Have you personally been involved in any arbitration cases?
What happened?

What is your investment philosophy?

How frequently do I get statements?

No arbitration for me.
I will invest in mining shares, because I believe there are some very undervalued assets at the moment on GLBSE.
I do not issue statements, I will repay from my GLBSE dividends and mining farm.
I believe I have a bit of a reputation here, feel free to check the forums, but I sure have also some enemies.

Thanks.

The pedophile Mircea Popescu comes in every thread trowing garbage around. I will do the same for him. The difference is that, all I say about him is true.

So this is more about revenge on Mircea Popescu than actually adding to this discussion?  Carry-on I guess???

I just hope you realize we have a real important issue here with one of our exchanges and a large bond issuer and investors need to understand what the rules to this game are so we don't take on more risk that we calculated in the first place minus any Force majeure.

I agree with you, but the fact that Mircea Popescu is a pedophile running a porno website on the same domain as a bitcoin exchange is a big liability.

Can you please provide proof he or she (don't know) is a pedophile?   Do you have their rap-sheet or something?

I did not know what was the case.  That is a big liability and it should be remedied immediately.

Thank you for giving me some context.  I have seen this claim a few times but it was always in debates so I did not know the back-story.  Proof would be good to settle the matter or please refrain.

Here is a thread about it. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=102333.0
A lot of the models on his website look very underage, beside cut up babies and other things.
He tries to spin it for a 4chan, but everything there is posted by him trying to attract other degenerates.
He didn't have success in porn, so he is trying here for his next scam.
163  Economy / Lending / Re: Monthly deposits at 2% per month on: September 27, 2012, 07:43:28 PM
How will this investment make money? (Dividends? Interest? Capital gains?)
Specifically, what must happen for this investment to increase in value?
(For example, increase in interest rates, real estate values, or market share?)

What are the total fees to purchase, maintain, and sell this investment?
Are there ways that I can reduce or avoid some of the fees that I’ll pay, such as purchasing the investment directly?
After all the fees are paid, how much does this investment have to increase in value before I break even?

How liquid is this investment?
How easy would it be to sell if I needed my money right away?

What are the specific risks associated with this investment?
What is the maximum I could lose? (For example, what will be the effect of changing interest rates, economic recession, high competition, or stock market ups and downs?)

How long has the operation been in business?
Is its management experienced?
Has management been successful in the past?
Have they ever made money for investors before?

Is the venture making money?
How are they doing compared to their competitors?

Where can I get more information about this investment?
Can I get the latest reports filed by the company with the SEC: a prospectus or offering circular, or the latest annual report and financial statements?

See this as a loan. You give me X and I return you X + 0.02X after one month.

Thanks.

165  Economy / Lending / Monthly deposits at 2% per month (400 BTC availability) on: September 27, 2012, 06:42:21 PM
Hello there,

I'm accepting monthly deposits paying 2%. 400 BTC availability at the moment.

Thank you.
166  Economy / Securities / Re: TYGRR.* assets on GLBSE delisted. on: September 27, 2012, 06:28:49 PM
Bearer bonds have higher risks than listed securities,

Sadly you're not talking to people who understand what those words mean.

A pedophile like Mircea Popescu, knows everything about anything.

Why do we keep resulting to personal character assassinations?   I get, you don't agree with their personal decisions, I don't either.  We should stick to the topic at hand and YOU should make another thread in "Off-topic" to discuss that users personal choices.

Smoovious  - What is your angle?  You are really vocal on this issue and really going after Goat.  Do you have a large exposure on GBLSE that this conversation is affect its value because customers of this exchange are vocalizing their dis-satisfaction with the policies and actions in a public forum?

Nefario - Will you please release your official statement on why Goat is a liability to "your" exchange?  We need to put this issue to rest because at this point, it looks like you did this because of a PERSONAL issue with Goat and not because he violated your TOS.   Your silence on this issue really makes people start to think that Maybe Goat has a point regardless if you like him as a person and a user on this forum.

Kindly,
D

Have fun trying to hold some gypsy in Romania accountable.

I'm sure European Union citizens are deeply sorry they don't meet your Aryan criteria, you valuable contributor to the discussion, you.

Sure thing, gypsy king. Now, can you please take care of my BTC?
169  Economy / Securities / Re: [GLBSE] Nyancat Financial: Your Friend for Life on: September 27, 2012, 04:58:30 PM
NYAN.B has sold all it's DMC for ~0.1 per share for 1000% profit,

Im calling shenanigans.

What really happened here? First, Diablo inexplicably and indefensibly sold 4000+ DMC shares to you and an even bigger amount to someone else (obsi?) at less than 10% of their market value, robbing and infuriating DMC's actual shareholders who got  wiped out and got nothing in return.

Then, when DMC got  suspended for suspected fraud, after berating Diablo for being the bloody idiot he is, you inexplicably change your tune 180 degrees and begin backing up Diablo as if he is the greatest CEO of all times, including presenting a "plan" that is beyond indefensible, even allowing Diablo to steal all of his shareholders coins.

Diablo predictably wins the motion against him with the help of his 2 new majority shareholders who got their shares for nothing, leaving his investors, who were the only ones to really cough up coins, completely empty handed.

So DMC gets unblocked, Obsi pays out Diablo, his majority shareholder, for one of his bonds. The same day, again inexplicably and indefensibly, Diablo spends almost every coin repurchasing his own bonds all the way up 2x his own published  NAV, even though DMC is simply a holding company holding like 3 shares. Why on earth did he overpay for his own shares like that, instead of buying more of the assets he owns?

Well, now we know. Usagi got repaid for his services.

Good job robbing DMCs shareholders blind, I hope you are proud.

Im gonna call on Nefario to investigate this, too many things here dont make the slightest sense, unless you look at the outcome: good for you, good for Diablo, probably good for Obsi, HORRIBLE for DMC investors.

This is an outrage.

What does a pedophile do when he is outraged? Builds a porno exchange.
170  Economy / Marketplace / Re: So you want to be part of the Bitcoin Marketplace, do you? on: September 27, 2012, 04:37:55 PM
Both the Pirate and the pedophile Mircea Popescu started with WOT. You can get a lot of ratings exchanging 10 BTC.
171  Economy / Securities / Re: Unofficial Bitdaytrade deposit claims thread on: September 27, 2012, 12:54:34 PM
If you've had a deposit at http://bitdaytrade.com on Aug 16, please report here the amount and whether it has been paid back to you.

This thread is completely unofficial. I personally don't have any way to verify the claims or to act on them, and I only have (limited) responsibility for the BDT bonds, not the platform itself. I've made this thread to get a better view of the situation.

So then why are you doing it?

You might not realize how stupid you are, but the meter is in the red. What exactly does a completely unofficial claim thread accomplis ? You can't verify claims, you can't act on them, you're responsible for having vouched for the author and pushed this entire fiasco on the market yet won't admit it... what purpose do you serve exactly?

Time for your meds again, you little pedophile?
172  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Reputation system? on: September 27, 2012, 11:49:06 AM
Yes, the WoT is where it's at.

Yes, the pirate and the pedophile Mircea Popescu started there. Everybody can spend 10 BTC and buy some ratings.

Right. It truly means nothing. I'm more likely to use my ebay account than a bitcoin-spawned service.

At least, today.

In that case what exactly are you doing here?

Just spreading the truth, you little pedophile.
173  Economy / Securities / Re: [GLBSE] Nyancat Financial: Your Friend for Life on: September 27, 2012, 11:32:27 AM
I'm happy I got your attention pedophile Mircea. By now most of the people here know about your porno past, so they can prevent another pirate.

Mircea Popescu you are a proven pedophile, who runs a porno site. You have no financial education, and nobody have ever seen you.
Do you believe anybody can trust you? If yes, I have a bridge to sell you.
174  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Reputation system? on: September 26, 2012, 09:15:41 PM

175  Economy / Securities / Re: <nefario> [Pirate assets] are not listed or traded anymore on: September 26, 2012, 08:25:29 PM
Personally, I think that trading in defaulted assets should have been halted from the outset but sooner or later the Bitcoin world is going to need to come to grips with the concept of "sophisticated investors" and offer certain investments only to those who can meet certain income/asset benchmarks.  Of course this requires verifying people's real life financial information so it's likely to be unpopular with many.  And people are still going to create pass-throughs to high risk offerings, but it's a step towards making those who promote high risk investments more accountable.

So you are saying that rich people are somehow better than poor people? That having a certain amount of money should allow you more freedom than people with less money? And who is to say where the cutoff is?

He is just a romanian pedophile.
WTFBBQSAUCE.  Where did that come from?

I'll make sure to repost in your threads so your investors can see what you do with your time. You seem to spend an inordinate about of time researching your favorite topic of pedophilia. I'm pretty sure someone should report your ass to the feds you perv. I think I might just do it today. CP freak.

It is Mircea's website, and he is paying you. Do not worry, I already reported him.
More of your stupid arguments?

And, well...I've ponied up some time ago to trade at MPEx. I use a command line client, so I really don't give a rats ass if he's selling porn. The interface assures me that if necessary, the web interface can be pulled. It's considerably more secure than anything else I've seen in bitcoin.
The original version of GLBSE used a command line client and private key authentication. Nefario changed it to the web interface that exists now because having to mess around with the command line actually made it unusable to most people.

Some recent posts though seem to indicate maybe a stock exchange should not be useable to "most people" but, rather, be used only by "brokers", so maybe requiring some small amount of expertise to use it was actually a good thing, helping to keep everyone and their dog from trying to act as a "broker"?

Don't forget a fee. Some minimal competence + some minimal bankroll.

And some porn. Everything is better with porn!
179  Economy / Securities / Re: TYGRR.* assets on GLBSE delisted. on: September 26, 2012, 06:46:21 PM
Ahh, if only GLBSE was based on gpg signatures, like the real exchange is. In that case all these problems wouldn't exist, would they.

What other exchange? You mean the pedophile exchange?
