0.01% house edge that is insane if you can keep that, how does the site make profit with this edge?

What I understand from 0.01% house edge is the user has 49.99% chance to win against house has 50.01%. Even if it was 50:50, then also house can win. p.s. Please correct me if my understanding is wrong. Actually the split would be 49.995/50.0005 under the 0.01% house edge scenario. Long run the house wins slightly but this is almost dead even odds. Profit depends of course on volume. Since we allow investment at multiple edges (which will soon be exposed for players to play against different edges), there will be a mix of returns depending on bet sizes and edges played against. For us, Dice can be a decent return but it's not our end game. It's just one game in our planned portfolio of 20+ interesting games with BTC. |

Return depends on amount of play of course, but most people who invested at 99.0 (1% edge) and kept it there (i.e. not moving between edges) are seeing very nice returns. We recommend investing at 99.0 unless you have a higher or lower risk tolerance of course. |

I now have no investment either, which means that is a pure loss, I cannot recoupe anything.

What edge were you invested at? Most people are up on their investments. There is of course a lot more variance at 99.99 (0.01% house edge) versus 99.0 (1% house edge). |

Yes - no specific details posted yet since we air aiming to finish our affiliate program soon which means prizes for top 50 to 100 people. You slipped to #3 Note that for wagers we now also take into account the Payout they play. So for instance, betting 1 BTC at 1.0001 does not count the same as a referral betting 1 BTC at 2.0X etc. Current Wager counting is Min(Wager, Profit Potential). So you bet at 2X or higher, the wager counted is the same as your bet. If you bet lower (for example 1.5X), the wager would be half and if you bet 1.25X the wager counted would be 1/4 of your referral's bet. This helps weigh things more fairly. |

Some new things:
1) Has everyone also seen that we now have jackpots? Every 25 and 100 bets there's a jackpot bonus if you're the first one at or after that interval to place a bet above certain amount.
2) Some people have invested at 99.99 which means only 0.01% house edge right now. That's 100x better odds for a player compared to the 1% on other dice games!

So what would referrals do for me?
Referrals allow you to: 1) Participate in this week's referral contest 2) Be all set up for our affiliate program which will be rolling out in the next few weeks. When the affiliate program rolls out in the future, will my ref earning be calculated starting at that point or will it be calculated retrospectively from the beginning? 1) Payouts will be based on profit sharing from the point we officially announce the affiliate program 2) Referrals you make now will count though. For example, if you refer Johnny today and Johnny continues playing, you will earn from Johnny's play forever into the future 3) Currently you are being compensated by the signature campaign and referral bonus potential (top prize and some possible secondary prizes based on results) It is confusing where does one get to see his referrals ? Under leaderboard, it only shows the top referrals among all users. Where are the list of referrals of an individual user ? The referral link is in Leaderboard>Referral. Bottom part of the page. Its unique referral link in a unique location. I did not ask for the referral link. I asked for the list of people who has joined under one's referral or at least one's own earning from referral. @BitcoinDream - we can probably expose those details in our full affiliate rollout when complete. For now we are providing Total BTC Wagered by referrals for the Top 25. As long as people are using the /USR link, referrals are working properly and all wagers across games are accounted for. |

I have tried closing and reopening my investment and now it looks stuck at 0 games.( 99% edge, username pinpi)
This is because we currently provide players with the best available edge (currently there are some people investing at 99.99) We will be changing this soon and allowing people to choose which edge they want to play at. Since there will likely be bigger investments at higher house edges (i.e. more at 97, 98, 99 thant at 99.5 and 99.9 and 99.99 etc), this will allow players to choose the edge for them based on the size of bets they want to place. Things are "stuck" at 0 games played only because there is a better edge for players available right now. Again, we will adjust things very soon so that all investments get a piece of the action and you are not forced to constantly monitor or to take riskier investment levels than you would like. |
