3581  Economy / Economics / Re: Why the world really needs virtual currencies on: August 08, 2017, 08:15:31 AM
I also think of this and I think I can share my opinion about this one.

Since we are in a world where "virtual" is being attached, the digital world is coming into an end. As you can read and see on the newspapers and the news there are a lot of technology today that is being linked to virtual world. An example is the virtual world, I know most of us here heard of it, especially anime lovers. We are going straight into a world where we can stay at home still we can do what we are usually doing and that is how it is connected to virtual currencies.

There will come a time when people don't really hang out, but hang out online. Talk to other people, go to other places but in reality, they are at their houses. The future will really make you think and make you excited.
3582  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: bitcoin is unstoppable on: August 08, 2017, 07:34:55 AM
even when attacked from the inside by blockstream/core it just forks and offers two chains. at least one will continue delivering p2p electronic money to the people with low fees.  maybe both?  we'll see. Smiley
People leave bitcoincash because their block is still not perfect, so they prefer to go back to bitcoincore. And I'm sure bitcoin will reach $ 4000 by the end of this year  Wink

I think they did not leave bitcoin cash because of their blocks not being perfect. I think it is more like they use Bitcoin Cash so they can earn more bitcoin.

I think this is also the reason bitcoin' s price is making another good leap. I wonder how long will the price go like that, we all know that bitcoin will be experiencing another issue which is the debate on November.

3584  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How does Bitcoin looks like? on: August 06, 2017, 11:32:28 PM
Hi!! A am brand new here. I know bitcoin is a virtual currency , but has anyone already portrayed an imaginary design of Bitcoins? How does should it look like if ever? Like in the games in the internet that i see. The coin incentives or prizes looks like gold. Others have designs too and. If it would be a physical money, should it look like gold?

The truth is I don't want bitcoin to have it's own physical coin I mean what will happen to it's decentralization right?

But you are just asking a portrait, a imaginative layout of the "might be" physical coin. I think it will be having a good look if it looks like a gold portraying it's value or price. In terms of it's design, I think I want the sign of Bitcoin and besides it the name of it's creator, Satoshi Nakamoto.
3585  Economy / Economics / Re: Wasn't that good to use bitcoin as your lifetime asset? on: August 06, 2017, 11:08:09 PM
Please help me make clear idea about how good bitcoin is to be a digital asset as we become old in the future, and this served as our lifetime asset same as pension when your retire from your current job at the age of 60.

If you are planning to make bitcoin a digital asset, it is good because every year it's price and value are making a huge pump. If you will be looking at the price chart of 2016 and you compare it to the price of these year, you can see a huge price increase.

I think it will depend on your age now and how much are your bitcoins that you are planning to hold? I think if you will be holding 100 bitcoins and set it still for 20 years, I think that is worth it.
3586  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what do you think the ideal supply of a coin should be? on: August 06, 2017, 10:37:07 PM
And best way to regulate .  I love this question.  Economics 101

There is a lot of alternate coins that do these kind of thing so they can increase the value of their coins.

I like the coin wherein it starts as a big supply of coin, but still, it depends on the ICO or how much did they get from the investors. While the coins, it is being reduced little by little making the value higher while it last longer. I dont remember the name of that altcoin.
3587  Economy / Economics / Re: transition FIAT to DIGITAL? on: August 06, 2017, 03:48:02 PM
how will people adapt change from FIAT CURRENCY to DIGITAL CURRENCY like BITCOIN? Huh

This is not new. I used a digital currency as a payment method. Instead of bringing cash, I choose to carry a card or a mobile phone. It's quite lightweight and safe. So the transition from FIAT to DIGITAl is being adapted and used by many people
So when create the Bitcoin, Satoshi Nakamoto not say it is digital currency, he say Bitcoin is cryptocurrency. But the definition cryptocurrency of Satoshi until today I can't understand it Cheesy. Maybe the cryptocurrency is currency decentralization and not have anyone can control it.

But he said that it will be widely used and the volume of the traffic will increase the reason it needs a solution. That case he knows what will happen and also his predictions and goals to bitcooin.

For me, cryptocurrency and digital currency has the same difinition they just have a different terms.
3588  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: A question for Bitcoin holders about BitcoinCash on: August 06, 2017, 03:37:35 PM
When the blockchain hard forked, I did not care about splitting my coins. But when I saw it was trading at more than $500, I decided to split them later and to wait for the price to go higher. But the price dived and now I regret it.

What about the rest of you, have you already dumped?

I want to wait for the price pump because there are a lot of humors that is spreading that BCC is having a good price. So after I got some I store it in my wallet.

After that I read some of the comments here about the fork and the new alt coin and was surprised by it. I quickly send my BCCs in an exchanger and sold it. It may not be that good price because I don't have a lot of bitcoins but getting some BTCs for free is amazing. So yeah, I dumped my Bitcoin Cash because the users are not interested in it.
3589  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: There is only one Bitcoin! on: August 06, 2017, 02:49:17 PM
I appreciate your true love for bitcoins. Indeed all bitcoin lovers should stay away from this fake coin. It just appears like bitcoins but hell different from original bitcoins. You are going to enjoy a great profit soon because bitcoins are going to rise further in the coming months and years.

I am really confused right now. We all know that it has the same (sort of) name but very different beside that. What I am saying is, when someone say "original bitcoin" I think which one? Bitcoin Cash or the Bitcoin we currently use?

Bitcoin Cash was based on Satoshis bitcoin so we can say that it is the original, on the other side bitcoin is the coin that we used since the start so that is the original. For me, it is confusing to tell which is the original.
3590  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Block and Node.. Do they mean the same thing ??? on: August 06, 2017, 12:33:30 PM
Node: A full node is a program that fully validates transactions and blocks. Almost all full nodes also help the network by accepting transactions and blocks from other full nodes, validating those transactions and blocks, and then relaying them to further full nodes. (bitcoin.org)

Block: Transaction data is permanently recorded in files called blocks. They can be thought of as the individual pages of a city recorder's recordbook (where changes to title to real estate are recorded) or a stock transaction ledger. Blocks are organized into a linear sequence over time (also known as the block chain). New transactions are constantly being processes by miners into new blocks which are added to the end of the chain and can never be changed or removed once accepted by the network (although some software will remove orphaned blocks). (en.bitcoin.it)

It seems you haven't been reading well enough  Tongue

You can't blame someone for not reading thise article, all of the newbies do the same thing whenever they join a forum especially like this forum.

Also, you are saying that he seems to be not reading well enough, but I think you've read it well but not understand it. Copying from those sites are great but understanding them will be great.
3591  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Cryptocurrencies: Role in decreasing/lowering crime rates. on: August 06, 2017, 11:11:03 AM
Good day! I would like to get some of your insights regarding the role of cryptocurrencies in possibly lowering crime rates acrros the globe. It was foreseen that a cashless trading system will be established in the future, meaning zero cash! Being said, since cash will be obsolete and scratched out of the scene, do you think that crime rates will decrease?

Crimes do not change online or offline. The thing is most of the criminals online are little population than in criminals offline. But if we are talking about online or the digital currency, I doubt that Crime activities will be increasing. Most of the digital currencies can still be tracked so you can say that online transactions are not safe. So yes, I think that Crime will decrease and if someone will be trying to do a crime online, I think it is mostly fraud.
3592  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will bitcoin cash price bottom out before bitcoin bct segwit activation? on: August 06, 2017, 08:55:02 AM
I think segwit activation wont push the price to go down, i bealive the price will go higher and higher.

BCC or Bitcoin Cash I think will go down easily because the users are just getting them so they can sell it in exchangers, the only problem is there are still some issues because there are still some risks. As you can see the price chart of Bitcoin Cash now, it is going lower and more lower than ETH now.

I don't think it will get higher again above the price of ETH.
3593  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Whether your dream can you buy with the bitcoin you have now? on: August 06, 2017, 06:18:08 AM
I just ask a fad question only  Roll Eyes Tongue Grin. Are the things you dreamed of before you can realize with the amount of bitcoin you have now?
I personally have a dream to buy a car and I am determined to realize my dream after the amount of bitcoin I suffice to buy it  Cool Cool Cool

Dreaming is not a bad thing, it is even done by many people so they will be inspired in their careers, the only problem is they are dreaming too much and they are desperate about that dream making it the reason of their failure. My dream is to be successful in my career but I think it is not earning bitcoin but my career in the real world.

But I also want to save here so I can buy something out of it, for example my own house or my own car. Now I can't still buy or afford it.
3594  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What to do with cash from sales on: August 06, 2017, 04:55:43 AM
Hi guys, what do you guys normally do with the monies? keep it in exchange for future purchases or transfer it to your bank account.

And if the latter do you then put it in the fixed deposits for stable interest rates?

What money? you mean our coins? I store it in my bitcoin wallet, for now I am saving it into a exchanger because there are some times where I really need money and I just cash out some when I do. When I need money I do transfer them to my bank account.
3595  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: what is PRIMEDICE on: August 06, 2017, 03:33:15 AM
As far i know its a betting site where anyone can bet with their coin.I just wanted to know how to have idea about it and is there any site like this and is it wise decision to participate as newbie

Primedice is one of the most popular and long running bitcoin gambling site. Unlike other gambling sites, it just offer one game which is the dice game. You are a newbie of what? A newbie to gambling sites or a newbie to dice games? If you are a newbie to gambling, then I suggest you make your money useful and productive thank betting your money into something risky which cannot give you a sure profit.

But if you really want to gamble, here is their site : Click Here

If you just want to know more about them, I  googled it for you : Click Here.
3596  Economy / Speculation / Re: Does the current ATH price reflect Segwit? on: August 05, 2017, 12:43:28 PM
Or do you think it will go higher?

Or lower when whales buy bitcoin cash at bottom out prices?

Even if whales buy Bitcoin Cash, I don't think it will affect the price of Bitcoin. Many users are expecting Bitcoin to develop in time and this is just Bitcoin's first step. In November there will be another debate and then again another panic will happen because there might be a fork that might happen.

I think now people are just enjoying the aftermath of the panic and I know before Novermber, it will be having an ATH higher than $3000.
3597  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: BCC value? on: August 05, 2017, 09:49:17 AM
Going on 24 hours and my bcc is now at 11/20 confirmations. Even the most worthless shitcoin moves 100x better.

But guys... those big buyers will not let dump this coin... i saw many big buy orders filled... they are accumulating to make it high again i think... dont u ?

They are the big buyers, they can afford to lose the reason why they can do that. We are just the bunch of normal investors, we depend on how the charts go than them that they can change the value of one's digital currency. Don't try to do what they are doing, try to do what you can do and you can afford.

If you think of it, they can make it high again and can make it dump again, that is how they roll. They can take advantage of the investors below them.
3598  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: TIPs for those newbies and friends who will join together a campaign on: August 05, 2017, 06:41:17 AM
Reason for creating this thread lets say I gotten into a issue and I want evryone to be informed and a furure reference as well.

- I want to share tips that you should do and not do

-for newbies and some users that is still studying about bitcointalk.org

-if you joined the same time with your friends here and this thread is for you

1. Don't join a campaign together with friends (some campaign maneger might accused all of you as one user) and I think like me your reasons of joining a campaign together is so you and your friends can go out with money in your hands the same time help your family.

There is no common sense if someone will accused you and your friends as one user because I know before newbies joined they already know that they should not have join a campaign with one person with 3 or more accounts in a one campaign because its cheating plus some will literally ban you or your effort will go to waste.

2. Talk with your friends about posting in which forum you should post/ Posting style. Because like I did, I mentioned this that someone should look at our posting style that this would be the proof that we are different individuals but it did not.

(If you someone will plan about making multi-account and planning to do my tips for a bad couse don't you dare because you might get caught even you joined different campaigns from different accounts, you dont know someone literally from bitcointalk.org may get you.)

3. Fight if you get falsely accused for the right even if you dont have a big amount of proof.  But if you want to let go its up to and your friends that is falsely accused.

I think you're post is like a shout out to someone who is accusing or charging you something that you did not do. Also, newbies don't do that because as you've said, they are newbies, how can they do know that unless they are current member of the forum that is just making another account to earn more bitcoins.

Number three is an obvious act, someone can even get banned but can still fight for their accounts and can get unbanned sometimes. This is a lesson to everyone and other member that are planning to do the same. But I think joining a campaign with your friend is not that bad. I mean we don't talk much unless we are suggesting Signature or Bounty Campaigns to each other.
3599  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: bitcoin split on: August 05, 2017, 05:36:41 AM

I am just wondering if Satoshi Nakamoto anticipated the split of two BITCOIN?

He did not, what more is Satoshi Nakamoto did not like the activation of SegWit into his digital currency because he is dreaming something else for it. And what he is dreaming is now on another alternative coin and that is Bitcoin Cash.
3600  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Fuck BitcoinCash on: August 05, 2017, 01:52:06 AM
Please Read

I've been wanting to earn more money through the use of Bitcoin. I've invested most of my money to these digital currencies. I am a student so a few coins for you is a lot for me. I've bought .15BTC last week the bitcoin price dump back to one thousands. I stored it to my Electrum wallet and just after the fork I've installed Electron wallet and copied my private key there. Now the BCC wallet in Bittrex is done and I want to sell my BCC but I've found out that when I transact my BCC, my BTC will do the same, please be careful and don't do same mistake as I did.

Sorry for your loss, but did you follow the instructions that theymos posted here in the forum?

First off, what are you using, a laptop? Or an android phone? You said that you are using Electrum and Electronic Cash which is said to have a risk using the two at the same time. Can you cancel the transaction? From what you've stated, you did not send your bitcoins another wallet, so I think that is your mistake.
