitcoin payment system, with minutes and no high fees
Yeah it is right that bitcoin has no borders and anyone can invest in bitcoin. It is the currency of the whole world and that’s why I can say that the whole world can use just one currency. It is good because the use of bitcoin is easy throughout the world. Payment is easy. Just transfer bitcoin from your wallet to the seller wallet in seconds and without any exchange.

It's a dream that probably have no chance of becoming real. Different countries have different beliefs and culture and having a common currencyay prove to be a problem since not everyone would be im agreement to certain aspects. It would be nice though but almost impossible
3592  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin as savings, emergency needs possible? on: May 10, 2018, 01:23:35 PM
Right now I would be more supportive to that idea, than the time, when Bitcoin was falling and falling again Wink It is good to have few
But that is the point when bitcoin was going up nothing has changed, bitcoin was still as good as it has always been, and then it started to fall but bitcoin was still the same bitcoin, what changed was the amount of money that people where willing to put into bitcoin, and if you want to save in bitcoin this is something that you will have to deal with.
you are right. if you keep the money you have in the form of bitcoin, there are only two possibilities, the money you have will decrease, or will increase. it is the real thing. although bitcoin is great for long-term savings, but do not use the money you need for this.

Yeah for savings, bitcoin would likely be a great idea though i think it would be a lot better if you have a separate emergency funds. It's pointless to have something volatile for your emergency funds since your emergency may come at a time when the price is very low
3593  Economy / Economics / Re: DO NOT SELL! JUST HODL - You've not loss any money if you haven't sold. on: May 09, 2018, 02:13:52 PM
Bitcoin dipped to 7500$ and i think now it is danger zone could go to 3000$-4000$ again.
Good chance for newcomers, sorry for those who bought bitcoin at 18,000$ an 11,000$ Cheesy

What do you think? How low bitcoin can go?

Just hodl it

Bitcoin could not low to much now, probably if you monitored the coin market  bitcoin is in boom position, and even the other cryptocoins also in green code, because of the bull run coming now this several month, actually bitcoin price is in $9K to 10K and its continue to rise in the blockchain market,so therefore its is the right time to buy now more bitcoin, and hold it because the price is still affordable and economically marketable.

Well regardless if it goes below 9 or 8k, i still won't sell. You have to be looking forward a year or two from now to realize that selling at this point would be a little regrettable. Especially if you bought in at a higher price. Bitcoin, ether, ripple, these coins are for long term holding and if you're currently at a loss, better up your patience and hold your horses
3594  Economy / Economics / Re: Will Bitcoin Experience More Price Volatility in 2018? on: May 09, 2018, 02:10:48 PM
I think bitcoin always fluctuate as the real estate market prices up and down at a slight fluctuations, and as if to create a real potential market for investors, you should not worry. Because this is the opposite we should be glad it worked
Volatility is a common thing in almost every investment assets and with Bitcoins it’s mostly due to the FUD and ban rumors that’s been circulating around on social media and from the media as well. If the investors don’t listen to to FUD and keep holding we are going to have less and less of price volatility.

Right. The volatility has always been there for the crypto market though of course with more people coming in, some doesn't even know what they're getting into, it will tend to be a little more volatile than a year or two ago.
3595  Economy / Economics / Re: You're not wealthy yet, so you're not allowed to be wealthy on: May 09, 2018, 02:08:07 PM
The rule that only accredited investors, which means people who are already wealthy, are allowed to participate in certain ICOs is senseless imo. It's like saying "YOU'RE NOT WEALTHY YET, SO YOU'RE NOT ALLOWED TO BE WEALTHY." Stupid society, with obsolete rules, we're living in.

Disclaimer: I'm not a US citizen, and I've not read that law

Actually, the only problem in the government is that, they are banning cryptocurrency in their country because of the drastic change of economy due to people who are preferring to invest on bitcoins more than placing their money on the banks and it reduce the fund of government.

Well with the number of icos considerably rising, it's one way to regulate them. Try being wealthy some other way since it's natural.to think that some people who are trying to be wealthy at the expense of other will resort to releasing bogus icos
3596  Economy / Economics / Re: How can we make this world economically better? on: May 09, 2018, 02:05:25 PM
we can make our economy better if all the people have work and can sustain all the needs of their family. imagine every citizen is paying their taxes, and the government is responsible enough to handle our taxes. we can make a difference and our economy will be better and we can solve the issue of poverty and many more. if we could only set aside our own interests and think of what we can do to others.
i agree, unemployment makes our country poor .Laziness is one of the factor too.If only we will work hard their will no jobless people and all have incomes.

Well we can only do so much on our part. The world's economy is too big for any person. Paying taxes, not being lazy, working right, all these are only for our part. Leaders have bigger parts to play. Corruption heavily drags down the world's economy
3597  Economy / Economics / Re: Is NOW the best time to buy or enter in bitcoin? on: May 09, 2018, 02:02:21 PM
of course, why not because the bitcoin price is currently down and I can buy bitcoin at a cheap price then I'll hold it and wait until the bitcoin price will increase again so I'll get a lot of profit

Actually if you think about it, anything beloe 10 or 20k would be a good point to enter IF you're looking at a long term holding. Bitcoin is seen to go way beyondthat in a couple of years so if you've up for it, accumulate btcs now.
3598  Economy / Economics / Re: What if all the governments of the country united to strictly prohibit the exist on: May 09, 2018, 01:46:40 PM
Perhaps one day with the current bitcoin advances, bitcoin digital currencies will be an international currency for all countries, and make it easier for every human to make transactions between countries when going to another country.
if it happens in the future it will certainly affect the paper money that exists around the world, whereas we know when the banknotes have a lot of history and symbolize the diversity of a country with other countries.
if that happens, surely the government will not remain silent on the matter, there will be an agreement between state governments to immediately close the bitcoin network to the world.
what will you do if you have a lot of bitcoin.

That's a nice idea but for me it will not happen...  Yes probably a lots of country prohibit the use of cryptocurrency in their country...  But still they cant control everyone of us to stop it...  Bitcoin is not illegal nor scam...  So if government banned it for me it will probably the worst problem of every crypto user...  But as long as the time of bitcoin today is not against us...  Don't worry about it...  But incase it happen we need to depend the uses of crypto until the government realize it...  Hoping that soon they will get thia point...

Let's face it, if all governments illegalize crypto, it will not survive. For whatever reasons the governments may have if that happens, it will start a massive decline and people will avoid being into bitcoin. Thise who would prefer to still use it will have an extremely hard time and market will shrink.
3599  Economy / Economics / Re: When will the market turn and start growing again? on: May 09, 2018, 01:42:52 PM
As soon as everyone starts shouting about the lowly in one voice and the collapse of the exchanges, then the market will unfold. This will say that those who used to shop earlier started selling the crypt. At this time, large players will buy crypto currency from nervous people, and when bought up, news agencies and TV will begin to generate a positive background for crypto-instruments. A new rally will begin without those who left the concert.
It has been like this ever since, get use to it guys, price will rise periodically fallowed by price correction. That is what makes cryptocurrency different from other potential investment in the market. It also makes it more interesting because it can give you higher profit. Just trust your investment and do not panic on dips, because you do not loose if you do not sell at low price.

Yeah it simply is not for people with weak self control and composure. Though if you think about it, it's not that complicated. The market drops, then it recovers then repeats the process. Right now we're in a little correction but bet on it that we'll touch that 10k soon.
3600  Economy / Economics / Re: A wise strategy for your bitcoin on: May 09, 2018, 01:39:56 PM
Hello everyone, I want to share about my strategy with bitcoin and I need your advice.
So the example is, I've buy bitcoin in price $2000/btc with amount $750 so I have 0.375 btc. When the price climb to $4100/btc, I sell my 0.184 btc to get my first capital and get $754.4 and 0.191 btc left .then when the price dump again to around $3900, I buy it again with my $754.4, so I get 0.193xxx btc and  my total btc is 0.384xx. With my $750 I can keep increase my bitcoin with this strategy. So what do you think. Am I doing right with my bitcoin? Or you have any advice. Please explain.

The market prices is always depending on the demand and supply of every coin so try to invest when the prices is dumping and sell it again when the market price is increasing in order to earn more profit.

Man, here you are absolutely right. However, even the guys that were not in time to buy Bitcoins before as they did not have the money, can do it now.

Well it's good that you are able to strategize and that's quite sound. Though i think for that to work you should have the luxury of money to hold for a while since your target may not get hit in a short time. This is one thing that all of us have to understand. To be able to make a good strategy for something as volatile as this market, you sbould have expendable money that you can afford to forget
