361  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does crypto market decline affect your gambling? on: March 18, 2018, 09:37:57 AM
Approximately 50 of the largest cryptoes on the market showed a large drop in value. But within a few hours, it recovered. While Bitcoin, and some altcoins such as Ethereum, Dash, and 10 other altcoins in the global market have even gone back up. for the crypto gamblers it had a huge impact on their bets

Only those who gamble with cryptos are affected on this thing specially with bitcoin. The price drop is hurting their habit, they should place more coins to meet their desire value which is not good for them. Well, in the first place its really risky to gamble but they still playing then let them feel this thing.
Certainly, the declination of crypto always affect gambling and particularly in terms of profit if ever you will win the game. Because the betting quantity should be increase in order to win more, unlike if the market value of bitcoin is high then we only need to bet a low quantity since it already have gaining bigger value.
362  Economy / Economics / Re: How many people in the world know about bitcoin? on: March 18, 2018, 08:28:36 AM
Estimated number of all the world's population in 2017 about 7.5 billion. Not many of the world's population really know and understand about bitcoin. A lot of bitcoin advertisement in the internet world and various kinds of media are popping up. They just look at it, whereas the desire to get to know bitcoin deeper  is less interest. So my opinion about people that really know and explore bitcoin is only about 5% of the total population.
Yes, there is no specific data that tells the number of bitcoin users in the whole world, but i think maybe 1/4 of the whole population uses bitcoin and a little of fraction of that doesn't have an interest. In the near future i believe that almost entire world uses bitcoin as a replacement of regular money for our world continue advancing its technology for the changes of humanity.
363  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why aren't there more women in Bitcoin? on: March 18, 2018, 04:29:09 AM
Because women are too busy doing their household, so they don't have a few time to access bitcoin.  Taking care of their children and doing a lot households have taken most of their time,  and then make them exhausted. I guess those might be the reason why women are not in bitcoin. They prefer use the rest of their time to take a rest instead of involving in bitcoin.
Yes, that is a probable reason that they mostly prioritise household activity than setting on the corner for working on crypto, and with my observation of why there are many men than women because mostly men are gambler minded that can handled decision over unpredictable result.
364  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: When do you know its time to Stop? on: March 17, 2018, 11:20:05 PM
If you have a high tendency to not stop until busting, then I came across these tips which do help:

  • Don't put all your available bankroll directly in the game (in case you're using deposits). Leave always at least half outside as a security measure if you go bust.
  • One must stop after reaching a certain goal, The goal should be predetermined and shouldn't be changed during the play.
  • If you're doing really good, withdraw part of your earnings (if you can, ofc) to avoid losing it all in one go.

Having a big bankroll can make you feel falsely safe in that "oh I'll just keep increasing my bet until I win" but alas, the 30 reds in a row do exist, and will come. Do not let them take it all.

The goal you make should be realistic and firm, Don't change it or else be prepared to face bad consequences.

You gotta fight back the voice that screams inside your brain "Come on, double again and we recover!".

It's time to stop when you monitor your situation you have to stop. Specially when you are losing the game. You have to control yourself So that you will not be a loser always. And if you're winning the game you have to set aside for your family so that your family needs is secured. You have a savings for them. I have to be smart and brave to face the future,

Its time to stop when you've lost a lot, a time like that should you already know that it's your time to stop. If you can control yourself, you will understand when to stop, especially if you make a limit before gambling, you can certainly make it easier for you to know when to stop.
Even though we don't have set a limitation in gambling but still we know if it is good to stop or not because its an instinct of us to feel every unfavorable situation, like in gambling i think we know that if we encounter a successive lose then we should have to stop, regardless of our alibi of gaining some fun and entertainment because it will lead us only to addiction since we want to get back all of what we have lost, so we will continue until our last resort.
365  Economy / Economics / Re: Can Bitcoin Volatility Be Controlled? on: March 17, 2018, 11:37:35 AM
I think you can, we all know that top exchanges like binance, bithumb, okex and so on are the ones that dominate bitcoin transactions, it certainly makes them suspect of price manipulation, but I'm sure that price manipulation is certainly for profit.
No, bitcoin volatility is hard to control because its changes is certainly affected by people's activity on how they will do about buying and selling. Basically the changes of supply and demand of every coins is the reason of coins price volatility.
366  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin loose its popularity? on: March 16, 2018, 10:10:56 PM
Can't see btc losing it's popularity, even if scaleability solutions aren't implemented, for example, and it never becomes popular in a mainstream sense, btc will still hold onto to it's faithful followers that were heavily invested even before all the crazy growth. The reason is because those followers believe in the purpose of btc and its core and aren't concerned with the majority's perception of it.
I believe if btc will still have popularity in the next few years, because now this btc is still a coin sought by many people to gain profit, so I think btc experiencing loose it will be very difficult.
Yes, its impossible for bitcoin to lose its popularity since we know that in crypto world the bitcoin is the main actor and all other coin is just a supporting actor. Even if the value of bitcoin is now diving for almost half compared to previous month but still more people from every corners of the world gain profit due to its volatility and with that reason alone the bitcoin is still the king of all coins in crypto world and will never end its popularity.
367  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can trading be considered as gambling?? on: March 16, 2018, 02:51:26 PM
Trading and gambling are similar in that they both attempt to create a capital gain, over a relatively short period of time, without creating new wealth. If I am a shoemaker, then my efforts create a pair of shoes that someone else can wear (new wealth), while I earn an income from cobbling. When I am a trader or gambler, I may earn an income, but there is no additional wealth created.

Why do you say that it is similar? We all know that it is not similar at all. By using the same logic, you could probably say that there is no need for us to work anymore as we could gamble? Trading is a full time job for somebody and they are definitely not messing around with it, if it is a gambling then it doesnt have to be a considered a job
Trading is a sort of gambling it is also lowered risk compared to gambling. Yeah, I agreed with that trading is having similarities to the gambling because putting money to invest is just like gambling you didn't know what will happen next.
Is trading a job? and my answer is no that not a kind of a job it is a small version of gambling.

If trading is some sort of gambling then you should just buy whatever it is on the market and pray that it will be up in the future but no trading doesnt work like that. We need to make some sort of technical and fundamental analysis to make sure we are executing the right order rather than buy whatever and pretend it is 100 % gamble

Well at some point, I still believe that trading have some sort of the characteristics of gambling. Why?
Because trading also depends on the decision of people involved and the things being traded. Just like gambling, we are not sure of how will the trade go.

I disagree with you, the only thing that Trading is similar to gambling is that you are risking your money, but not like gambling, trading is more beneficial since the possibility of having a profits is bigger than the possibility of losing profits. Trading is a sure win, and it is worth to risk our money on it than trying gambling in the first place.
Yes, i agree that trading has a similarity to gambling, not on the way how you do it but the thoughts about it both involve decision making and risking our own asset because even trading have unpredictable outcome since market characteristic is truly dependent on people around the world, so it certainly both involve risk like gambling.
368  Economy / Economics / Re: Are you thinking about the future? on: March 15, 2018, 02:41:33 PM
Have you ever thought about buying bitcoin for your children as a future investment?
I have now plan to the future, I know that the bitcoin is the key for me to fulfill my goals. I putted all of my money in the bitcoin because I believe that I can easily grow my money by doing bitcoin investment.
Yes, certainly i think about the future and that is the reason i strive hard on working in crypto and to my permanent corporate Job, because i plan for our future to have more saving to support financial security of my children. As we know that our world today is money driven and we cannot easily move life without the reality of money and therefore for me this crypro world are giving me opportunity to achieve my goal.
369  Economy / Economics / Re: Choosing the one | What I think! - Real Job or Full Time Crypto! on: March 15, 2018, 10:15:22 AM
I have read many threads talking over this subject and came to know that many people are very confused about their real job and the crypto world. So out of the panic they have started creating many threads like this. I thought to write some suggestions and kind of roadmap so that people can actually choose what is right and wrong for them. Hope this will help.

If this questions concerns a lot to you then you should know the difference between two.

                                                        _____Real Job______.
|.    _____Crypto Job_____

                                                            1. Secured fro lifetime.
| 1. Unsecured for lifetime
                                                            2. Gives you fixed Income.
| 2. Income is not fixed
                                                            3. Promotion Opporutnities.
| 3. Not Applicable
                                                            4. Yearly Hikes in the Salary.
| 4. Not Applicable
                                                            5. Recognition in the Colleagues.
|5. Not Applicable

These are the most vital points in both of them or at least this is what concern a lot to us while following both of them.

However I believe that what matters is the output which is "Money" And when you have enough money then that = Stability in your life.

This can be achieved in easiest way when you have all the point that are covered under the list of "Real Job". I mean if Im coming home everyday with hard work and for which I will get the sure shot salary at the month end then I would be happy for that and will loose most of the tension over that fact.

Lets consider the same case with the crypto currencies and earning through that.

What options do we have under the Crypto venture?
1. Signature Campaigns
2. Social Media Campaigns
3. Bounty Programs (Same thing with token payout)
4. Media Publications
5. Trading
6. Gambling
7. Lending
8. Hardware Mining
9. Coding (Hardest One to get in)
10.Becoming Managers (Very Stable but tougher to reach that level).

Woof! Thats lot of ways with which I could actually earn from the crypto currency. So I might just think that I will leave my job and will focus on all of them.

But what, lets think about it for a moment! Are they really reliable sources with which we could really go for rest of the life? Im pretty sure most of you will say may be, or some of you who are already very old in this field might just say yes. But, I believe its not that easy to work with all if them altogether and you have no assurance that you will get into campaigns all the time and you may not earn the fixed income form these options creating the instability in your house.

Most of the options above need initial investment and some of them are not even fool proof.

We have to agree that becoming manager here is not everyones play so we should consider that option equal to null.

However, real job salary covers all the points in it and we could easily survive! Thats the whole point.

The End Results?

I wish I could have easily said that we can live happy life just on the crypto currency. Unfortunately, I believe that real job is better than the virtual games. I would really suggest that we should look after the family planning, house stability in all possible ways. There is no way we can have that much stability with just crypto world.

You can make it part of your life, but you can push your life depending on it. Not at all!

Suggestions are all welcome!

Doing both is actually a promising skill. Why do we have to choose one if we can do both at the same time? Having a permanent job is important so that we'll all be able to have a stable income for our daily necessities. Since the income from bitcoin is not stable, I think that permanent job is a good support to provide our needs while waiting for our profit and earnings here in crypto.
Yes, it is good if we can do them both but everyone of us has different nature of work and lucky you if you are working in a good company that give a good salary and compensation benefits and more government mandated compensation, but how about those striving hard working in a company with a low compensation? i think we can't blame anyone that focuses crypto and quitting their regular job, its just maybe they find crypto as having more opportunity to earn than their regular work.
370  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why I suddenly decided to leave gambling alone. on: March 14, 2018, 11:21:31 PM
Actually we do not need an excuse to stop gambling. Gambling is not a very good thing to always do, but as long as we can control ourselves during gambling, we can get away from bad things. But the decision to stop gambling is a decision that must be respected without having to question why.

True, gambling is truly addicting and if you want to leave in gambling activities, you need to be serious because it is hard to avoid to involve in gambling.

You need to think the result of gambling if you continued in this doing, it is not profitable and lucrative. Much better to waste the time to the family and find alternative activies like sport that are much helpful to take out the stress.
Some people decided to leave gambling even without being advice by others because they found out and realize that gambling is not a profitable activity at all, there are many reported happenings that the prolonged engaging in gambling will leads to addiction and it can destroy or compromise other important part of one's life.
371  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is bitcoin used by criminals ? on: March 14, 2018, 09:39:24 PM
The criminals do what they want to do with bitcoin. This is due to the lack of a control mechanism by the states. If bitcoin is banned one day, this will be the reason why.
Certainly, but not bitcoin alone like every other currency or even the strongest real currency are being used because its a money and everything about money is hot and that's all have no escape if criminals tend to do, that's the reason of why KYC is implemented to identify the origin of all investors.
372  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you think cryptocurrencies have the potential to overtake regular currencies? on: March 14, 2018, 02:18:21 PM
I think it will get banned because no government will want to get disturbed by external currency or third party currency. They will never want their traditional currency to be dissolved just because of bitcoin or other coins due to it's high rates. There is difference in them and bitcoin might get troubles, a lot of trouble when it will come as currency to trade in the real life. The first thing is, it's decentralised and price of which would be fluctuating as always. This will lead o chaos when we will buy or sell stuff for it, as the rates wouldn't be fixed we may need to pay more or less all the time.

That's also what I was thinking.

Bitcoin has no chance against the major currencies as governments will never let it happen.\

There is no way that the government will give up on the ability to be able to control the inflation, and to regulate it's currency.
The whole market goes up at the moment because regulators hasn't touched bitcoin yet, but once they will, it's going to be an huge mess for bitcoin and it's hard to know how low the total market cap could reach.

Leave the government. They will never let it happen but see the investments in the bitcoins and altcoins and the overall interest of people and the total marketcap.
If this trend goes on , all the fiat will go into alts and fiat will eventually be finished if all people willing to use digital currency and they buy bitcoins/altcoins with fiat.

Yes i think there is, because our world is fast changing from generation to generation and the technology is escalating and advancing at a short period of time and our world become an internet of all things and everything run digitally and crypto currency will be the center of all monetary transaction.
373  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Shyness in gambling on: March 13, 2018, 09:53:07 PM
the embarrassment of gambling is a natural thing, gambling is considered as a thing not so good by most people, and seen melakulan things that are not so good is a pretty embarrassing thing. If you still want to gamble, you have to ignore people's assumptions and keep gambling. If you are embarrassed then you will not be able to gamble calmly.
I think there is no need to feel embarrassment while doing gambling because this is already a reality of today's world, gambling in this generation is normal and in fact high profile individual, celebrity are doing gambling for recreational reason and gaining profit as will. The only thing that you should be ashamed is when you are doing gambling in a wrong way or you lose control and even your family assets are compromise just to have money to bet in gambling.
374  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to start Trading for newbie on: March 13, 2018, 09:59:36 AM
First off you will need to set up an account with an exchange. Most all will now ask you for official documentation as proof of identity so something like a passport, driving licence, identity card will be needed. Once you have an account then you can start to study the trading patterns of your chosen coin / coins to figure out when you can buy low and sell high and if you want to short then it is the opposite.

Try some dummy trades first or use small amounts to see if you are getting it right.
Well, maybe there are many ways how to start trading but the best thing to do is familiarize your self in crypto world. Research about Bitcoin and Altcoins and then open a bitcoin wallet or a blockchain wallet and register to any exchange site and do the trading buy buying coins from your bitcoin wallet. In my case i learn trading just because i always participate in bounty campaign and have some research on how to convert my token into bitcoin.
375  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it better to save money or invest it? on: March 13, 2018, 08:51:57 AM
I personally use a half-half, i invested too and save money too. i invested in bitcoin, although invest in bitcoin is risk, but hey i'm bitcoin fans Grin and want to invest in commodities too.
Well, sound like a defensive move. Yes that is good, saving and investing will reduce the risk of your asset because we know the fact that investment in crypto currency always involve a little risk if it is incorrectly handled. But if we are willing to gamble all our asset in crypto then it should be properly monitored as i do believe that there is a big opportunity that we get in this kind of profit earning, as they say that the more we plant then the more we have to harvest.
376  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: All Alt Coins are a scam. on: March 12, 2018, 06:21:36 AM
Well this is what the insightful Tone Vays claims...

He claims that ETH, DASH, shit 99.5% of all the ALTS are scams and the only coin that will survive is Bitcoin.

So l guess we should all sell our Alts now!
Most likely it is true, but no one can forbid you to trade and earn money with this shit altcoins. 99% altcoins will disappear in 1-2 years. But now is a very good time to enjoy the moment while it's still possible.
No, i don't believe that all Altcoins are scam, maybe there are some coins that are not successful but needless to say its a scam. As a bounty hunter i had never experienced on a scam altcoins, there are few that it takes a long time to pay the reward but still they pay.
377  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can trading be considered as gambling?? on: March 11, 2018, 01:52:02 PM
It will confuse those who does both the activities but for me the trading is something different from gambling it the game if you just play poker or you play cards but in trading you have to deal with the currencies of the crypto and that is kind of business but in the gambling you have to try your luck if you are lucky you will win but it might be difficult in trading that if you react blindly in trading you may bear a huge losses. So in my thought both are different things.
Yes, they are different on the way of handling but they have similarity in terms of risk assessment because they both needs decision making that we need to gamble about the outcome. Buying some coins for trading is already a kind of gambling on the way that we don't know the future of that particular coin in the market.
378  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Difference between Bitcoin and real money? on: March 11, 2018, 04:33:23 AM
Many people still don't understand about bitcoin, they assume the same as real money, but it's wrong. real money is the money that legalised by the State, while the bitcoin has not been legalised. There's a huge difference between these.
The big difference between bitcoin and real money is that bitcoin is a virtual currency while real money is a money that can be directly used to buy any goods and services without using internet and electronics transaction. In addition, bitcoin as a virtual currency will really needs internet connection to connect its system in a blockchain and this time only few establishment accept payment in a form of bitcoin.
379  Economy / Economics / Re: how can the beggars access Bitcoin? on: March 11, 2018, 01:24:43 AM
If all paper money were change into Bitcoins, can it be access and use by everyone? how can the beggars access Bitcoin?
That's impossible that bitcoin will replace the paper money because not all people can access bitcoin because you need a Computer/Phone before accessing it and if that happens so many people will protest.
But if it happens i think the government will provide some papers with Qr Code for transaction and making some ATM machine w/ free Card to access thei wallets, For me this idea is good because it can help beggars to their daily needs.
The simplest way that beggars can access bitcoin is basically they need internet connection and create their bitcoin wallet, but the problem is mostly beggars didn't have the knowledge in digital world, then that situation alone will be the the number one problem. As for me, to make them access bitcoin then the government or any authorities will implant them an electronics chips in their thumb and provide easiest way ATM for the transaction. It is just only my fantasy but i believe someday on the near future this will gonna be happen that no more paper money and virtual money will lead the way.
380  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what's your reason joining here in crypto? on: March 10, 2018, 11:37:55 PM
Our community today is growing bigger and bigger. There are so many recently joined members here in our forum and makes me curious why they are here? I really want to know your real motive in here. Let's speak the truth and be honest of everything because this thing can really affect on how you will interact in the community. After many votes, i'll say my opinion generally to understand what's the real course of joining in this forum.

So why? Let me know.
Most of the people joined here recently because of the crazy price growth of bitcoin in end of 2017 so they were here to know about the bitcoin and the other cryotocurrency.Other reason for the many new people are bounty hunters they want to join in bounties amd make money.
The first one that you mentioned is what most people came in, they really surprise by the huge rise of bitcoin value and other alts inside crypto sphere
they are here now to learn more about this currency and in addition they also wanted to learn how to earn bitcoin in some different ways, crypto already
been recognized and attracting more investors so better to gain more knowledge maximize the usage of this forum.
Certainly the main reason of most people for joining crypto is to have earnings that are potentially big and others are aiming rich to be financially free. Like me, crypto is my second way of earnings because i work in a permanent and stable company but still i can say that there is a big earnings on crypto compared to my current job. I want to earn extra income and more for the future of my family.
