Your transaction is already confimed. But I think there is another problem. You have sent ETH from an exchange. You should always send ETH from a wallet which you know the private key.

I got this error when I sent a token from etherdelta to mew. after getting this error my tokens were on etherdelta. Most probably your tokens are now on the address which was used by the first exchange.

Most  probably some of exchanges will give you the Bitcoin Gold as they gave people their Bitcoin Cash too. But it's better to move all your bitcoins to an address which you know its private key

I expected this when people got Bitcoin Cash. I wonder why it didn't happened after past fork on August 1. So I doubt it.

I don't think so. in past fork on August 1, there were some poeple sell their their bitcoins because they were worry to lose them. despite of this. Bitcoin price rised. This time, with what people learned,  there will be smaller number of people sell their bitcoins. So I except the price to rise very much.

I think it's possible. But it takes long time to happen. Bitcoin has reached 4000 dollar from fee cents. So 1 million dollar is not a fiction.

Since the price is determined by supply and demend, there is no limit. High demand and low supply cause the price to increase. buyers and sellers determine price as much as they want.
