The notoriously volatile cryptocurrency bitcoin has fallen to its lowest price this month after rallying in the first week of November and then crashing by more than $1,000 on Thursday and Friday.
The price of a single bitcoin is down 4.53 per cent at $6,272.24, according to Coindesk's aggregate index, a level it hasn't reached since the end of October.
Bitcoin surged to an all-time high of almost $7,900 on Wednesday, before dropping by more than $1,000 in 48 hours.
The surge was prompted by the suspension of a software upgrade that could have split bitcoin into what's called a "fork".
The most recent slump came as some traders dumped it for a clone called bitcoin cash, which has seen its value soar in the last few days: it's price is now up by 54 per cent to $1,247.

I don't think an altcoin which is the result of Bitcoin fork can be a threat for bitcoin. Miners just created Bigcoin Cash to make more profit and now they are making it. Soon everything will become normal and cause more people believe in bitcoin.

I don' think Bitcoin Gold will fall very much. In my opinion many people will hold their bitcoin Gold as they regret don't want repeat the mistake they made when they received Bitcoin Cash. But I agree with bitcoin price rise and Bitcoin Cash fall.

Buy now, the price add $100 on it's price currently just saying. When you would like to buy? Don't expect a lot with this correction, bitcoin has been moving with a lot of pumps and corrections. But those corrections aren't taking so long and this can happen for a week or two but in return to the correction. The rise will be better than it's correction, we saw it for many times. Yes, I think now its a very good time to buy BTC as much as everyone can afford. I personally don't expect the price to fall anymore. Even if the price falls more, soon it will rise again and can hit a new all time high. It is exactly what has happened every time after the price fall and it will happen again. Better to buy BTC right now. |

altcoins needs a stabil bitcoin for rise. altcoins wont go high until bitcoin complate its correction. it is neccessary. just dont panic i think
Yes, whenever bitcoin rises or drops altcoins falls. Before the fork Bitcoin was rising but altcoins were falling. After cancellation of the fork bitcoin started to fall and now altcoins are falling more. |

This is going to be huge man, a lot of people are hyping bitcoin and this is going to make the price go up like crazy, i think that this is the perfect moment to be in bitcoin because a lot of people are investing their funds into it very quickly.
I dont think that it is going to happen in five years from now, but of course that it is really going to happen, but in a few years from now, maybe more than five.
Cryptos are being adopted very quickly during those days, i dont know why there are so good rumours.
There is a high possibility that it will happen. In 2017 we have seen that, bitcoin is becoming more important for governments. We might entering a new era. 5 years from now is a long time and every thing is possible. |

To be honest, I can not see that big drop in the price of bitcoin. Rather it has remained stable above $7,000 despite the remarkable swing caused by the news yesterday. I will never consider a wise decision to change our valuable bitcoins for any altcoin. In any case, if you plan to invest in altcoins, buy them with ethers or fiat money, not with bitcoins.
This is exactly what I am doing. I buy some altoins as much as I can afford And I still holding my valuable Bitcoins. Seems that bitcoin price will not drop as there is no panic selling. The community believe in bitcoin very much. It cause the the price to not drop. |

It is exactly same as what happend after Bitcoin Cash fork. After people got their free Bitcoin Cash. I personally expected the bitcoin price to fall. It didn'g happend and the situation seems to be the same although there was no free coins this time.
