361  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Where to switch my gpu's on: December 03, 2012, 09:03:24 PM
i agree that ltc mining is sort of destroying the cards, atleast thats the case with me.
so far the best option is to stay mining bitcoin, and selling cards after asics.

cheers

LTC is so demanding on cards, that i could not even stabilize my 4 x HD 5870 setup, which runs just great on BTC, TRC.

I am curently redeeming loyality points in coinlab, mining TRC too with another rig, just to mine BTC, is not profitable any more for me. Until when i get my litte single from BFL.
364  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: 25BTC reward but.. no drop in hash rate! on: December 01, 2012, 02:19:24 PM
Mining until coinotron offers loyality points to redeem.
365  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: 25BTC reward but.. no drop in hash rate! on: November 30, 2012, 04:27:16 PM
Some drop already observed ~24TH now, interesting, how low will it drop?

It appears that many has free or cheep electricity. For me, its two 5870's on free electricity and one 7970 downclocked to draw 200W totaly with hole rig at home. At home i ~ 0, because i have to pay for electricity anyway. This is just slightly higher than without 24/7 PC running on 200W.
367  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [ANN] CoinLab Protected Pool on: November 29, 2012, 06:43:40 AM
So is it possible now to mine on redeem pool and redeem those loyality points, or is it necesary to wait for hpc client?
368  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: PPC/TRC exchange on: November 29, 2012, 12:24:09 AM
1. You need to make a Google Authentication account

2. Set up Google Authentication app on your Smart phone

3. Take a picture of the QR code on the exchange website

4. You should now have a 2 Step Verification code on the phone app

5. Put the code into the exchange to withdraw your money

Hope that helps

How this is possible with windows client, i have no smartphone, but want to trade PPC?TRC and withdrawal funds too. tryed windows client, but that did not workd.

372  Other / Off-topic / Re: Butterfly Labs November Update (ASIC Chips are "flawed". Delays.) on: November 28, 2012, 09:56:45 AM
It seems not everyone is understanding that even BFL cant predict all problems that may have. Yes, they promised to deliver in october, but that was way long time ago and different problems can and is appearing. Be patient, if not, request payemnt, cant see any problem here.
373  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [ANN] CoinLab Protected Pool on: November 27, 2012, 04:46:46 PM
Got the payment, if the normal pool is switching to 95% too, than i am going to pool who has instant payouts for now. When the client will be ready and it will be possible to redeem loyality points, than i will return Smiley

375  Other / CPU/GPU Bitcoin mining hardware / Re: 2 PSU's How to connect? on: November 26, 2012, 06:17:36 AM
Usually switching power supplies don't work or work very bad if you connect their + pin(s) together (if they work, one will win the war, unless you connect their bypass/whatever feedback pins together). You should have only ground (black wires) connected, anything yellow/red/orange should never meet in same board ( you said partly ).

Yes, from the beggining both psu's was connected with + , now when the minuses is connected, everything works fine.

If its holidays for them, than we just have to wait, cant do anything more right now.
377  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: BTCFPGA bASIC updated from 54GH/s to 72HG/s on: November 24, 2012, 08:57:53 PM
I hope BFL does NOT try to match this new speed. I'd rather get the new device in my hands first and let them worry about trying to increase the speed later when things have settled down. But competition is a good thing. Congratulations.
Quote BFL_Josh: "We haven't decided specifically which way we want to make things even up with competitors products yet, but we have a lot of options and we will match competitors products that actually ship. We will not leave BFL customers behind the curve when it comes to hardware".

If BFL will do that , that would be great. From the other hand, that could take more time. Wait and see.
