Did you get the deal worked out with wogaut? 10080$ for 9 SC Singles right?
He is asking $7840 for 7 singles, for the last 2 he will take shares in ASIC.COOP. So in total we get 9 singles for ~1600 shares, which is equivalent to 225Mh/s per share, minus the operating cost.

I was also talking with the OP of that thread in regards to buying 2. Will the asic mining coop only be operated on these 9 singles rather than a mini rig?
Yes, I will opearate this 9 singles instead of a mini rig. It will take too long to sell 5000 shares. I think that is the best way to go. We will also get more GHs/$ with the discount. I can definately buy ~1333$ in shares this week, and another 1000$ soon. This will be great. I will buy another 100 shares myself too. https://glbse.com/api/quantity_trading/ASIC.COOP shows only 255 shares sold? 256 sold at the moment.

So how much will be going to operating costs and how much will be going to the shareholders? What is the new Mhash/$ we are getting with the 15% discount from the OP.
Also please update the original post.
I can't calculate exactly at the moment, but they will be kept at a minimum. All will be made public and they will be approved by the shareholders.

Why did the shares available drop to 997? Did we just have a huge buy?
I can buy 20 mores shares right now, but looking at what is needed, I really only want to do that if it will get us over the goal.
No, I just adjusted the number of shares to account for the 9 units. I do not think we will be able to sell 5000 shares very soon.

Hi, I'm trying to purchase 9 BFL ASIC single from this thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=91278.0The seller accepted to get paid for 7 and take shares in our ASIC.COOP for two. So, we need to raise $7840 ASAP. He have 252BTC and we need another ~955BTC. If we want a chance, we need this money in a week. Thanks.

For the same price I can take also 2.
Thanks.

Will you be accepting the 100 BTC I sent in about half a day ago? Not sure since you didn't update the depositors list on the OP. Yes, I've accepted your deposit. I will update the list shortly. Thank you.

I'm trying to build a list of whos upgrading and whos not.
I know BTCMC, Gigamining, and BTC-Mining are, and BFLS/BFLS.RIG are going to upgrade their units. Who else is?
YABMC and BITBOND have not announced upgrade plans. BITBOND has only video cards so it won't be easy for him.

It will help me with my records, if every buyer post in this thread, before buying the shares on GLBSE.
Thanks.
I bought 5 shares 6/26/2012 10:54:38 PM GLBSE time. Had to get out of Newbie jail to post. Thanks for your support. Tomorrow I will pay the first dividend!

I will buy some shares as well pretty soon
Have one additional question:
BFL has said they will take all orders up till mid-july in consideration for the 1st production run
We are late to the party but might have some luck in the lottery
question is: do we wait until we have all the money to order an ASIC rig, or do we take end of the BFL order-period as cut-off date and order as many ASIC products as we can in the hope we get some delivered in the first batch
Keep the listing open and perhaps order more at a later date
In this conditions, I would say second option is best. We will vote on it. Thanks.
