Yes, you did. And if you look there I asked you multiple times for your username and you simply kept going on about the withdrawal.. but eventually I was able to figure it out. Yesterday betcoin.tm claimed in there topic that there was no pending withdrawal in their queue.
There weren't when I checked. I checked my account and saw that my withdrawal was cancelled, so i tried to make another one, but the system did not work, when i clicked on the withdrawal button nothing happened.
I posted this new issue in betcoin.tm topic that the withdrawals did not work. (no answer)
Some hour later i checked my account again and my balance was cleared to 0. (from 2.88 BTC)
I posted this 3.rd issue in their topic. (no answer)
Later i contacted them via live chat but the agent could not say anything, just forwarding my issue. ( nothing happened)
Today i contacted them via online form. (no answer)

I suggest you not to play at betcoin.tm. They are from Greece. They use the same odds provider as bet8.gr .
We may have the same provider, but we aren't based in Greece. We're based out of Hong Kong - information that is readily available to those who search. So with multiple third party providers, hundreds of users online daily, a Donator Bitcointalk profile, etc. etc., we're just going to disappear? I can understand why you're upset, but we CLEARLY communicated the circumstances surrounding your account. When we realized that we got a bad tip we re-instated your balance immediately. Betcoin have a lot to answer for at the moment. A number of unhappy customers around the forum atm. I'm starting to think 'scam'.
They're willing to pay out small amounts but not anything over 1 bitcoin?
Don't judge too early, let's see and give betcoin.tm several days as they confirmed on holiday. But still the things like this shouldn't abandoned as players don't want to know they are on holiday or whatever the business must go on. Just take a look to another site which labeled legitimate like fortunejack, betcoin.ag, primedice etc they don't have problem with withdrawals process even they are on holiday. Our support has been answering questions to people that go there and unlocking accounts. We were on holiday for two days but withdrawals continued to be processed. It's understandable that since I, personally, was absent from the forum for a two day Christmas vacation there are unanswered questions and some campaign setbacks - but the site itself has been running fine. We paid 3 weeks in advance for signature campaigns and didn't deduct for Twitter mixups due to the holidays (not everyone can meet Social Media commitments when there are more important things to do). I don't think any of this is cause for an uprising. The 2.88 BTC was confiscated and WE TOLD HIM WHY. When we found out we got a bad tip, we immediately credited it back into his account. |

1. We apologize, and hope that you understand that the holidays are important to us and our staff worldwide, regardless of affiliation or celebration.
2. Yes, the signature campaign and Twitter campaign are still live and payments will be disbursed for both within 2-3 hours. There won't be any penalties this time for Twitter Campaign members (unless truly egregious, which I don't see to be an issue). Senior+ members will also see their advance payments come in for the 3 weeks.
3. We're going to respond to all of your concerns, just give us time to catch up.
4. We ARE hiring campaign managers to handle affairs for us - but we would hope that they would also take a couple of days off for the holidays.
5. Because of the response to the absence, there will be notice next time and payments will be made before holiday exoduses and not after.
