Read the AICoin whitepaper if you can. The way they handle tokens is the most appealing I have seen to date.
In general I try to assert whether or not there is a real/functional product to be had in the future. I also try to assert whether or not the ICO founders have an incentive to run with the funds instead of completing or working on their product.
I will certainly read it, thank you so much! I have a doubt: how would you assert whether or not the founders will run with the funds?  I mean, that's totally not our intention... but this is a question that I always put on myself since I started thinking about it.... It's difficult and definitely not fool-proof. But generally I try to gauge the probability of a product being deployable and creating revenue in the near future, try to assert how much revenue/profits that would make and then compare it against the potential funding received through an ICO or similar. If there's is substantially more money to be had in the near future by simply working on the promised project, then that's a huge plus for me when making decisions regarding an investment. As to measure the advantages and disadvantages, if you want to include ico who have insensitive and funds are interested so that the product they are also there's reciprocity is at getting insensitive and true if there are funds for investment better it looks like. Hello guys, we have recently launched a new platform https://bmybit.com/ that makes automated trading across multiple exchanges. We have already established connections with Bittrex, Poloniex, and Gdax and we do not ask for a deposit as we do not hold your funds. You just need to input your APIs from exchanges and then you will be able to trade on different exchanges by using one solution only. The registration on https://bmybit.com/ is free and it will always be like that, but the next 100 users that will register before the launch of our token will get our services forever for free. Because of the nature of the market and in order to be fully transparent with our users, we have decided to develop the actual services before issuing our token.

I am planning, together with my company, to launch a new token that will be used for: - paying the services we offer through our platform - representing a portion of the company's equity and pay dividends to the future holders of the token The token we are releasing will be Ethereum based, but I have studied Multichain as well... and it seems interesting too... suggestions? Hello guys, I am following a previous post in which I asked you for some feedback regarding the new platform I am launching https://bmybit.com/BmyBit offers PATS, an automation for trading digital assets across multiple platforms - currently Bittrex, Poloniex, and GDAX - with the aim of increasing their number asap. PATS uses APIs interconnections and so we do not hold your funds!! (your APIs are safely stored on our servers - WE CARE ABOUT SECURITIES MORE THAN FEES). Hello! The system automatically buy and sell depending by the initial choice of the users. Users will determine the initial amount for trading, the risk assumed, the minimum profits expected by every trade, and a lock-in profits level. Depending by user's decisions, the system will start placing orders to buy and to sell. Also, we provide 6 predictive indices for forecasting the value of the assets, an alarm, and we will release arbitrage between exchanges soon. We also plan to increase the number of exchanges connected to our service. We do not need your 2FA but you will have to put your APIs from exchanges in your personal settings in order to activate the system. By doing this we do not hold funds of people, it means that we cannot steal any money! Our team is composed by securities experts and we are very concerned about the storage of your personal data. So far, we had no problems with that! We are currently working for changing the UI/UX of the registered users... we did not find a good UI/UX expert from the beginning so our expert is currently working on it! Please be a little patient with it! I would appreciate your suggestions and feedback and to seeing you on our platform soon! |

I wish you luck and if you can pull this off you will be very very rich! The problem i see is they will freeze funds when they see this movement going around or do other things to stop it. These exchanges are not fans of you profiting this way. Hopefully I'm wrong.

The thing is that the systems will trigger and execute orders from your accounts... so I do not think that the exchanges will be able to spot that (and moreover I will increase their profits too as they will collect more fees from their customers!). Before launching it I would collect some feedbacks from you, experienced altcoins holders.
