A lot of research and background check up need to be carried out to ensure the ICO is worthy of investment as most of the ICO project nowadays turns out to be scam. While for others the coin value tends to drop faster than you can ever imagine. We all don't want to invest our hard earned money to a no profitable course.

Ensure you keep your private key and never give it out to anybody for whatsoever reason. Most importantly avoid phishing site. Got hacked few months ago, inputted my private key and before I knew it all my ETH in my wallet was gone.

Personally, I would not advise you invest all your savings in cryptocurrency. Firstly you are not supposed to invest more than you are willing to loose. Investing part of your savings is okay

Same here too. I sold my $150 worth AVG few hours before the pump happened. I feel really bad about it, that was a huge loss on my part. Only if I held it for longer. I have learnt from my mistakes tho. You win some, you loose some.

Most ICO nowadays are scam. Most investors have lost huge amount to this so called fake ICO. A serious clean up need to be done to that sector as a lot of investors have lost hope in it.

The blockchain technology is an innovation in the world technology. The risk associated with the crypto market is quite high because of the volatile nature and considering that the technology is still relatively new to the WORLD, we don't really know how it will fair in the future.
The stock market on the other hand is not as volatile as the the crypto market and it has been around for quite a long time and is still gonna be, so it is not as risky as crypto.Though the ROI on stock is nothing compared to crypto
In my opinion the decision between the two market depends on the risk level and the returns the investor wants. If you want to get higher ROI and then go for the crypto market but if you want an investment with lesser risk then the stock market is the best place for you.

Virtual not every ICO is a scam. Left to me, I feel a good percentage of them are. You therefore need to do a serious background check up of the project before you invest in it.
