What was the point of spending so much time on this project and then abandoning it?
Please dev don't ruin your reputation and do what you promised – support your coin. Dev first. Community support only comes if dev is active.
Hey monopodman I have no intention of ruining my reputation or abandoning this. Like i said before i will continue to support the network. I have already spoken to BTC38 a number of times about listing MAIA but they want to see more community activity before considering it. I tried to re-ignite the community interest at the end of 2014 buy adding some new features, a new mining phase, and paying for listing on Comkort and Empoex. But it is clear by the amount of trading that there wasn't much interest. As promised i will always support MAIA for as long as it takes. Maybe in the future a new opportunity will come up that will allow the community to grow again. Cheers M |

The new plan is to help make a revenue for 1 year to pay for more advertising and development. This will be provisioned by increasing the stake percentage reward and for 5 BOST per block to be paid to a development fund address. The total amount of BOST coin will increase to 14 million after a maximum of 1 year. Also every Boster will have a greater stake reward made up to 10% more. example if you have 100000 BOST, after 1 year this will increase to 110000 BOST.
Let me know your opinions.

This Blackcoin code base doesn't seem to share peer info very well... A few of my wallets only have 1 peer each, but another has 14! Has anyone had any Stake blocks accepted yet? all of mine are being orphaned...
Yep i had 5 accepted and around 100 orphaned Ok it probably because of this fast block speed, possibly too fast.... Many more blocks are going to conflict. |

Guys i am here and do read these threads.. MAIA was launched last year as the First x15 PoS coin, and as usual the miners traded this out for profit. This left a small community holding coins including me!. MAIA was then reworked and a new mining phase about 6 months later at the request of the community. I then arranged (paid) for MAIA to be listed on Empoex & Comkort so you guys could start trading again, but unfortunately there was not enough interest. As i've always said i will keep the network going and support MAIA for as long as it takes.. |

All important daemons and wallets are on the correct chain now. The only place waiting for confirmation is BTC38.
I will be releasing a new wallet tomorrow, that has updated checkpoint services included.

Mammix2 is a jewel in the crypto community and He commands a lot of respect from many people in many communities, so lets give him the respect he deserves. Thank you mammix2 for compiling the mac wallet, I bought few M1 coins days ago and I couldn't start staking until today Thank you to the dev as well, wallet is really nice . I remember both of these coins, both were also X13. I see this over and over again in the crypto community, devs being called out on past projects. We have got to be more empathetic to the developers in the community, how is a developer supposed to learn and get better at being a coin developer rather than create coins? People take jobs-work on projects-then leave and move on all the time in the real world! Just because this dev allegedly worked on coins in the past the have been abandoned doesn't mean hes a scammer. FFS!, i've only just seen this previous post.
