People giving negative trust to people who they haven't done any trades with (see my profile for ref). Trust abuse as well

Wow, looks like the level for people whining about "trust abuse" (which is actually completely how the trust system is intended to be used) isn't even at getting a negative rep from DefaultTrust now, but getting a single negative untrusted rep.

People are completely in their rights to leave whatever trust they like. Whether they'll be on DefaultTrust or not is another story.
I'm not whining, that's the thing. But a degenerate gambler left me neg trust for something retarded. He was talking shit and trolling me. When I hit back, he gave me neg trust, lol.

I expected a similar comment to yours.

I personally think Apple products are waste of money. You can buy the same/better things for the same/less money.
If I was between Samsung Galaxy 1 and an iPhone 6.. I'd pick the Samsung, no doubt. lol

I wouldnt trust you as a middleman. Maybe hire an more trusted escrow to hold the funds until the work has been done.
I volounteer as an escrow for this trade if you can trust me. No fees. Smiley
Sure, but first let me find someone who'll be able to make the wallets Smiley

Thanks

The problem with some things is that they would require more work that they're worth it. Anyone who puts the UI above security is pretty ignorant. This patched up version of SMF has been great so far; you can just imagine how many people want/tried hacking the forum.

The site will be shut down though, according to Spoetnik. Let's see if Spoetnik will deliver. Put in your signature #SpoetnikSaveUs.
It won't.

  • People giving negative trust to people who they haven't done any trades with (see my profile for ref). Trust abuse as well
  • There's too much spam in all topics, but mods are doing great work removing it. I assume community helps too, by reporting.
Trust isn't moderated unless there is a case of (real) abuse, which I haven't seen in a while. Spamming is also "subjective". There are moderators that aren't that strict; regardless, we've been doing everything we can.
Check that guy's post above, where Spoetnik, the asshole, gets death threats.

Both bids accepted. New BIN:
Estimated Price: 0.05292000
What do you mean by both bids accepted? I will be the winner if no one bids higher than me, right?
I'm looking to get at least 0.05 BTC for this account.
An account with only 84 activity is NOT worth over 0.02 btc. Maybe not even worth over 0.01 btc. An asking price of 0.05 btc is too much. You can easily get a Full Member account for that price.
Before even posting an auction thread - read what you need to include in the thread:
Minimum bid:
Minimum increment:

The estimated price from bctalkaccountpricer is not the current market price of the account. You should do some research before selling an account for such a bizarre price.
Why in the world do you care? Are you selling it or am I selling it?
Are you butthurt or what? Stop posting on all my threads with your negative bs. Keep your own opinion for yourself.

Spoetnik, you're an asshole man, what do you expect? You've been talking shit to so many people, for so long.
I think you deserve this. (Not the death part, but the trust part)

I am so used to the current forums I hope the switch over never happens lol. The only thing I do not like are the spammers. I really do not care about the UI portion at all.
I got nothing against this SMF theme tbh, I find it nice. Been using same themes for forums I've ran in the past, and it's really easy to adapt to it.

I'm not going to ruin my reputation for 0.2 BTC. I make 0.2 BTC in 2-3 days thanks to this forum.
I can get an escrow, I don't care tbh.

369  Economy / Services / Looking for a MAC + Linux wallet on: November 29, 2015, 01:46:33 PM
Hello, a friend of mine got a coin from a guy, but he doesn't make MAC/Linux wallets.
He asked me if I could ask someone who can do those 2 wallets, for 0.2 BTC (both)

Please let me know, so I do the middleman work.

PS: He needs it 2-4 hours after you get in contact with me or him.

For a member account with no potential activity,  0.1 is too expensive, even 0.05 is too expensive,  you can buy full member account with 0.05.
Cool, thanks for the info. Price remains the same Smiley

The UI is pretty crappy (No offense admins).

Nevertheless, they are working on a totally new UI. the question is, when this new design is going to come. I've been waiting months xD

When I first saw this site, I was pissed off at how small the "home", "help", "search", etc buttons were... But I eventually got used to them.
They are working on new UI and forum software Smiley
From what I see, they've been working since March. That's a lot of time.
I think 2 persons would be able to make a decent forum in nodeJS in 2 months.

Thanks for your input guys. Is there a link with the announcement of that "new forum" topic?

Section in case you got any suggestion to give : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=167.0

It's a simple SMF theme, that's all. There's a million similar forums with different niches.
378  Other / Meta / Things which suck in bitcointalk.org on: November 29, 2015, 11:35:08 AM
  • A lot of people, who're simply trolling without providing any value in their posts
  • "Unwatch" button doesn't work for topics you've posted and want to unwatch
  • People giving negative trust to people who they haven't done any trades with (see my profile for ref). Trust abuse as well
  • There's too much spam in all topics, but mods are doing great work removing it. I assume community helps too, by reporting.
  • Paid signature spammers

Post what you dislike in here, let's try gather stuff.
